Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a filtration device, a filter and a filtration method for filtering water to be filtered.
When online analysis of wastewater and environmental water components is performed, suspended substances such as dust in the sample liquid may enter the analyzer, resulting in inaccurate measurement values or clogging of the analyzer piping. Problems that can be difficult occur. Conventionally, a configuration is adopted in which the sample liquid is filtered through a filter or the like to remove suspended substances and introduced into the analyzer. As a filter used in such a case, a so-called disk filter may be employed for reasons such as ensuring a wide filtration area and facilitating cleaning.
This disk filter is configured by superposing a plurality of thin resin disks in which a plurality of grooves extending in the radial direction are formed. Then, by pressing so that the plurality of stacked disks are in close contact with each other, suspended substances larger than the grooves of the disks are filtered. That is, when the sample liquid is conveyed with pressure to the outer peripheral surface of the disk filter, the suspended substances that cannot pass through the gaps between the closely contacting disks among the suspended substances contained in the sample liquid remain on the outer peripheral surface. In this way, the entire amount of the transported sample liquid is filtered, proceeds to the inner peripheral surface of the disk filter, and is further supplied as a filtrate to the analyzer through a predetermined flow path.
When the sample liquid is filtered using the disk filter in this way, suspended substances adhere to the surface of the disk filter. And if a suspended substance accumulate | stores by continuous filtration, filtration efficiency will fall and the supply amount of the filtrate to an analyzer will reduce. For this reason, so-called backwashing (backwashing) is performed to remove suspended substances accumulated on the surface of the disk filter by flowing high pressure air (high pressure air) and tap water in a direction opposite to the filtration direction of the disk filter. Need to be done regularly. A filtration device capable of performing such backwashing has been conventionally proposed (for example, see Patent Document 1).
This patent document discloses a liquid filtration device of the type comprising a group of cylindrical filter member disks as well as a device for a reverse flow filter cleaning cycle. In other words, the liquid filtration device disclosed in
Here, such backwashing is periodically performed according to the amount of suspended substances contained in the sample solution. Therefore, when the sample liquid contains a large amount of suspended substances, backwashing must be performed frequently. Furthermore, when a sample solution containing a large amount of suspended substances is filtered, it cannot be sufficiently washed even if frequent backwashing is performed, and the disk filter must be removed and washed. During such backwashing or washing, the sample solution cannot be filtered. Therefore, if the sample solution contains a large amount of suspended substances, the filtrate obtained by filtering the sample solution is continuously supplied to the analyzer. It becomes difficult to supply to. In addition, although the supply amount is recovered immediately after backwashing, the supply amount is drastically decreased, and it is difficult to stably supply the filtrate to the analyzer.
Further, in order to cope with a sample solution containing a large amount of suspended substances, a configuration in which disk filters are arranged in parallel is also conceivable, but this is not preferable because it increases the size and cost of the filtration device.
The present invention has been made to solve the technical problems as described above, and the object of the present invention is to reduce the frequency of backwashing with a simple configuration even for a sample liquid containing a large amount of suspended substances. An object of the present invention is to provide a filter, a filtration device and a filtration method that can be continuously filtered while being suppressed.
For this purpose, a filtration apparatus to which the present invention is applied includes a first flow path for supplying a liquid as a liquid to be filtered, and the liquid supplied through the first flow path is filtered by a filter to discharge the filtrate. And a second flow path for conveying the filtrate discharged from the filter, wherein the filter includes a through hole formed in the center of the thin disk and the thin disk. A disk filter configured by aligning and stacking grooved members each having a filtration groove formed on at least one surface and bringing the adjacent grooved members into close contact with each other. A liquid inlet connected to one flow path and supplied with liquid; a filtrate outlet connected to the second flow path for filtering the liquid using the disk filter and discharging the filtrate; and Part of the disk filter was used A liquid outlet that discharges the liquid without being excessive, and further includes a third flow path that is connected to the liquid outlet of the filter and conveys the liquid discharged from the filter. is there.
