連結体30の回動規制穴33内を通過している回動規制ピン23が、回動体50の回動規制ピン穴53に支承固着されることによって構成された回動規制手段は、可動側が初期位置の状態では、回動規制ピン23が回動規制穴33の上部内壁に当接して押しバネ40の付勢力を受け止めており、握り柄20及び前腕保持具11を擁する可動側が杖柱側に対する前方への回動姿勢を規制している。
