JP 2005-54476 A

In the retaining wall of Patent Document 1, it is sufficient that the H-shaped steel pile is driven straight up to a predetermined height. However, the retaining wall is bent and driven or there is an error in the driving height (pile upper end height). And the head tie or bulge must be attached using field welding. In-situ welding is not only labor intensive and costly, but also has problems with reliability.
In reality, it is almost impossible to drive an H-shaped steel pile straight up to a predetermined height, so that it is troublesome and costly to provide a head-connecting material or an uprising material, and lack of reliability. There was a problem.
In addition, since the head tie material or the erection material is necessary over the entire length of the retaining wall, there is a problem in that it has many steel materials and is expensive.
The present invention is to develop a retaining wall that can be constructed easily and inexpensively and has excellent reliability even if the H-shaped steel pile is bent and driven or there is an error in the driving height (pile top height). It was made.

The present invention
A plurality of H-shaped steel piles driven at a predetermined interval; and a retaining wall panel made of precast concrete continuously provided along the front surface of the H-shaped steel pile. Connected to the shape steel pile,
The coupling means includes an anchor embedded in a predetermined position on the rear surface of the retaining wall panel by exposing a bolt hole provided at a front end, a tension bolt having a bolt hole at a rear end and a male screw at a front end. A receiving member having bolt holes at both left and right ends,
The bolt holes of both the anchors and the tension bolts are combined and connected with bolts and nuts, and the tension bolts are arranged so as to protrude from the rear surface of the retaining wall panel in a direction perpendicular to the surface of the H-shaped steel pile.
While arrange | positioning the said receiving member on the back surface of this H-shaped steel pile so that the bolt hole of the right-and-left both ends may be exposed to both sides of the said H-shaped steel pile,
The retaining wall is characterized in that each of the bolt holes exposed on both sides of the H-shaped steel pile is inserted with the tip end portion of the tension bolt and tightened with a nut.

When the bolt holes of both the anchor and the tension bolt are combined and connected with bolts and nuts, and the tension bolt protrudes from the rear surface of the retaining wall panel, the direction of the tension bolt can be freely adjusted with respect to the anchor. For this reason, even if the direction of the H-shaped steel pile is bent, the tensile bolt can be disposed so as to protrude in a direction perpendicular to the surface of the bent H-shaped steel pile. Thereby, the tension bolt can be firmly coupled to the receiving member, and the retaining wall panel can surely resist the earth pressure on the back surface.

In the present invention, an H-shaped steel pile can be positioned at the joint of the retaining wall panel, and the anchors can be provided at both left and right ends of the retaining wall panel.
In this way, each end of two retaining wall panels adjacent to each other can be supported by one H-shaped steel pile, so the number of H-shaped steel piles is one more than the number of retaining wall panels. Will be reasonable.

In the present invention, the bolt hole of the receiving member can be a long hole that is elongated in the horizontal direction.
By doing in this way, it can respond also when the direction of an H section steel pile is bent remarkably.

In the retaining wall of the present invention, when the bolt holes of both the anchor and the tension bolt are combined and connected with bolts and nuts, and the tension bolt is disposed so as to protrude from the rear surface of the retaining wall panel, the direction of the tension bolt is free with respect to the anchor. Because the angle can be adjusted, even if the direction of the H-shaped steel pile is bent, the tension bolts are placed in a direction perpendicular to the surface of the bent H-shaped steel pile, and the H-shaped steel pile and the retaining wall panel are firmly connected by the coupling means. This allows the retaining wall panel to reliably resist backside earth pressure.
Moreover, since it is not necessary to provide a coupling means in the head of an H-shaped steel pile, even if there is an error in the driving height of the H-shaped steel pile, there is no problem.
Furthermore, since the amount of steel used for the coupling means is relatively small and no on-site welding is required, construction can be performed at low cost and reliability is excellent.

The retaining wall of an Example is shown in FIGS. The retaining wall includes an H-shaped steel pile 1, a retaining wall panel 2, and a coupling means 3. The coupling means 3 includes an anchor 4 (FIG. 5), a tension bolt 7 (FIG. 8), a receiving member 11 (FIG. 11), and the like.

The H-shaped steel pile is driven sufficiently deeper than the lower ground surface at an appropriate predetermined interval (for example, at an interval of 2 m) so as to withstand the earth pressure of the higher ground. The retaining wall panel 2 is made of precast concrete, and is continuously provided along the front surface of the H-shaped steel pile 1 as shown in FIG. In this case, the H-shaped steel pile 1 is located at the joint 2 a of the retaining wall panel 2. Further, in this case, the retaining wall panel 2 is supported on the abandoned concrete 16, but the present invention is not limited to such earth work, and for example, a support material such as an iron plate or steel material is welded to the front surface of the H-shaped steel pile. The retaining wall panel can be supported by overhanging and fixing on the support material. An anchor 4 is embedded in a predetermined position of the retaining wall panel 2. The predetermined position is a position on both sides of the H-shaped steel pile in plan view, and a desired number of steps can be provided at a desired height in side view. In this case, it is the left and right ends of the retaining wall panel 2 in plan view, and is provided in two upper and lower stages in side view.

