Claims (12)
- 部分的にまたは過フッ素化された炭化水素の群から選択される少なくとも一つの化合物、および/または、部分的にまたは過フッ素化されたポリエーテルの群から選択される少なくとも一つの化合物、および/または、部分的にまたは過フッ素化されたケトンの群から選択される少なくとも一つの化合物、またはこれらの化合物を互いに混合した混合物を含む、またはそれらからなる、ORCプロセスのための作動流体。
- 部分的にまたは過フッ素化された炭化水素がテトラフルオロエタン、特に1,1,1,3−テトラフルオロエタン、ペンタフルオロプロパン、特に1,1,1,3,3−ペンタフルオロプロパン、ヘキサフルオロプロパン、ヘプタフルオロプロパン、特に1,1,1,2,3,3,3−ヘプタフルオロプロパン、ペンタフルオロブタン、特に1,1,1,3,3−ペンタフルオロブタン、ヘキサフルオロブタン、ヘプタフルオロブタン、デカフルオロペンタン、ペルフルオロペンタン、ペルフルオロヘキサンまたはそれらの混合物の群から選択される少なくとも一つの化合物である、請求項1に記載のORCプロセスのための作動流体。
- 少なくとも一つの部分的にまたは過フッ素化されたポリエーテルをさらに含む、請求項2に記載の作動流体。
- 前記部分的にまたは過フッ素化されたポリエーテルの101.3kPaにおける沸点が40℃以上である、請求項1から3の何れか一項に記載の作動流体。
- 前記部分的にまたは過フッ素化されたエーテルの101.3kPaにおける沸点が約200℃以下である、請求項1から4の何れか一項に記載の作動流体。
- 1,1,1,3,3−ペンタフルオロブタンと少なくとも一つの過フッ素化ポリエーテルの混合物を含む、または前記混合物からなる請求項1から5の何れか一項に記載の作動流体。
- 前記少なくとも一つの過フッ素化ポリエーテルの101.3kPaにおける沸点が約57℃である、請求項1から6の何れか一項に記載の作動流体。
- 前記部分的にまたは過フッ素化されたケトンは、一般式R−C(O)−R’の化合物から選択され、Rはアルキル基であり、好ましくはメチル基であり、または線形若しくは分岐したフッ素化されたC1−C6のアルキル基であり、該アルキル基において多くても2個のフッ素原子が水素によって置換されていてよく、R’は線形若しくは分岐したフッ素化されたC1−C6のアルキル基であり、該アルキル基において多くても2個のフッ素原子が水素によって置換されていてよい、請求項1に記載の作動流体。
- 前記フッ素化されたケトンは、CF3C(O)CF(CF3)2、CF3CF2C(O)CF(CF3)2、CH3C(O)CF2CF2H、CH3C(O)CF2CFHCF3からなる群から選択される、請求項1または8に記載の作動流体。
- 1,1,1,3,3−ペンタフルオロブタンとCF3C(O)CF(CF3)2との混合物を含む、または前記混合物からなる、請求項9に記載の作動流体
- 請求項1から10の何れか一項に記載のORC作動流体がORC作動流体として使用される、熱を電気エネルギーに変換するためのORCプロセス。
- 請求項1から10の何れか一項に記載のORC作動流体を含むORCプロセスを実行する装置。
