The present invention relates to a component supply device that is supplied with power by a power supply device applied to a mounting machine that supplies components to a substrate.
In a mounting machine that mounts electronic components on a substrate, electronic components are automatically supplied by a component supply device such as a tape feeder.
In such a mounting machine component supply device, since power is supplied in a non-contact manner, normal charging cannot be performed due to foreign matter sandwiched between the power feeding unit and the power receiving unit, and in particular, metallic foreign matter such as electronic components. There is a risk of abnormal heat generation when the is caught.
The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and ensures safety when sandwiched between a power supply unit and a power reception unit, and performs appropriate power supply in accordance with the operating state of the component supply device. It is an object of the present invention to provide a mounting machine and a component supply device capable of stabilizing the DC output voltage supplied to the part side.

A power feeding unit provided on the mounting machine body side and a power receiving unit provided on the component supply device side of the mounting machine are detachably coupled via an electromagnetic induction coupling transformer,
A voltage having a predetermined frequency is applied to a primary coil of the transformer from switching means that is turned ON / OFF in accordance with the frequency of the drive signal of the oscillation drive means in the power supply unit, and an AC voltage that is induced in the secondary coil of the transformer is applied. In a mounting machine including a power supply device configured to rectify by a direct current means and output a predetermined direct current voltage,
Voltage detecting means for detecting fluctuations in the output voltage of the direct current means;
First feedback means for receiving a voltage detection signal from the voltage detection means and sending a voltage feedback signal to the oscillation drive means;
A voltage abnormality detection means for detecting an abnormality in which the output voltage of the direct current means exceeds a predetermined normal range;
A second feedback means for sending an abnormality detection signal to the oscillation drive means when an abnormality of the output voltage is detected by the voltage abnormality detection means,
The oscillation drive means receives the voltage feedback signal from the first feedback means, changes the frequency of the drive signal so that the output voltage approaches a predetermined value, and outputs the change, while the output from the second feedback means A mounting machine configured to stop a drive signal when an abnormality detection signal is received.
According to the invention described in the previous paragraph, the frequency of the drive signal of the oscillation drive means is changed so that the output voltage approaches a predetermined value in response to the voltage feedback signal corresponding to the fluctuation of the output voltage on the component supply device side. For example, even if the driving load is reduced, an increase in output voltage on the component supply device side can be suppressed and stabilized.
Further, even if the output voltage on the component supply device side is excessively increased due to a trouble of the first feedback means, for example, the second feedback means is detected when an abnormality exceeding the predetermined normal range is detected. The drive signal is stopped in response to the abnormality detection signal from, the power supply to the component supply device side is stopped, and the drive load on the component supply device side can be protected.
Further, the second feedback means sends a normal signal when the output voltage is within a predetermined normal range, and uses the abnormal detection signal to stop sending the normal signal. It is possible to more reliably transmit the deviation from the range to the oscillation drive means, and to prevent a situation in which the output voltage on the component supply device side increases excessively.

The cathode and anode of the other damper diode D1 are connected to each other, and the cathode and anode of the other damper diode D1 are connected to the drain and source of the switching element Q2, respectively.

It is connected to the high potential end of the rotated primary coil N1.
As the switching elements Q1 and Q2, for example, N-channel field effect transistors (FETs) are used. However, a P-channel type or other switching elements are used. It is not limited.

The smoothing circuit EC removes the pulsation of the rectified output and smoothes it. The smoothing circuit EC includes, for example, a smoothing capacitor C2 interposed between the output terminal of the rectifying circuit RC and the ground. Of course, the smoothing circuit EC is not limited to the capacitor input type as in this example, but may be a choke input type that also uses a choke coil.

In the first feedback circuit FB, the driving load of the feeder motor or the like is lightened, the output voltage of the DC circuit VC increases above a predetermined voltage, and the voltage detection unit VD detects the increase in the output voltage. At this time, a voltage feedback signal corresponding thereto is sent to the oscillation drive circuit OC, so that a drive signal that suppresses the input voltage applied to the primary coil N1 of the transformer M is oscillated.
