前記第一電極上であって、前記第二絶縁膜の前記第二開口部内のみに設けられた隔壁と、
前記第一電極上であって、前記隔壁間に有機発光材料が溶媒に溶解または分散された液状体が塗布されて乾燥されてなるキャリア輸送層と、
前記キャリア輸送層を覆う第二電極と、
を備えることを特徴とするELパネル。
