Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 57-137272

By the way, the fence of the above-mentioned patent document 1 has an attachment hole through which the vertical member passes larger than the outer diameter of the vertical member to facilitate insertion by a gap between the vertical member, and the upper beam portion through which the vertical member passes. Further, the vertical member is clamped at two locations where the distance between the upper edge and the lower edge of the mounting hole approaches the outer diameter of the vertical member by curving the lower beam portion in an arc shape and shortening the gap. ing. That is, when passing the vertical member, the upper beam portion and the lower beam portion are orthogonal to the vertical member, and when holding and restraining the vertical member, the upper beam portion and the lower beam portion are inclined with respect to the vertical member. It has become.

However, in the fence described above, when external stress acts on the frame body and the upper crosspiece portion and the lower crosspiece portion approach the perpendicular direction with respect to the vertical member, the force for holding the vertical member at two locations of the attachment holes is weak. Thus, there is a problem that it becomes difficult to securely hold the vertical member.

The present invention has been made in order to solve the problems of the prior art, and an object of the present invention is to provide a fence and a fence structure that can reliably hold a vertical member even when an external stress is applied. To do.

The fence according to the invention of claim 1 is a lattice-shaped fence in which a plurality of parallel and horizontal bars and a plurality of parallel vertical members are substantially orthogonal to each other, and at least one of the plurality of bars is A frame having a vertical member through-hole for passing the vertical member, and a slide member having a vertical member fixing hole provided inside the frame so as to be slidable in the longitudinal direction of the frame and through which the vertical member passes. Slide fixing means for sliding the slide member with respect to the frame and fixing the vertical member by the vertical member fixing hole, the vertical member fixing hole being larger than the outer diameter of the vertical member. A vertical member insertion portion having a large width dimension and a vertical member fixing portion having a width dimension substantially equal to the outer diameter dimension of the vertical member due to deformation of at least one of the vertical member and the vertical member fixing hole due to sliding are slid. A countercurrent, slide locking means and characterized in that the sliding member while being inserted through the longitudinal member to the vertical member insertion section is slid in the vertical member fixing unit fixes the longitudinal member.

The fence according to a second aspect of the present invention is the fence according to the first aspect, wherein the slide fixing means includes two locations facing each other across the slide member of the frame and a corresponding location of the slide member as one set. Alternatively, a plurality of sets of bolt insertion holes, bolts that pass through the bolt insertion holes of each set, and nuts that are screwed to the front ends of the bolts that protrude outward from the frame body are formed in the frame body. One of the two bolt insertion holes of the same set is formed as a long hole, and the bolt insertion hole provided in the slide member with respect to the other bolt insertion hole of the frame body is the sliding direction of the slide member The bolts inserted into the bolt insertion holes of each set are inclined with respect to the rod member, and when the nut is tightened, the bolt is inserted in parallel to the vertical member from the inclined posture. Bolt changes to energized, wherein said has a longitudinal member by the sliding of the sliding member configured to be fixed by the vertical member fixing portion associated therewith.

A fence according to a third aspect of the present invention is the fence according to the first aspect, wherein the slide fixing means is provided substantially in parallel with the frame at the end of the frame and is attached to the slide member. It has a screw member that slides the slide member in a direction parallel to the frame body with the movement.

A fence according to a fourth aspect of the present invention is the fence according to the second or third aspect, comprising three or more crosspieces having a slide member inside the frame, and adjacent crosspieces slide the slide member. It is provided with the direction reversed.

A fence according to a fifth aspect of the present invention is the fence according to the third aspect, wherein the screw members are provided at both ends of the frame body, and the slide members attached to the screw members are opposite to each other. It slides to a direction, It fixes by pinching | interposing a vertical member in the vertical member fixing | fixed part of both slide members, It is characterized by the above-mentioned.

According to a sixth aspect of the present invention, a fence structure includes the fence according to any one of the first to fifth aspects, and a support column for standing the fence.

In the case of the present invention, at least one crosspiece has a slide member provided inside the frame body, and the vertical member insertion portion of the vertical member fixing hole formed in the slide member serves as the vertical member passage hole of the frame body. When matched, the vertical member can be easily inserted through the vertical member insertion portion and the vertical member through hole that match. And if a slide member is slid with respect to a frame with a slide fixing means and a vertical member is fixed with a vertical member fixing | fixed part, even if external stress acts on a fence, a vertical member can be hold | maintained reliably.

