Description

The present invention relates to a configuration of a serpentine product storage rack mounted on a vending machine that sells beverage products such as cans, bottles, and plastic bottles.

First, FIG. 8 and FIG. 9 show the configuration of a vending machine that is an object of the present invention. In FIG. 8, 1 is a main body cabinet of the vending machine, 2 is an outer door, 3 is a heat insulating inner door, and a cooling / heating unit (not shown) is placed in the cabinet of the main body cabinet 1 with a serpentine type product storage rack. 4 is installed. In addition, 5 is a product inlet opening in the upper front of the product storage rack 4, 6 is a product carry-out shooter, and 7 is a product outlet.
FIG. 9 is a configuration diagram of the product storage rack 4, and a product storage passage 10 defined by connecting rack side plates 8 erected on the left and right sides and arc-shaped rail segments 9 between the rack side plates 8. A top tray 11 laid between a product inlet 5 that opens to the front of the rack and is connected to an upper end entrance side of the product storage passage 10, and a bend mechanism 12 that is disposed on the lower carry-out end side of the product storage passage 10. It consists of the assembly.
The serpentine type product storage rack configured as described above is well known, and in order to replenish (load) the product into the product storage rack 4, the product 13 (can, bottle, plastic bottle product) is turned sideways from the front of the rack to the product inlet 5. Put it on the top tray 11 in a posture. As a result, the product 13 moves on the inclined surface of the top tray 11 and advances to the back, and falls into the meandering product storage passage 10 from the end thereof and is stacked and stored up and down.

By the way, if the rolling posture of the product 13 introduced into the top tray 11 at the time of product replenishment is tilted and the posture is disturbed when moving from the end of the top tray 11 to the product storage passage 10, the product 13 is turned from the horizontal orientation to the vertical orientation. Instead, it may fall into the product storage passage 10 and bridge (product standing) in the middle of the product storage passage to cause a trouble of product clogging.
Therefore, in order to correct the disorder of the posture of the product 13 fed into the product storage passage 10 via the top tray 11, the conventional product storage rack shifts from the end of the top tray 11 to the product storage passage 10 as shown in FIG. The product introduction guide 14 is installed at the corner of the passage to be used to correct the product introduction posture. The product introduction guide 14 is a flapper-type posture control plate having a substantially “H” -shaped cross section, and the top portion of the product introduction guide 14 is suspended and supported swingably on a guide rod described later. ing. The operation and function of the product insertion guide 14 are well known, and the product (cylindrical container such as a can or a bottle) that rolls on the top tray 11 and feeds into the meandering product storage passage 10 from its end. Even if the posture is slightly inclined, the product insertion guide 14 swings when passing through the corner of the passage, the posture control function works, and the product inclination is corrected.
On the other hand, products (cans, bottles, plastic bottle products) sold by vending machines include products of various sizes ranging from a short size of 160 ml to a large size of 500 ml. Therefore, in order to adjust the product passage width of the column according to the products of different sizes, the conventional serpentine type product storage rack is provided with a top guide for adjusting the rolling passage width of the product on the top tray 11, The product storage passage 10 is provided with a movable side plate that is connected to the top guide and adjusts the width of the passage according to the size of the product to be introduced. The conventional structure is shown in FIG.

