Description

The present invention relates to a wire harness routed in an automobile, and in particular, easily attaches a sheet for focusing and protecting a wire group of the wire harness.

Recently, the number of electrical components mounted on automobiles has been increasing rapidly, and the number of wire harnesses that are a collection of wires connected to these electrical components has also increased rapidly.
When wire harnesses are used for bundling protection by winding an adhesive tape around the outer circumference of a large number of wires or by partially winding a long sheet in a sushi roll along the length of the wire group There are many.

As the sheet, as shown in FIG. 4A, a sheet in which an adhesive 100 is applied along one end edge in the length direction of the sheet main body S, and a release paper 101 is attached to the surface is generally used. ing.
As shown in FIG. 4 (B), the sheet S is wound around the outer periphery of the wire group W in a sushi roll, and the adhesive layer 100 on the inner surface of the winding end is positioned, and in this state, the release paper 101 is peeled off and bonded. The layer 100 is exposed and bonded and bonded to the outer surface of the sheet S on the inner peripheral side.

However, when the sheet S is used, the release paper 101 must be peeled off in the sheet winding process, and the peeled release paper 101 must be thrown into a predetermined trash box, resulting in extra work. Further, the peeled release paper 101 may be scattered as dust, and it is desired to eliminate the release paper from the environment.
Furthermore, the adhesive 100 exposed by peeling off the release paper 102 is easily adhered to an operator's hand or an unnecessary portion. Further, once the sheet is adhered to the outer surface of the inner peripheral sheet, there is a problem that the sheet cannot be easily re-wound again even if the sheet is sloppy and has poor winding.

As a sheet that does not use an adhesive, Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 11-215642 provides a post-coated tube with a shield as shown in FIGS. 5 (A) and 5 (B). The coated tube is attached with narrow Velcro (registered trademark) M1 and M2 along both end edges of a sheet in which a conductive layer E such as a thin copper layer is integrally pressed on the inner surface of the insulating resin film F, or Aligning means such as hooks are provided. By using this matching means, a tube that can be joined without using an adhesive and can be covered with the wire group W is obtained.

In the case of bonding using the magic tape, it is possible to solve the problem that occurs when the bonding is performed using the adhesive used by peeling off the release paper.
However, since the narrow magic tapes M1 and M2 are attached only to the both edges of the sheet, the volume enclosed by the sheet is constant in a state where the magic tapes M1 and M2 are joined. Therefore, when the electric wire group covered with the sheet is smaller than the set volume, the electric wire group cannot be firmly held in the sheet, and a backlash occurs between the electric wire group and the sheet when the vehicle is running. However, it is likely to cause abnormal noise.

Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 11-215642

The present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and without using a sheet having an adhesive layer to which a release paper is attached, while using a hook-and-loop fastener (magic tape) in the same manner as in Patent Document 1, The problem of patent document 1 is solved. That is, even if the amount of wires to be wound changes, the wires can be tightly wound around the outer periphery of the wire group and securely held, and the generation of abnormal noise caused by contact with the sheet can be prevented and the sound can be further silenced. The challenge is to do so.

In order to solve the above-mentioned problem, the present invention winds a single protective sheet in a sushi roll shape from the side along the length direction of a plurality of electric wire groups of a wire harness routed in an automobile,
The protective sheet is attached with a male surface fastener along a winding edge of one surface of a sheet body made of insulating resin, and is wound on the other surface side of the sheet body so as to face the male surface fastener. Assume that a female hook-and-loop fastener is attached to the entire surface except the end side,
The male sheet fastener of the male hook-and-loop fastener is wound around the outer periphery of the electric wire group with the sheet main body as an outer surface and the female surface fastener as an inner surface on the outer periphery of the electric wire group. A wire harness is provided in which a female locking portion of the female surface fastener is locked to a portion.

As described above, in the protective sheet used in the present invention, the male surface fastener is provided along the winding end on the one surface side of the seat body, while the female surface fastener is provided on the substantially entire surface on the other surface side of the seat body. Provided. For this reason, even if the amount of the wire group around which the protective sheet is wound changes, the volume surrounded by the protective sheet can be adjusted simply by changing the coupling position of the male surface fastener with respect to the female surface fastener, and it is in close contact with the outer periphery of the wire group Protective cover can be wrapped in Therefore, it is possible to prevent the electric wire group inside the protective sheet from rattling.
In addition, if the width of the male surface fastener provided on the winding end side is relatively wide, the end portion of the female surface fastener can be coupled to the male surface fastener when the number of electric wire groups is small.

Moreover, in this invention, when the female type | mold surface fastener of a protective sheet is made to contact the outer periphery of an electric wire group and a contact sound generate | occur | produces between a protective sheet and an electric wire group, it is silenced by the female type | mold surface fastener.

The male and female hook-and-loop fasteners have a well-known configuration, and the male hook-and-loop fastener has a substantially hook-shaped thread planted from the base cloth, while the female hook-and-loop fastener has a base cloth. Loop-shaped yarns are planted from the top, and the male locking part is hooked.
Since it is the said structure, the surface of a female type | mold surface fastener is comparatively smooth compared with the surface of a male type | mold surface fastener. Therefore, the frictional force generated when contacting the electric wire group is small, and the sound generated at the contact portion with the electric wire group can be reduced as compared with the male surface fastener, and the so-called silencing function is excellent.
In addition, as a result of a comparative experiment on the sound generated when the female surface fastener is in sliding contact with the electric wire group and when the male surface fastener is in sliding contact with the electric wire group, the present inventor I know that the generated sound is smaller.