As shown in FIG. 5, the anchor 4 is a plate member made of metal (iron), has a bolt hole 5 penetrating in the vertical direction at the front end portion, and the rear end portion is a brace portion 6. As shown in FIG. 4, the brace 6 at the rear end is embedded in the retaining wall panel 2, and the bolt hole 5 at the distal end is exposed on the back surface of the retaining wall panel 2. In FIG. 5, the upper stage shows a plane, and the lower stage shows a side surface. The rear end portion of the attachment portion 6 is cut in the center along the axial direction, and both side portions thereof are bent in opposite directions. Thereby, when a tensile force is generated in the anchor 4, the anchor is difficult to come off from the retaining wall panel.

6 and 7 show other examples of anchors. 6 shows a plane in the upper stage, a side surface in the lower stage, and FIG. 7 shows a plane. The anchor 4 in FIG. 6 is a metal plate-like member, has a bolt hole 5 at the front end portion, and has a fastening portion 6 at the rear end portion. The anchoring portion 6 is formed by welding a round bar in a direction perpendicular to the axis, thereby making it difficult for the anchor to come off the retaining wall panel. The anchor 4 in FIG. 7 is a metal rod-like member (round bar), which has a bolt hole 5 at the tip, and a butt portion 6 at the rear end. The bolt hole 5 is formed by processing the front end of a round bar into a round ring shape, and the fitting portion 6 is formed by bending the rear end of the round bar in a direction perpendicular to the axis.
Thus, the anchor in this invention should just have a bolt hole in a front-end | tip part, and should be hard to come off from a retaining wall panel.

As shown in FIGS. 2 and 4, a tension bolt 7 is attached to the anchor 4. As shown in FIG. 8 (the upper portion is a plane, the lower portion is a side surface, and the tip portion side is omitted), the rear end portion 8 of the tension bolt 7 sandwiches two plate-like members from above and below at the rear end of the bolt body. These two plate-like members are provided with bolt holes 9 penetrating in the vertical direction at the same position. The bolt hole 5 of the anchor 4 and the bolt hole 9 of the tension bolt 7 are aligned, the bolt 13 is inserted into these bolt holes, and tightened with a nut 14 to join the anchor 4 and the tension bolt 7 together. At this time, since the axis of the anchor and the axis of the tension bolt can be freely tilted and coupled, even if the H-shaped steel pile is bent and driven as shown in FIG. It can be made to be perpendicular to the surface 1a.
Although a male screw is formed at the tip 10 of the tension bolt 7, the male screw may be formed over the entire length of the tension bolt.

9 and 10 show other examples of tension bolts. FIG. 9 shows a plane on the upper stage, a side surface on the lower stage, and FIG. 10 shows a plane, with the tip end side omitted. The rear end 8 of the tension bolt 7 in FIG. 9 is obtained by welding and fixing a single plate-like member from the bottom to the rear end of the bolt body, and this plate-like member is provided with a bolt hole 9 penetrating in the vertical direction. It has been. The rear end portion 8 of the tension bolt 7 in FIG. 10 has a bolt hole 9 penetrating in the vertical direction by processing the rear end of the bolt into a circular ring shape.
Thus, the tension bolt in the present invention can be provided with a bolt hole by various methods at the rear end.

As shown in FIG. 2, while arrange | positioning the receiving member 11 (FIG. 11) on the back surface of the H-shaped steel pile 1 so that the bolt hole 12 of the right-and-left both ends may be exposed to the right-and-left both sides of the H-shaped steel pile 1, Tensile bolt tips 10 are inserted into the bolt holes 12 exposed on both sides of the H-shaped steel pile 1 and tightened with nuts 15. Thereby, the retaining wall panel 2 is pulled in the back direction, and can resist the earth pressure of the higher ground acting on the back surface. Since the axis of the tensile bolt 7 is perpendicular to the surface 1a of the H-shaped steel pile 1, it is also perpendicular to the axis of the receiving member 11, so that the tensile bolt 7 and the receiving member 11 can be firmly fixed and reliably resist earth pressure. Can do.
In this case, as shown in FIG. 11, the receiving member 11 is L-shaped steel (so-called “angle”), and bolt holes 12, which are elongated holes extending in the horizontal direction, are provided at both ends of the vertical surface in the horizontal direction. It is provided to penetrate through. In FIG. 11, the left side is a front view, and the right side is a cross section of a bolt hole 12 portion.

FIG. 12 shows another example of the receiving member. Also in this figure, the left side is a front view, and the right side is a cross section of the bolt hole 12 portion. The receiving plate material 11 is U-shaped steel (so-called “channel”), and bolt holes 12, which are elongated holes extending in the horizontal direction, are provided through both ends of the vertical surface in the horizontal direction. Thus, the receiving member may be any member as long as it can be provided with a bolt hole penetrating in the horizontal direction and can support the tensile force acting on the tensile bolt. It is most appropriate to use steel materials such as steel, H-shaped steel, and I-shaped steel.

Since the earth and sand of the higher ground is backfilled on the back side of the retaining wall panel 2, even if there is a gap between the rear surface of the retaining wall panel and the front surface of the H-shaped steel pile as shown in FIGS. Is filled with earth and sand, and there is no possibility that the retaining wall panel is displaced to the back side, but depending on the case, an appropriate packing can be provided in the gap between the rear surface of the retaining wall panel and the front surface of the H-shaped steel pile. As the packing, for example, a sandbag filled with uncured mortar or concrete (which can be freely deformed) can be used by inserting it into the gap between the retaining wall panel back surface and the H-shaped steel pile front surface. The mortar inside the sandbag is cured and acts as a packing, and the retaining wall panel is completely prevented from being displaced to the back side.
