Abstract
【解決手段】粉体塗料を吐出するスプレーガンのガン先2に露出する電極4を屈曲可能な非導電性樹脂チューブ5によって覆うことにより、電極4への粉体塗料の付着を防止し、非導電性樹脂チューブ5を屈曲させることにより、塗装速度、被塗物との距離、作業者の癖などに応じて電極の位置を調整し、塗装条件に最適な電場を形成することを可能とした。

Claims (4)
- 粉体塗料を吐出するスプレーガンのガン先に、高電圧を印加する電極を設け、この電極により粉体塗料を帯電させるコロナ帯電式塗装装置において、上記ガン先に露出する電極を屈曲可能な非導電性樹脂チューブによって覆い、非導電性樹脂チューブを屈曲させてガン先の電極位置を調整可能としたことを特徴とするコロナ帯電式塗装装置。
- ブース内に粉体塗料を噴霧させ、ブース内に設置した高電圧を印加する電極により粉体塗料を帯電させるコロナ帯電式塗装装置において、上記ブース内に露出する電極を屈曲可能な非導電性樹脂チューブによって覆い、非導電性樹脂チューブを屈曲させてブース内の電極位置を調整可能としたことを特徴とするコロナ帯電式塗装装置。
- 上記非導電性樹脂チューブと電極間の隙間に、エアーを流入させる請求項1又は2記載のコロナ帯電式塗装装置。
- 上記非導電性樹脂チューブと電極間の隙間に、不活性ガスを流入させる請求項1又は2記載のコロナ帯電式塗装装置。
