Description

The present invention relates to a fireproof covering member to be mounted in a beam through hole formed in a steel beam web.

As this type of fireproof covering member, a fireproof covering combined duct heat insulating member disclosed in Patent Document 1 is well known. This is a fire-resistant material such as calcium silicate, ceramic-based material, rock wool, etc. that is molded into a cylindrical shape (sleeve shape). Is. Further, if a duct or a joint member for duct is inserted inside the member in a close contact state, a heat insulating material (heat insulating material) for the duct is unnecessary, and accordingly, the diameter of the beam through hole can be reduced. There is also an advantage that duct work can be started early.
Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 10-140705

However, the conventional fireproof covering and duct heat insulating member is integrally molded in a state in which the flange portion for positioning in a state of being inserted into the beam through hole is annularly projected around the cylindrical portion, Therefore, it is not always easy and inexpensive to manufacture, and since the flange portion is bulky, it is inconvenient in handling during storage and transportation, and has not been widely spread.

In view of the above circumstances, an object of the present invention is to provide an effective and appropriate fireproof covering member that can be manufactured more easily and inexpensively and is not bulky by further improving the conventional fireproof covering member as described above.

The fireproof covering member of the present invention is attached to the inside of a beam through-hole formed in a web of a steel beam, and includes a sleeve formed of a fire-resistant material in a cylindrical shape, and the sleeve as a beam through-hole. A fixing tool for fixing the steel beam to the steel beam in a state of being inserted into the ring, the fixing tool having an annular fixing band fixed in close contact with the peripheral surface of the sleeve, and a predetermined interval between the fixing band. It is composed of a plurality of raising and lowering locking tools provided, and the locking tools can be inserted inside the beam through-holes in a lying state, and both ends of the locking tools are in a standing state in the steel beam. The web is a pair of locking pieces that can be clamped from both sides.

In the fireproof covering member of the present invention, it is conceivable that the pair of locking pieces in the locking tool can be fastened by the fastening tool in an upright state.
In that case, a slit is formed so as to be along the radial direction of the sleeve while standing on the locking piece, and a fastener is attached to the slit, and the fastening position by the fastener is set in the length direction of the slit. It is preferable to be adjustable.

Further, it is conceivable that a short pipe duct is attached in close contact with the inside of the sleeve, and both end portions of the short pipe duct are extended to both end sides of the sleeve.
The sleeve is preferably a thin cylindrical molded product made of heat-resistant rock wool.

Furthermore, it is preferable to fix the fixing band of the fixing tool to the sleeve or to the sleeve and the short pipe duct with a fixing metal fitting.

The fireproof covering member of the present invention is formed by forming a fireproof material into a mere cylindrical sleeve and mounting a fixture on the outside thereof, and the fixture has only a tiltable locking tool attached to a fixing band. Therefore, the structure is greatly simplified compared to the conventional fireproof covering and duct heat insulating member having a flange portion, so that the cost can be reduced sufficiently, and the whole is compact and bulky. Therefore, it is convenient in handling during transportation and storage, and can be firmly and easily fixed to a steel beam by a fixing tool, so that it is much more effective than the conventional one.

In particular, by using a configuration in which the locking pieces raised as the locking device in the fixing device are fastened by the fastening device, the web can be securely sandwiched by the fastening force and firmly and stably fixed. it can.
In that case, by forming a slit in the locking piece, attaching a fastener to the slit, and making the mounting position adjustable in the radial direction of the sleeve within the range of the length of the slit, It is possible to apply to beam through holes of various sizes within the range of the length of the locking piece and slit, and the mounting position with respect to the beam through hole can be adjusted in the radial direction within the range. .

Further, by mounting the short pipe duct in close contact with the inside of the sleeve, the sleeve also serves as a heat insulating material for the short pipe duct. Therefore, the heat insulating material can be omitted and the beam through-hole diameter can be reduced. In that case, by installing short pipe ducts integrally in the sleeve and uniting them in advance, fireproofing construction and duct construction for the beam penetration part can be performed simultaneously only by installing this. Thus, the process can be simplified and shortened.

Also, if a thin molded product made of heat-resistant rock wool is used as the sleeve, sufficient fire resistance can be ensured even if the thickness is only about 20 mm.

Furthermore, if the fixing band of the fixing tool is fixed to the sleeve or to the sleeve and the short duct with the fixing bracket, it is possible to surely prevent the positional deviation of the fixing tool and the accidental dropout.

