Description

The present invention relates to a logo plate, and more particularly, to a logo plate that is mounted on a so-called car floor mat that is laid on the floor of an automobile.

Conventionally, metal and synthetic resin plates with logo marks, product names, manufacturer names, figures, patterns, letters, or combinations of these are used for various automotive parts, decorations, home appliances, and furniture. It is mounted on miscellaneous goods. In the present invention, not only the application but also these are collectively referred to as “logo plate”.

Logo plates can be broadly classified into two types: a type that is fixed to an adherend with an adhesive or the like and a type that is detachably attached. From the viewpoint of resource reuse, and depending on the type of adherend, a detachable type logo plate is preferable to a type that adheres to the adherend with an adhesive or the like. It belongs to the removable type.

The type of logo plate that can be attached to and detached from the adherend is mainly made of a logo, a product name, a manufacturer name, or a metal or synthetic resin body with a figure, pattern, character, or a combination thereof. And a fastening member that detachably fixes the main body to the adherend.

Conventionally, a wide variety of this type of logo plate has been proposed, but structurally, logo marks, product names, manufacturer names, figures, patterns, letters, or combinations of these are applied. And a leg portion attached to the back surface of the main body made of metal or synthetic resin, and a fastening member detachably fitted to the leg portion.

This type of logo plate may be subjected to extremely severe use depending on the application. For example, in the case of a logo plate that is mounted on a car floor mat, that is, a so-called car floor mat, unlike a logo plate that is mounted on decorations, home appliances, furniture, miscellaneous goods, etc., it is always stepped on by the rider. Or when being cleaned, it is struck or hit with a cleaning tool. Therefore, the logo plate should not easily fall off the car floor mat under any harsh use conditions. On the other hand, from the viewpoint of recycling the car floor mat, it is ideal that the logo plate main body and the fastening member can be easily detached by simple operation from the viewpoint of reducing the cost required for recycling. Therefore, in the case of the logo plate to be mounted on the car floor mat, the above two points, that is, the logo plate does not easily fall off the car floor mat even under severe use conditions, and the used car floor mat is regenerated. From the viewpoint of use, it is strongly desired to solve the trade-off between the logo plate body and the fastening member being easily detached by a simple operation.

Patent Document 1 includes a name plate, a plurality of legs located on the back of the name plate, and a fixture that fixes the legs with the attachment target member interposed therebetween, and the legs are only on one side in the horizontal direction at the top. The fixture has an overhanging bulge, and the fixture is formed by vertically integrating a first ring having a first hole in the center and a second ring having a second hole smaller than the first hole, When the engagement is completed, the bulging portion of the leg is seated on a step formed at the boundary between the first hole and the second hole of the fixture, and the arrangement direction of the bulging portion of the leg is different. A nameplate attachment is disclosed.

In the name plate described in Patent Document 1, since the second hole is smaller than the first hole, in order to attach the name plate to the carpet, it is necessary to incline the top of the leg portion and pass it through the second hole. Therefore, for large and heavy carpets, installation is not always easy.

Patent Document 2 is a nameplate mounting tool composed of a name plate composed of a main body and legs, and a backing cap composed of a head and hollow legs. The nameplate legs have protrusions. There is disclosed a nameplate fitting in which the hollow diameter of the hollow leg portion of the backing cap is substantially the same as the diameter of the portion of the nameplate leg portion without the protruding portion.

In the nameplate mounting tool disclosed in Patent Document 2, the hollow leg portion of the cap is caulked by being frictionally engaged with the protruding portion of the nameplate while being deformed. Therefore, it is practical when the material is malleable like a metal such as aluminum, but may be broken in the case of a rigid synthetic resin.

In Patent Document 3, at least two mounting holes are formed in the adherend, the nameplate is formed of an elastic material, the nameplate is provided with an engagement piece that engages with the mounting hole, and the engagement piece has a nameplate. There is disclosed a nameplate mounting body in which a protruding portion that protrudes outward is formed, the protruding portion is formed to be pointed in the mounting direction of the nameplate, and the engaging piece is engaged with the mounting hole.

The nameplate mounting body disclosed in Patent Document 3 presses in the mounting direction while fitting the engagement piece to the mounting hole, abuts the side portion inclined to the mounting hole, and generates a force along the inclination. Then, a bending torque is generated in the nameplate body, and the nameplate having this bending torque is bent and engaged. Therefore, it is practical when the material is elastic, but may be broken in the case of a rigid synthetic resin. Furthermore, once engaged, there is a drawback that the nameplate and nameplate attachment cannot be easily dissociated.

