穴の壁部へいっそう良好に食い込む。
Claims (19)
- たとえばコンクリート、石材、固体煉瓦、木材などの中実基盤へ定着させるための取付部材であって、少なくとも長手方向長さの部分領域にわたって渦巻状に周回する断面形状を備える定着区域(3)を備えたアンカーボルト(2)と、設置方向(S)と逆向きに前記定着区域(3)の後に続いていて該定着部材に比べて拡張された頭部区域(4)と、前記定着区域(3)の渦巻状の前記断面形状を備える部分領域に予備組付け可能なコイルばね(5)とを含んでいる、そのような取付部材において、渦巻状に延びる前記断面形状は、前記設置方向(S)にそれぞれ拡張する、渦巻状に延びる外套面(10)を備えた軸方向で互いに接する少なくとも2つのテーパ区域(6−9)によって形成されており、前記テーパ区域(6−9)は前記コイルばね5のピッチ(r)よりも大きいピッチ(m)を有しており、該コイルばねの設置側前方の端部は設置側前方にあるテーパ区域(9)の前側の端部領域に支持されていることを特徴とする取付部材。
- 前記テーパ区域(6−9)を備える前記定着区域(3)は弛緩状態あるいは予備組付け状態のときの前記コイルばね(5)の軸方向高さよりも大きい軸方向長さを有していることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の取付部材。
- 前記コイルばね(5)の設置方向前方の端部はもっとも前方にあるテーパ区域(9)の端面(11)に支持されることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の取付部材。
- 前記テーパ区域(6−9)の外径が最小の領域と前記コイルばね(5)の材料厚みとは、前記最小の外径と前記材料厚みとの合計が前記テーパ区域(6−9)の最大の外径と等しいか、またはこれより少しだけ大きくなるように構成されていることを特徴とする、前記請求項のうちいずれか1項に記載の取付部材。
- 前記テーパ区域(6−9)の渦巻状に延びる前記外套面(10)は前記定着区域(3)の軸に対して5°から16°の角度だけ傾いて延びていることを特徴とする、前記請求項のうちいずれか1項に記載の取付部材。
- 前記テーパ区域(6−9)の渦巻状に延びる前記外套面(10)は前記定着区域(3)の軸に対して約7°から約14°の角度だけ傾いて延びていることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の取付部材。
- 各々の前記テーパ区域の外套面が前記定着区域の軸とともに形成する角度は前記設置方向(S)と逆向きに増加していくことを特徴とする、請求項5または6に記載の取付部材。
- 各々の前記テーパ区域は段階的に構成されており、各々の前記テーパ区域の外套面が前記定着区域の軸とともに形成する角度は前記設置方向(S)と逆向きに増加していくことを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の取付部材。
- 各々の前記テーパ区域は3つの段階を有していることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の取付部材。
- 各々の前記テーパ区域の外套面が前記定着区域の軸とともに形成する角度は前記設置方向(S)と逆向きに連続して増加していくことを特徴とする、請求項5または6に記載の取付部材。
- 前記アンカーボルト(2)は金属でできており、特にステンレス鋼でできていることを
特徴とする、前記請求項のうちいずれか1項に記載の取付部材。 - 前記頭部区域(4)は前記定着区域(3)に比べて半径方向に拡張されており、六角頭の形状を有していることを特徴とする、前記請求項のうちいずれか1項に記載の取付部材。
- 前記設置方向(S)と逆向きに前記六角頭の後には接合ねじ山を備えるボルト区域(15)が続いていることを特徴とする、請求項12に記載の取付部材。
- 前記頭部区域(4)は皿頭または丸皿頭の形状を有しており、トルク伝達のための作用手段(12)を備えていることを特徴とする、請求項1から11までのいずれか1項に記載の取付部材。
- 前記作用手段(12)は六角穴、トルクス形収容部または十字スリット収容部、対角線上を延びるスリットなどとして構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項14に記載の取付部材。
- 前記定着区域(3)から外径が大きい前記頭部区域(4)への移行部に、軸方向に弾性作用可能なワッシャ部品(13)、たとえばばねスプリングワッシャ、円錐形スプリングワッシャなどが設けられていることを特徴とする、前記請求項のうちいずれか1項に記載の取付部材。
- 前記コイルばね(5)はばね鋼からなる線材が巻かれて製作されていることを特徴とする、前記請求項のうちいずれか1項に記載の取付部材。
- 前記コイルばね(5)は非円形の断面をもつ異形線材が巻かれて製作されていることを特徴とする、前記請求項のうちいずれか1項に記載の取付部材。
- 前記コイルばね(5)の線材は摩擦を低減するコーティングを備えていることを特徴とする、前記請求項のうちいずれか1項に記載の取付部材。
