The wire harness 6 routed on the upper side of the ceiling board 5 is connected to the connection portion 36. In this connection part 36, the electric wire of the wire harness 6 is press-fitted and electrically connected to the contact point of a bus bar (not shown) to which the light source 32 and the switch 34 are connected.

On both lower surfaces of both sides of the housing 31, sandwiching plate portions 37 that are in contact with both side peripheral portions of the mounting holes 51 of the ceiling plate 5 are formed. The sandwiching plate portion 37 has a length equivalent to the length in the longitudinal direction of the mounting hole 51 of the ceiling plate 5.

In addition, two pairs of operation plates 38 are provided on both sides of the housing 31 at positions inside the sandwiching plate portion 37. The operation plate 38 includes a locked portion 38a that extends horizontally in the lower portion, and a pair of hanging portions 38b that rise from both end portions of the locked portion 38a and that have an upper end portion integrally formed with the housing 31. And a substantially U-shaped plate. Inside the operation plate 38, there is a protruding portion insertion space 38c into which the protruding portion 24 of the design portion 2 where the locking claw 26 is formed can be inserted. The locked portion 38 a of the operation plate 38 is disposed at a position corresponding to the locking claw 26 of the design portion 2.

Further, on both sides of the light source arrangement space 33 of the housing 31, a spacer holding wall 37 a that rises from the sandwiching plate portion 37, with a spacer insertion space 39 for inserting the spacer 4 outside the operation plate 38, and spacer holding Reinforcing ribs 37b that are formed on both sides of the wall 37a in the width direction and rise from the sandwiching plate portion 37 are integrally formed. In addition, the outer side of the operation plate 38 formed near both sides of the portion where the switch 34 is provided in the housing 31 has a structure similar to the spacer holding wall 37a and the reinforcing rib 37b.

As shown in FIG. 4, the gap dimension t1 between the operation plate 38 and the spacer holding wall 37a in the spacer insertion space 39 is slightly larger than the thickness t2 of the distal end portion of the insertion plate portion 41 of the spacer 4 described later. Is set.

As shown in FIGS. 1, 2, and 4 to 7, the spacer 4 is a substantially U-shaped member, and a pair of parallel insertion plates that are inserted into spacer insertion spaces 39 formed on both sides of the functional unit 3. Part 41 and a connecting plate part 42 that integrally connects the upper ends of these insertion plate parts 41. At the distal ends of the pair of insertion plate portions 41, a retaining engagement portion 43 that slightly protrudes toward the inside is provided. The retaining engagement portion 43 is locked to the lower end of the locked portion 38a when the insertion plate portion 41 is inserted into the spacer insertion space 39 of the functional portion 3. The gap dimension t1 between the operation plate 38 and the spacer holding wall 37a in the function portion 3 allows the insertion plate portion 41 to be inserted into the spacer insertion space 39, and the retaining engagement portion 43 is provided on the locked portion 38a. It is set to such an extent that the locked portion 38a is bent and the locking claw 26 is not removed when locked at the lower end.

For example, as shown in FIG. 1, the ceiling plate 5 has a shape in which the vicinity of the opening edge of the mounting hole 51 rises slightly in the circumferential direction, bends inward, and is recessed upward. For this reason, when the design part 2 is attached to the ceiling board 5, it can suppress that the design part 2 protrudes below from the ceiling board 5, and the external appearance when the design part 2 is attached comes to become favorable. Yes.

Next, prior to the description of the mounting structure of the vehicle interior lighting device 1 according to the first embodiment, the mounting procedure will be described.

First, as shown in FIGS. 1-3, the protrusion part 24 of the design part 2 is engage | inserted from the downward direction of the attachment hole 51 of the ceiling board 5. FIG. From above the mounting hole 51 of the ceiling plate 5, the functional part 3 is covered so as to correspond to the design part 2. As a result, the light source 32 of the functional unit 3 faces the lens cover 22 of the design unit 2, and the switch 34 of the functional unit 3 is stored in the switch storage unit 25 of the design unit 2.

At this time, the protruding portion 24 of the design portion 2 is inserted into the protruding portion insertion space 38 c inside the operation plate 38 in the function portion 3, and the tapered surface of the locking claw 26 protruding from the outer surface of the protruding portion 24. 26a advances into the protruding portion insertion space 38c while elastically deforming the locked portion 38a of the operation plate 38 outward, and the locked portion 38a is moved in a state where the locking claw 26 passes through the locked portion 38a. Return to the original state without elastic deformation. At this time, as shown in FIG. 4, since the locking surface 26b of the locking claw 26 contacts the upper surface of the locked portion 38a, a load is applied in the direction in which the coupling between the design portion 2 and the functional portion 3 is released. However, it will not be released.