The voltage abnormality detection unit WD detects a voltage abnormality in which the output voltage exceeds a predetermined normal range and becomes abnormally high.
The second feedback circuit FB2 sends an abnormality detection signal to the oscillation drive circuit OC when an abnormality of the output voltage is detected by the voltage abnormality detection unit WD. For example, the second feedback circuit FB2 is arranged on the
In this example, similarly to the above-described first feedback circuit FB1, as shown in FIG. 5, the first disposed between the light emitting diode D70 and the phototransistor Q30 on the component supply device side (
The first light guide P10 and the second light guide P20 are arranged at positions where their respective end faces are opposed to each other when the tape feeder (component supply device) 31 is mounted on the mounting
In this embodiment, power supply is started when the tape feeder (component supply device) 31 is mounted on the mounting
Specifically, as a normal signal, the light emitting diode D70 is turned on continuously or intermittently at predetermined time intervals, and when an abnormally high voltage value is obtained, the light emitting diode D70 is turned off. It has become.
When the transmission of the normal signal from the second feedback circuit FB2 is stopped, that is, when the abnormality detection signal is transmitted, the feedback signal is fed back to the oscillation drive circuit OC, the drive signal is stopped, and the power supply to the
In this way, by setting the abnormality detection signal that the normal signal is not transmitted, the abnormality detection signal is transmitted even when an abnormality occurs in the light emitting diode D70 or the phototransistor Q30 of the second feedback circuit FB2. Become.
Note that the first and second feedback circuits FB1, FB2, etc. described above are not limited to the configuration using light using the light emitting diodes D7, D70 and the phototransistors Q3, Q30, and other types such as using microwaves. Various configurations can be employed.
Next, the operation of the power supply apparatus having the above configuration will be described.
First, since a minute gap g is interposed between the opposing surfaces of the first magnetic core F1 and the second magnetic core F2 in the electromagnetic induction coupling transformer M, the output terminal of the switching circuit SC and the transformer M A leakage inductance Lr appears equivalently between the high potential end of the primary coil N1.
An element constant is set so that an LC resonance circuit is constituted by the leakage inductance Lr and the capacitance of the capacitor C1, and the frequency of the drive signal by the oscillation operation of the oscillation drive circuit OC is set to the resonance frequency of the LC resonance circuit. Set to.
As the mounting
By applying the drive signal, the pair of switching elements Q1 and Q2 are triggered, and the switching elements Q1 and Q2 repeat ON / OFF operation alternately according to the switching frequency corresponding to the frequency of the drive signal (LC resonance frequency). When the switching output is applied to the primary coil N1 in the electromagnetic inductive coupling transformer M, resonance occurs in a resonance circuit including the leakage inductance Lr and the capacitance of the capacitor C1.
When the switching output is applied to the primary coil N1 of the transformer M, the number of windings of the primary coil N1 and the winding of the secondary coil N2 are provided at both ends of the secondary coil N2 in the electromagnetic inductive coupling transformer M. An alternating voltage of a magnitude according to the ratio with the number is induced.
The AC output induced at both ends of the secondary coil N2 in the transformer M is full-wave rectified by the rectifier circuit RC in the DC circuit VC, and then the rectified voltage is smoothed by the smoothing capacitor C2.
That is, in one half cycle of the AC output, an operation of charging the rectified current to the smoothing capacitor C2 by conducting a set of rectifying diodes D3 and D4 is obtained, and in the other half cycle of the AC output. Thus, the operation of charging the smoothing capacitor C2 by conducting the pair of rectifying diodes D5 and D6 is obtained. The charging current charged in the smoothing capacitor C2 in one half cycle of the AC output is discharged in the other half cycle of the AC output, while the charging current charged in the smoothing capacitor C2 in the other half cycle of the AC output is AC. The discharge is repeated in one half cycle of the output. Thereby, in the DC circuit VC, a predetermined DC voltage (DC OUT) obtained by rectifying and smoothing the AC output is supplied as electric power to the feeder drive system.
