Description

The present invention relates to a booklet form in which a plurality of sheets having a rectangular shape are stacked and one end side of the plurality of stacked sheets is bonded and integrated.

Conventionally, as a direct mail for sales promotion or a printed matter for advertisement, a booklet in which a plurality of sheets are stacked and bound on one side is used, and booklets having various configurations have been proposed. (For example, see Patent Documents 1 and 2)
In addition, the personal information registered in the database is used to print the personal information on the printer, and the pre-printed common sales promotion information and the sales promotion information selected according to the needs of individual customers are printed on the printer. A booklet form in which a plurality of printed sheets are stacked is also used.

特開平5−42784号公報Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 5-42784 特開2007−283559号公報JP 2007-283559 A

For example, if you want to promote insurance by mail, if the customer that the insurance company promotes is already in their insurance, the customer is currently on the form in the booklet form. The insurance information is printed so that the customer can confirm it, and by telling the customer what kind of insurance it is desirable to purchase, it is possible to select the optimal insurance product for each customer. I can make suggestions.

In this way, in order to notify a large amount of information different for each customer from an insurance company, after continuously printing destination information and insurance information etc. with a printer using a plurality of continuous papers, They are overlapped and collated, cut into sets, and sealed in a window opening envelope for shipping processing.

However, if there is a lot of insurance product information to be provided to the customer, the number of booklets will also increase, so when performing the encapsulation and sealing process, the paper piece on the side of the booklet that is not bound will bend and folded. There is a problem of tearing.
In addition, as in the booklet described in Patent Document 2, a configuration is known in which the uppermost sheet and the lowermost sheet are bonded to each other using a weak adhesive so as to be peelable. Depending on the application, the number of sheets stacked in the booklet is different, so it is necessary to adjust the adhesive strength of the weak adhesive to an appropriate state in response to situations such as when the number of sheets in the booklet is small or large There is a problem that it is difficult.

In addition, when you receive a booklet as direct mail, a postcard for application may be enclosed, but postcard paper must be enclosed separately from direct mail, which is cumbersome, costly, and expensive When postcard paper is put in the direct mail, there is a problem that it is difficult to set the communication contents in a secret state and mail it.

Therefore, the present invention is that even when the number of booklets is large, when the encapsulating process is performed, a piece of paper on the side of the booklet that is not bound is curled or bent or torn. In addition, even when the number of stacked sheets in the booklet is different, the adhesion state between the top and bottom sheets can be easily adjusted appropriately, and the description can be viewed by a third party. Providing a booklet form with postcards that can be mailed out of the way.

The booklet-shaped foam of the present invention is a booklet-shaped foam in which a plurality of sheets having a rectangular shape are stacked, and one lateral end of the stacked sheets is bonded and integrated. The plurality of sheets have a lateral length dimension between the uppermost sheet and the lowermost sheet that is greater than the length dimension of the uppermost and lowermost sheets in the lateral length dimension from the bonded portion. In a portion where a plurality of intermediate sheets formed with short dimensions are sandwiched and the uppermost sheet and the lowermost sheet are directly overlapped, an adhesive is applied to a predetermined position on the back side of the uppermost sheet. The adhesive is applied as a plurality of linear shapes according to the adhesive force to be set, a release agent layer is provided on the front side of the lowermost paper, and the adhesive is applied linearly on the back side of the uppermost paper Is peeled off from the release layer on the surface side of the lowermost paper. A half-folded side of the two-folded postcard portion, which has a two-folded postcard portion that can be cut out by a cutting machine on at least one of the plurality of intermediate sheets sandwiched between A peelable adhesive layer is provided on the surface, and a release paper is detachably attached to the upper side of the peelable adhesive layer of the folded folded postcard.

Therefore, in the booklet form of the present invention, the adhesive applied in a linear form is adhered to the back side of the uppermost sheet so as to be peelable from the release layer on the front side of the lowermost sheet. Therefore, even when the number of booklets is large, it is possible to prevent the paper piece on the side of the booklet that is not bound from being folded or torn during the sealing process. In addition, even when the number of stacked sheets in the booklet is different, the number of lines of adhesive applied linearly on the back side of the topmost paper can be easily changed from that of the topmost paper. There is an effect that it is possible to appropriately adjust the adhesion state between the lowermost sheet.

