Abstract
【解決手段】液晶表示装置100は、バックライトユニット150と液晶パネル110がボトムシャーシ120に収容されて構成されている。バックライトユニット150は、印刷回路基板135と、印刷回路基板135上に実装された複数の発光素子131を有している。ボトムシャーシ120は、金属材料から形成され、外郭を囲むように延び閉じた形状の第1フレーム121と、第1フレーム121によって形成された開かれた領域を分割する少なくとも1つの第2フレーム123と、第1フレーム121から所定高さまで延び、第1および第2フレーム121,123と共に収納空間を形成する第3フレーム125とを有し、印刷回路基板135は、金属材料から形成され、ボトムシャーシ120上に直接載せられている。

Claims (17)
- 印刷回路基板と、
前記印刷回路基板上に実装された複数の発光素子と、
外郭フレームだけで構成され、前記印刷回路基板を収納するボトムシャーシと、
を含む液晶表示装置のバックライトユニット。 - 前記印刷回路基板と前記ボトムシャーシは、同一の金属材料から形成されている請求項1に記載の液晶表示装置のバックライトユニット。
- 前記印刷回路基板および前記ボトムシャーシは、スチールから形成されている請求項2に記載の液晶表示装置のバックライトユニット。
- 前記発光素子の上方に複数の光学シートをさらに含んで構成されている請求項1から3のいずれか1つに記載の液晶表示装置のバックライトユニット。
- 前記光学シートは、
拡散シートと、
前記拡散シート上の集光シートと、
前記集光シート上の保護シートと、
を含んで構成されている請求項4に記載の液晶表示装置のバックライトユニット。 - 前記ボトムシャーシは、
外郭を囲むように延び閉じた形状の第1フレームと、
前記第1フレームによって形成された開かれた領域を分割する少なくとも1つの第2フレームと、
前記第1フレームから所定高さまで延び、前記第1および第2フレームと共に収納空間を形成する第3フレームと、
を含んで構成されている請求項1から5のいずれか1つに記載の液晶表示装置のバックライトユニット。 - 前記印刷回路基板は、SMTによって前記第1フレームに接着されている請求項6に記載の液晶表示装置のバックライトユニット。
- 前記印刷回路基板は、ねじによって前記第2フレームに固定されている請求項6または7に記載の液晶表示装置のバックライトユニット。
- 液晶パネルと、
前記液晶パネルに光を供給するバックライトユニットと、
を含んで構成され、
前記バックライトユニットは、
複数の発光素子が実装された印刷回路基板と、
外郭フレームだけで構成され、前記印刷回路基板を収納するボトムシャーシと、
を含んで構成されている液晶表示装置。 - 前記印刷回路基板と前記ボトムシャーシは、同一の金属材料から形成されている請求項9に記載の液晶表示装置。
- 前記印刷回路基板および前記ボトムシャーシはスチールから形成されている請求項10に記載の液晶表示装置。
- 前記発光素子上部に複数の光学シートをさらに含んで構成されている請求項9から11のいずれか1つに記載の液晶表示装置。
- 前記光学シートは、
拡散シートと、
前記拡散シート上の集光シートと、
前記集光シート上の保護シートと、
を含んで構成されている請求項12に記載の液晶表示装置。 - 前記ボトムシャーシは、
外郭を囲むように延び閉じた形状の第1フレームと、
前記第1フレームによって形成された開いた領域を分割する少なくとも1つの第2フレームと、
前記第1フレームから所定高さまで延びて、前記第1および第2フレームと共に収納空間を形成する第3フレームと、
を含んで構成されている請求項9から13のいずれか1つに記載の液晶表示装置。 - 前記印刷回路基板は、SMTによって前記第1フレームに接着されている請求項14に記載の液晶表示装置。
- 前記印刷回路基板は、ねじによって前記第2フレームに締結されている請求項14または15に記載の液晶表示装置。
- 前記液晶パネルの縁を押して、前記液晶パネルを前記光学シート上に固定する上部ケースをさらに含んで構成されている請求項9から16のいずれか1つに記載の液晶表示装置。
