Description

The present invention relates to a fire prevention attachment of a resin pipe attached to a drain pipe or a joint that penetrates a fire prevention section such as a floor or a wall of a building such as a mid-to-high-rise apartment, and more specifically, a drain pipe or a joint that penetrates the fire prevention section of each floor And a fireproof attachment that prevents the fire from spreading to another fireproof section through the drain pipe or the pipe line of the joint.

Conventionally, as shown in FIG. 21, a drainage facility 1 for a building such as a mid-to-high-rise apartment house having a plurality of exclusive units is provided for each floor of the building. A drainage side branch pipe 3 that guides the drainage from the facilities of the dwelling part on each floor to the drainage standpipe 2 and a drainage pipe or joint 4 that connects the drainage standpipe 2 and the drainage side branch pipe 3. Thus, the drainage pipe or joint 4 has its trunk 4a passed through the through hole C1 of the concrete slab C so that the upper floor drainage pipe 2 and the lower floor drainage pipe 2 are connected. It has become. In the drain pipe or the joint 4, after the trunk portion 4a is passed through the through hole C1 of the concrete slab C, the gap portion between the trunk portion 4a and the through hole C1 is backfilled with mortar M (see Patent Document 1).

In the conventional drainage system, the drainage stand 2 extending in the vertical direction of the building has a mortar layer around a metal pipe such as a steel pipe or a copper pipe or a resin pipe for the purpose of preventing the spread of fire from the lower floor to the upper floor. A piping member such as a fire-proof double pipe provided with a pipe was used. However, metal pipes and refractory double-layer pipes are heavy, and piping work such as bringing such piping members to the piping place, cutting to a predetermined dimension at the piping place and connecting them is very laborious and requires technology. .

Accordingly, it has been desired to use a resin-made piping member that is light in weight and can be greatly reduced in labor for transportation and piping work and has excellent workability.

In response to such demands, conventionally used resin pipes such as polyvinyl chloride pipes are used as piping members for drainage vertical pipes connected to drainage pipes or joints that pass through fire prevention compartments such as floors or walls of buildings. It was also considered.

However, when resin pipes, such as PVC pipes, are used as drainage pipes that pass through fire prevention compartments such as floors or walls of buildings or drainage pipes connected to joints, resin pipes such as PVC pipes are flammable materials. Therefore, it melts and disappears due to the heat at the time of the fire, and this may cause the fire to spread to other fire prevention sections through the drain pipe or the pipe line of the joint.

Therefore, in view of such technical problems, the present inventors handle heavy as a drainage pipe connected to a drainage pipe or a joint penetrating a fire prevention section such as a floor or a wall of a building such as a mid-to-high-rise apartment. Even if resin pipes that are lightweight and have good handleability are used in place of piping members such as metal pipes and fire-resistant double-layer pipes that have poor properties, they can be connected to other fire prevention compartments through drainage pipes or joint pipes in the event of a fire. As a fireproof attachment that can reliably prevent the spread of fire, there are a plurality of attachment parts that form an annular shape that is attached to the lower end of the drain pipe or joint, and a plurality of parts that are fixed around the ring on the non-attachment surface side of the attachment part. It consists of leaf springs that form isosceles triangles, and the tip of the plurality of leaf springs is biased so as to be in abutting state on the non-mounting surface side of the mounting portion, and is made of resin connected to the drain pipe or joint Drainage pipe end peripheral surface It has proposed those comprising a holding member for holding pressed.

In this fireproof attachment, when the drainage stand is melted and carbonized by the heat at the time of the fire, a holding member that presses and holds the peripheral surface of the drainage stand end is configured accordingly. Each leaf spring is closed by its spring force, its tip is in a butted state, and the opening of the drain pipe or joint is closed, so that the fire spreads to other fire prevention compartments through the drain pipe or joint pipe line. It was supposed to be prevented.

Japanese Patent Application No. 2007-070511

However, this fireproof attachment closes the opening by abutting the tips of the leaf springs. That is, the butt portion is one point due to the sharp tip of the leaf spring. For this reason, a gap is likely to be generated at the tip portion due to a slight precision dimension of the leaf spring or displacement to the mounting portion. Therefore, extremely high dimensional accuracy and assembly accuracy have been required in the manufacturing process.

The present invention has been devised in view of the above-described problems. When the leaf spring is attached to the attachment portion even if there is a slight shift, the gap is not easily formed and the obstruction is surely obstructed. It is to provide a fireproof attachment that can.

In order to solve the problems as described above, the measures taken by the present invention are as follows.

The fireproof attachment taken by the invention according to claim 1 is:
A fireproof attachment that is attached to a drain pipe or joint that penetrates a fireproof section of a floor or wall of a building such as a mid-to-high-rise apartment building,
An attachment portion attached to a lower end portion of the drain pipe or the joint;
A plurality of leaf springs that are provided in an annular shape in the mounting portion and press and hold the peripheral surface of the resin pipe connected to the drain pipe or the joint;
The gist of the leaf spring is that it has a triangular shape or a trapezoidal shape and is biased so as to be in a butted state on the side.