Hereinafter, a booklet form according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail based on the drawings.
1 is a perspective view of a booklet-shaped foam according to an embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 2 is a cross-sectional view taken along line AA of FIG. 1, and FIG. 3 is an exploded view of the booklet-shaped foam according to the embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 4 is a perspective view showing a state in which the uppermost sheet of the booklet form according to the embodiment of the present invention is turned up, and FIG. 5 is a two-fold view of the booklet form according to the embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 6 is a perspective view for explaining the configuration of the two-folded postcard part, FIG. 7 is a perspective view showing a postcard created from the two-folded postcard part, and FIG. It is a perspective view which shows the state which turned up a part of postcard created from the 2-fold postcard part.

As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the booklet form 1 according to the embodiment has a plurality of sheets 2a, 2b, 2c, 2d, 2e, 2f, 2g having seven rectangular shapes, Adhesives 3a, 3b, 3c, 3d, 3e, 3f applied in a straight line at one side end in the lateral direction of the plurality of stacked sheets 2a, 2b, 2c, 2d, 2e, 2f, 2g. Are bonded and integrated.
Among the plurality of sheets, the uppermost sheet 2a and the lowermost sheet 2g have a width dimension from the bonded portion as compared to the plurality of intermediate sheets sandwiched therebetween. Are formed with longer dimensions.
An address printing unit 6 for printing the address by a printer is provided on the surface of the uppermost sheet 2a so that the booklet form 1 can be mailed in a window-opening envelope.

Further, marginal punch holes 4 used when the sheets are fed by a machine are formed at equal intervals along the both end sides of the uppermost sheet 2a and the lowermost sheet 2f.
Also, the five sheets 2b, 2c, 2d, 2e, 2f in the middle of the booklet are also marginal on the left end side, which is the side aligned with one end side of the uppermost sheet 2a and the lowermost sheet 2g. Punch holes 4 are formed at equal intervals, and each of the seven sheets 2a, 2b, 2c, 2d, 2e, 2f, and 2g is conveyed and used as a sheet feed hole in the process of overlapping and collating. It is done.
In addition, about the part in which the marginal punch hole 4 is formed, when mailing the booklet form 1 to a customer etc., it is good also as the state cut out with the slitter in order to improve the appearance.

Further, the intermediate five sheets 2b, 2c, 2d, 2e, and 2f sandwiched in a booklet form have a width dimension from the bonded portion to a sheet stacked on the lower side. The dimensions are gradually increased.
In other words, the five intermediate sheets 2b, 2c, 2d, 2e, 2f are stacked in a step-like manner because the lower the stacked sheets, the longer the horizontal width, Desired heading information can be displayed on the surface of a portion near the right end of each sheet having a step.

In addition, a plurality of sheets 2a, 2b, 2c, 2d, 2e, 2f, and 2g having seven rectangular shapes are each formed with a cutting machine 5 along the left bonded portion.
Depending on the application, the cutting machine 5 may be formed only on the intermediate five sheets 2b, 2c, 2d, 2e, and 2f sandwiched between the plurality of sheets.
Thus, the respective sheets 2a, 2b, 2c, 2d, 2e, 2f, 2g are cut out from the sewing machine 5.

Among the seven sheets constituting the booklet, the fifth sheet 2e has a two-fold postcard portion 9 provided so as to be cut out by a cutting machine.
FIG. 3 (f) shows a plan view of the fifth sheet 2 e having the two folded postcard portions 9 from the top.
This paper 2e is formed in the longitudinal direction at the center of the paper 2e, the cut-off sewing machine 5 formed along the left bonded portion, the cut-out sewing machine 10 formed along the right marginal punch hole. A folding sewing machine 11 and a cutting machine 12 formed in the lateral direction of the paper 2e are provided.
These cut-off sewing machines are formed at the positions where the paper 2e is folded in two from the central folding sewing machine 11 and cut out from the cut-off sewing machines 5, 10, 12 and the size of the paper at the cut-out portion. Is formed at a position where it becomes a postcard size, and when folded in two, the portion of the paper that becomes the postcard size becomes a folded postcard portion 9.