FIG. 10 shows the structure of the corner portion that transitions from the end of the top tray 11 to the product storage passage 10, and the product introduction guide 14 described above is a guide in which a suspension flange 14 a formed on the top thereof is installed between the rack side plates 8. The rod 15 is suspended and supported so as to be swingable. 11a is a top guide provided along the rolling passage of the top tray 11, 16 is a movable side plate laid in the passage of the product storage passage 10, and a hanging hook formed on the back surface of the upper end portion 16a of the movable side plate 16 The upper end 16a is connected to the rear end of the top guide 11a after the 16b is hooked on the guide rod 15 and suspended. In this configuration, when the top guide 11a is moved and adjusted from the front of the rack to the left and right according to the size of the input product, the movable side plate 16 is moved to the left and right on the axis of the guide bar 15 in conjunction with this movement. The passage width is adjusted according to the product size.
In addition, the product introduction guide 14 is connected to the movable side plate 16, and the product introduction guide 14 is moved to the left and right along the guide rod 15 in conjunction with the adjustment of the passage width of the movable side plate 16. A product storage rack is also known (see, for example, Patent Document 1). The operation and function of the product introduction guide with this configuration is described in detail in Patent Document 1.
That is, the container shape of the plastic bottle product is tapered on the cap (drinking mouth) side unlike the can product, so that the plastic bottle product put into the top tray 11 is in the middle of rolling due to the relationship between the shape and the position of the center of gravity. The posture is easy to tilt with the cap side facing forward.

Therefore, the product introduction guide 14 (the width of the product introduction guide is usually about 2/3 of the rack width according to the minimum size product (can product) so as not to interfere with the passage width adjustment by the movement of the movable side plate 16). When the movable side plate 16 is moved and adjusted in accordance with the product bottle width of the product bottle with the product side being moved toward the bottom of the container of the product to be supported, the cap of the plastic bottle is used. On the side, the attitude control of the product introduction guide 14 does not act. Therefore, in the configuration of Patent Document 1, the product insertion guide 14 is linked to the movable side plate 16, and the position of the product insertion guide 14 is linked to the movable side plate 16 when the passage width is adjusted according to the product size. The rack structure is shown in FIG. 11.
FIG. 11 is a structural diagram of the product storage rack as viewed from the rear. The top end of the movable side plate 16 laid along the longitudinal direction of the top tray 11 and suspended from the top guide 11a and the guide rod 15 and disposed in the product storage passage. Is connected to the movable side plate 16 and is connected to the movable side plate 16 at a corner that transitions from the end of the top tray 11 to the product storage passage 10 and is swingably suspended from the guide rod 15. In conjunction with the movement of the movable side plate 16, the product insertion guide 14 is also moved left and right on the axis of the guide bar 15.
With the above configuration, when the top guide 11a of the top tray 11 is moved to the left and right (in the direction of the arrow) according to the product size, the width of the product input passage changes, and the positions of the movable side plate 16 and the product input guide 14 are also adjusted accordingly. Move to. Here, if the input product is a short and small can product (for example, an internal volume of 160 ml), the top guide 11a is positioned at the solid line position in the drawing to set the product storage passage 10 to the minimum passage width d. In this state, the product introduction guide 14 is also located near the left end of the passage.

On the other hand, when the input product is changed to a long-sized product (for example, a plastic bottle product having an internal volume of 500 ml), the top guide 11a and the movable side plate 16 are moved to the chain line position shown in the figure to widen the passage width to D. Accordingly, the product introduction guide 14 moves to the right end of the product passage (the cap side of the plastic bottle product) in conjunction with the movable side plate 16.
JP 2001-126138 A (FIGS. 2 to 4)

In recent years, the design of containers for PET bottle products has been diversifying, and there are many deformed PET bottle products (500ml) with a deep irregular surface drawn on the bottom side, with the middle part of the container tied into a bowl shape. It is circulating.
By the way, when the movable side plate 16 is moved in accordance with the above-described irregularly long and large size product, and the product introduction guide 14 is moved toward the cap side of the product 13 in conjunction with the movable side plate 16, the posture control of the product is properly performed. The posture of the product 13 that falls into the product storage passage 10 without being inclined may be inclined, and therefore, a trouble of product clogging may occur in the middle of the product storage passage 10.
Therefore, the inventors found out that the cause of the above-mentioned product standing is due to the following points from the result of considering the behavior when the input product passes through the product introduction guide. That is, as shown in FIG. 12 (a), if the product insertion guide 14 is located on the cap side of the product container (the left end of the passage) with respect to the entry direction (arrow) of the long product 13 A wide space is provided between the insertion guide 14 and the opposite (right) rack side wall 8.
In this situation, when the cap side of the product 13 that has rolled on the top tray 11 enters the inside of the product introduction guide 14 disposed at the corner of the passage, as shown in FIG. "The product insertion guide 14 in the shape of a letter is then tilted counterclockwise when the wall receives the product 13, and the front wall acts to push the product 13 downward by the reaction, but the bottom side of the product container is free. It remains. As a result, the product 13 begins to fall into the product storage passage 10 in an oblique posture with the cap side facing downward as shown in the figure, before the bottom side of the container, and the product 13 is caused by the inclination of the dropping posture. Standing in the middle of the product storage passage 10 may cause product jams.

