Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a heat insulating material blowing device for blowing a fiber heat insulating material into a space constituted by being surrounded by a plurality of walls, and a heat insulating member manufacturing device for manufacturing a heat insulating member by filling the space with a fiber heat insulating material.
As a method of filling fiber insulation such as glass wool and rock wool into a space to be insulated such as a wall or ceiling of a building, a method of blowing a heat insulating material using a blower has been put into practical use. For example, Patent Document 1 describes a method of making a heat insulation wall by filling glass wool into a space formed by sandwiching a partition with a panel. In this construction method, when filling the space with glass wool, one panel is removed and the part is covered with a net. Then, a hole is made in the net, the tip of the hose extending from the blower is exposed to the space through this hole, and glass wool is blown into the space with compressed air. After that, the heat insulation wall is completed by attaching the removed panel.
However, in the technique described in Patent Document 1 described above, the net is merely a support member for allowing glass wool to be filled along the panel, and how large is the opening diameter formed in the net. Not listed. When the opening diameter of the net is larger than the particle diameter of the glass wool, part of the granular glass wool scatters to the outside from the opening of the net when the space is filled with the glass wool. When the granular glass wool is scattered, the work environment in which the worker's health is adversely affected, for example, the worker sucks the scattered glass wool, adheres to the worker's body, and “sticks”. Moreover, when performing the said construction method indoors, such as a factory, since granular glass wool disperses, it is necessary to isolate the work place from other work places.
Then, the objective of this invention is providing the heat insulating material blowing apparatus and heat insulating member manufacturing apparatus which make it difficult to fly outside even if it fills a fiber-type heat insulating material in space.
The heat insulating material blowing device of the present invention includes a blower that sends air, a first pipe having one end connected to an exhaust port of the blower, and a supply unit that supplies a fiber-based heat insulating material into the first pipe. The air connected to the other end of the first pipe and the air exhausted from the first pipe and the fiber-based heat insulating material are fed from the entrance of a space formed by being surrounded by a plurality of walls. A cover that covers the entire entrance; and a net that covers the entire exit of the space in which a plurality of openings having an opening diameter smaller than the particle diameter of the fiber-based heat insulating material is formed.
According to this, since the entrance of the space is covered with the cover and the exit of the space is covered with the net, even if the fiber insulation is sent into the space together with the air, the fiber insulation is still in the space. Difficult to scatter outside from the entrance and exit. Therefore, the working environment of the worker who fills the fiber-based heat insulating material is improved. Further, it is not necessary to isolate the work place filled with the fiber-based heat insulating material from other work places. In addition, the net | network here includes the filter etc. which can capture a fiber type heat insulating material.
In the present invention, the second pipe having one end connected to the air inlet of the blower and the other end of the second pipe are connected to cover the entire outlet of the space across the net, It is preferable that the apparatus further includes a discharge member that causes the air discharged from the outlet to flow through the second pipe. As a result, the air discharged from the outlet of the space is sent to the intake port of the blower, and the closed circuit circulation type device is discharged again from the blower to the space. For this reason, the fiber-based heat insulating material is further less likely to be scattered to the outside, and the fiber-based heat insulating material is easily spread throughout the space.
Moreover, in this invention, the said supply means consists of the hopper connected to the branch pipe connected to the intermediate part of the said 1st piping, and the edge part of the said branch pipe into which a fiber type heat insulating material is injected | thrown-in. Is preferred. Thereby, the structure of the supply means of a fiber type heat insulating material becomes simple.
In another aspect, the heat insulating material blowing device of the present invention is a blower for sending air, a discharge pipe connected to an exhaust port of the blower, a supply means for supplying a fiber-based heat insulating material into the discharge pipe, A suction pipe connected to the air inlet of the blower, and air discharged from the outlet of the exhaust pipe and the fiber-based heat insulating material are discharged into a space formed by being surrounded by a plurality of walls; and And a cover that covers the entire entrance of the space having a hole through which the suction pipe and the suction pipe are inserted so as to suck air in the space from the suction port of the suction pipe. And the net | network with which the several opening which has an opening diameter smaller than the particle size of the said fiber type heat insulating material which covers the said suction inlet was formed in the said suction piping is provided.
According to this, the inlet of the space is covered by the cover, and even if the fiber-based heat insulating material is sent into the space together with the air from the discharge pipe while sucking the air in the space with the suction pipe, the fiber-based heat insulating material is not removed from the space inlet. Difficult to scatter outside. Therefore, the working environment of the worker who fills the fiber-based heat insulating material is improved. Further, it is not necessary to isolate the work place filled with the fiber-based heat insulating material from other work places.