Patent Document 4 outlines that a pair of mounting pins protrudes from the back surface of the nameplate, and a stopper is fitted and mounted on the mounting pin with the mounting object such as carpet interposed therebetween, and then the back surface of the mounting object such as carpet. The attachment structure of the nameplates of the structure which presses down the heads of the stopper which came out from the attachment member with the attachment member is disclosed.

An attachment member, which is one of the essential members of the nameplate attachment structure disclosed in Patent Document 4, is a leaf spring having a curved curvature in a natural state. The both ends of the leaf spring are engaged with the heads of the two stoppers, and the leaf spring is returned to warp and fixed using the repulsive force toward the outside. The disadvantage of the nameplate mounting structure is that it requires a relatively large mounting member that requires at least the distance between the two mounting pins projecting from the rear surface of the nameplate. This complicates the installation work and increases the overall cost.

Patent Document 5 discloses a nameplate attachment structure in which a pair of attachment pins protrudes on the rear surface of a nameplate and a stopper is attached to the attachment pin with an object to be attached such as a carpet interposed therebetween.

The stopper which is one of the essential members of the nameplate mounting structure disclosed in Patent Document 5 is a strip-shaped plate. A through hole having a size and a shape through which the mounting pin is inserted is provided at both ends of the strip-shaped plate body, and the mounting pin is inserted into the through hole and fixed. The disadvantage of this nameplate mounting structure is that it requires a part called a stopper that is a relatively large strip-shaped plate that requires at least the distance between the two mounting pins protruding from the back of the nameplate. It is to do. This complicates the installation work and increases the overall cost.

In Patent Document 6, roughly, a set of two mounting pins protrudes from the back of the nameplate, the mounting pins pass through the mounted object, and a stopper is attached to the tip of the mounting pin to attach the nameplate to the mounted object. The nameplate mounting structure is disclosed.

In the mounting structure for nameplates disclosed in Patent Document 6, the stopper includes a locking head for sandwiching the thickness of the attachment, and a hollow leg portion having the same length as the thickness of the attachment. . The mounting pins are inserted into the holes of the hollow legs. However, this inserting operation includes positioning operations and the like, which is not so easy and increases the overall cost.

As described above, the conventional structure for attaching a logo plate, that is, a nameplate, has a problem in the number of the whole parts, the fastening method between the logo plate main body and the fastener, and the like.

Therefore, the main problem to be solved by the invention is that the whole parts of the logo plate to be attached to the article to be attached such as carpet, the logo plate body and the two types of fasteners for fixing the logo plate body to the article to be attached, It is composed of two to improve work efficiency and reduce the overall cost.

Another problem to be solved by the invention is that the fastener for fixing the logo plate main body to the attached object does not have a hollow leg portion having the same length as the attached object as in the prior art. By making the shape structure as flat as possible, a complicated positioning operation is not required for the fastening operation with the logo plate body.

Still another problem to be solved by the invention is that the logo plate main body and the fastener once fastened are made into a shape structure that can be released from the fastening state by a simple operation, so that the object to be mounted, the logo plate main body, And making the fasteners reusable, respectively.

Still another problem to be solved by the invention is to solve the above-mentioned problems, thereby expanding the range of selection of the logo plate body and the fastener material with metal, synthetic resin, rubber, ceramics, wood, or a combination thereof. The logo plate body can be subjected to various designs such as engraving, plating, and handwritten patterns.

Other problems and advantages to be solved by the present invention will be clarified in the following.

According to the present invention, the above problem is solved as follows.

1. In a logo plate consisting of a combination of a logo plate main body and a fastener that clamps the logo plate main body while sandwiching an object to be attached, a leg portion having a predetermined length protrudes from the back surface of the logo plate. In addition, a deformed portion projecting outward is formed at the tip of the leg, and a through hole having a shape complementary to the deformed portion is formed in the fastener. A logo plate adapted to rotate the fastener and engage the deformed portion with the fastener after being inserted into the hole.

2. In the item 1, a plurality of deformed portions are formed separately from each other.

3. In the first or second aspect, the fastener includes a bottom surface portion and a cylindrical portion that is concentrically provided with the bottom surface portion so as to be concentric with the bottom surface portion, and a flange portion is formed on the inner peripheral edge of the upper end portion of the cylindrical portion. Form.

4). In any one of said 1-3, the mechanism for rotating a fastener freely left and right is formed in the bottom face part of a fastener.