Here, the disk filter is disposed in the filter so that the stacking direction of the grooved members of the disk filter is a vertical direction, and the liquid inlet of the filter is located below the disk filter. Can be a feature. In addition, the filter has a plurality of water passage holes arranged at substantially equal intervals along a circumferential direction of the grooved member of the disc filter in the vicinity of the liquid inlet, and the liquid The inlet may be communicated with the inside of the filter through the plurality of water holes. In addition, it may include a fourth flow path for supplying high-pressure air and / or cleaning water for cleaning the disk filter from the liquid inlet to the filter.
From another point of view, the filter to which the present invention is applied has a disk filter formed by aligning and stacking a grooved filter member having a through hole in the center of a thin plate in alignment with a holding member. The filter is installed, and the disk filter receives an urging force for adhering the adjacent filter members to each other and filters the liquid by passing between the adjacent filter members. A first opening connected to a supply path for supplying the liquid to be filtered to the inside of the container, and the liquid supplied from the first opening is generated by filtering with the disk filter. A second opening connected to the filtrate discharge path for discharging the filtrate, and a part of the liquid supplied from the first opening is discharged without being filtered by the disk filter. It is characterized in further comprising a third opening which is connected to the road.
Here, the first opening may be located on an extension line in the thickness direction of the filter member with respect to the disk filter. In addition, the first opening has a plurality of water holes arranged at substantially equal intervals along the circumferential direction of the filter member constituting the disk filter, The portion may be characterized in that it communicates with the inside of the container through the plurality of water holes.
From another point of view, the filtration method to which the present invention is applied is a filtration method in which liquids are filtered using a disk filter in which grooved filter members are aligned and stacked, and adjacent filter members are in close contact with each other. In the method, a part of the supplied liquid passes through the disk filter and is discharged as a filtrate from the filtrate outlet, and the remaining part of the liquid is discharged from the liquid outlet without being filtered by the disk filter. It is what.
Here, the liquid may be supplied from below the disk filter. Further, the liquid may be supplied so as to have a substantially uniform flow rate in the circumferential direction of the filter member of the disk filter.
According to the present invention, even a sample liquid containing a large amount of suspended substances can be continuously filtered while suppressing the frequency of backwashing with a simple structure as compared with the conventional case.
Embodiments of the present invention will be described below in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
FIG. 1 is a schematic configuration diagram showing a
As shown in FIG. 1, the
As shown in FIG. 1 or FIG. 2, the
The
The
A plurality of grooves (not shown) extending in the radial direction are formed on at least one surface of the
The
More specifically, when the
When the
When the
The pressing
The cover 4 includes a
In the
The processing of the suspended substances adhering to the filtration will be further described. A part of the sample liquid supplied to the internal space A of the
Thus, since the
Further, by adjusting the amount of the sample liquid discharged from the
In the present embodiment, the sample liquid is supplied from the
Here, I will add backwashing. In the
When backwashing is performed with the
As another aspect of backwashing, high-pressure air and / or tap water are supplied from the

The filtration device 6 shown in FIG. 3 is configured by incorporating the

At the time of sampling, the operation /
A part of the sample liquid supplied from the
At the time of backwashing, the operation /
In addition, at the time of backwashing, the operation /
The above-described backwashing is performed periodically, and the time interval depends on the sampling timing required by the measuring
この計測器63は、ろ液について所定の事項を計測するためのものであり、計測器63としては、その図示を省略するが、例えば、COD(Chemical Oxygen Demand)計測器やTOC(Total Organic Carbon)計測器、UV(UltraViolet)計測器(紫外線吸光度計測器)を挙げることができる。
The measuring
To explain further, monitoring of pollutants contained in wastewater from business establishments and factories has become important from the viewpoints of the Water Pollution Control Law and the regulation of total water quality. In particular, in large-scale factories such as paper, petrochemicals, and steel, which have a large amount of wastewater, monitoring is performed at multiple locations upstream from the final discharge, and a comprehensive wastewater treatment management system is established. By monitoring the water quality for each wastewater treatment process, the final discharge water pollution accident is prevented. At that time, as the measuring instrument for monitoring organic pollutants, the above-mentioned COD measuring instrument, TOC measuring instrument or UV measuring instrument or the like is used. In addition, the total amount regulation referred to here is a regulation established to reduce the total amount of pollutant load with COD as a designated item as a measure for conserving closed water quality in Tokyo Bay, Ise Bay, Seto Inland Sea, etc.