Therefore, the inventors divide the product introduction guide 14 into two divided guides based on the above-mentioned consideration results, and then suspend the divided guides side by side on the guide rod 15 and suspend one of the divided guides. The system is designed so that the posture control function works by connecting the movable side plate and placing the other divided guide close to the movable side plate and placing the cap side and bottom side of the plastic bottle product to be introduced into the divided guide. Then, the attitude control function was verified by an actual machine test. The verification results confirmed that the stabilization of the loading posture for long-sized PET bottle products was considerably improved, but the product loading guide from the end of the top tray while the posture of the product tilted while the top tray was rolling. It was found that the attitude control function of the split guides arranged on the left and right cannot be fully demonstrated when entering.
In other words, if the rolling posture of the product is tilted on the top tray, there is a slight deviation between the timing when the cap side of the product container arrives at the product loading guide arranged at the corner of the passage and the timing when the bottom side arrives. Arise. In this case, when the cap side of the PET bottle product reaches the bottom side and enters one of the split guides arranged side by side, the split guide arranged close to the cap side tilts as described above to perform posture control operation. However, at this time, the other split guide arranged on the bottom side of the product is still in a free suspended state. For this reason, there is a deviation in the posture (swinging angle) between the division guide arranged on the cap side of the product and the other division guide arranged on the bottom side. The cap side starts to fall downward toward the product storage path before the bottom side. As a result, the product is tilted obliquely, and product standing (product clogging) occurs in the middle of the product storage passage.

Therefore, the present invention is based on the product introduction guide divided into two left and right as described above, and its structure and arrangement are improved, and when loading products of various sizes from short can products to long plastic bottle products. An object of the present invention is to provide a serpentine-type product storage rack for a vending machine that can appropriately control the attitude of products placed in a top tray and send them into a product storage passage in a stable attitude.

In order to achieve the above object, according to the present invention, a meandering product storage passage defined between rack side plates erected on the left and right, an upper end inlet of the product storage passage, and a product insertion opening opened to the front of the rack, A top tray with a top guide laid in between, a movable side plate for adjusting the width of the passage connected to the top guide and laid in the product storage passage, and a corner that transitions from the end of the top tray to the product storage passage It consists of an assembly of a swing-type product introduction guide with a substantially “H” cross section that controls the posture of the input product, a guide bar that is laid between the left and right rack side plates and supports the product input guide in a suspended manner. The top guide and the movable side plate are positioned and adjusted according to the size of the stored product, and then the product that has been input to the product input port is stored via the top tray and product input guide. In the commodity storage rack of a vending machine that was set to deliver to the road,
The product introduction guide is divided into two divided guides, and each divided guide is supported so as to be movable and swingable along the guide rod, and then one of the first divided guides is connected to the movable side plate, The other second divided guide is arranged close to the position opposite to the movable side plate, and the first divided guide and the second divided guide are linked to each other so that each divided guide is synchronously interlocked in the swinging direction (invoice). Item 1), specifically, the following linkage structure is used.
(1) The first divided guide and the second divided guide are arranged side by side and suspended from a guide bar, and then straddle between the first and second divided guides and are suspended on the hanging flange of each divided guide. The divided guides are connected to each other through the through pins.
(2) In the preceding item (1), one end of the through pin passes through the suspension flange of the first division guide and faces the inside of the rack side wall, and the other end engages with the suspension flange of the second division guide. When the first divided guide is moved together with the movable side plate to the adjustment position of the maximum passage width, the second divided guide is held at a position slightly pulled inside the passage via the through pin. 3).
(3) The first divided guide and the second divided guide are overlapped and linked so as to be slidable to the left and right, and each divided guide is suspended and supported by a guide rod.
(4) In the preceding item (3), when the lateral width of each divided guide is moved with the movable side plate and the first divided guide to the maximum passage width adjustment position, a part of the first and second divided guides are inward and outward. The dimensions are selected so as to overlap and cover the entire area of the maximum passage width.
(5) In the preceding item (3), the first divided guide is overlapped on the inner side and the outer side of the second divided guide, and a square hole is opened in the longitudinal direction on the upper surface of the first divided guide. The square hole is suspended and supported through one hanging flange of the second divided guide so as to be slidable.
(6) In the preceding paragraph (5), stopper pins are erected on the first divided guide with both ends of the pin facing the rack side wall on the movable side plate side and the suspension flange of the second divided guide, respectively. When the guide is moved to the position for adjusting the maximum passage width, the second divided guide is held at a position slightly pulled inward from the initial position via the stopper pin.

