Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a mattress, and more particularly to a mattress for devising a structure of a core to disperse body pressure. In the present specification, the mattress is sometimes referred to as a “balance type mattress”.
In conventional mattresses, in order to disperse body pressure (for example, to devise a core), many problems related to structure, sewing, manufacturing, and the like have been piled up.
In view of the above, an object of the present invention is to provide a quilt for dispersing body pressure by devising a core of a quilt that receives a body pressure.

A flooring futon is provided in which the center core when the futon plane is divided into a top part, a center part, and a ground part is harder than the cores of the top part and the ground part.
According to the present invention, it is possible to provide an underlay for dispersing body pressure by devising the center of the underlay that receives the body pressure.
1. 1. Outline of Balance Type Bed Futon FIG. 1 shows a configuration diagram of a bed futon according to the present embodiment. Fig.1 (a) shows the top view of a mattress, and FIG.1 (b) shows the side view, respectively.
In the figure, a
Various devices have been devised for making the structure difficult to pass. However, in addition to the time and effort required for manufacturing, the actual situation is that 100% of the needs cannot be met. In the present embodiment, such a conventional difficult problem is completely cleared.
In FIG. 2, the fragmentary sectional view of the mattress which concerns on this Embodiment is shown. The
In the present embodiment, the core of the center part D of the
A hem (periphery, edge, fold) A or gusset can be provided around the perimeter of the
The quilting B can be appropriately provided as needed for fixing the side fabric F, the cotton wool G, and the inner fabric H. The quilting B is performed as necessary, and for example, a multi-needle quilt, a multi-head quilt, or the like can be employed. Further, the quilting B may be omitted. As an operation / effect of the quilting B, if the quilting B is not performed, the cotton may be cut off during use. Further, as the quilting B is increased, the durability is increased, but the blistering may be reduced or the heat retaining property may be impaired. Therefore, the number of quilting B can be determined as appropriate in consideration of this point.
As the side fabric F, for example, an appropriate fabric such as a taffeta such as a natural material such as 100% cotton, a chemical fiber material, vinyl, or a polyester taffeta can be used.
The wound cotton G can be of an appropriate amount, thickness, hardness, etc. Furthermore, the material is not limited to cotton, but also natural materials, functional cotton (anti-tick cotton, far-red cotton, negative ion cotton, wool, Cotton, etc. that can be washed with water), chemical materials such as polyester, feathers, beads, styrene, resins, and other suitable materials can be used. The rolled cotton G can be produced using various functional cottons according to the various needs of users.
The inner fabric H is preferably made of a non-woven fabric. In addition, for example, a taffeta such as a non-woven fabric polyester taffeta, an appropriate fabric such as a chemical fiber, or the like can be used. The inner fabric H such as the nonwoven fabric is formed by creating an air layer between the wound cotton G and the core I (between the wound cotton G and the inner fabric H, between the inner fabric H and the core I), This is because the core I is not assimilated. Heat retention increases by creating such an air layer. In addition, the inland H is also for holding the wound cotton G.
As the material of the core I, for example, natural solid cotton material, solid cotton of 70% polyester cotton and 30% polyester low-melting cotton, urethane foam, or the like can be used. Moreover, as a property of the material of the solid core I, it is preferable to use a raw material that is particularly excellent in the sweat perspiration. Further, each of the cores I can have different hardness depending on body pressure. As a result, it is possible to change the hardness, pressure, and bodily sensation according to the part of the body, and to meet the needs of customers. The length, size, number, etc. of the core I can be determined as appropriate.
2. FIG. 3 is a plan view of the first embodiment. This figure is a sectional view taken along the line XX ′ of FIG. FIG. 4 shows a side view of the mattress of the first embodiment.
This embodiment has a structure in which the core I of the
In this embodiment, the cores L1 to L3 are covered with a core cover J, and each of the cores L1 to L3 is partitioned by partitions K1 and K2 of the core cover. As a result, the cores L1 to L3 are more securely held at predetermined positions. The core cover J can be made of the same material as the inland H, such as a nonwoven fabric.
In the
One of the difficulties in manufacturing is fixing the I portion as well as changing the structure of the D portion. The sewing of the K section partition was also a difficult problem. The work of sewing the J1 portion at the same time as the hem processing was also a difficult problem. However, these difficult questions were cleared by skilled manual labor and human tactics. The core I part is fixed by, for example, fixing the forehead part J1 (FIG. 3) of the core cover while sewing the hem A (this process takes the most technology and time). It is one of the necessary things).
Further, in this embodiment, the partition K1 is configured to be open on the upper surface and the partition K2 is opened on the lower surface so that it can be folded in three. The empty portions of the partitions K1 and K2 may be reversed.
The present invention can be applied not only to a single size but also to a large size futon such as a double size, a queen size, or a king size.
