スイッチ操作部の前部に、復帰ばねを介して待機位置にばね付勢されたキャップ状の押ボタン,および該押ボタンの周域を包囲するベゼルを備え、かつ前記押ボタンにトリガーばねを介して連結した接点駆動用の押棒を操作部のフレームに内挿した上で、該フレームと前記押棒との間に、前方から押し込んだ押ボタンをロック位置に係止し、押ボタンの捻回操作により係止を解除するロック機構を備えたプッシュロック/ターンリセット式の非常停止用押ボタンスイッチであって、前記ベゼル,および押ボタンの周壁に錠前のフックを嵌挿して掛け止めする施錠穴を内外に向かい合わせて開口するとともに、その内周側に押ボタンのプッシュロック,ターンリセット操作に連動して前記施錠穴を開閉するシャッタ部材を配備したものにおいて、
前記シャッタ部材の開閉機構として、シャッタ部材の周上に開閉ガイドを設け、該開閉ガイドを押ボタンの周壁に形成した案内溝に嵌入してシャッタ部材を軸方向へ移動可能に案内支持した上で、この開閉ガイドには前記フレームに向けて突き出すようばね付勢されたロックピンを設けるとともに、該ロックピンに対向して前記フレームには押ボタンの待機位置でシャッタ部材を閉塞位置に係合保持し、押ボタンのプッシュロック操作によりロック位置で係合を解除するストッパ部と、該ストッパ部との係合を解除した状態から前記ロックピンの付勢ばね力を受けてシャッタ部材を開放位置に移動させる開放ガイドカム部と、押ボタンのターンリセット操作により前記ロックピンを介してシャッタ部材を開放位置から閉塞位置に移動させる復帰ガイドカム部とを形成したことを特徴とする非常停止用押ボタンスイッチ。