Next, as shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, the insertion plate portion 41 of the spacer 4 is inserted into the spacer insertion space 39 of the functional portion 3. Then, the retaining engagement portion 43 protruding from the inside of the distal end portion of the spacer insertion space 39 slides inside the spacer insertion space 39 in a state where it slides on the tapered surface 26a of the locking claw 26 and is elastically deformed slightly outward. When the engaging part 43 for preventing slipping exceeds the locked part 38a, it enters under the locked part 38a, and the spacer 4 is held by the functional part 3 (see FIG. 6). In this way, the mounting of the in-vehicle indoor lighting device 1 on the ceiling plate 5 is completed.

In addition, in order to remove the vehicle interior lighting device 1 attached in this way, as shown in FIG. 7, the lens cover 22 of the frame plate portion 23 is removed. Thereafter, the spacer 4 can be removed by operating a retaining engagement portion 43 at the lower end of the insertion plate portion 41 of the spacer 4 outward from the locked portion 38a using a jig (not shown). Next, the design portion 2 and the functional portion 3 are disconnected by releasing the engagement between the locking claw 26 and the locked portion 38a by bending the locked portion 38a outward with a jig (not shown). It becomes possible. In addition, the engagement cancellation | release with the latching claw 26 and the to-be-latched part 38a may remove | separate four places simultaneously, and may remove | separate one by one.

In the vehicle interior lighting device 1 having such a configuration, by inserting the spacer 4 into the spacer insertion space 39 outside the operation plate 38, an inadvertent load is caused by the operation of, for example, a curtain airbag. Even when applied to the lighting device 1, the locked portion 38 a is prevented from being bent or deformed in the direction of coming off the locking claw 26. For this reason, it can prevent that the coupling | bonding of the design part 2 and the function part 3 remove | deviates, and the design part 2 falls in a vehicle interior.

Further, since the spacer 4 is provided with a retaining engagement portion 43 that protrudes, the spacer 4 can be prevented from slipping out of the functional portion 3. For this reason, the combined state of the design part 2 and the functional part 3 can be reliably maintained.

Further, since the retaining engagement portion 43 is provided at the tip of the spacer 4 facing the design portion 2 side, it is easy to remove the retaining engagement portion 43 from the design portion 2 side, and work such as repair is performed. There is an effect that it is easy.

Furthermore, since the die-cutting hole for molding the locked portion 38a in the function part 3 is covered with the substantially U-shaped spacer 4, light leaks from the light source arrangement space 33 side onto the function part 3. Can be prevented. Since the die-cutting hole is closed, a step of performing special processing on the functional unit 3 can be omitted.

(Second Embodiment)
8 to 15 show a second embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 8 is a perspective view of the in-vehicle indoor lighting device viewed from the lower side of the ceiling plate, and FIG. 9 is the in-vehicle interior viewed from the upper side of the ceiling plate. FIG. 10 is an exploded perspective view showing a state in which the in-vehicle indoor lighting device is looked up from below the ceiling plate, and FIG. 11 is an exploded perspective view showing the state in which the in-vehicle indoor lighting device is looked down from below the ceiling plate. 12 is a perspective view of the spacer as viewed from the upper surface side, FIG. 13 is a perspective view of the spacer as viewed from the lower surface side, FIG. 14 is a sectional view taken along line XIV-XIV in FIG. 9, and FIG. FIG.

As shown in FIGS. 8 to 11, the vehicle interior lighting device 1 </ b> A according to the second embodiment is compared with the vehicle interior lighting device 1 according to the first embodiment. The configuration is different, and a ground path is provided in the electric circuit of the functional unit 3. This will be described below.