According to the first aspect of the present invention, the following effects are achieved.
1. Rotate the fastener after inserting the deformed portion that protrudes outward from the tip of the leg projecting on the back of the logo plate into the through hole that is complementary to the deformed portion formed on the fastener. Since the deformed portion and the fastener can be engaged with each other only, an accessory member such as an attachment member for engaging the fasteners as in the prior art is not required. That is, the logo plate according to the first aspect of the present invention does not require any parts other than the two types of the logo plate main body and the fastener and the two parts.

2. The logo plate main body and the fastener are fastened with a deformed portion formed outwardly projecting from the tip of the leg protruding from the back surface of the logo plate main body, and a complementary shape formed with the deformed portion formed on the fastener. It is completed simply by rotating the fastener after passing through the through hole. Accordingly, the selection of the material for the logo plate main body and the fastener is expanded as compared with the method of using the frictional engagement and the elasticity of the material for fastening the leg portion and the fastener as in the prior art.

According to the second aspect of the present invention, in the first aspect of the present invention, the plurality of deformed portions are spaced apart from each other, whereby the fastening of the logo plate body and the fastener is further strengthened.

According to the invention described in claim 3, in the invention described in claim 1 or 2, the fastener is composed of a bottom surface portion and a cylindrical portion that is concentric with the bottom surface portion and integrally provided with the bottom surface portion. The effect illustrated below is succeeded by forming a collar part in the inner peripheral part of the upper end part of a part.
1. By making the height of the cylinder part the same as the thickness of the object to be attached, for example, the car floor mat, when the logo plate is completely attached to the object to be attached, the bottom surface of the fastener is the same as the bottom surface of the object to be attached. Since it can arrange | position to a plane or substantially the same plane, there is no sense of incongruity with a floor surface.

2. A lock mechanism is formed by rotating the fastener so that the flange portion and the deformed portion are abutted, and the logo plate body can be engaged with the fastener.

According to the invention described in claim 4, in the invention described in any one of claims 1 to 3, a fastener rotating mechanism for freely rotating the fastener in the left-right direction is formed on the bottom surface portion of the fastener. Thus, after the leg portion is inserted into the fastener, the leg portion and the fastener can be easily engaged by using the fastener rotation mechanism, and the once-fastened leg portion and the fastener can be easily released. The object to be mounted, the logo plate main body, and the fastener can be completely separated from each other and subjected to a reuse process.

A leg portion 2 protrudes from the back surface of the logo plate body 1 (FIGS. 1-3). The method of projecting the leg 2 on the back surface of the logo plate body 1 is not particularly limited. Even if the leg plate 2 and the logo plate body 1 are manufactured separately, even if the leg plate 2 and the logo plate body 1 are manufactured separately, You may join by arbitrary methods, such as welding, adhesion | attachment, and screwing.

The distal end of the leg 2 is formed with a deformed portion 3 projecting outward. In this embodiment, two (3, 3 ') opposing deformed portions are formed to form a weight, but the shape and number of the deformed portions are not particularly limited. However, in view of the effect of increasing the fastening strength with a fastener described later, it is preferable to provide a plurality of deformed portions.

1-4 is a plan view of the fastener 4 for engaging the deformed portion 3 of the leg 2 to fix the logo plate body 1 to the adherend. In this embodiment, the fastener 4 has a structure in which a circular bottom surface portion 5 and a cylindrical portion 6 having a diameter smaller than the diameter of the bottom surface portion 5 are erected integrally with the bottom surface portion 5 concentrically with the bottom surface portion 5. It has become. However, the planar shape of the fastener is not limited to a circle, and can be arbitrarily selected, such as a polygon or a combination of a circle and a polygon.

The height of the cylinder part 6 should just be the height which can penetrate and accommodate both the leg part 2 and the deformed part 3 attached to the leg part 2 integrally.

The fastener 4 is formed with a through hole 8 having a shape complementary to the deformed portion 3. The deformed portion and the complementary shape means that the shape just like the relationship between the key and the keyhole, or the projection shape of the through hole 8 of the cylindrical portion 6 has the same shape as the sectional shape of the deformed portion 3. means.

By forming a through-hole 8 having a shape complementary to the deformed portion 3 in the fastener 4, the flange portion 7 is formed at the inner peripheral edge portion of the upper end portion of the cylindrical portion 6. Therefore, after inserting the deformed portion 3 of the leg 2 into the through hole 8 and then rotating the fastener 4 to the left or right, the back surface (bottom surface) of the flange portion 7 is completely abutted against the upper surface of the deformed portion 3. Thus, a lock mechanism is formed.