FIG. 7 is a waveform diagram of feeder load current (current consumption) with respect to time when six parts are picked up from one
As shown in FIG. 7, when a feeder load such as a motor is operating, the current consumption reaches a peak value, and when the feeder is stationary, only a constant DC voltage is supplied to the control circuit. The current consumption is small. As described above, the load current of the feeder is not always constant and greatly fluctuates with the passage of time, and power must be supplied in accordance with the largest current consumption.
As shown in FIG. 8, at the resonance frequency f0, a resonance circuit is constituted by the leakage inductance Lr and the capacitor C1, and the energy loss is minimized and the maximum current flows. Therefore, by setting the frequency of the drive signal to be the resonance frequency of the LC resonance circuit, power can be efficiently supplied to the feeder, so that the transformer M can be reduced in size.
By the way, when the feeder motor or the like is stopped and the driving load is reduced, the DC output voltage of the DC circuit VC rises above a predetermined voltage. In that case, the voltage detection unit VD detects an increase in the output voltage, and a detection output corresponding thereto is input to the first feedback circuit FB.
Then, in the first feedback circuit FB, the light intensity of the light emitting diode D7 changes according to the detection output, and the voltage feedback signal whose light intensity has changed from the phototransistor Q3 receiving this changes to the oscillation drive circuit OC. Sent out. The oscillation drive circuit OC that has received this voltage feedback signal sets the frequency of the drive signal to be higher than the resonance frequency f0.
As described above, when the feeder driving load is reduced and the output voltage of the DC circuit VC rises above a predetermined voltage, the frequency of the drive signal is set higher than the resonance frequency f0. The current flowing through the primary coil N1 becomes smaller than the maximum current, the reactive current is reduced, the output voltage (DC OUT) of the DC circuit VC is brought close to a predetermined voltage, and stabilization can be achieved. Further, since an excessive current does not flow through the secondary coil N2 of the transformer M, it is possible to supply highly reliable and stable power without causing problems such as heat generation even when the coil N2 is further downsized. it can.
As a form of the signal to be fed back, the light emission time of the light emitting diode D7 may be changed according to the voltage detection power from the voltage detection circuit VD. Alternatively, the signal may be transmitted by a medium other than light.
9A and 9B show the relationship between the current and voltage flowing to the primary coil N1 side of the electromagnetic induction coupling transformer M according to the magnitude of the load when the feedback circuit FB as described above is provided. FIG.
FIG. 10 shows the relationship between the oscillation frequency f of the drive signal and the current I flowing to the primary coil N1 side of the transformer M.
As shown in FIG. 10, in this embodiment, the frequency of the drive signal is controlled in the range from fmin close to the resonance frequency f0 to fmax far from the resonance frequency f0.
When the load is maximum, the frequency of the drive signal is fmin close to the resonance frequency f0, and the phase of the rectangular wave voltage and the sine wave current are substantially the same as shown in FIG. The amplitude of is the maximum.
On the other hand, when the load is minimum, the frequency of the drive signal shifts to the fmax side away from the resonance frequency f0, and the phase of the current having a triangular waveform as shown in FIG. Therefore, the amplitude of the current is smaller than that in the case where the feedback is not applied.
Note that the frequency of the drive signal is controlled on the higher frequency side than the resonance frequency f0 because if the frequency of the drive signal is changed to a lower frequency side than the resonance frequency f0, a large current flows during switching operation, resulting in poor efficiency. This is because noise also tends to increase, and may become unsuitable for target current amount control.
Further, the lower limit fmin of the control range of the drive signal is set slightly higher than the resonance frequency f0 because the resonance frequency f0 is a variation of parts and the size of the gap g between the cores F1 and F2 of the transformer M. The lower limit fmin of the control range is lower than the resonance frequency f0, and the amount of current increases even if the frequency is changed from fmin to the high frequency side. This is to prevent the situation of becoming.
