Claims (4)
帯状薄鋼板から前記各鉄心薄板を円形または長円形に半抜きまたは打抜きする鉄心薄板打抜き工程と、
前記半抜きまたは打抜きされた各鉄心薄板をプッシュバックするプッシュバック工程と、
前記各鉄心薄板よりも大きな同一外形のダミー薄板を前記鉄心薄板と一体に前記帯状薄鋼板からそれぞれ打抜くダミー薄板打抜き工程と、
前記ダミー薄板を積層して積層体を形成する積層工程と、
前記積層体から前記各鉄心薄板以外の不要部分を除去する除去工程と
を有し、
前記ダミー薄板打抜き工程より前に、前記ダミー薄板の円形の外周縁の1箇所のみに切欠き部を形成する切欠き打抜き工程を更に有し、
前記積層工程において、前記ダミー薄板が前記切欠き部の位置を合わせて積層されることで、当該切欠き部の集合からなる1つの溝部が前記積層体の外周面に形成され、
前記除去工程において、前記積層体の溝部が外側に押し拡げられて前記不要部分が除去されることを特徴とする積層鉄心の製造方法。 A method of manufacturing a laminated iron core obtained by laminating a plurality of types of iron core thin plates having different outer shapes,