According to the product storage rack of the above configuration, the posture is properly controlled by the product introduction guide of the divided structure in which the products of various sizes put into the top tray are arranged in the corner of the passage from short to small size products to long size products. The product can be fed into the product storage passage, thereby preventing the occurrence of product standing up and product clogging in the product storage passage, which has been a problem with the conventional product storage rack, and improving the loading performance.
That is, the product introduction guide arranged in the corner of the passage is divided into two divided guides arranged on the left and right, and one of the first divided guides is connected to the movable side plate, and then the divided guide and the other second divided guide Two split guides arranged at both ends of the passage according to the adjustment of the passage width by passing the through pin across the guide or overlapping the division guides and mutually linking the division guides Controls the posture of both ends (the cap side and the bottom side of the plastic bottle) of the input product in synchronization with each other. Thereby, the inclination of the dropping posture of the product falling into the product storage passage can be suppressed, and the product can be sent to the product storage passage while being held in a stable horizontal posture.
In addition, the second divided guide is held at a position slightly pulled inward from the initial position in the adjusted state of the passage width corresponding to the long-sized product (pet bottle), so that the input product is Even if the bottom of the bottle is a plastic bottle product that has been drawn into a deformed shape, the second split guide does not get caught on the drawing surface of the bottom peripheral surface of the product, and is applied to the large body of the container. Therefore, posture control can be performed normally.

In addition, the first divided guide and the second divided guide are overlapped on the inside and outside, and are arranged so as to be slidable to the left and right so as to cover the entire maximum width of the passage. Accordingly, the attitude of the entire product can be controlled in the same manner as a single product insertion guide formed in accordance with the above, and the falling posture of the input product fed into the product storage passage can be further stabilized.

Embodiments of the present invention will be described below based on a first embodiment shown in FIGS. 1 to 4 and a second embodiment shown in FIGS. In addition, in each figure, the same code | symbol is attached | subjected to the member corresponding to FIGS. 10-12, and the description is abbreviate | omitted.

1 to 4 are block diagrams of a first embodiment corresponding to claims 1 to 3 of the present invention. In this embodiment, the product introduction guide 14 is divided into a first divided guide 14A having a wide width and a second divided guide 14B having a narrow width, and the divided guides 14A and 14B are respectively as described below. The first divided guide 14 </ b> A is connected so as to move in conjunction with the movable side plate 16.
That is, the first split guide 14A has suspension flanges 14A-1, 14A-2, and 14A-3 standing upright at both ends of the upper surface and at an intermediate position thereof, and guide rods 15 are formed in holes drilled in the suspension flanges. It is supported by hanging through it. Further, a suspension hook 16b formed on the upper end portion of the movable side plate 16 is hooked between the suspension flanges 14A-1 and 14A-3 so that the first divided guide 14A is attached and detached so as to interlock with the movable side plate 16. It is connected as possible. As shown in FIG. 2, a notch groove 11a-1 is formed at the rear end of the top guide 11a disposed on the top tray 11, and the engaging protrusion protrudes rearward with a step difference left and right with the notch groove as a boundary. The upper end portion 16a of the movable side plate 16 is sandwiched between the portions 11a-2 and 11a-3, and the top guide 11a and the movable side plate 16 are detachably linked to each other. On the other hand, the second divided guide 14B has suspension flanges 14B-1 and 14B-2 formed upright at both ends of the upper surface thereof and supported by hanging on the guide rod 15, and is opposite to the first divided guide 14A. It is arranged at the right side of the passage.

