Claims (5)

物品を収容可能なトレー1が出し入れ自在に配置される搬送用カートにおいて、
前記トレー1の開口部周縁にはフランジ部11が成形され、かつ、このフランジ部11がカート本体の側面部にそれぞれ配設された左右一対のガイドレール2の下側ガイド部材21上に摺動自在に支持されている一方、
この下側ガイド部材21の両端部には、前記フランジ部11の各端部が衝止可能なストッパー突起21aがそれぞれ形成されているとともに、
可撓性材料から成る細長バネ板状の押さえ板3を弓形に屈撓変形せしめた状態で、両端部31・31を前記ガイドレール2の上側ガイド部材22に設けられた各掛止溝22a・22aにそれぞれ固定して掛架することによって中間に膨出部32を形成して、かつ、この膨出部32を下側ガイド部材21に付勢状態に接触せしめる一方、
前記フランジ部11の両端部における上面にはそれぞれ抜止め突起11aが形成されており、この抜止め突起11aが押さえ板3の膨出部32の下面を通過するとき、当該押さえ板3が抜止め突起11aによる押し上げ作用に反発しつゝ撓曲変形するとともに、
トレー1がガイドレール2内に格納されたときは、押さえ板3の膨出部32によってフランジ部11の上面を付勢することによって搬送時のガタつきを抑えて、かつ、前記フランジ部11の各端部がストッパー突起21a・21aの内側に収容されることを特徴とする搬送用カートにおけるトレー押さえ構造。