The sheet body of the protective sheet is, for example, a vinyl chloride resin sheet. The male surface fastener is attached to one surface of the vinyl chloride resin sheet, and the base fabric of the female surface fastener is attached to the other surface by welding, bonding, or sewing.

If the female surface fastener base fabric is made relatively thick to have durability and scratch resistance, the protective sheet main body is formed of the female surface fastener itself, and the female surface fastener base fabric is formed. It is also possible to attach a male surface fastener along one end edge of the back surface side of the.

As described above, in the present invention, a male surface fastener is attached along the length direction to the winding end side of one surface of a sheet body made of insulating resin as a protective sheet for focusing and protecting the group of wires. The protective sheet which attached the female type | mold surface fastener to the whole surface except the winding end side facing the said male type | mold fastener is used for the other surface side of the said sheet | seat main body. Thus, since the female surface fastener is provided on the substantially entire surface opposite to the mounting surface of the male surface fastener, the male surface fastener can be locked and coupled to the female surface fastener at an arbitrary position. The volume enclosed by the protective sheet can be adjusted arbitrarily. As a result, even if the outer diameter of the electric wire group changes, the protective sheet can be adhered and covered, the electric wire group can be firmly held in the protective sheet, and it is possible to prevent the electric wire group from rattling when the vehicle is running.

Further, the protective sheet has the sheet main body as an outer periphery and a female surface fastener as an inner periphery around the electric wire group, and the female locking portion is positioned on the inner peripheral side on the winding end side. The part is locked. As the configuration, since the female locking portion of the female surface fastener is in contact with the outer periphery of the electric wire group, the electric wire group is elastically held by the female locking portion, and the friction generated between the electric wire group and the sheet The noise generated by friction can be eliminated.

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1 shows a protective sheet 1, and the protective sheet 1 is wound in a sushi roll around the outer periphery of an electric wire group 10 constituting a wire harness W / H as shown in FIG.

The protective sheet 1 includes a sheet main body 2 made of a vinyl chloride resin sheet, a female surface fastener 3 provided on one surface (upper surface in the drawing) of the sheet main body 2, and the other surface (lower surface in the drawing). And a male surface fastener 4 provided on the surface.

As shown in FIG. 1B, the overall shape of the protective sheet 1 is rectangular, and the length dimension S <b> 1 is the length of the range wound around the length of the wire group 10. The dimension S2 in the width direction corresponds to the outer diameter of the electric wire group 10 and is set to a size that allows the outer circumference of the electric wire group 10 to be wound approximately one turn in a sushi roll shape with its edges overlapped.

The male hook-and-loop fastener 4 provided on the lower surface of the seat body 2 is attached with a narrow width along one end in the width direction serving as a winding edge. On the other hand, the female hook-and-loop fastener 3 provided on the upper surface of the seat body 2 is attached to the entire surface excluding the winding end side to which the male hook-and-loop fastener 4 is attached.

The female hook-and-loop fastener 3 and the male hook-and-loop fastener 4 have a well-known configuration in which resin threads that form the female locking portion 3b and the male locking portion 4b are protruded in a flocked shape from the base fabrics 3a and 4a, respectively.
That is, as shown in FIG. 3A, the female locking portion 3b is a loop-shaped thread. As shown in FIG. 3B, the male locking portion 4b is a substantially hook-shaped thread.
The female type surface fastener 3 and the male type surface fastener 4 are respectively attached to the base body 3 by adhering, welding or sewing the base fabrics 3a and 4a to the seat body 2 with an adhesive.

As shown in FIGS. 2A, 2B, and 2C, the protective sheet 1 is wound around the outer periphery of the electric wire group 10 in a sushi roll with the sheet body as the outer periphery and the female surface fastener 3 as the inner surface. Yes. On the winding end side, the female locking portion 3b is locked and coupled to the male locking portion 4b positioned on the inner peripheral side.
In this winding state, 80 to 90% of the outer peripheral surface of the electric wire group 10 is in contact with the female locking portion 3 b of the female surface fastener 3.

As described above, when the protective sheet 1 is wound around the outer periphery of the wire group 10, even if the outer periphery of the wire group 10 is changed, the position where the male locking portion 4b is locked to the female locking portion 3b can be changed. The protective sheet 1 can be wound in close contact with the outer peripheral surface of the wire group 10. Therefore, no backlash occurs in the electric wire group 10 in the protective sheet 1, and it is possible to prevent abnormal noise from being generated due to vibration when the vehicle is running.

Furthermore, most of the outer peripheral surface of the electric wire group 10 is surrounded by the female surface fastener 3, and the female locking portion 3b contacts. Since the female locking portion 3b is made of a loop-shaped yarn, it can be elastically contacted more smoothly than the male locking portion 4b is in contact, and contact friction can be reduced. Further, as described above, when the female locking portion 3b is brought into contact with the outer peripheral surface of the electric wire group 10, the contact sound can be reduced or silenced as compared with the case where the male locking portion 4b is brought into contact.

Furthermore, when the release paper described in the above-mentioned conventional example is peeled to expose the adhesive layer and bond the winding end of the sheet, extra work increases, but in the present invention, the outer peripheral end side of the protective sheet 1 is The female locking part can be locked and coupled to the male locking part simply by pressing to the inner peripheral side, and the work is simplified and there is no problem that the adhesive adheres to the operator's hand. In addition, since there is no release paper, no dust is produced and no ring-like problem occurs. Furthermore again. There are various advantages such as easy rewinding of the protective sheet 1.