A first embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. FIG. 1 shows a schematic configuration of the fireproof covering member 10 of the first embodiment, (a) is an exploded view showing an assembled state, (b) is a view showing a state after assembly, and (c) is its fireproof. It is a figure which shows the state which mounted | wore the beam through-hole 2 of the steel beam 1 with the coating | coated member 10. FIG.

The fireproof covering member 10 of the first embodiment is a sleeve 11 formed of a fireproof material in a cylindrical shape, and is fixed to the steel beam 1 in a state where the sleeve 11 is inserted into the beam through hole 2. It consists of a fixture 12 and a short pipe duct 15 which is mounted in advance inside the sleeve 11.

The sleeve 11 has a cylindrical shape whose outer diameter is slightly smaller than the inner diameter of the beam through-hole 2 and whose length is slightly longer than the beam width (flange width) of the steel beam 1, and the thickness of the sleeve 11 is this fireproof coating. It is set according to the fire resistance required for the member 10. As the material of the sleeve 11, for example, a known refractory material such as calcium silicate, ceramic material, rock wool or the like can be used. Particularly, a molded product made of heat-resistant rock wool having a sufficient thickness and fire resistance can be suitably used. In that case, sufficient fire resistance can be secured even with a wall thickness of about 20 mm. In any case, the surface of the sleeve 11 may be appropriately finished as necessary (for example, aluminum foil paper + shell metal mesh).
The sleeve 11 can also be formed by wrapping a flexible roll-shaped refractory material around the short pipe duct 15.

The fixture 12 is made of, for example, a metal plate such as a steel plate, a stainless steel plate, or an aluminum plate, and is attached to the fixed band 13 at a predetermined interval, and an annular fixed band 13 attached to the outside of the sleeve 11. It consists of a plurality of latching devices 14 that can be tilted. In the illustrated example, three locking tools 14 are attached to the fixed band 13 at equal intervals.
The fixed band 13 is a band plate-like metal plate processed into a cylindrical shape or an annular shape by roll winding, and the locking tool 14 is a small piece of a band plate shape longer than the width of the fixed band 13. The center portion of the locking tool 14 is fixed to the fixing band 13 by an appropriate method such as welding or screwing, but both ends are bent into a pair of locking pieces 14a. It is a thing.
As shown in FIG. 1B, the fixing tool 12 is attached to the center portion of the fixing band 13 in close contact with the peripheral surface of the sleeve 11, and the sleeve 11 and the inner side thereof are fixed by a fixing fitting 16 such as a screw. It is fixed so as not to be displaced with respect to the short pipe duct 15 and can be inserted into the beam through-hole 2 together with the sleeve 11 in this state (in a state where the locking tool 14 is lying down). Then, when the locking pieces 14a at both ends of the locking tool 14 are bent and raised as shown in FIG. 1 (c) in a state of being inserted into the beam through holes 2, the locking pieces 14a become the steel beam. The webs can be sandwiched from both sides by the locking pieces 14a facing each other at an interval corresponding to the thickness of the web 1, thereby firmly fixing the entire fireproof covering member 10 to the steel beam 1. It is possible.

The short pipe duct 15 is connected to and becomes a part of a duct 3 (see FIGS. 1 (c) and 2 (c)) that is inserted into the beam through hole 2, and has a predetermined length. What was cut | disconnected further can be employ | adopted suitably. The length of the short pipe duct 15 is slightly longer than the length of the sleeve 11, and when the short pipe duct 15 is mounted in the sleeve 11 as shown in FIG. The connecting portion extends to both sides of the sleeve 11, and the duct 3 can be connected to the connecting portion 4 via the connecting ring 4 as shown in FIG.
The short pipe duct 15 is attached in a state of being in close contact with the inside of the sleeve 11 (in other words, the sleeve 11 is attached in the state of being in close contact with the outside of the short pipe duct 15). 1 as well as a heat insulating material for the short duct 15.

In order to fix the fireproof covering member 10 having the above configuration to the steel beam 1, the fireproof covering member 10 may be simply inserted into the beam through hole 2 from one side of the steel beam 1 as shown in FIG. At that time, if one of the locking members 14 (the one on the rear side in the insertion direction) is bent and raised in advance, the positioning can be performed by bringing it into contact with the web.
And after attaching the fireproof covering member 10 to the steel beam 1 as shown in (b), the other locking piece 14a is also bent and stood up, and thereby the web is clamped by both locking pieces 14a.
Thereafter, as shown in (c), the fireproof covering material 5 is attached to the side and bottom of the steel beam 1, and the entire steel beam 1 is covered with the fireproof covering material 5 and the fireproof covering member 10 without any gap. At the same time, the duct 3 is connected to the short pipe duct 15 via the connection ring 4, and the heat insulating material 6 is attached to the connection portion between the duct 3 and the short pipe duct 15 without a gap. Of course, the heat insulating material 6 may be attached to the duct 3 in advance, and in that case, the heat insulating material 6 may be attached only to the connecting portion with the short pipe duct 15.

