Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a moving business management system and a management server, and more particularly, to a moving business management system and a management server that manage the conveyance of luggage at the time of moving.
In general, when moving, a customer requests a moving contractor to transport moving packages. When the moving contractor receives an order for the transportation of the moving package, the moving company interviews the customer and grasps the detailed contents regarding the moving such as the amount, size, moving schedule and moving distance of the package. Then, the moving contractor dispatches a truck for carrying goods suitable for the contents of the moving and dispatches necessary personnel.
However, in actuality, the operator of the moving company asks the customer for information on moving, and the person in charge determines the moving work schedule such as dispatch, personnel, and schedule based on this information. The suitability of the work schedule often depends largely on the experience of the person in charge of the moving contractor and the paperwork ability. Therefore, depending on the experience and ability of the person in charge, there is a high possibility that various problems such as a delay in moving and an increase in costs due to the dispatch of useless personnel will occur.
The system disclosed in
However, although the system of

(Operation of the first embodiment)
FIG. 2 is a diagram showing an outline of the operation of the moving business management system according to the first embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in the figure, in the present embodiment, a case will be described in which a plurality of customers move to the same destination while concentrating on a predetermined period. The same moving destination refers to the same building or building such as an apartment or a building. Further, the case of moving to the same moving destination concentrated in a predetermined period is, for example, a case where a plurality of customers move into each room of a newly built apartment in the same building.
The moving contractor receives orders for moving work from a plurality of customers, and performs the moving work by collectively transporting these moving packages.
In addition, the
(1) Moving Order Information Registration Operation Each operation in the present embodiment will be described below. First, the customer side presents the contents (moving order information) of the moving work for moving luggage requested by the customer side to the moving trader side. Further, the moving trader side presents the moving order information received from the customer side to the moving business management company side, and the moving business management company side registers the moving order information.
FIG. 3 is a sequence chart showing a flow of registration operation of moving order information by the moving business management system according to the first embodiment of the present invention. Hereinafter, the moving order information registration operation will be described with reference to FIG.
First, the customer operates the
When receiving the moving order information, the moving
Next, the moving
When receiving the moving order information from the moving
This completes the moving order information registration operation.
The moving contractor repeats such operations in steps S101 to S102, and receives orders for moving work from a plurality of customers. Further, the moving business management company repeats the operations of steps S103 to S104, receives moving order information from a plurality of moving companies, and performs registration.
(2) Transport Schedule Information Creation Operation Next, the delivery schedule information creation operation from the time when the moving contractor arrives at the parking lot of the moving destination such as an apartment until the moving baggage is actually carried into the room will be described.
FIG. 4 is a flowchart showing the flow of the operation of creating the transfer schedule information by the
First, the
Next, the
Next, the
For example, in addition to furniture, the number of persons is determined such that two persons are within 20 cardboard boxes and three persons are within 30 cardboard boxes.
Next, the
For example, if the elevator can load 10 cardboard boxes of a predetermined size at a time and there are moving packages for 30 boxes at this time, the number of times the elevator is operated is three.
Next, the
For example, when it takes 1 minute to unload one moving baggage from the transport vehicle and 10 pieces can be loaded into the elevator at a time, the time required to unload is 1 × 10 = 10 minutes. Each time the number of workers increases, this time is shortened accordingly.
Next, the
The carry-in lead map information includes information indicating each position of a room, an elevator, a carry-in entrance, a parking lot, and the like in the moving destination building, and a carry-in path connecting them.
The
In addition, when the parking lot and the room for carry-in are on the same floor, it is not necessary to detect the position of the elevator, and the route is determined from the positions of the parking lot, the carry-in entrance, and the room for carry-in.
In this embodiment, since a plurality of customers move to different rooms, a carry-in route is determined for each customer.
Next, the management server extracts the lifting speed of the elevator with reference to the moving
In this embodiment, since a plurality of customers move to different rooms, the estimated movement time of the elevator is calculated for each customer.
