Abstract
【解決手段】骨ネジを受ける孔が貫通している骨プレート用のドリルガイドに関する。ドリルガイドは、骨プレートの少なくとも2つの骨ネジ受け孔と一直線に並んで配置可能なドリルガイド孔を有するガイドブロックを備えている。第1の係止要素が、ガイドブロックのドリルガイド孔内に挿入される。第1の係止要素は、骨プレートの骨ネジ受け孔に係合する先端を有している。先端は、骨プレート孔に対して係合および離脱するように、選択的に拡張可能である。第2の係止要素は、ガイドブロックに取り付けられ、骨プレート孔に係合可能である。第2の係止要素は、骨プレート孔の壁に弾性的に係合する先端も有している。第1および第2の係止要素の先端は、分割部を有している。第1および第2の係止要素は、分割された先端部を拡張させてプレートに係合させる軸方向移動可能ロッドを備えている。

Claims (18)
- 骨ネジを受ける孔が貫通している骨プレート用のドリルガイド器具において、
前記骨プレートの少なくとも2つの骨ネジ受け孔と一直線に並んで配置可能なドリルガイド孔を有するガイドブロックと、
前記骨プレートの第1の受け孔の壁に係合する先端を有する、ガイドブロックドリルガイド孔を貫通する第1の係止要素であって、前記先端は、前記第1の骨プレート孔の前記壁に対して係合および離脱するように、選択的に拡張可能である第1の係止要素と、
前記ガイドブロックに取り付けられ、第2の骨プレート孔に係合可能である第2の係止要素であって、前記第2の骨プレート孔の壁に弾性的に係合する先端を有する第2の係止要素と、
を備えていることを特徴とするドリルガイド器具。 - 前記第1の係止要素の前記先端は、分割部を有し、前記第1の係止要素は、前記先端分割部を拡張させる軸方向移動可能ロッドを備えていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のドリルガイド器具。
- 前記第1の係止要素は、前記軸方向移動可能ロッドを受けるネジ付き軸方向孔を備え、前記軸方向移動可能ロッドがねじ込まれ、これによって、前記ネジ付きロッドの回転が、前記ロッドを前記第1の係止要素の前記分割された先端部に対して係合および離脱するように移動させていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のドリルガイド器具。
- 前記分割された先端は、前記第1の係止要素先端の自由端に開いた軸方向延在スロットによって形成された少なくとも2つの枝分かれ部を有していることを特徴とする請求項3に記載されるドリルガイド器具。
- 前記第1の係止要素は、前記ガイドブロックの回転止め特徴部に係合するガイド孔軸から半径方向に延在する回転止めピンを備えていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のドリルガイド器具。
- 前記第2の係止要素は、中心孔、および前記孔を包囲する少なくとも2つの枝分かれ部に分割された先端を有していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のドリルガイド器具。
- 前記先端は、前記先端の自由端に開いたスロットによって分離された4つの枝分かれ部を有していることを特徴とする請求項6に記載のドリルガイド器具。
- 前記枝分かれ部は、前記骨プレート孔の減径領域に係合する、前記自由端に隣接して形成されたリップを有していることを特徴とする請求項7に記載のドリルガイド器具。
- 前記リップは、前記ガイドブロック孔内に延在する第2の係止要素の部分よりも小さい直径を有していることを特徴とする請求項8に記載のドリルガイド器具。
- 骨ネジを受ける孔を骨に穿孔する方法において、
少なくとも2つの骨ネジ受け孔が貫通している骨プレートを骨に配置し、
前記骨プレート上にドリルガイドブロックを配置し、前記ドリルガイドブロックは、前記骨プレートの前記骨ネジ受け孔と一直線に並んで配置された少なくとも2つのドリルガイド孔を有し、
第1の係止要素を前記ガイドブロックの前記ドリルガイド孔の第1の孔内に挿入し、前記骨プレートの対応する第1の骨ネジ受け孔に係合させ、
前記ドリルガイドブロックに取り付けられた第2の係止要素を前記骨プレートの孔内に挿入して係合させ、
前記ドリルガイドブロックの第2のドリルガイド孔を用いて、前記骨プレートの第2の骨ネジ受け孔を通して孔を骨に穿孔する、
ことを含むことを特徴とする方法。 - 前記ガイドブロックを前記骨プレート孔に対して係止および離脱させるために、前記骨プレート孔に係合している前記第1の係止要素の先端を選択的に拡張させることをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項10に記載の方法。
- 前記第1の係止要素の前記先端は、少なくとも2つの枝分かれ部を有する分割部を有し、前記第1の係止要素は、前記枝分かれ部を外方に移動させることによって前記分割された先端を拡張させる軸方向移動可能ロッドを備えることを特徴とする請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記第1の係止要素は、前記軸方向移動可能ロッドを受けるネジ付き軸方向孔を備え、前記軸方向移動可能ロッドがねじ込まれ、これによって、前記ネジ付きロッドの回転が、前記ロッドを前記分割された先端部に対して係合および離脱するように移動させることを特徴とする請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記分割された先端枝分かれ部は、前記第1の係止要素先端の自由端に開いた軸方向延在スロットによって形成されることを特徴とする請求項13に記載の方法。
- 骨ネジを受ける複数の孔が貫通している骨プレートを取り付けるための孔を骨に形成する器具システムにおいて、
前記骨プレートの孔に対応する孔を有するドリルガイドと、
前記ドリルガイドブロックの第1の孔を貫通し、前記骨プレートと係止可能に係合する第1の係止要素と、
前記ドリルガイドブロックに取り付けられ、前記骨プレートの孔に係合する第2の係止要素と、
ドリルビットを前記骨内に案内するドリルガイドであって、前記ドリルガイドブロックの第2の孔に取り付け可能なドリルガイドと、
を備えていることを特徴とする器具システム。 - 前記第1および第2の係止要素の前記先端は、分割部を有し、前記第1および第2の係止要素は、前記分割された先端部を拡張させる軸方向移動可能ロッドを備えていることを特徴とする請求項15に記載の器具システム。
- 前記第1および第2の係止要素は、前記軸方向移動可能ロッドを受けるネジ付き軸方向孔を備え、前記軸方向移動可能ロッドがねじ込まれ、これによって、前記ネジ付きロッドの回転が、前記ロッドを前記第1および第2の係止要素の前記分割された先端部に対して係合および離脱するように移動させていることを特徴とする請求項16に記載の器具システム。
- 前記分割された先端は、前記第1および第2の係止要素先端の自由端に開いた軸方向延在スロットによって形成された少なくとも2つの枝分かれ部を有していることを特徴とする請求項17に記載の器具システム。