Moreover, it is practical that such a resonance frequency f0 is set to about 50 kHz to 300 kHz, and the maximum oscillation frequency fmax is 1 MHz or less.
Incidentally, when a trouble occurs in the first feedback circuit FB, even if the DC output voltage deviates from the normal range and exceeds a predetermined value, it is not fed back to the oscillation drive circuit OC. For example, when dust or the like enters between the light emitting diode D7 and the phototransistor Q3, the voltage feedback signal is not transmitted, and the oscillation drive circuit OC makes an erroneous determination. That is, it is determined that the DC output voltage is low, and the oscillation drive circuit OC controls the output voltage to increase, and the output voltage is excessively increased, resulting in damage to the drive load. Become.
For this situation, in this embodiment, by providing the voltage abnormality detector WD and the second feedback circuit FB2, a trouble occurs in the first feedback circuit FB, and the output voltage rises excessively. Even in such a situation, the light emission of the light emitting diode D70 in the second feedback circuit FB2 that has received the detection output from the voltage abnormality detection unit WD is stopped, for example. This is fed back from the phototransistor Q30 to the oscillation drive circuit OS as an abnormality detection signal. The oscillation drive circuit OS that has received the abnormality detection signal stops sending the drive signal to the switching circuit, so that the output from the DC circuit VC is stopped. Therefore, it is possible to prevent the load from being damaged due to the excessive DC output voltage.
As described above, according to the present embodiment, the frequency of the drive signal of the oscillation drive circuit OC is received so that the output voltage approaches a predetermined value in response to the voltage feedback signal corresponding to the fluctuation of the output voltage on the component supply device side. For example, even if the driving load is reduced, the output voltage on the component supply device side can be suppressed and stabilized.
Further, for example, even when the output voltage on the component supply device side is excessively increased due to a trouble in the first feedback circuit FB or the like, if an abnormality in which the output voltage exceeds a predetermined normal range is detected, the second feedback is performed. In response to the abnormality detection signal from the circuit FB2, the drive signal is stopped, the power supply to the component supply device side is stopped, and the drive load on the component supply device side can be protected.
The second feedback circuit FB2 outputs a normal signal when the output voltage is within a predetermined normal range, and an abnormal detection signal indicates that the output of the normal signal is stopped. The fact that the deviation from the normal range is transmitted to the oscillation drive circuit OC more reliably, and the situation where the output voltage on the component supply device side increases excessively can be prevented.
Further, power is fed in a non-contact state by introducing an electromagnetic induction coupling transformer M from the
Since the resonance circuit is constituted by the leakage inductance Lr appearing on the primary coil N1 side of the transformer M and the capacitance of the capacitor C1, a drive signal at the resonance frequency is generated in the oscillation drive circuit OC. The current flowing through the primary coil N1 is maximized. For this reason, the energy loss at the time of transmission based on an electromagnetic inductive coupling effect | action can be reduced, and high electric power feeding efficiency is realizable.
In addition, since the presence of a predetermined gap g between the cores F1 and F2 of the transformer M is used, a variation in transmission efficiency due to a variation in the gap g can be suppressed, and means for reducing the gap g as much as possible is provided. There is no need to introduce it separately, and a stable supply of components can be realized while enabling the use of a small electromagnetic inductive coupling transformer.
Further, since the gap g is positively provided, the magnetic saturation of the first and second magnetic cores F1 and F2 with respect to a minute fluctuation of the gap g is compared with that in which the gap g is eliminated as much as possible. This makes it easier to introduce a small core.
Furthermore, stable power supply can be achieved by adopting current resonance that operates stably against load fluctuations.
Further, since it is not necessary to secure a large coupling coefficient between the primary and secondary coils N1 and N2, the degree of freedom of the shape of the first and second magnetic cores F1 and F2 is increased. By adopting a U-shaped core, the transformer M can be further miniaturized.
