Abstract
【解決手段】真空フランジ104に取付られると共に、光ファイバ束106が取付けられる第1導波用コネクタ110を収納するポートフランジ(128、130)と、該ポートフランジ(128、130)の外側に配置される光学透明体136と、該ポートフランジ(128、130)に対して嵌合形状(144)が形成されると共に、光ファイバ束150が取付けられる第2導波用コネクタ146を収納する取付部材140と、を備え、前記第1、第2導波用コネクタ110、146の光結合がなされる光軸Oに直交する少なくとも2方向で、該第1、第2導波用コネクタ110、146とが位置決めされている。

Claims (4)
- 計測情報を光ファイバ束で真空機器の内部から外部へ取り出すための真空用光ファイバコネクタにおいて、
前記真空機器の真空フランジに取付られると共に、該真空機器の内部の光ファイバ束が取付けられる第1導波用コネクタを収納するポートフランジと、
該真空機器に対して該ポートフランジの外側に配置される光学透明体と、
該ポートフランジに対して嵌合形状が形成されると共に、該真空機器の外部の光ファイバ束が取付けられる第2導波用コネクタを収納する取付部材と、を備え、
前記光学透明体を介して互いに対峙する前記第1導波用コネクタと第2導波用コネクタとの光結合がなされる光軸に直交する少なくとも2方向で、該第1導波用コネクタと第2導波用コネクタとが位置決めされていることを特徴とする真空用光ファイバコネクタ。 - 前記ポートフランジは、第1導波用コネクタを保持する補助部材と、該補助部材を前記光軸に直交する少なくとも2方向で位置決めして収納する接続フランジと、を備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の真空用光ファイバコネクタ。
- 前記光学透明体は、両面が反射防止処理された平行平面ガラスであることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の真空用光ファイバコネクタ。
- 前記光ファイバ束が複数の光ファイバから構成され、
該光ファイバが複数の孔を有するパイプ体のそれぞれの孔に挿入固定され、
該パイプ体に挿入固定された複数の光ファイバの端面に、反射防止処理された1枚の反射防止板が取付けられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の真空用光ファイバコネクタに用いられる光ファイバ端末構造体。
