Description

The present invention relates to a support frame for a roof work protection member.

The roofs of buildings such as warehouses and factories are inclined to improve drainage, and have the disadvantage that construction workers and construction materials are slippery. Therefore, measures are taken to rehabilitate and repair the roof to prevent a construction worker from falling down or dropping construction materials by installing a fall prevention rope or fall prevention net. Such fall prevention ropes and fall prevention nets are constructed by assembling a plurality of mounts such as those described in Patent Document 1 on a sloped surface, and are stretched between these mounts.
JP-A-1-304256

By the way, the pedestal of patent document 1 is formed by setting up a support | pillar perpendicular | vertical to a base on the base of a square bar material, and connecting these with a volt | bolt or a reinforcement member. Therefore, there is a problem that the number of components is large and the total weight is very large, and it is necessary to use heavy machinery and a lot of manpower to lift or remove these components to the roof.
The present invention has been made in view of the above-described problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide a support frame for a rooftop work protection member that is lightweight, easily folded, and easy to disassemble and transport.

In order to achieve the object, the present invention takes the following technical means.
In other words, the roof work protection member support frame according to the present invention (hereinafter simply referred to as a support frame) has a bottom frame member attached to the roof, and an inclined shape upward from the both ends of the bottom frame member toward the middle side. A pair of extending strut members, a connector for connecting the upper end sides of the pair of column members, and an upper end side pivotally supported by the connector and a lower end side fixed to the roof at a position away from the bottom frame member. And a supporting leg.
If it does in this way, since it is the simple structure which connected only a bottom frame member, a pair of support | pillar member, and a support leg, the weight of a support frame can be made lightweight. In addition, the support leg can swing around the connector, and the support frame can be easily folded. Therefore, disassembly / assembly and transportation can be easily performed.

In addition, it is preferable that the said coupling tool is formed with the volt | bolt, and the through-hole of the said volt | bolt is formed in the longitudinal direction at the upper end side of the said support leg.
If it does in this way, it becomes possible to change the standing angle of the support | pillar member with respect to the inclined surface of a roof, and it becomes possible to adjust the attitude | position of a support frame according to the inclination angle of an inclined surface.

According to the support frame of the present invention, it is lightweight and can be easily folded to be easily assembled, disassembled or transported.

[First Embodiment]
Hereinafter, a first embodiment of a support frame of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
First, the support frame 1 of the present invention is provided on a roof 2 having a sloped surface 4. Although there is no limitation in particular in the roof 2 in which the support frame 1 is provided, the 1st Embodiment shows the example attached to the roof 2 which used the corrugated sheet for the roofing material.
As shown in FIG. 1, the roof 2 according to the first embodiment has a plurality of corrugated plates laid on the slope surface 4 at a constant pitch in the eaves direction or the slope direction. A plurality of mounting bolts 3 used at the time of laying the corrugated sheet are left on the slope surface 4 of the roof 2 in a protruding state. In such a roof 2, corrugated plates are often laid at a standardized pitch, so that the mounting bolts 3 are often arranged at a constant pitch in the eaves direction or the gradient direction. The support frame 1 is attached to the gradient surface 4 using the mounting bolts 3a to 3c arranged in the eaves direction and the mounting bolt 3d provided at a position lower in the gradient direction.

As shown in FIG. 2, the support frame 1 is roughly divided into a bottom frame member 6, a pair of support members 7, 7 extending in an inclined manner from the both ends of the bottom frame member 6 toward the middle side, A connector 15 that connects the upper ends of the pair of support members 7 and 7, and a support leg 8 that is supported on the roof 2 at a position where the upper end is pivotally supported by the connector 15 and the lower end is separated from the bottom frame member 6. And.
In the following description, the AA ′ direction of FIG. 1 is the eaves direction when the support frame 1 is described, and the BB ′ direction of FIG. 1 is the gradient direction when the support frame 1 is described. Further, the CC ′ direction in FIG. 1 is the vertical direction when the support frame 1 is described.