In addition, by setting the interval between the raised locking pieces 14a to be equivalent to the thickness of the web, the locking pieces 14a naturally come into contact with both surfaces of the web in a close contact state, thereby obtaining a sufficient clamping effect. Therefore, basically it is preferable to do so.
However, as shown in FIG. 3, there is a case where a reinforcing ring 7 is welded around the beam through-hole 2, so that such a case can be dealt with as shown in FIG. Further, the mutual interval of the locking pieces 14a is set to be slightly larger than the web thickness, and the reinforcing pieces 7 are accommodated inside by standing up until the leading end side of the locking pieces 14a becomes narrow. good.
However, this is not always the case, and even if the locking piece 14a is in contact with the reinforcing ring 7 and the tip side expands as shown in FIG. If sufficient strength can be ensured, it is sufficient. In that case, if necessary, the locking piece 14 is further bent until it comes into contact with the reinforcing ring 7 or the web as shown by the chain line. Also good.

According to the fireproof covering member 10 described above, since the flange portion does not protrude on the outer peripheral side like the conventional fireproof covering and duct heat insulating member shown in Patent Document 1, the configuration is much simpler than that. Therefore, the production thereof (especially, the molding process of the sleeve 11) can be simplified and the cost can be reduced sufficiently. The sleeve 11 is formed by winding a flexible fire-resistant material around the short duct 15. Can be easily formed, and since the whole is compact and does not become bulky, handling during storage and transportation is convenient. Of course, although the flange portion is omitted, positioning with respect to the steel beam 1 can be performed without any trouble by the fixing tool 12 and can be reliably and easily fixed to the steel beam 1 by the fixing tool 12. It is much more effective than

The first embodiment has been described above. Next, the second embodiment will be described with reference to FIGS. 4 to 6 (the same components as those in the first embodiment are denoted by the same reference numerals).
The fireproof covering member 10 of the first embodiment has a configuration in which the short pipe duct 15 is mounted in the sleeve 11 in advance, but the fireproof covering member 20 of the second embodiment is a short pipe sleeve as shown in FIG. 15 is omitted and only the sleeve 11 and the fixture 12 are configured, and the duct 3 is loosely inserted into the sleeve 11 in a later process. That is, in the fireproof covering member 20 of the second embodiment, the inner diameter of the sleeve 11 is made larger than the diameter of the duct 3 (including the heat insulating material 6), and after the fireproof covering member 20 is fixed to the steel beam 1. The duct 3 around which the heat insulating material 6 is wound is inserted inside the sleeve 11. In the illustrated fireproof covering member 20, the solid band 13 is fixed to the sleeve 12 by a fixing bracket 16 such as a split pin whose front end portion is bent on both sides.
In this case, the work of fixing the fireproof covering member 20 to the steel beam 1 is performed in the same manner as in the first embodiment as shown in FIGS. 5 (a) to 5 (b), and then the heat insulating material 6 is attached in advance. The duct 3 may be simply inserted into the sleeve 11.
According to the fireproof covering member 20 of the second embodiment, since the sleeve 11 does not also serve as the heat insulating material 6 unlike the fireproof covering member 10 of the first embodiment, the required diameter of the beam through hole 2 is slightly larger. However, other than that, the same effects as those of the first embodiment can be obtained, and in particular, by omitting the short pipe duct 15, it is more simplified and compact, so that it can be manufactured at a lower cost, and handling is also possible. More convenient.

As a modification of the second embodiment, it is also conceivable to attach a reinforcing tube 21 inside the sleeve 11 as shown in FIG. That is, when the outer diameter of the sleeve 11 is sufficiently large or the thickness of the sleeve 11 is sufficiently thin, the sleeve 11 may be inadvertently crushed or deformed. In addition, it is possible to effectively prevent deformation of the sleeve 11 by previously mounting the reinforcing tube 21 having the same length as the sleeve 11 in close contact with the inner surface of the sleeve 11. A thin steel pipe can be preferably used as the reinforcing pipe 21, or it can be used as the reinforcing pipe 21 by using the length of the short pipe duct 15 according to the length of the sleeve 11 in the first embodiment. In this case, the fixing band 13 may be fixed to the sleeve 11 and the reinforcing tube 21 inside thereof with a screw as the fixing bracket 16 as in the case of the first embodiment.