Therefore, in order to form a lock mechanism by completely abutting the back surface (bottom surface) of the flange portion 7 on the upper surface of the deformed portion 3, the deformed portion 3 protruding from the tip of the leg portion 2 is attached to the fastener 4. When inserted through the through-hole 8, the mechanism must be such that the upper surface of the deformed portion 3 stops below the flange portion 7 by the thickness of the flange portion 7.

In the case of the present embodiment, since the two odd-shaped portions (3, 3 ') are formed facing each other, the two flange portions 7 are also formed facing each other. Therefore, after inserting the deformed portion 3 of the leg portion 2 into the through-hole 8, the collar portion 7 is completely engaged with the deformed portion 3 and fixed only by rotating the fastener 4 to the left or right by 90 degrees.

If the number of the deformed portions 3 increases, the rotation angle of the fastener 4 decreases. For example, when there are four deformed portions 3 facing each other, if the fastener 4 is rotated 45 degrees to either the left or right, the flange portion 7 is completely engaged with the deformed portion 3 and fixed.

It is preferable to form a fastener rotating mechanism for rotating the fastener in the left-right direction on the bottom surface portion 5 of the fastener 4. The fastener rotation mechanism can easily engage the leg portion and the fastener by using the fastener rotation mechanism after the leg portion is inserted into the fastener, and the once-fastened leg portion and the fastener. Can be easily released, and the object to be attached, the logo plate main body, and the fastener can be completely separated and subjected to the reuse process.

In this embodiment, as shown in FIGS. 1-4 to 1-6, two small holes 9 are formed in the bottom surface portion 5 of the fastener 4 with the through-hole 8 interposed therebetween. It is made to rotate with the incidental tool in which the protrusion to be inserted was formed.

However, the structure of the fastener rotating mechanism is not particularly limited. For example, an arbitrary shape and number of protrusions, so-called “knobs”, are protruded from the back surface of the bottom surface portion 5 of the fastener 4 (the back surface of the surface on which the tube portion 6 is protruded), and the deformed portion of the leg portion 2 When engaging the 3 and the fastener 4 or releasing the engagement, the "knob" may be pinched to rotate the fastener.

Alternatively, a plurality of grooves having predetermined widths, lengths, and depths are provided on the bottom surface portion 5 of the fastener 4 with the through holes 8 of the fastener 4 interposed therebetween. On the other hand, you may perform by using an accessory tool provided with the protrusion inserted by the said groove | channel, inserting and fixing a protrusion to a groove | channel, and rotating a fastener. This mechanism is preferable because it is more suitable for automation than manually.

Alternatively, a plurality of ridges having a predetermined width, length, and height are provided on the bottom surface portion 5 of the fastener 4 with the through holes 8 of the fastener 4 interposed therebetween. On the other hand, you may carry out by rotating the fastener using the accessory tool provided with the concave line fitted to the said convex line, fitting and fixing a concave line to a convex line. This mechanism is preferable because it is more suitable for automation than manually.

Alternatively, a plurality of small holes having a predetermined diameter and depth are provided in the bottom surface portion 5 of the fastener 4 with the through hole 8 of the fastener 4 interposed therebetween. On the other hand, using an accessory tool provided with a protrusion inserted through the small hole, the protrusion may be inserted through the small hole and fixed, and the fastener may be rotated. This mechanism is preferable because it is more suitable for automation than manually.

FIG. 2 is a partial cross-sectional view showing a state in which the logo plate body 1 of the present invention is mounted on a so-called car floor mat placed on the floor of an automobile.

The logo plate used in the embodiment shown in FIG. 2 has two deformed portions 3 projecting outward from the tip of the leg 2 projecting from the bottom surface of the logo plate main body 1 as a whole. A weight shape is formed. In addition, the fastener 4 has a structure in which a circular bottom surface portion 5 and a cylindrical portion 6 having a diameter smaller than the diameter of the bottom surface portion 5 are erected integrally with the bottom surface portion 5 concentrically with the bottom surface portion 5. Thus, a through-hole 8 having a shape complementary to the deformed portion 3 is formed. Furthermore, a small small hole 9 is formed in the bottom surface portion 5 of the fastener 4 with a through hole 8 interposed therebetween as a fastener rotation mechanism. Furthermore, an incidental tool provided with a protrusion inserted into the small hole 9 which is a fastener rotating mechanism is prepared.