As shown in FIG. 3, the bottom frame member 6 is attached to the roof 2 via three attachment bolts 3 a to 3 c that are arranged at a predetermined interval on a straight line along the eaves direction among the plurality of attachment bolts 3. . The bottom frame member 6 is formed in a bar shape having a substantially T-shaped cross-sectional view that is long in the eaves direction, and a flat plate portion 9 that is in contact with the inclined surface 4 and a reinforcing rib that is formed substantially perpendicular to the flat plate portion 9. 10.
Three mounting holes 11a to 11c are formed in the flat plate portion 9 along the longitudinal direction, and the mounting bolts 3a to 3c are inserted into the mounting holes 11a to 11c and fixed with nuts or the like, so that the bottom frame member 6 is fixed. It can be fixed along the eaves direction. The reinforcing rib 10 is formed along the longitudinal direction of the flat plate portion 9 so as to prevent the flat plate portion 9 (bottom frame member 6) from being bent or warped, and the central portion of the flat plate portion 9 in the width direction (gradient direction). Are provided upright.

As shown in FIG. 3 and FIG. 4, the column member 7 is a bar member (L-shaped angle member) having a substantially L-shaped cross-sectional view standing upright from the end of the bottom frame member 6 in the eaves direction. A pair is provided on the bottom frame member 6 at a distance in the eaves direction. The lower ends of the pair of support members 7, 7 are cut in an inclined direction along the bottom frame member 6, and the cut surfaces are fixed to the bottom frame member 6 by welding.
The pair of support members 7, 7 have an equal inclination angle θ with respect to the bottom frame member 6 so that the upper ends thereof are located above midway portions in the eaves direction of the bottom frame member 6. In other words, the pair of support members 7 and 7 are formed as equilateral sides of an isosceles triangle having the bottom frame member 6 as a base. An attachment portion 13 for attaching a fall prevention rope 18 and a fall prevention net is provided on the middle of the support member 7 in the vertical direction. The pair of strut members 7 and 7 are each provided with a bent portion 12 on the upper end side and can be connected to each other.

The attachment portion 13 is a portion to which the rooftop work protection member is attached. In the present embodiment, the attachment portion 13 is a plurality of holes formed in the column member 7 along the vertical direction. The on-roof work protection member is a member that prevents the operator or material from sliding off the roof 2, and includes a fall prevention rope 18, a fall prevention net, or a locking fitting 22 that connects these. By providing the attachment portion 13, it is easy to attach (tie) the fall prevention rope 18 and the fall prevention net, and the fall prevention rope 18, the fall prevention net, or the locking bracket 22 can be used to It is possible to more reliably prevent the construction material from sliding off the roof 2.

FIG. 5A is a side view of the bent portion 12 and the connector 15 of the pair of support members 7 and 7 as viewed from the side surface perpendicular to the eaves direction, and FIG. 5B is a view of D in FIG. FIG.
As shown in FIGS. 5A and 5B, the bent portion 12 is a pair of substantially L-shaped bars in cross-sectional view fixed to the upper ends of the pair of support members 7 and 7 by welding. The bent portion 12 is a portion in which the upper end sides of the support members 7 and 7 extending in different directions are bent in the same direction, and is provided in parallel with each other at a distance in the eaves direction. In the bent portion 12, a connecting hole 14 is formed on a surface facing each eaves direction.

The connecting tool 15 connects the connecting holes 14 of the bent portion 12 to each other and connects the pair of support members 7 and 7 on the upper end side.
The support leg 8 is a bar member that connects between the connector 15 and the mounting bolt 3d disposed at a lower position in the gradient direction than the bottom frame member 6. The support leg 8 has a fixing hole 17 for fixing the mounting bolt 3 at a low position on the lower end side. The lower end side of the support leg 8 is fixed to the sloped surface 4 of the roof 2 by inserting the mounting bolt 3d through the fixing hole 17 and tightening it with a nut or the like.
The support leg 8 is provided with a plate-like portion 19 whose thickness is thinner than the middle side on the upper end side, and the plate-like portion 19 is provided with four through holes 16 through which the connector 15 can be inserted along the longitudinal direction. It is done. Therefore, the support leg 8 is pivotally supported by the connection tool 15 by inserting a plurality of connection tools 15 through the through-hole 16, and can swing around the connection tool 15. Further, by changing the through hole 16 through which the connector 15 is inserted, the length from the gradient surface 4 to the connector 15 is changed, and the upright angle of the column member 8 with respect to the gradient surface 4 can be changed.

