Description
すなわち、本発明は以下のとおりである。
(1)(A)ポリ乳酸樹脂100重量部に対し、結晶化促進剤0.5〜50重量部を配合してなる樹脂組成物からなり、球晶が存在せず、相対結晶化度が50%以上であり、全光線透過率が70%以上である成形品、
(2)電子顕微鏡による観察において、長軸方向の数平均粒子径が300nm以下の粒子状物を含有する(1)に記載の成形品、
(3)(A)ポリ乳酸樹脂が、(a)ポリ乳酸樹脂の総乳酸成分の内、L体が80%以上含まれるかまたはD体が80%以上含まれるポリ乳酸樹脂、および/または(b)ポリ乳酸ステレオコンプレックスである(1)または(2)記載の成形品、
(4)前記結晶化促進剤が、(B)結晶核剤および/または(C)可塑剤からなり、(B)結晶核剤が、アミド化合物およびヒドラジド化合物から選択される少なくとも1種であり、(C)可塑剤が、2種以上の可塑剤を含むものである(1)〜(3)のいずれか1項に記載の成形品、
(5)前記(C)可塑剤の少なくとも1種がポリアルキレングリコール系可塑剤である(4)に記載の成形品、
(6)成形品の厚みが3mm未満である(1)〜(5)のいずれか1項に記載の成形品、
(7)ポリ乳酸樹脂組成物が、(A)ポリ乳酸樹脂100重量部に対し、(D)耐衝撃改良剤0.1〜200重量部、(E)反応性化合物0.01〜30重量部、および(F)無機粒子0.1〜50重量部から選ばれる少なくとも1種を配合してなる組成物である(1)〜(6)のいずれか1項に記載の成形品、
(8)(A)ポリ乳酸樹脂100重量部に対し、結晶化促進剤0.5〜50重量部を配合してなり、電子顕微鏡による観察において、長軸方向の数平均粒子径が300nm以下の粒子状物を含有する樹脂組成物、
(9)金型温度を樹脂組成物中のポリ乳酸樹脂由来のガラス転移温度以上および融点以下の温度範囲に設定し、成形サイクル150秒以下で射出成形してなることを特徴とする(1)〜(7)のいずれか1項に記載の成形品の製造方法。