In addition, the
This travel time table stores estimated times required for travel between points in moving places such as rooms, elevators, carry-in entrances, and parking lots.
Then, the
Then, the
This completes the operation of creating the moving baggage transfer schedule information.
The
(3) Adjustment Operation of Transport Schedule As described above, the
FIG. 5 is a flowchart showing the flow of the adjustment operation of the moving baggage transportation schedule by the moving business management system according to the first embodiment of the present invention.
Hereinafter, the operation for adjusting the transportation schedules of the plurality of moving companies described above according to the current state of the moving destination will be described with reference to FIG.
First, the
The
If the same time zone does not carry in from the same carry-in route (step S302 / No), and the elevator use time zones do not overlap (step S303 / No), the carry-in work by the plurality of moving companies interferes with each other. It is done smoothly.
At this time, the
Next, the
Then, the
On the other hand, when it is carried in from the same carry-in route in the same time zone (step S302 / Yes), or is not carried in from the same carry-in route in the same time zone (step S302 / No), the usage time of the elevator When the bands overlap (step S303 / Yes), the carrying-in work by the plurality of moving companies is performed simultaneously in the same carrying-in route or the same elevator.
Therefore, the work site is congested, and if it is left as it is, there is a risk that the work may be delayed or the other work must be completed.
Therefore, the
Then, after the adjustment, the
When receiving the transportation schedule information, the moving
As described above, in the present embodiment, a plurality of moving contractors carry in moving luggage from the same carry-in route at the same time or use the same elevator at the same time to delay transport work. Can be prevented, and the carrying work can be performed efficiently.
In addition to this, the
Furthermore, the
The moving business management company can also access the
(4) Elevator operation schedule information creation operation As described above, when the

FIG. 6 is a flowchart showing a flow of an operation schedule creation operation of the elevator according to the first embodiment of the present invention. Hereinafter, the description will be made with reference to FIG.
First, the
Next, the extracted elevator usage time zone information is linked in time series for each identical elevator to create elevator operation schedule information, which is stored in the transport schedule database 23 (step S402).
Next, the
If there is no other carry-in work scheduled to be completed (step S403 / No), the creation operation is terminated without changing the elevator operation schedule information.
On the other hand, when there is another carry-in work scheduled to be completed on the lower floor including the carry-in work floor (step S403 / Yes), the
That is, after the carry-in operation is completed and the unpacking is completed, the recovered baggage such as an empty cardboard box remains. Therefore, the baggage can be recovered by temporarily stopping at that floor. Then, after carrying the collected luggage to the first floor, it is removed from the moving destination.
As described above, the
Further, since the
(5) Change operation of conveyance schedule information As mentioned above, a moving trader advances work, confirming conveyance schedule information, using the portable moving
Hereinafter, an operation of changing the conveyance schedule information when such a delay occurs will be described.
FIG. 7 is a sequence chart showing the flow of the operation for changing the conveyance schedule information in the first embodiment of the present invention. Hereinafter, the description will be made with reference to FIG.
When a delay occurs in the transport operation, first, the moving contractor uses the moving
Upon receiving the schedule change request, the
When the moving
Next, the moving contractor inputs that the work is delayed for a predetermined time at a predetermined location on the screen (step S504).
The moving
When the
Next, the
Then, the
In this way, when there is a delay in the work of a certain moving contractor, other moving contractors that are affected by the timing of delivery to the move destination can be promptly notified of the delay. The moving contractor can assemble a work schedule considering the delay in advance, and can work efficiently.

(2) Elevator Operation Schedule Information Creation Operation Hereinafter, a specific example of the operation schedule information creation operation in the present embodiment will be described.
FIG. 15 is a diagram showing a specific example of elevator operation schedule information created by connecting the elevator usage time zones in a time series in all moving contractors.
As shown in the figure, this operation schedule information shows which elevator of the moving destination is used by which moving contractor at which time zone and at which floor.