Next, the installation method to the roof 2 of the support frame 1 is demonstrated.
As shown in FIG. 6A, when the support frame 1 is installed on the roof 2, the support frame 1 is first folded. The connector 15 is once loosened, and the column member 8 is swung around the connector 15. The strut member 8 is folded along the pair of strut members 7, 7 and is carried to the roof 2 in the folded state. At this time, since the support frame 1 has a lightweight structure in which the bottom frame member 6, the pair of support members 7 and 7, and the support legs 8 are connected, the support frame 1 can be easily carried up to the roof 2 while being folded. It becomes easy.

As shown in FIG. 6B, the support frame 1 carried up to the roof 2 is fixed to the mounting bolts 3a to 3d. In this case, the mounting holes 11a to 11c of the bottom frame member 6 are inserted from above into the three mounting bolts 3a to 3c arranged in a straight line along the eaves direction. Then, after the connecting tool 15 is loosened, the support member 8 is swung around the connecting tool 15 to align the fixing hole 17 of the support member 8 with the attachment bolt 3d, and then the support member 8 from above the attachment bolt 3d. The fixing hole 17 is inserted.
As shown in FIG. 6 (c), after the mounting bolts 3 a to 3 d are inserted into the mounting holes 11 a to 11 c and the fixing hole 17, nuts and the like are attached to the mounting bolts 3 a to 3 d, and the support frame 1 is attached to the roof 2. To fix. In this way, the support frame 1 can be easily assembled or removed from the roof 2 simply by tightening the nut. Therefore, disassembly and assembly are also facilitated.

In addition, when the inclination of the slope surface 4 of the roof 2 is large (small), the connector 15 is inserted through the upper (lower) through hole 16. In this way, the length from the gradient surface 4 to the connector 15 changes, the upright angle of the column member 8 with respect to the gradient surface 4 changes, and the posture of the support frame 1 is adjusted according to the inclination angle of the gradient surface 4. It becomes possible to adjust.
[Second Embodiment]
Next, a second embodiment of the support frame 1 will be described.
The support frame 1 of the second embodiment is used when the mounting bolts 3 do not have a constant pitch in the eaves direction or the gradient direction. That is, in the second embodiment, a plurality of oval mounting holes 11d to 11f are formed in the flat plate portion 9 of the bottom frame member 6 at regular intervals along the eaves direction. In the second embodiment, the bottom frame member 6 and the pair of support members 7 and 7 are bolt-connected using the fasteners 23 and 23.

Since the attachment holes 11d to 11f of the second embodiment have an oval shape along the eaves direction, the attachment holes 3 can be fixed to the attachment bolt 3 even if the pitch of the attachment bolt 3 changes. Further, by connecting the bottom frame member 6 and the pair of support members 7 and 7 with bolts, the bottom frame member 6 and the support members 7 can be disassembled, which is further convenient for transportation.
In addition, about the other structure and effect in the support frame 1 of 2nd Embodiment, it is the same as that of 1st Embodiment.
The present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiments, and the shape, structure, material, combination, and the like of each member can be appropriately changed without changing the essence of the invention.

For example, in the said embodiment, the support frame 1 attached to the roof 2 in which the attachment bolt 3 was left on the inclined surface 4 was illustrated. However, the bottom frame member 6 and the supporting leg 8 can also be attached to the roof 2 from which the mounting bolt 3 does not protrude by using an anchor bolt or can be directly attached to the sloped surface 4.