接触端子部47は、バスバー圧入溝47a(図14、図15に符号を付す)を有する。
As shown in detail in FIGS. 12 and 13, the spacer 4 </ b> A is formed of a conductive member. The spacer 4A is a substantially U-shaped member, and includes a pair of insertion plate portions 41A each having a retaining engagement portion 43A at the tip, a connection plate portion 42A for connecting them, and an outer side extending from the connection plate portion 42A. A pair of provided mounting plate portions 44A are provided integrally. A screw insertion hole 44a is formed in each mounting plate portion 44A. Screws 46 inserted into the pair of screw insertion holes 44a are screwed into a conductive metal roof panel 45 as a vehicle body, whereby the spacer 4A is fixed to the roof panel 45.
The connecting plate portion 42A is formed in a large size so as to cover the connecting portion 36A, as compared with that of the first embodiment. A contact terminal portion 47 protrudes from the portion covering the connecting portion 36A of the connecting plate portion 42A toward the spacer mounting direction of the spacer 4A. The contact terminal portion 47 has a bus bar press-fit groove 47a (referenced in FIGS. 14 and 15).

On the other hand, as shown in FIGS. 14 and 15, a total of three wires 6 a for power supply and control of the wire harness 6 are electrically connected to the connection portion 36 </ b> A of the functional unit 3 by press-fitting. A grounding bus bar 48 is provided in the connecting portion 36A by insert formation. The tip of the ground bus bar 48 protrudes from the surface of the connecting portion 36A toward the spacer mounting direction. The protruding front end portion of the ground bus bar 48 is press-fitted into the bus bar press-fit groove 47a of the contact terminal portion 47 of the spacer 4A, and the ground bus bar 48 and the spacer 4A are electrically connected. That is, the ground path of the vehicle interior lighting device 1 </ b> A is formed by the ground bus bar 48, the spacer 4 </ b> A, the screw 46, and the roof panel 45.

Since other configurations are the same as those in the first embodiment, a redundant description is avoided. 8 to 15, the same components as those in the first embodiment are denoted by the same reference numerals for clarification.

In the in-vehicle indoor lighting device 1A according to the second embodiment, as in the first embodiment, the spacer 4A is inserted into the spacer insertion space 39 on the outer side of the operation plate 38, for example, a curtain. Even when an inadvertent load is applied to the in-vehicle indoor lighting device 1A due to the operation of the air bag or the like, the locked portion 38a is prevented from being bent or deformed in the direction of being released from the locking claw 26. For this reason, it can prevent that the coupling | bonding of the design part 2 and the function part 3 remove | deviates, and the design part 2 falls in a vehicle interior.

Further, since the spacer 4A is provided with the retaining engagement portion 43A, it is possible to prevent the spacer 4A from slipping out of the functional portion 3. For this reason, the combined state of the design part 2 and the functional part 3 can be reliably maintained.

Further, since the retaining portion 43A is provided at the tip of the spacer 4A facing the design portion 2, the retaining portion 43A can be easily detached from the design portion 2 side, and work such as repair is performed. There is an effect that it is easy.

Furthermore, since the die-cutting hole for molding the locked portion 38a in the function part 3 is covered with a generally U-shaped spacer 4A, light leaks from the light source arrangement space 33 side onto the function part 3. Can be prevented. Since the die-cutting hole is closed, a step of performing special processing on the functional unit 3 can be omitted.

In addition, in the second embodiment, the spacer 4 </ b> A is formed of a conductive member and has a contact terminal portion 47 that contacts the ground bus bar 48 of the functional portion 3. Therefore, as in the second embodiment, the spacer 4A can be used as a ground path to the vehicle body side, so that the grounding wire of the wire harness 6 can be eliminated.

In the second embodiment, the spacer 4 </ b> A is directly fixed to the roof panel 45 with screws 46. Therefore, the heat of the grounding bus bar 48 can be released to the vehicle body side. In particular, if the spacer 4A is formed of a material having high thermal conductivity, the heat of the grounding bus bar 48 can be effectively released to the vehicle body side. Moreover, since the ceiling board 5 is supported by the roof panel 45 via the vehicle interior lighting device 1A and the spacer 4A, the substantial rigidity of the ceiling board 5 is improved.

In the second embodiment, the contact terminal portion 47 that protrudes in the spacer mounting direction is provided on the spacer 4A, and the ground bus bar 48 that protrudes in the spacer mounting direction is provided on the connection portion 36A of the functional unit 3. Since the contact terminal portion 47 and the ground bus bar 48 are in electrical contact with each other during the mounting process of the spacer 4A, the operator does not need to perform electrical contact work separately.

In this second embodiment, the contact terminal portion 47 is provided with a bus bar press-fit groove 47a, and the ground bus bar 48 is electrically connected to the bus bar press-fit groove 47a by press-fitting. The connection reliability between the bus bars 48 is high.