In order to attach the logo plate of the present invention to the car floor mat 10, a fastener receiving through hole having a shape that the fastener 4 is completely stored is provided at a predetermined position of the car floor mat 10, and fastened to the through hole. The tool 4 is completely stored.

At that time, if the uppermost edge of the fastener 4 cylinder portion 6 is in the same plane as the upper surface of the car floor mat 10, when the logo plate body 1 is mounted on the car floor mat 10, the car floor mat 10 and the logo It is preferable because no gap is formed between the plate bodies 1.

Further, when the back surface 5 ′ of the bottom surface portion 5 of the fastener 4 is in the same plane as the bottom bottom end surface of the car floor mat 10, when the logo plate body 1 is attached to the car floor mat 10, This is preferable because it does not hinder the shape following ability to 10 floors.

In this way, the fastener 4 is accommodated in the fastener accommodating through hole formed in the car floor mat 10, and the deformed portion 3 formed at the tip of the leg portion 2 protruding from the bottom surface of the logo plate body 1 is provided. Then, after passing through the through-hole 8 in accordance with the through-hole 8 complementary to the deformed portion 3 formed in the fastener 4, the small-hole is inserted into the two small holes as the fastener rotating mechanism. By using the accessory tool provided with the protrusion, the protrusion is inserted and fixed in the small hole, the fastener 4 is rotated, and the deformed portion 3 of the leg 2 is engaged with the fastener 4 to thereby obtain the logo. The plate body 1 is mounted and fixed to the car floor mat 10.

In the above-described embodiment, the two deformed portions 3 are projected outward from the tip of the leg 2 projecting from the bottom surface of the logo plate body 1, and are shaped like a weight. It has become. However, the shape and number of the deformed portions are not particularly limited. For example, a cross shape may be formed, and a polygonal portion such as a triangle or a deformed portion such as a circle may be formed at the tip of each cross.

Moreover, in the said Example, the projection shape of the through-hole 8 of the shape complementary to the said irregular shape part pierced by the fastener 4 protrudes outward with the two irregular shape parts 3 facing. The shape is just like a weight. However, the through-hole 8 drilled in the fastener 4 may be in a keyhole relationship, assuming that the deformed portion 3 formed at the tip of the leg 2 is a key.

Therefore, if the shape of the deformed portion 3 protruding from the tip of the leg 2 becomes complicated or the number increases, naturally, the engagement between the deformed portion 3 of the leg 2 and the fastener 4 becomes stronger. Further, if the number of the deformed portions 3 protruding from the tip of the leg portion 2 is increased, the engagement between the deformed portion 3 of the leg portion 2 and the fastener 4 is completed at a smaller rotation angle. Improved.

In the said Example, the bottom face part 5 which is a base part of the fastener 4 is circular. However, the bottom surface portion 5 which is the basic portion of the fastener 4 is not limited to a circle, and may be a polygon, for example. However, the fastener 4 is used by being accommodated in an accommodation hole provided in the attachment object. Therefore, when the bottom surface portion 5 which is the basic portion of the fastener 4 is polygonal, the attachment hole for the attachment object is used. Since an acute angle, an obtuse angle, etc. are attached to this, and there exists a possibility that a crack and a crack may enter from the location, it is unpreferable. From this viewpoint, the bottom surface portion 5 which is the basic portion of the fastener 4 is most preferably circular.

As described above, the logo plate of the present invention has a shape that is complementary to the deformed portion formed on the fastener, with the deformed portion formed by protruding outward from the tip of the leg protruding from the back surface of the logo plate. Since the deformed portion and the fastener can be engaged by simply rotating the fastener after being inserted into the through-hole, an attachment member such as an attachment member for engaging the fasteners as in the prior art is required. Unlike the type, there is no need for parts other than the two types of logo plate body and fasteners, and two parts. Therefore, the cost required for manufacturing and mounting is greatly reduced.

Further, the selection of the material for the logo plate main body and the fastener is expanded as compared with the method of using the frictional engagement and the elasticity of the material for fastening the leg portion and the fastener as in the prior art. Further, the logo plate main body, the fastener, and the attachment object can be completely separated and subjected to the reuse process.

From the facts mentioned above, the logo plate of the present invention can be selected from an extremely wide range of materials, such as metal, synthetic resin, rubber, ceramics, wood, or a combination thereof. From the point of fastening method, since it is a simple `` caulking '' that does not apply stress or load, the logo plate body, legs, fasteners etc. will not crack or break, so the use of logo plate, The types of attachments are expanded, contributing to the industry.