According to the second aspect of the present invention, when the bolts are inserted into the three bolt insertion holes that are substantially coincident in position with the bolt insertion holes formed in the frame body and the slide member, the bolts are inclined with respect to the rod member. The bolt can be inserted into the three bolt insertion holes in an attitude, that is, an attitude inclined with respect to the rod member, and then the bolt is changed to an attitude parallel to the vertical member by tightening the nut. The slide member slides along with this change in posture, and the vertical member is fixed by the vertical member fixing portion.

According to the invention of claim 3, when the screw member is turned in either direction, the vertical member fixing portion of the vertical member fixing hole fixes the vertical member by sliding of the slide member.

In the case of the invention according to claim 4, since the slide direction of the slide member at the adjacent beam among the beams having the slide member is reverse, the direction of fixing by the vertical member fixing portion of the slide member is the adjacent beam. Therefore, the vertical member can be held more securely.

In the case of the fifth aspect of the invention, since the vertical member fixing portion of the two slide members clamps and fixes one portion of the vertical member from both sides, the vertical member can be reliably held by one crosspiece.

According to the sixth aspect of the present invention, the fence can be erected by the support column, and can be additionally installed.

The present invention will be specifically described below.

(First embodiment)
FIG. 1 is a front view showing a fence structure according to the first embodiment of the present invention.

The fence structure 1 includes a fence 2 and a column 3 that supports the fence 2.

A plurality of fences 2 are arranged side by side in the vertical direction, and in the illustrated example, three crosspieces 10 are provided in parallel, and a plurality of fences 2 are provided in a state orthogonal to the crosspiece 10, and in this illustrated example, 19 vertical members 20 are provided in parallel. It is a grid-like thing.

FIG. 2 is a cross-sectional view showing the configuration of the crosspiece 10.

The crosspiece 10 is configured by combining channel members 11, 12, and 13 having a U-shaped cross section. The channel member 11 having the largest groove bottom width W1 faces downward, and the groove bottom width having an intermediate dimension is formed. A frame 14 having a rectangular cross section is formed by overlapping the openings of the channel material 12 of W2 with the openings facing upward and connecting the both ends of the channel materials 11 and 12 together, and the inside of the frame 14 In addition, the channel material 13 having the smallest groove bottom width W3 is inserted as a slide member. The channel material 13 as the slide member is slidable.

Further, as the vertical member 20, a rod-like member having a circular cross section or a rectangular cross section is used, and for example, a cylindrical pipe material is used in the present embodiment.

3A and 3B are views showing the configuration of the channel material 11, wherein FIG. 3A is a side view of the channel material 11 viewed from the groove length direction, FIG. 3B is a plan view, and FIG. 3C is a front view. 4A and 4B are diagrams showing the configuration of the channel material 13, wherein FIG. 4A is a side view of the channel material 13 viewed from the groove length direction, FIG. 4B is a plan view, and FIG. 4C is a front view. 5A and 5B are diagrams showing the configuration of the channel material 12, wherein FIG. 5A is a side view of the channel material 12 viewed from the groove length direction, FIG. 5B is a plan view, and FIG. 5C is a front view. Furthermore, FIG. 6 is a figure used in order to explain the positional relationship of various holes provided in the three channel members. (A) shows the channel member 11, (b) shows the channel member 13, and (c). Indicates channel members 12 respectively.

The channel material 11 and the channel material 12 constituting the frame body 14 are formed with connection holes 11a and 12a for connecting the channel materials 11 and 12, and a vertical member through hole 11b for allowing the vertical member 20 to pass therethrough. , 12b are formed. Further, fixing holes 11c and 12c for fixing to the support column 3 are provided at both ends, and bolt insertion holes 11d and 12d are provided closer to the center than the fixing holes 11c and 12c. However, the bolt insertion hole 12d is formed as a long hole that is long in the groove length direction, and all other holes are formed as round holes.

The connecting hole 11a and the connecting hole 12a are arranged at corresponding positions, the vertical member through hole 11b and the vertical member through hole 12b, the fixing hole 11c and the fixing hole 12c, the slide fixing hole 11d and the bolt insertion hole. 12d are also arranged at corresponding positions.

The channel member 13 is provided with a connection hole 13a at a position corresponding to the connection holes 11a and 12a, a vertical member fixing hole 13b at a position corresponding to the vertical member through holes 11b and 12b, and a fixing hole 11c and 12c. A fixing hole 13c is provided at a corresponding position, and a bolt insertion hole 13d is provided at a position corresponding to the bolt insertion holes 11d and 12d. The connecting hole 13a is formed as a long hole, the vertical member fixing hole 13b is a vertical member insertion portion 13e having a width larger than the outer diameter of the vertical member 20, and the vertical member 20 and the vertical member fixing hole by forced sliding described later. A vertical member fixing portion 13f having a width dimension substantially the same as the outer diameter dimension of the vertical member 20 due to deformation of at least one of 13b is provided in the sliding direction.

