Description

The present invention relates to a dust calming method for tunnel blasting work.

Conventional dust blasting techniques for tunnel blasting are disclosed in Patent Documents 1 and 2. The technology of Patent Literature 1 is equipped with a movable carriage equipped with a retractable wind pipe equipped with an exhaust fan, arranged in a number corresponding to the length of the tunnel, and connected the front and rear ends of each wind pipe, Each exhaust fan is actuated to suck dust from the blasting from the front wind pipe and remove it from the rear wind pipe to the outside of the mine.

The technology of Patent Document 2 is that a telescopic wind pipe provided with a blower fan is piped in the tunnel, a dust collector is arranged in the vicinity of the face, the blower fan is activated to blow the outside air toward the face and blast It is characterized in that the dust in the mine can be collected with a dust collector so that the air in the mine can be purified.

By the way, each of the above-described techniques needs to suck almost all the air in the space in order to remove the dust, and there is a problem that it takes time to remove the dust. In particular, since fine fine dust floats in the air and is difficult to remove, there is a problem that ventilation tends to be insufficient. In addition, the former technique requires a number of trucks corresponding to the length of the tunnel, and the latter technique also uses an expensive dust collector.

In this invention, if it sprays toward a face with a primary spray apparatus immediately after blasting, the fine mist will disperse and will fall to the ground. Most of the dust settles in this process, and floating dust is greatly reduced. After that, when spraying toward the face with a secondary spray device after a predetermined time has elapsed, the fine dust still floating in the fine mist is captured and further subsided. Therefore, the dust can be settled in a short time without waiting for the entire ventilation in the tunnel with an inexpensive device as compared with the prior art.

In the present invention, when a blower that sucks air outside the tunnel and blows it to the face is arranged, the door of the wellhead is opened and the air inside the tunnel is pushed out of the tunnel by the power of the blower and ventilated. Water is supplied from a water source such as a river, a pond, or a water tank outside the tunnel 1 and sterilized by a sterilizer 5e, and then sent out by a water supply pump 5d.

The present embodiment will be described with reference to FIGS. 1 and 5. A rock drill is used to drill a plurality of blast holes in the face 2 and load an explosive, and an electrical lead extending from the explosive is routed backward to connect to an igniter. The door 8 of the wellhead 6 is closed, and the worker retreats behind the ignition box 9 to explode the explosive. After 5 seconds from blasting, the spray is sprayed onto the face 2 by the primary spray device 3, and the dust scattered by the fine mist is captured and dropped to the ground. Most of the dust settles in this process, and floating dust is greatly reduced. Next, when about 4 minutes have passed since the blasting, the secondary spraying device 4 is actuated to spray toward the face 2, and the fine dust still floating in the fine mist is captured and further calmed down.

When about 11 minutes have passed since the blasting, the door 8 of the wellhead 6 is opened and the blower 5 is operated, and the outside air taken in through the wind pipe 5a is blown to the face 2 and sprayed to the face 2 by the spray nozzle 5c. The fine dust that is still floating in the mist is further supplemented and almost completely calmed down. At the same time, a plurality of exhaust fans 7 are operated to increase the power of air blowing in the exhaust direction, and are easily removed to the rear of the tunnel 1. The primary spray device 3 and the secondary spray device 4 are stopped.

After this blowing is continued for about 1 hour, the shear D of the face 2 is removed and the support work is carried out. After 5 to 6 hours, the next blasting is performed, and the dust is calmed and ventilated in the same manner. The tunnel 1 is constructed repeatedly. The humidity in the tunnel 1 is increased by spraying, moisturizing the concrete surface of the mine wall to enhance the curing effect, and lowering the temperature in the tunnel 1 to improve the working environment.

As described above, according to the present embodiment, the primary spray device 3 and the secondary spray device 4 spray stepwise toward the face 2 immediately after blasting, so that the dust that the fine mist scatters is supplemented and settled early. Floating dust has been greatly reduced. Thereafter, the air was blown to the face 2 and sprayed by the blower 5, so that the fine dust still floating in the fine mist was almost completely settled and removed so as to be pushed out of the well by the force of the air blow. Therefore, it was possible to calm down in a short time without waiting for the entire ventilation in the tunnel 1 with an inexpensive device as compared with the prior art.

FIG. 6 shows another example of the blower of the embodiment. FIG. 6 is an explanatory diagram of a blower of another example of the embodiment. In another example of the embodiment shown in FIG. 6, a tubular spray nozzle 5c in which a plurality of spray holes are formed is attached to the front end portion of the wind pipe 5a in the vertical direction so that fine mist can be sprayed forward by the force of blowing air. I have to. Therefore, compared with an Example, it can demonstrate an equivalent performance, simplifying the structure of the spray nozzle 5c, and can implement at low cost. In other respects, the reference numeral, the configuration, and the operational effects are the same as in the embodiment.