An adhesive layer 13 is provided on the right half surface of the folding machine 11 of the paper 2e. The adhesive layer 13 is coated with a special adhesive that can be peeled off after bonding.
A release paper 14 is detachably attached to the upper side of the adhesive layer 13.
This release paper 14 is shown in FIG.
The release paper 14 is formed to be half the size of the paper 2e. When the release paper 14 is stacked on the right half of the paper 2e, the marginal punch hole 4 and the two cut-off sewing machines 15 and 16 are located at the same position as the paper 2e. Is formed.
Then, as shown in FIG. 2, the release paper 14 is overlapped in a peelable state on the right half of the paper 2e.

The uppermost sheet 2a and the lowermost sheet 2g are formed so that the width of the intermediate five sheets 2b, 2c, 2d, 2e, and 2f is long, so that the left end is aligned. In this case, the right side portion has a portion where the back surface side of the uppermost sheet 2a and the front surface side of the lowermost sheet 2g directly overlap.
Then, as shown in the cross-sectional view of FIG. 2, a predetermined position on the back side of the top sheet 2a in a portion where the back side of the top sheet 2a and the top side of the bottom sheet 2g directly overlap each other. The adhesives 7a and 7b are applied linearly.

The linearly applied adhesives 7a and 7b are not limited to two, depending on the number of intermediate sheets sandwiched in a booklet or the application, but one or more adhesives in a linear form. Can be provided.
That is, when one or more adhesives applied linearly at a predetermined position on the back side of the uppermost sheet 2a are provided linearly, the adhesive strength can be increased as the number of the adhesives increases. As the number of intermediate sheets between the upper sheet 2a and the lowermost sheet 2g increases, the adhesive force between the uppermost sheet 2a and the lowermost sheet 2g is increased, so that the sheet does not easily peel off. It is preferable to keep it.

Further, a release agent layer 8 is provided on the surface side portion of the lowermost sheet 2g where the back surface side of the uppermost sheet 2a directly overlaps.
The release agent layer 8 is provided in a portion including a position where the linearly applied adhesives 7a and 7b overlap the back side of the uppermost sheet 2a.
Then, as shown in FIG. 4, the release agent layer 8 is provided on the surface side of the lowermost sheet 2g, so that the uppermost sheet 2a and the lowermost layer are formed by the linearly applied adhesives 7a and 7b. The uppermost sheet 2a can be peeled off from the state in which the sheet 2g is adhered.

Next, the case where the booklet form 1 is used will be described.
Before the booklet form 1 is printed in a booklet form, personal information is printed on each sheet 2a, 2b, 2c, 2d, 2e, 2f, and 2g as required by the printer, and then the prints are bonded and integrated. Turn into.
The booklet form 1 is enclosed in a window envelope or the like and mailed. On the right side of the booklet form 1, the uppermost sheet 2a and the lowermost sheet 2g are bonded to each other by the adhesives 7a and 7b. Therefore, a plurality of sheets are prevented from being turned up when the sealing process is performed.

Then, as shown in FIG. 4, the recipient of the booklet-shaped form 1 picks up the right end portion of the uppermost sheet 2 a of the booklet-shaped form 1, so that the adhesive is detachably bonded by the release agent layer 8. The agents 7a and 7b are peeled off from the release agent layer 8, and the uppermost paper 2a can be turned up without being torn.
Further, the recipient can turn a plurality of sheets sandwiched in the middle of the booklet form 1 in a timely manner and use it by cutting it from the cutting machine 5 as necessary.

Further, when the recipient of the booklet form 1 uses the two-fold postcard portion 9 provided in the booklet form 1, as shown in FIG. 5, the recipient cuts out the fifth sheet 2e from the top. Cut the folded postcard portion 9 from the sewing machine 5.