In the state in which the channel member 13 is inserted into the frame body 14, both the channel members 11 and 12 are connected by aligning the positions of the connection holes 11a, 12a, and 13a and fastening them with the bolts and nuts 15, and the frame body. 14 is formed, and the channel member 13 is slidable within a predetermined range because the bolts and nuts 15 are inserted into the connection holes 13a having a long hole shape. In this state, the vertical member through hole 11b, the fixing hole 11c, and the bolt insertion hole 11d of the channel member 11 forming the frame body 14, and the vertical member through hole 12b, the fixing hole 12c, and the bolt insertion hole 12d of the channel member 12 are provided. Located in the vertical direction. The connection holes 11a, 12a, and 13a are provided on at least both sides in the longitudinal direction of the corresponding channel members 11, 12, and 13, respectively. However, you may provide three or more places in a longitudinal direction.

In this frame 14, the vertical member through holes 11b and 12b are aligned in the vertical direction. Then, the vertical member fixing hole 13b of the channel member 13 as the slide member is in a state in which the vertical member insertion portion 13e coincides with the vertical member through holes 11b and 12b, and the vertical member through holes 11b and 12b The vertical member 20 is inserted vertically with respect to the vertical member insertion portion 13e of the vertical member fixing hole 13b. Further, in this state, the bolt insertion holes 11d, 12d, and 13d have a positional relationship as shown in FIGS. 6 and 7A. That is, the bolt insertion hole 13d is slightly shifted in the longitudinal direction of the frame body 14 with respect to the bolt insertion hole 11d. Therefore, when the bolt 16a of the bolt / nut 16 is inserted into the bolt insertion holes 11d, 12d, and 13d, the threaded portion 16b of the bolt 16a is inclined obliquely. The threaded portion 16b is a portion in which a male screw is engraved on the outer periphery of the shaft portion connected to the head of the bolt 16a.

Then, the nut 16c is screwed and tightened to the tip portion of the bolt 16a projecting outside from the frame body 14, so that the threaded portion 16b of the bolt 16a has both channel members as shown in FIG. 11 and 12 change to a posture orthogonal to the vertical member 12 (parallel to the vertical member 20). As a result, the channel member 13 is forcibly slid, and the bolt insertion hole 13d is in a position where the bolt insertion hole 11d coincides with the bolt insertion hole 11d in the vertical direction. Accordingly, the fixing holes 13c of the channel member 13 coincide with the fixing holes 11c and 12c of the frame body 14. Further, at least one of the vertical member 20 and the vertical member fixing hole 13b is deformed by the forced slide of the channel member 13, and the vertical member 20 is fixed by the vertical member fixing portion 13f as shown by a two-dot chain line in FIG. The Here, the bolt insertion holes 11d, 12d, and 13d and the bolt and nut 16 constitute a slide fixing means.

The vertical member 20 is inserted into the vertical member insertion portion 13e and the vertical member through holes 11b and 12b in the range from the state indicated by the alternate long and short dash line in FIG. 8 to the vertical member insertion portion 13e indicated by the solid line. Is done.

FIG. 9 is a front view showing the column 3.

The column 3 has a column body 4 and mounting portions 5 fixed to both sides of the column body 4. The column main body 4 has a rectangular horizontal cross section, for example, and the lower part is embedded in the ground or the like, and is set to a height dimension corresponding to the height of the fence 2. The attachment portion 5 is formed, for example, in a U-shape, and the back surface 5b is attached to the column main body 4 with two opposing surfaces parallel and horizontal. Mounting holes 5a and 5a for stopping bolts to be inserted into the fixing holes 11c, 12c and 13c are formed on the two opposing surfaces of the mounting portion 5, and the columns are supported by bolts and nuts 17 attached to the mounting holes 5a and 5a. The crosspiece 10 of the fence 2 is fixed to 3.

In addition, the support | pillar main body 4 does not need a horizontal cross section to be a rectangular shape, and may be arbitrary cross-sectional shapes. Further, the attachment portion 5 does not need to be U-shaped, and may be one in which two plates are attached to the column body 4 in a parallel state, or one plate is attached so as to be orthogonal to the column body 4. It may be a dish.