In the illustrated example, the width ratio of the first divided guide 14A and the second divided guide 14B is about 2: 1, and the total width of the divided guides 14A and 14B is the minimum adjustment width of the product passage (in FIG. 3). (Corresponding to the passage width d).
Further, as described in detail in FIG. 4, the first divided guide 14 </ b> A and the second divided guide 14 </ b> B are linked to each other via a through pin 17 and a reinforcing pin 18. Here, the through pin 17 extends slidably through the suspension flanges 14A-1 and 14A-2 of the first division guide 14A and the suspension flange 14B-1 of the second division guide 14B. The pin head portion 17a formed at the left end is opposed to the rack side plate 8 erected on the left side, and an engagement pin for retaining the pin on the right side portion penetrating the hanging flange 14B-1 of the second divided guide 14B ( A click pin) 17b is attached to connect the through pin 17 to the second divided guide 14B. On the other hand, the reinforcing pin 18 extends through the suspension flanges 14B-1 and 14B-2 of the second divided guide 14B and the suspension flange 14A-2 of the first divided guide 14A. 18 is also provided with an engagement pin for retaining the same as described above.
Next, the attitude control of the product by the divided product introduction guide will be described with reference to FIGS. First, when loading a large-sized plastic bottle product (500 ml) into a rack, as shown in FIGS. 1A and 1B, the top guide 11a and the movable side plate 16 described above are operated by operation from the front of the rack. Is moved all the way to the left end of the passage, and a maximum passage width D is set between the movable side plate 16 and the right side rack side plate 8 on the opposite side as shown in the figure. Thus, the first divided guide 14A is held at the left end of the passage width in conjunction with the movement of the movable side plate 16. When the first division guide 14A is moved to the left end of the passage, the second division guide 14B is slightly pulled out from the right end of the passage to the inside of the passage via the through pin 17 and the engagement pin 17b. When the head 17a hits the left rack side wall 8, the second divided guide 14B is held at the illustrated position.

When the plastic bottle product 13L thrown into the rack in this state rolls on the top tray 11 (see FIG. 2) and reaches the corner of the passage from the rear end, the cap-side body portion of the plastic bottle product 13L is divided into the first division. The posture of the container is controlled by hitting the guide 14A and the bottom side barrel of the container against the second divided guide 14B. In this attitude control operation, the product first and second divided guides are pushed by the product 13L entering from the front and tilted counterclockwise about the guide bar 15 to push the product downward. However, in this case, since the first divided guide 14A and the second divided guide 14B are linked in the tilting direction via the through pin 17 and the reinforcing pin 18, both ends of the product 13L are moved downward at the same timing. To the product storage passage 10. Even if the rolling posture of the product (pet bottle) on the top tray 11 is slightly inclined and a slight shift occurs in the timing at which the cap side and the bottom side reach the product insertion guide, the first division guide 14A and the second division guide 14A As described above, the split guide 14B tilts and operates synchronously as described above, so that the product is stored in the product storage passage 10 while maintaining a horizontal posture without being tilted in the vertical direction. Thereby, it is possible to prevent the occurrence of troubles in the product storage passage 10 and the product clogging.
In the illustrated state in which the first division guide 14A is moved to the position of the maximum passage width, the second division guide 14B is slightly pulled out from the right end of the passage to the inside of the passage through the through pin 17. Thereby, even if the bottom part shape of the PET bottle product 13L is narrowed down to a small diameter or the peripheral surface of the bottom part is an uneven surface, the second divided guide 14B is applied to the large diameter body part that is off the bottom part of the product container. The posture can be controlled appropriately.