Further, the fireproof attachment taken by the invention according to claim 2 is characterized in that at least one part of the base end portion of the leaf spring is overlapped with each other in the attachment portion.

Further, the fireproof attachment taken by the invention according to claim 3 is characterized in that the leaf springs have different base angles.

Further, the gist of the fireproof attachment taken by the invention according to claim 4 is that a bent piece is provided on one side of the leaf spring.

The effects obtained by adopting the above means are as follows.

The fireproof attachment according to the present invention adopts the butting structure by the side of the leaf spring, so that a gap due to the displacement of the leaf spring is less likely to occur, and even if the attachment to the attachment portion of the leaf spring is slightly deviated, Can be occluded. For this reason, since the dimensional accuracy in the manufacturing process can be lowered, the production efficiency can be improved.

Compared to leaf springs of the same length in the conventional structure, the closing position is closer to the attachment part (because it can be closed at a position closer to the root, than the type where the closing force is abutted at the tip Can be strong.

The best mode for carrying out the “fireproof attachment” of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. In addition, the Example and drawing demonstrated below illustrate the optimal form of the Example of this invention, and is not used for the objective limited to these structures.

1 and 3 show a side view and a plan view of a fireproof attachment 10 according to the first embodiment. FIG. 2 shows a state in which the leaf spring 11 of the fireproof attachment 10 is expanded. 5 and 6 show a use state of the fireproof attachment 10 according to the first embodiment.

The fireproof attachment 10 according to the first embodiment shown in FIGS. 1 to 3 includes an annular mounting portion 12 and a leaf spring 11 composed of nine spring members. The attachment portion 12 is a thin plate obtained by punching a metal plate material into a circle, and the attachment portion 11 is provided with three bolt holes 12a. And this attachment part 12 is bolted with the volt | bolt 60 via the connection band 52 of the lower end part 51 of a drain pipe or the coupling 50, and the attachment to the lower end part 51 of the drain pipe or the coupling 50 is made. The In addition, the attachment part 12 should just be cyclic | annular, for example, shapes, such as an ellipse and a polygon other than circular, are employable. Further, the number and shape of the spring members are not limited, and can be appropriately changed according to the size of the resin tube used.

Each leaf spring 11 is formed in an isosceles trapezoid with the same base angle. Each leaf spring 11 is annularly fixed to the inner periphery of the attachment portion 11 at the bottom by welding. At this time, as shown in FIG. 3, the leaf springs 11 are arranged so as to partially overlap each other (see the dotted line portion in FIG. 3). By adopting such a configuration, when each leaf spring 11 is closed, the butt is performed on the side. By using the abutting portion as a side, a slight error in the manufacturing accuracy of the leaf spring 11 and a displacement of the attachment position to the attachment member 12 can be eliminated by shifting the abutting position. That is, as shown in FIG. 4 (this drawing is for the purpose of explanation and is described by being shifted extremely far from the error actually produced), the leaf spring 11 is essentially the continuous line of FIG. Although it should be installed at the position of, for example, the spring member 11a indicated by the two-dot chain line, even if it is displaced from the original position, it is lower than the position α of the side that is originally matched. Will be faced. Thus, the closed state can be reliably ensured by using the side side as a contact portion with another leaf spring. Thus, the nine leaf springs 11 are urged so as to abut on the side by the mounting portion 11 by the urging force, and are closed so as to form a substantially conical shape as shown in FIG.

Since the abutting portion is a side, the abutting position moves not to the tip of the spring plate 11 but to the mounting member 12 side, so it is compared with the plate spring 11 of the same length of the type that abuts at the conventional tip. Thus, it can be closed at a position close to the root, and the closing force can be improved.

Further, since the means for abutting at the side is adopted, the tip need not be a sharp corner, and the tip can be provided in a rectangular shape as shown in FIG. Therefore, when handling the fireproof attachment, for example, when attaching the fireproof attachment to the resin tube or when carrying it, the tip of the leaf spring can be made difficult to break or bend.

Furthermore, each leaf | plate spring 11 in the fireproof attachment 10 which concerns on Example 1 is provided with the bending piece 13 toward the front end direction at the one side. Since the bent piece 13 is formed by bending the leaf spring 11 into a dogleg shape, the rigidity can be increased as compared with a case where the bent piece 13 is not provided. For this reason, when handling the fireproof attachment 10, for example, connecting the end of the drainage pipe 30 to the drainage pipe or the joint 50, or preventing the leaf spring 11 from being broken or bent during transportation. Can do.

In addition, as shown in FIG. 2, the bent pieces 30 are superimposed on the adjacent leaf springs 11 to press them, so that the spring force of each leaf spring 30 is equalized. For this reason, all the leaf springs 11 are uniformly closed, and it is easy to ensure reliable closing.