The first and second embodiments of the present invention have been described above. However, the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiments, and the shape, size, material, and the like of each component depart from the gist of the present invention. Appropriate design changes and applications can be made without departing from the scope.
For example, as the fixing device 12, a configuration in which three locking devices 14 are provided at equal intervals with respect to the fixing band 13 as in the above embodiments is practical and optimal. A large number of locking tools 14 may be provided. In the case where there are two or one locking tool 14, a sufficient fixing strength cannot be expected, and there is room for displacement, which is not preferable.

In addition, the locking tool 14 in the above embodiment is configured to hold the web of the steel beam 1 only by raising the pair of locking pieces 14a, and normally, sufficient fixing strength can be obtained. In order to fix securely and stably, it is conceivable that the pair of raised locking pieces 14a are further fastened with fasteners such as bolts and screws and the web is clamped by the fastening force. A configuration example in this case will be described with reference to FIGS.
In this example, as shown in FIG. 7, a slit 14b is formed in advance in the locking tool 14 along the radial direction of the sleeve 11 with the locking piece 14a raised, and as shown in FIG. In the state where the beam is installed in the beam through hole 2, the dimensions of each part are set so that a slight clearance d is secured between the beam through hole 2 and the sleeve 11, and the pair of locking pieces 14a are erected. A pair of locking pieces 14a can be fastened by attaching a fastener 17 to the slit 14b later within the clearance d.
Therefore, in this example, the pair of locking pieces 14a can be pulled toward each other by the fastening force of the fastener 17 so that the web can be securely and firmly held, and the distance between the pair of locking pieces 14a is relative to the thickness of the web. Even if there is a slight error, it can be reliably fixed.
Further, since the mounting position of the fastener 17 with respect to the slit 14b can be adjusted in the radial direction of the sleeve 11 (that is, the radial direction of the beam through hole 2) within the range of the length of the slit 14b, FIG. As shown in b), the position of the fastener 17 can be shifted in the radial direction according to the size of the clearance d between the beam through-hole 2 and the sleeve 11, and by tightening the outer side as much as possible. It can be tightened stably. Further, the present invention can be applied to the beam through-holes 2 of various sizes within the range of the lengths of the locking pieces 14a and the slits 14b, and the positions within the beam through-holes 2 within the range are the diameters. It is also possible to adjust in the direction.
Of course, even when the reinforcing ring 7 is provided around the beam through-hole 2 as shown in FIG. 3, the pair of locking pieces 14a are fastened with the fastener 17 as shown in FIG. Can be pinched.

The fastener 17 may be any one that can pull the pair of locking pieces 14a toward each other and tighten them, and various clamps and appropriate connecting means can be adopted in addition to bolts and screws. Further, a wire (wire) can be used as the fastener 17 to be wound around the locking piece 14a.
Further, the slit 14b may be formed so as to extend over the locking pieces 14a on both sides including the central portion of the locking tool 14 as shown in FIG. 7A, or as shown in FIG. 10A. Alternatively, the slits 14b may be formed on the locking pieces 14a on both sides except for the central portion fixed to the fixing band 13.
Furthermore, since the mounting position of the fastener 17 can be adjusted in the radial direction by forming the slit 14b as described above, it is preferable to do so, but the present invention is not limited to this, and adjustment of the fastening position is unnecessary. In this case (for example, when the clearance d between the beam through-hole 2 and the sleeve 11 is always constant), for example, as shown in FIG. 10B, a simple fastening hole 14c for passing the fastener 17 is optimally positioned. It may be formed in advance.
Furthermore, when the pair of locking pieces 14a can be fastened without the slits 14b and the fastening holes 14c, for example, when using clamps of the type mounted on the outside of the pair of locking pieces 14a, When connecting the locking pieces 14a, the slits 14b and the fastening holes 14c are not provided, so the locking pieces 14a shown in FIGS. 1 and 4 may be fastened as they are.

Further, instead of fixing the locking tool 14 to the fixing band 13 by a technique such as welding or screwing as in the above embodiments, the fixing band 13 and the locking tool 14 as shown in FIG. Can also be formed integrally. In any case, it is preferable that the locking tool 14 has a configuration that allows the locking piece 14a to be easily erected by manually bending, and for this purpose, a folding line is formed in advance. It is also possible to apply
Even when the fixing band 13 and the locking tool 14 are integrally formed as described above, if necessary, a slit 14b or a fastening hole 14c is formed in the locking piece 14a as shown in FIGS. 12 (a) and 12 (b). Needless to say, it can be formed and fastened by an appropriate fastener 17.