Therefore, in the fence structure of the first embodiment, the crosspiece 10 has the channel member 13 as the slide member provided inside the frame body 14, and the vertical member fixing hole 13 b formed in the channel member 13. When the vertical member insertion portion 13e is aligned with the vertical member through holes 11b and 12b of the frame body 14, the vertical member 20 can be easily inserted into the vertical member insertion portions 13e and the vertical member through holes 11b and 12b. When the slide member 13 is slid by the slide fixing means (bolt insertion holes 11d, 12d, 13d, bolt / nut 16) and the vertical member 20 is fixed by the vertical member fixing portion 13f, external stress acts on the fence 2. Also, the vertical member 20 can be securely held. Further, the fence 2 can be erected by the support post 3 and can be additionally installed.

Further, in the case of the first embodiment, when the bolt 16 a is inserted into the three bolt insertion holes 11 d, 12 d, 13 d formed in the frame body 14 and the slide member 13, the bolt 16 a is inclined with respect to the vertical member 20. In other words, the bolt 16a can be inserted into the three bolt insertion holes 11d, 12d, and 13d in a posture inclined with respect to the vertical member 20, and the bolt 16a is then tightened by tightening the nut of the bolt / nut 16. It changes to a posture parallel to 20, the slide member 13 slides with this posture change, and the vertical member 20 is fixed by the vertical member fixing portion 13f.

(Second Embodiment)
FIG. 10 is a front view showing a fence structure 1A using a fence 2A according to the second embodiment. Moreover, FIG.11 and FIG.12 is front sectional drawing which shows the internal structure of the crosspiece 10A used for the fence 2A, FIG. 11 shows the state before sliding a slide member, and FIG. 12 shows the state after a slide. Further, FIG. 13 is an exploded perspective view showing the internal structure of the crosspiece 10A.

This fence 2A is different in that it has a crosspiece 10A different from the fence 2 of the first embodiment. The crosspiece 10A includes a frame 22 having a rectangular cross section, a pair of lids 23 that close the openings 22c at both ends thereof, bolts and nuts 24 attached to the lids 23, and bolts and nuts 24, respectively. It has a fixture 25 attached and a slide member 26 attached to the fixture 25. The lid 23, the bolt / nut 24, the fixture 25, and the slide member 26 are provided as a pair with respect to the openings 22 at both ends of the frame body 22.

As shown in FIGS. 11 (b) and 12 (b), the frame 22 is formed into a rectangular cross section by combining members 22a and 22b having a U-shaped cross section, and closes the opening 22c at the end. The lids 23 are attached, and the holes 23c provided in the lids 23 are aligned with the holes 22d and 22e provided in the members 22a and 22b as shown in FIGS. 14 and 15, and fixed with screws 23a. Is formed. Alternatively, the holes 22d and 22e of both the members 22a and 22b may be matched to connect both the members 22a and 22b by welding or the like, and the lid 23 may be secured to the both end openings 22c with screws 23a.

As shown in FIG. 13, a bolt mounting hole 23b is formed in the lid 23, and a bolt / nut 24 is mounted in the bolt mounting hole 23b. The bolt / nut 24 includes a bolt 24a and a nut 24b. The bolt 24a is passed through a bolt mounting hole 23b of the lid 23 and a mounting hole 25a of an L-shaped fixture 25. The fixing tool 25 is attached to the lid 23 by screwing the nut 24b to the tip of the lid 23.

Further, another fixing hole 25 b is formed in the fixing tool 25, and the fixing hole 26 a provided in the slide member 26 is aligned with the fixing hole 25 b, and both the fixing holes 25 b and 26 a are connected with bolts and nuts 27. By connecting, the slide member 26 is fixed to the fixture 25. Here, the slide member 26 attached to the right bolt / nut 24 as shown in FIG. 16 is the right slide member 26 (R), and the slide member attached to the left bolt / nut 24 as shown in FIG. 26 is a left slide member 26 (L).

The nut 24b is in contact with the inner surface of the frame body 22, and does not rotate even when the bolt 24a is rotated. The position of the nut 24b is brought to the head of the bolt 24a by the rotation of the bolt 24a. Connect and separate. Thereby, the slide member 26 slides inside the frame body 22 along the longitudinal direction. At this time, when the position of the nut 24b of each bolt / nut 24 is away from the head of the bolt 24a, the bolt / nut 24 is loosened. Conversely, the position of the nut 24b of each bolt / nut 24 is the bolt. The state approaching the head of 24a is a state in which the bolt / nut 24 is tightened. Then, when the left and right bolts and nuts 24 change from the relaxed state shown in FIG. 11 to the tightened state shown in FIG. 12, the right slide member 26 (R) slides to the right and the left slide member 26 (L) moves to the left. Slide. Conversely, when the left and right bolts and nuts 24 are changed from the tightened state shown in FIG. 12 to the loosened state shown in FIG. 11, the right slide member 26 (R) slides to the left and the left slide member 26 (L) moves to the right. Slide to. The bolt / nut 24 constitutes a screw member that slides the slide member 26.

