Description

The present invention transcribes decorative materials used on the surface of buildings such as houses and stores, vehicles such as trains and automobiles, airplanes, ships, interiors, exterior materials, flooring materials, wallpaper, ceilings, etc. In particular, the present invention relates to a decorative material called a “cushion floor” in which unevenness is provided on the surface by partially suppressing resin foaming, and a transfer sheet to which a foaming inhibitor is transferred.

As a foamed resin usually used in a decorative material obtained by foaming the resin layer on the surface, a heat-foamable polyvinyl chloride resin is known. In order to promote foaming of the thermally foamable polyvinyl chloride resin, a stabilizer such as zinc or barium is added. Due to the action of the stabilizer, a polyvinyl chloride resin which normally foams at a high temperature can be foamed at a relatively low temperature.

Then, on the thermally foamable polyvinyl chloride resin, a pattern layer made of foam suppression ink is provided, and foaming of the portion where the foam suppression ink is provided is suppressed to be a recess, and the portion where the foam suppression ink is not provided There is known a cosmetic material in which foaming is left as it is as a convex portion and the surface is uneven.

As the foam suppression ink, a triazine-based foam suppression ink is known. Triazine inhibits the function of the stabilizer, and the thermally foamable polyvinyl chloride resin in the portion where the triazine-based foaming suppression ink is present cannot be foamed unless it is at a high temperature.

As a method of suitably providing a pattern layer made of foam suppression ink on the thermally foamable polyvinyl chloride resin, before performing foaming, a pattern layer made of foam suppression ink is provided on the transfer sheet, and this is heated. It is possible to transfer it onto a foaming polyvinyl chloride resin.

However, since triazine as a foam inhibitor has a high melting point of 300 ° C. or higher, it is difficult to quickly penetrate the polyvinyl chloride resin layer before foaming starts, and a good foam suppression effect can be obtained. could not.

It is also conceivable to use benzotriazole, triazole or the like having a low melting point of 160 ° C. or lower as the foaming inhibitor. However, when the pattern layer is provided as a part of a decorative material, for example, a concave part of a large pattern such as a tile joint, it may be provided. However, when the pattern layer is provided over the entire surface of the decorative material, the transfer sheet is provided with a pattern layer. It was predicted that blocking would easily occur after the sheet was formed, and it would be difficult to provide a transfer sheet with stable quality.

Furthermore, it is difficult to adjust the degree of penetration of the foam inhibitor, and if both the width of the pattern layer where the foam suppression ink is provided and the width of the pattern layer where the foam suppression ink is not provided are kept within an appropriate range, foaming will occur. The suppression is too much and the convex part is crushed or the foaming is not completely suppressed and the concave part is buried. Furthermore, the inventors have found out that it is difficult to adjust the balance between these and the above-described blocking problem.
