Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a glass plate package, and more particularly to a glass plate package in which a glass plate laminate in which a plurality of glass plates are laminated is supported on a support surface of a pallet.
As is well known, various glass plates represented by glass substrates for flat panel displays (hereinafter also referred to as FPD) such as liquid crystal displays, plasma displays, field emission displays (including surface emission displays), and electroluminescence displays The glass plate laminate in which a plurality of glass plates are laminated is usually transported in the form of a glass plate package in which the support surface of the pallet is supported flatly or vertically.
This type of glass plate package is likely to cause damage to the glass plate when the glass plate laminate is misaligned with the support surface of the pallet during transportation. Even when acceleration / deceleration or vibration occurs, it is necessary to accurately hold the glass plate laminate at a predetermined position on the support surface of the pallet.
In order to cope with such a request, for example, according to
For example, according to
By the way, according to the glass plate package disclosed in
Moreover, according to the glass plate package disclosed in
Furthermore, according to the above-mentioned
In view of the above circumstances, the present invention provides a glass plate package that can secure a stable clamping force to a glass plate laminate without causing an increase in weight, and that is unlikely to break at the end of the glass plate. Technical issue.
The present invention devised to solve the above technical problem is that, on the outermost surface side of the laminated glass plate supported by the support surface of the pallet, from the central portion of the glass plate to each corner portion of the four corners. Pads that press each intermediate portion against the support surface side are spaced apart from each other, and both end portions in the longitudinal direction protrude from the glass plate laminate on the surface side of the pads. The presser bar is disposed, and a fastening member for pulling and tightening both end portions in the longitudinal direction of the presser bar toward the support surface is provided. Here, the above-mentioned “non-flexible presser bar” means a presser bar that is used by utilizing the characteristic that even if slight bending occurs, the bending does not occur substantially.
According to such a configuration, the plurality of pads that press the glass plate from the outermost surface side of the glass plate laminate to the pallet support surface side, the respective intermediate portions from the central portion of the glass plate to each corner portion of the four corners. Since the pressing is performed, the pressing force does not act on the end of the glass plate (the corner end of each corner or the edge along each side). More specifically, both end portions in the longitudinal direction of the presser bar arranged on the surface side of each pad protrude from the glass plate laminate, and the tightening force from the fastening member acts on both end portions that protrude. Therefore, in combination with each pad pressing the above-mentioned intermediate portion, the end of the glass plate cannot be pressed from each pad and the presser bar, and therefore the end of the glass plate is damaged. The problem of the occurrence of this is reliably avoided. Furthermore, as described above, when the fastening force from the fastening member is applied to the end portion protruding from the glass plate laminate of the presser bar, the fastening member is used in a direction perpendicular to the extending direction of the presser bar. Since the tightening force can be applied, the direction of the tightening force is optimized, and no unnecessary force is required. In addition, the members necessary to apply the pressing force to each pad from the surface side are presser bars, and no frame assembly or frame members are required. Therefore, it is a substantially linear body that requires high rigidity. Only a certain presser bar is provided, and thereby it is possible to prevent the weight from being increased unnecessarily, and it becomes possible to carry out transportation and the like smoothly and easily. In addition, since the fastening members are pulled and tightened to the support surface side of the pallet at both ends in the longitudinal direction of the non-flexible presser bar, compared with the case where the belt is stretched over the surface side of each pad and tightened. Thus, it becomes difficult to receive adverse effects such as lateral displacement due to vibrations during transportation, and it is possible to ensure stable positioning and holding with respect to the glass plate laminate.
In this case, the fastening member is an inflexible rod-like body or plate-like body, the base end portion is supported by the pallet, the tip end portion is attached to the longitudinal end portion of the presser bar, and the It can be configured such that the length of the separation distance from the attachment portion of the tip portion to the support surface can be adjusted.
In this way, since the base end portion of the fastening member is supported by the pallet and the tip end portion is attached to both end portions in the longitudinal direction of the presser bar, the fastening member does not protrude to the surface side or protrudes from the presser bar. Slight projecting dimensions. Therefore, since the dimension that mainly protrudes from the glass plate laminate to the surface side is the addition of the thickness of the pad and the thickness of the presser bar, it is possible to achieve not only light weight but also compactness. . And since it is possible to adjust the length from the attachment part to the presser bar at the tip of the fastening member to the support surface of the pallet, it is possible to cope with the difference in the number of glass plates laminated on the glass plate laminate, and to fasten The tightening force by the member can also be adjusted.
Further, the fastening member is a flexible belt-like body, the base end portion is supported by the pallet, the tip end portion is attached to the longitudinal end portion of the presser bar, and the tip end attachment portion The distance from the support surface to the support surface can be adjusted in length.
Even in this case, as described above, the dimension mainly protruding from the glass plate laminate to the surface side can be added to the thickness of the pad and the thickness of the presser bar. In addition, it becomes possible to achieve compactness, and it is possible to appropriately cope with the difference in the number of glass plates and the variation in tightening force. The fastening member is composed of a flexible belt-like body. However, since it is the non-flexible presser bar that presses each pad from the surface side, the portion having flexibility is shortened. Compared with the case where the belt is stretched and tightened on the surface side, the probability of occurrence of lateral deviation is extremely small.
Further, the pads arranged in the middle part from the central part to each corner part of the glass plate are at least two pads, and one press bar is arranged for each group. It is preferable.