FIG. 16 is a view showing the right slide member 26 (R), FIG. 16 (a) is a side view, and FIG. 16 (b) is a plan view. FIG. 17 is a view showing the left slide member 26 (L), FIG. 17 (a) is a side view, and FIG. 17 (b) is a plan view.

The right slide member 26 (R) has a vertical member fixing hole 26 b in addition to a fixing hole 26 a for fixing to the fixing tool 25. The vertical member fixing holes 26b are provided in the same number as the number of the vertical members 20, the fixing hole 26a side is formed as a large-diameter vertical member insertion portion 26c, and the opposite side to the fixing hole 26a is a small-diameter vertical member. It is formed as a member fixing portion 26d.

16 is used as the left slide member 26 (L) shown in FIG. 17 by reversing the vertical and horizontal sides of the right slide member 26 (R) shown in FIG.

The crosspiece 10A of the fence 2A configured as described above is for fixing the vertical member 20 and is used as follows.

In the state where the left and right bolts and nuts 24 shown in FIG. 11 are loosened, the vertical member fixing hole 26b (R) of the right slide member 26 (R) and the vertical member fixing hole 26b (L) of the left slide member 26 (L). 18), the large-diameter vertical member insertion portions 26c overlap each other as shown in FIG. 18A, and the vertical member 20 is inserted into the overlapping hole portion.

Thereafter, when the left and right bolts and nuts 24 shown in FIG. 12 are tightened, the vertical member fixing hole 26b (R) of the right slide member 26 (R) slides in the A (R) direction, and the left slide member The vertical member fixing hole 26b (L) of 26 (L) slides in the B (L) direction, and finally the vertical member 20 becomes vertical member fixing hole 26b (R) as shown in FIG. The vertical member fixing portion 26d and the vertical member fixing portion 26d of the vertical member fixing hole 26b (L) are sandwiched and fixed.

Then, by fixing the left and right bolts and nuts 24 from the tightened state, the fixing of the vertical member 20 is released.

Therefore, in the case of the second embodiment, since the same portion of the vertical member 20 is sandwiched and fixed by the left and right slide members 26, the vertical member 20 can be reliably held by one crosspiece 10A. Therefore, in the second embodiment, all the three bars 10A arranged in the vertical direction may be configured as described above, but at least one of the three bars 10A may be configured as described above.

In the fence 2A of the second embodiment, the same configuration as that of the first embodiment is adopted on the condition that the end of the crosspiece 10A is fixed to the support column on the condition that the sliding of the slide member is not hindered. Or you may make it employ | adopt a different structure.

In the second embodiment, two slide members 26 are disposed inside one crosspiece 10A. However, the present invention is not limited to this, and one slide is provided inside one crosspiece 10A. Needless to say, the member 26 can be slidably disposed. In this configuration, when a plurality of crosspieces having slide members inside are arranged in the vertical direction, the slide direction of the slide members of the crosspieces adjacent in the vertical direction may be reversed. It is preferable for more reliably holding the member 20. This also applies to the first embodiment described above.

Furthermore, in the first and second embodiments described above, the fence 2 (or 2A) provided with three crosspieces 10 (or 10A) is taken as an example, but the present invention is not limited to this, and the quantity of two or more. It is good also as a fence which has the crosspiece 10 (or 10A). In particular, when the fence has a large number of crosspieces 10 (or 10A), for example, eight crosspieces 10 (or 10A) as shown in FIG. 19, the strength can be improved. By using a thinner one (or 10A), the weight can be reduced, and it can be used as a household boundary or a garden fence.

Furthermore, in the first and second embodiments described above, the fences 2 and 2A are arranged one by one between adjacent columns, but the present invention is not limited to this. For example, it is good also as a structure which arrange | positions what connected several fences 2 and 2A via the connection member between adjacent support | pillars. The connecting member may have any configuration as long as the two adjacent fences 2 and 2A crosspieces 10 and 10A can be connected. For example, the thing of the structure which connected the back surfaces 5b of the attaching part 5 in the said support | pillar 3 corresponds.