(Third embodiment)
16 to 22 show a third embodiment of the present invention, in which FIG. 16 is a perspective view of the in-vehicle indoor lighting device viewed from below the ceiling panel, and FIG. 17 is the in-vehicle interior viewed from above the ceiling panel. FIG. 18 is an exploded perspective view showing a state in which the vehicle interior lighting device is looked up from below the ceiling plate, and FIG. 19 is an exploded perspective view showing a state in which the vehicle interior lighting device is looked down from above the ceiling plate. 20 is a cross-sectional view of the in-vehicle indoor lighting device, FIG. 21A is a perspective view of the spacer, FIG. 21B is a perspective view of the spacer as viewed from the side opposite to FIG. 21A, and FIG. These are sectional drawings which show the state before inserting a spacer in the attachment process of the vehicle interior lighting device.

As shown in FIGS. 16 to 20, the vehicle interior lighting device 1 </ b> B according to the third embodiment has a spacer 4 </ b> B compared to the vehicle interior lighting device 1 according to the first embodiment. Only the configuration is different.

That is, in the first embodiment, the single spacer 4 is configured to prevent the pair of left and right locked portions 38a from shifting in the releasing direction. In the third embodiment, The two spacers 4B having the same configuration are configured to prevent the pair of left and right locked portions 38a from shifting in the releasing direction.

As shown in detail in FIGS. 21A and 21B, each spacer 4B includes an insertion plate portion 60, and a stopper portion 61 projecting laterally from the rear end in the insertion direction of the insertion plate portion 60. The stopper portion 61 has a protruding wall portion 62 that protrudes along the insertion direction on the insertion plate portion 60 opposite to the protruding direction. A concave portion 63 is formed on the insertion tip side of the protruding plate portion 62 of the insertion plate portion 60.

Since the configuration other than the spacer 4B is the same as that of the first embodiment, a redundant description is avoided. 16 to 20 and 22, the same components as those in the first embodiment are denoted by the same reference numerals for clarification.

Next, a procedure for mounting the vehicle interior lighting device 1 according to the third embodiment will be described. The same parts as those in the first embodiment will be briefly described. As shown in FIG. 22, the design portion 2 and the functional portion 3 are assembled from the vertical direction of the ceiling board 5, and the locking claw 26 of the design portion 2 is locked to the locked portion 38 a of the functional portion 3. . From this state, the insertion plate part 60 of each spacer 4B is inserted into the left and right spacer insertion spaces 39 of the function part 3, respectively. When the insertion of the insertion plate portion 60 into the spacer insertion space 39 proceeds, the protruding wall portion 62 enters between the pair of hanging portions 38b. Then, as shown in FIG. 20, the insertion is completed when the stopper portion 61 is inserted to a position where it comes into contact with the spacer holding wall 37a. At the insertion completion position, the distal end portion of the insertion plate portion 60 abuts on the locked portion 38a, and the movement of the locked portion 38a in the releasing direction is prevented. Further, since the recessed portion 63 of the insertion plate portion 60 is disposed opposite to the locking claw 26, the locking claw 26 is not shifted in the release direction by the insertion plate portion 60.

In the in-vehicle indoor lighting device 1B according to the third embodiment, as in the first embodiment, the spacer 4B is inserted into the spacer insertion space 39 outside the operation plate 38, for example, a curtain. Even when an inadvertent load is applied to the in-vehicle indoor lighting device 1B in accordance with the operation of the air bag or the like, the locked portion 38a is prevented from being bent or deformed in the direction of coming off the locking claw 26. For this reason, it can prevent that the coupling | bonding of the design part 2 and the function part 3 remove | deviates, and the design part 2 falls in a vehicle interior.

In the third embodiment, since the spacer 4B is composed of two pieces having the same structure, the shape of the spacer 4B can be reduced in size and weight, and the cost can be reduced.

(Other embodiments)
It should not be understood that the descriptions and drawings which form part of the disclosure of the above-described embodiments limit the present invention. From this disclosure, various alternative embodiments, examples and operational techniques will be apparent to those skilled in the art.

For example, in each of the above-described embodiments, the locked portion 38a is constructed at the lower ends of the hanging portions 38b. Is not to be done.

In each of the above-described embodiments, the spacers 4 and 4A have a substantially U-shaped structure or two spacers 4B. However, the structure is limited to such a structure as long as it can prevent the engagement between at least one locked portion 38a and the locking claw 26 from being disengaged.