In this invention, it is preferable that the said suction inlet is separated from the fiber-type heat insulating material discharged | emitted in the said space rather than the said discharge outlet regarding the perpendicular direction. Thereby, it can suppress that the fiber type heat insulating material discharged | emitted from the discharge port is sucked into suction piping. Therefore, clogging of the opening of the net provided at the suction port is suppressed.
Moreover, in this invention, it is preferable that the said discharge piping and the said suction piping are mutually closely_contact | adhered and comprised integrally in the said space at least. Accordingly, it is possible to move both the discharge pipe and the suction pipe by moving only one of the discharge pipe and the suction pipe, and the position adjustment of the discharge port and the suction port in the space is simplified.
Moreover, in this invention, it is preferable that the said suction inlet is spaced apart from the said discharge outlet regarding the horizontal direction. Thereby, it can further suppress that the fiber type heat insulating material discharged | emitted from the discharge port is sucked into suction piping. Therefore, clogging of the opening of the net provided at the suction port is further suppressed.
The heat insulating member manufacturing apparatus of the present invention includes a blower for sending air, a pipe having one end connected to an exhaust port of the blower, a supply means for supplying a fiber-based heat insulating material into the pipe, and a plurality of walls And a heat insulating member precursor having a space formed by being surrounded by these walls, and the other end of the pipe connected to the air and the fiber-based heat insulating material discharged from the pipe. A cover that covers the entire inlet so as to be fed from the inlet, and a first net that covers the entire outlet of the space, in which a plurality of openings having an opening diameter smaller than the particle diameter of the fibrous heat insulating material is formed. I have. Then, at least one of the plurality of walls is formed with one or more through holes that allow the space and the outside to communicate with each other, and the through holes are smaller than the particle size of the fiber-based heat insulating material. The second net is covered with a plurality of openings having a small opening diameter.
According to this, since the entrance of the space is covered with the cover and the exit of the space is covered with the net, even if the fiber insulation is sent into the space together with the air, the fiber insulation is still in the space. Difficult to scatter outside from the entrance and exit. Therefore, the working environment of the operator who fills the heat insulating member precursor with the fiber heat insulating material is improved. Moreover, it is not necessary to isolate the work place where the fiber-based heat insulating material is filled in the heat insulating member precursor from other work places. Furthermore, since the wall has a through-hole covered with the second mesh, when the fiber-based heat insulating material is filled in the space of the heat-insulating member precursor, air escapes from the space through the through-hole. It becomes easy and a fiber type heat insulating material spreads easily to the whole space of a heat insulation member precursor. Therefore, it becomes possible to manufacture the heat insulation member excellent in heat insulation performance.
Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a heat insulating member manufacturing apparatus 1 according to the first embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 2 is a partial cross-sectional view of the heat insulating member manufacturing apparatus 1 shown in FIG. In FIG. 1, a part of the heat insulating member manufacturing apparatus 1 is illustrated in an exploded manner, and the configuration of that part is easily understood. As shown in FIG. 1, the heat insulating member manufacturing apparatus 1 includes a heat insulating material blowing device 2 and a heat
The heat
In this configuration, in the heat insulating
As shown in FIG. 1, the heat insulating material blowing device 2 includes a
As shown in FIG. 1, the
As shown in FIG. 2, the
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the net 40 has a rectangular planar shape that covers the
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the
With this configuration, of the air sent into the
The
Next, a method for manufacturing a heat insulating member by filling the
Next, the
The air and the fiber-based
At this time, only air flows from the
Next, after the fiber-based
According to the heat insulating member manufacturing apparatus 1 including the heat insulating material blowing apparatus 2 according to the present embodiment as described above, the
Then, the heat insulation
In the heat insulating
As shown in FIG. 4, the heat insulating
As shown in FIG. 4, a
The
As shown in FIG. 4, the
In addition, the
Next, a method for manufacturing the heat insulating member by filling the
Next, when the
The air and the fiber
In the present embodiment, only one
Next, as shown in FIG. 5 (b), as the
Next, after the
According to the heat insulating
In the present embodiment, the
As shown in FIG. 6, the
Also in this modification, when manufacturing a heat insulation member, the
Next, the
Next, as the fiber-based
Next, after the
The preferred embodiments of the present invention have been described above. However, the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiments, and various modifications can be made as long as they are described in the claims. For example, in 1st Embodiment mentioned above, although the heat insulating material blowing apparatus 2 has the