On the other hand, as shown in FIGS. 3A and 3B, when the input product is changed to the short and small can product 13S, the movable side plate 16 is moved to the illustrated position by the adjustment operation of the top guide 11a. The width is set to the minimum passage width d corresponding to the short size of the can product 13S. The first division guide 14A connected to the movable side plate 16 is moved to the right side by the adjustment operation of the passage width, and the second division guide 14B is pushed into the right end of the passage in the course of the movement. Thereby, the first division guide 14A and the second division guide 14B are connected to the right and left and approach the right end of the passage width.
In this state, when the short can product 13S is put into the rack, when the product reaches the corner of the passage, the entire container enters the product guide 14 so as to straddle the divided guides 14A and 14B, and the posture is controlled. . In addition, since the first division guide 14A and the second division guide 14B are synchronized and interlocked with the tilting direction during this control operation, the product posture disorder generated during the rolling on the top tray is corrected. The product can be fed into the product storage passage 10 while maintaining a horizontal posture. The above-mentioned reinforcing pin 18 is provided to support the through pin 17, and the reinforcing pin 18 may be omitted as long as sufficient linkage strength between the divided guides can be secured by the through pin 17 alone.

Next, the construction of a second embodiment according to claims 4 to 7 of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. This embodiment is a further improvement of the first embodiment. Basically, as in the first embodiment, the product introduction guide 14 disposed at the passage corner that shifts from the top tray to the product storage passage is the first. The divided guide 14A and the second divided guide 14B are divided and supported by the guide rod 15, and one of the divided guides 14A is connected to the movable side plate 16. The structure is an assembly as shown in FIG.
In FIG. 7, the first division guide 14A and the second division guide 14B are set such that the horizontal width dimension substantially bisects the horizontal width of the product storage passage 10 defined in the rack. Then, after inserting the second division guide 14B inside the first division guide 14A and superimposing both division guides on the inside and outside, the first division guide 14A and the second division guide 14B move to the left and right. They are linked to each other so as to be slidable and supported by being suspended from the guide rod 15, and the assembly structure thereof will be described.
First, suspension flanges 14A-1, 14A-2, and 14A-3 are formed upright on the upper surface of the first divided guide 14A at both the left and right ends and in the middle thereof in the same manner as in the first embodiment. The rod 15 is supported by hanging so as to be movable left and right and swingable. In addition, a square hole 14A-4 extending in the longitudinal direction is opened on the upper surface of the first divided guide 14A between the middle hanging flange 14A-3 and the rightmost hanging flange 14A-2. As described later, the second divided guide 14B suspended from the guide rod 15 can be slid to the left and right through the square hole. As in the first embodiment, the suspension hooks 16b of the movable side plate 16 are fitted between the suspension flanges 14A-1 and 14A-3 so that the space between the first divided guide 14A and the movable side plate 16 is between the suspension flanges 14A-1 and 14A-3. Connected.