In this way, since two or more pads are pressed by a single presser bar, the number of presser bars can be reduced, and further weight reduction can be achieved.
In this case, it is preferable that the pads are respectively arranged on the bisector of each corner angle at each corner portion of the glass plate and at an equal distance from each corner angle. In addition, it is more preferable that the center part of a pad is arrange | positioned at said position, respectively.
If it does in this way, each pad will be arrange | positioned in an appropriate position, a preferable geometric arrangement | positioning will be implement | achieved, and an equal pressing force will act from each pad without bias with respect to a glass plate laminated body.
And one pad is arranged at each middle part from the central part of the glass plate to each corner part, and one presser bar is provided on the surface side of each two of the total four pads. Is preferably arranged.
If it does in this way, while the number of pads becomes appropriate and the number of press bars also becomes appropriate, the press mode with respect to a glass plate laminated body will become favorable, and it will become convenient when aiming at weight reduction.
In addition, it is preferable that two of the four pads are arranged in parallel with one side of the glass plate, and two presser bars are arranged in parallel with the one side of the glass plate. .
In this way, not only the arrangement of the four pads is made appropriate, but also the two presser bars can be arranged along the shortest distance of the glass plate, further shortening the presser bar and further It leads to weight saving.
Furthermore, each of the four pads is located at a distance of 10 to 30% (more preferably 15 to 25%) from each end with respect to the total length in the direction along the one side of the glass plate, and It is preferable that each distance from the both ends with respect to the total length in the direction along the other side adjacent to one side is arranged at a position of 10 to 30% (more preferably 15 to 25%).
If it does in this way, while further optimizing arrangement | positioning of each pad, it becomes possible to aim at the further equalization of the pressing force which acts on a glass plate laminated body.
In the above-described configuration, the glass plate laminate can be obtained by placing a plurality of glass plates on the support surface of the pallet with a foamed resin sheet or interleaf interposed therebetween.
That is, the glass plate laminate can be vertically supported on the support surface of the pallet (support surface of the back portion of the pallet), but if it is placed flat, the glass plate (particularly the glass substrate for FPD). It is possible to appropriately cope with the increase in size.
Further, it is preferable that the support surface is a substantially uppermost surface of the pallet, and a lateral displacement prevention member for preventing lateral displacement of the glass plate laminate is disposed on a peripheral portion of the pallet. .
In this way, the total height of the glass plate package can be lowered in combination with the use of the presser bar as described above, and after that, extremely large acceleration / deceleration and vibration during transportation, etc. It is possible to reliably prevent the lateral displacement of the glass plate laminate that may be caused by the above.
On the other hand, the pad preferably has a circular pressing surface.
By doing so, since there is no angular portion on the pressing surface of the pad, problems such as partial stress concentration on the pressing portion to the glass plate laminate by the pad are avoided, and the pressing portion acts on the pressing portion. The stress is equalized.
In this case, the pad and the presser bar may be formed as separate bodies. In such a case, the pad is placed on the outermost surface of the glass plate laminate in order to improve workability. You may fix to the surface side of the glass surface pressing plate arrange | positioned at a layer part, or at least 2 of the said pad is connected with a connection member, and this connection member does not press a glass plate to the support surface side. You may comprise as follows. Also, from the viewpoint of improving workability, the pad and the presser bar may be fixed or integrally formed.
As described above, according to the glass plate package of the present invention, the longitudinal ends of the presser bars arranged on the surface side of the plurality of pads protrude from the glass plate laminate, and the protrusion Since the tightening force from the fastening member acts on both ends, each pad, together with pressing each intermediate part from the central part of the glass plate to each corner part of the four corners, the edge of the glass plate In this case, the pressing force is not applied from each pad and the presser bar, so that the problem that the end portion of the glass plate is damaged is surely avoided. Moreover, since it is the presser bar that applies the pressing force to each pad from the front side, no frame assembly or frame member is required, and only a presser bar that is a substantially linear body requires high rigidity. As a result, it is possible to prevent the weight from being increased unnecessarily, and it is possible to carry out transportation and the like smoothly and easily.
Hereinafter, a glass plate package according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. In addition, the following examples illustrate what is formed by packing a glass substrate for FPD, such as a glass substrate for liquid crystal display, as a glass plate, and the size of a substantially rectangular glass plate is the size of two orthogonal sides. Each is 1000 mm or more, and the thickness is 0.7 mm or less.
FIG. 1 is a schematic perspective view showing a
Specifically, the
In this case, the four
In addition, at the four corners on the upper surface of the
Here, the arrangement state of the four
On the other hand, the relationship between the four
In this case, as shown in FIG. 5, it is preferable to fix a disk-shaped
With the configuration of the
Further, when the tightening force from the
In addition, since it is the
FIG. 6 illustrates the glass plate package according to the second embodiment of the present invention, and FIGS. 7 and 8 illustrate the components. The
FIG. 9 illustrates a glass plate package according to the third embodiment of the present invention. The
FIG. 10 illustrates a glass plate package according to the fourth embodiment of the present invention. The difference between the
In addition, although the above embodiment applies this invention to the glass plate package which supports a glass plate laminated body on a support surface of a pallet in a flat position, the above-mentioned pallet is attached to a support base. The same applies to a glass plate package comprising a pedestal portion to be formed and a back support portion that rises from a part of this pedestal portion, and a glass plate laminate supported in a vertical orientation on the support surface of the back support portion. Thus, the present invention can be applied.