And as shown in FIG. 5, the cyclic | annular attachment part 12 is attached to the lower end part 51 of the drain pipe or coupling 50 which penetrates the fire prevention division of each floor of a building, and it is in the opening of the lower end part 51 of the said drain pipe or coupling 50 By connecting the drainage standpipe 30, nine leaf springs 11 provided in an annular shape on the mounting portion 12 are deformed outward along the peripheral surface of the drainage standpipe 30 and expanded. The urging force presses the peripheral surface of the drainage standpipe 20.

Therefore, when a fire occurs, the resin drainage stand 30 is melted and carbonized by the heat at the time of the fire, and accordingly, the plurality of leaf springs 11 pressing the peripheral surface of the drainage stand 30 are: Due to the melting of the drainage pipe 30, it is deformed inward by its spring force, and the leaf spring 11 enters the butted state while embedding the leftovers of the drainage pipe 30, and the lower end of the drainage pipe or joint 50. The opening of the portion 54b is closed. In this way, the opening of the lower end portion 54b of the drain pipe or joint 54 is closed by the plurality of leaf springs 11, and the spread of fire to other fire prevention compartments through the drain pipe or joint pipe is surely prevented ( FIG. 6).

Therefore, when the fireproof attachment of the present invention is applied, it is surely prevented from spreading to other fireproof sections through the pipe 54 of the drainage pipe or the joint 50. A resin tube made of polyethylene, polypropylene, polybudene, polyester, or the like, or a member in which a soundproof member including a sound absorbing layer or a vibration damping layer is wound around the resin tube can be used.

Hereinafter, Example 2 of the fireproof attachment 10 according to the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. 7 to 9 are a side view and a plan view of the fireproof attachment according to the first embodiment. FIG.11 and FIG.12 shows the use condition of the fireproof attachment of this invention.

The fireproof attachment 10 shown in FIG.7 and FIG.9 is provided with the leaf | plate spring 11 comprised by the cyclic | annular attachment part 12 and nine spring members, and the attachment part 12 stamps a metal board | plate material circularly. The mounting plate 11 is provided with three bolt holes 12a in the same manner as in the first embodiment. And this attachment part is bolted with the volt | bolt 60 of the connection band 52 of the lower end part 51 of a drain pipe or the coupling 50, and the attachment to the drain pipe or the lower end part 51 of a coupling is made | formed. ing.

In the fireproof attachment 10 shown in FIGS. 7 to 9, the leaf spring 11 is provided in a triangular shape, and is fixed to the inner periphery of the attachment portion 12 in an annular shape. However, in the second embodiment, the base angles are provided at different angles γ and δ (γ <δ) on the left and right as shown in FIG. As a result, the nine plate springs 11 are arranged at the side points α by shifting the triangle perpendicular to the right side and fixing the base ends in an annular shape by welding without overlapping the plate springs 11. Can be brought into contact with each other, and in a state of being brought into contact, a substantially conical shape is formed as shown in FIG. Thus, a closed state can be reliably ensured by using the side side as a butt portion with another leaf spring.

Further, each leaf spring 11 in the fireproof attachment 10 is provided with a bent piece 13 on one side thereof in the distal direction. Since the bent piece 13 is formed by bending a leaf spring into a dogleg shape, the rigidity can be increased as compared with a case where the bent piece 13 is not provided. For this reason, when handling the fireproof attachment 10, for example, connecting the end of the drainage pipe 30 to the drainage pipe or the joint 50, or preventing the leaf spring 11 from being broken or bent during transportation. Can do. The bent piece of the second embodiment is formed by further bending outward at the tip portion because the conical tip is formed narrower at the time of butting than in the first embodiment (13a). This can prevent interference with each other.

And as shown in FIG. 11, the cyclic | annular attachment part 12 is attached to the lower end part 51 of the drain pipe or coupling 50 which penetrates the fire prevention division of each floor of a building, and it is in the opening of the lower end part 51 of the said drain pipe or coupling 50 By connecting the drainage standpipe 30, the nine leaf springs 11 provided on the ring of the attachment portion 12 are deformed outward along the peripheral surface of the water distribution standpipe 30 and expanded. The urging force presses the peripheral surface of the drainage pipe 20.

When a fire breaks out, the resin drainage stand melts and carbonizes with the heat from the fire. Along with this, the plurality of leaf springs 11 that pressed the peripheral surface of the drainage standpipe 30 are deformed inward by the spring force due to the melting of the drainage standpipe, and the tip thereof is the drainage standpipe 30. While embracing the leftovers, the drainage pipe or the opening of the lower end 51 of the joint 50 is closed. In this way, the opening of the lower end portion 51 of the drain pipe or joint 50 is closed by the plurality of leaf springs 11, and the spread of fire to other fire prevention sections through the pipe of the drain pipe or joint is reliably prevented ( FIG. 12).

The fireproof attachment according to the present invention has industrial applicability when a drainage pipe penetrating the fireproofing section or a drainage vertical pipe connected to a joint is provided.