That is, hanging flanges 14B-1 and 14B-2 are formed upright on the left and right sides of the upper surface of the second divided guide 14B. Here, the left suspension flange 14B-1 is suspended from the guide rod 15 through the square hole 14A-4 opened in the upper surface of the first divided guide 14A.
Further, a stopper pin 19 for restricting free movement of the second divided guide 14B is installed on the front side of the first divided guide 14A. The stopper pin 19 slidably penetrates the suspension flanges 14A-1 and 14A-2, and a pin head portion 19a formed on the right end of the pin has a right end suspension flange 14B formed on the second divided guide 14B. -2 is opposed to the inner side surface of -2, and the tip of the pin at the left end is opposed to the inner wall surface of the rack side plate 8 erected on the left side of the rack. A hook-like projection 14B-3 projecting above the stopper pin 19 is formed on the front end side of the left suspension flange 14B-1 provided on the second divided guide 14B, and the insertion guide At the time of assembly, the suspension flange 14B-1 is fitted into the square hole 14A-4 of the first divided guide 14A and then held in the assembled state through the stopper pin 19.
With the above structure, the first divided guide 14A and the second divided guide 14B are suspended and supported by the guide rod 15 installed between the rack side walls 8, and the first divided guide 14A is moved along the guide rod 15 in this state. If it moves to the full right, the hanging flange 14A-3 hits the end face of the hanging flange 14B-1 of the second divided guide 14B. Thus, the second divided guide 14B is pushed into the right end position of the passage while overlapping with the first divided guide 14A. Further, when the first division guide 14A is moved to the left from this position, the first division guide 14A is moved with the second division guide 14B left at the right end of the passage at first. Then, when the right edge of the square hole 14A-4 hits the suspension flange 14B-1 passing through the square hole 14A-4, the second divided guide 14B and the first divided guide 14A from this position. It will come out inside the passage together.

On the other hand, if one of the divided guides is tilted in the swinging direction while the first divided guide 14A and the second divided guide 14B are suspended from the guide rod 15, the other divided guide is also linked to this. Tilt together. That is, the first division guide 14A and the second division guide 14B always swing together in synchronization with each other.
Next, FIG. 5 and FIG. 6 show a state in which the product introduction guide 14 of the assembly is arranged in the passage corner of the product storage rack and the passage width is adjusted in accordance with the size of the input product. First, in FIGS. 5A to 5C, the movable side plate 16 is moved all the way to the left end in accordance with a long size product, and the passage width between the movable side plate 16 and the right rack side wall 8 is set to D. The first division guide 14A connected to the movable side plate 16 moves to the left end of the passage and is positioned. The second divided guide 14B is held at a position slightly pulled out from the right end of the passage to the inside of the passage in a linked state in which a part of the width of the second divided guide 14B is overlapped with the first divided guide 14A. As described with reference to FIG. 1 of the first embodiment, the first and second divided guides 14A and 14B control the posture of the long and large product rolled from the top tray in synchronization with each other, and maintain the posture in a horizontal posture. It can be sent to the product storage passage. When the first division guide 14A is pulled out to the left end, the left end tip of the stopper pin 19 (see FIG. 7) installed on the division guide 14A hits the left rack side plate 8, and the right end pin head 19a is the second end. The split guide 14B comes close to and faces the suspension flange 14B-2. Accordingly, the second division guide 14B is restrained and held at the illustrated position, and is prevented from moving further from this position to the left side.

FIGS. 6A and 6B show a state in which the movable side plate 16 is moved to the right side according to the short and small size product, and the passage width is set to d. In this state, the first divided guide 14A and the second divided guide 14B are positioned close to the right end of the passage while being overlapped on the inside and outside, and the can product of the short and small size is positioned in the same manner as described in FIG. Control.
As can be seen from FIGS. 5 and 6, in this embodiment, the two divided guides arranged on the left and right are overlapped with each other and are linked in the swinging direction while expanding and contracting in the left and right directions in accordance with the adjustment of the passage width. Thus, it is possible to accurately control the posture of the entire length range of various products from short to long size products. In addition, the through pins 17 and the reinforcing pins 18 that link the divided guides arranged on the left and right sides in the assembly structure of the first embodiment are not necessary.
In the commodity storage racks of the first and second embodiments, when the first divided guide 14A is moved to the adjustment position of the maximum passage width together with the movable side plate 8, the second divided guide 14B is moved from the initial position to the passage position. Although the configuration has been described in which it is moved to a position slightly pulled inward, the second divided guide 14B may be fixedly arranged so as to remain in the initial position without being drawn from the initial position to the inside of the passage. The present invention is not limited by this embodiment.