In the example shown in the figure, as described above, the work for collecting the luggage is inserted while the elevator is descending.
(3) Transport Schedule Information Adjustment Operation Hereinafter, a specific example of the transport schedule information adjustment operation in the present embodiment will be described.

In the figure, loading operations W1, W2, and W3 for loading a moving baggage into the same moving destination are shown along with the operation time zones.
In the example of the figure, the loading operations W1 and W2 have the same loading route, and the work time zones overlap, so the scheduled start time of the loading operation W2 is lowered and adjusted (from the dotted arrow to the solid arrow) What).
On the other hand, the carry-in work W3 does not change the time zone as it is, although the carry-in route and the elevator to be used are not common to both the carry-in work W1 and W2, and the work time zones overlap.
(Summary of the first embodiment)
As described above, according to the present embodiment, the
Therefore, even when moving into the same destination, such as when moving into a new apartment or during the spring season, the problem of delays in carrying in can be prevented. The trader can efficiently carry in the moving baggage.
In addition, for the managers of the buildings in the moving destination such as condominiums and buildings, there are complaints from residents, such as vehicles waiting to be loaded and moving luggage overflowing at the entrance of the building and the baggage entrance. The situation can be avoided.
In addition, the
<Second Embodiment>
(Outline of the second embodiment)
Next, a second embodiment of the present invention will be described.
In the present embodiment, it is assumed that the moving order information acquired from the customer side by the moving company side further includes attribute information of the moving luggage. This attribute information is, for example, information indicating the characteristics of each moving bag, such as the contents of the moving bag, the deadline of the loading time, and the priority of loading. The contents of the moving luggage are classified into, for example, kitchen utensils, furniture, electrical products, air conditioners, daily goods, and the like.
The moving business management system according to the present embodiment determines the optimum schedule of moving luggage to be transported, the optimal combination of moving luggage to be transported by the same transport vehicle, etc. based on the attribute information of the moving luggage. Assemble a transport schedule based on it.
Hereinafter, unless otherwise specified, the configuration and operation of the present embodiment are assumed to be the same as those of the first embodiment, and the description will proceed.
(Configuration of Second Embodiment)
In the moving
Other configurations are the same as those in the first embodiment.
(Operation of Second Embodiment)
(1) Transfer Schedule Determination Operation In the present embodiment, the
FIG. 17 is a flowchart showing the flow of the operation of determining the moving baggage transport schedule by the moving business management system according to the second embodiment of the present invention.
Hereinafter, the operation of determining the transport schedule will be described with reference to FIG.
First, the
Next, the
Next, the
Here, when all the moving packages to be transported to the same destination in the same schedule and time zone can be transported by one transport vehicle (step S604 / Yes), one transport that meets the conditions is transported. The vehicle is determined (step S605).
Then, the
On the other hand, if the number of moving packages is large and a plurality of vehicles are required (step S604 / No), a transport vehicle is allocated and distributed for each content of the moving packages classified as described above (step S607).
Next, the
If the priority order is not specified in the transport order (step S608 / No), the
On the other hand, when the priority order is specified in the transport order (step S608 / Yes), the transport vehicles are assigned and distributed so that the priority order is transported in order from the higher-order moving luggage (step S609). Then, transport schedule information indicating that the same schedule, time zone, and moving work of the moving destination are transported is created and stored in the transport schedule database 23 (step S606).
The
The process ends here.
(Summary of the second embodiment)
As described above, according to the present embodiment, the
For example, when an operator with specialized technology is required, such as an air conditioner or a satellite broadcasting receiver, the moving baggage is transported to the same destination at the same time. Efficient schedules can be created by eliminating the waste of dispatching workers with specialized skills to the new location.
Further, by moving preferentially the moving baggage, such as furniture, which has a higher transfer priority, the moving baggage can be smoothly loaded and installed in the moving destination room.
In addition, since it is possible for a customer to preferentially transport daily commodities that the user wants to use immediately at the moving destination, it is possible to move in accordance with their own needs.
