Description

The present invention relates to an outdoor unit of an upper air blow type air conditioner, and more specifically, during maintenance, a column that becomes an obstacle to the movement of the electrical component box is moved to facilitate internal inspection, The present invention relates to the reinforcement structure of the relocated strut.

As shown in FIG. 6, the conventional upper blow type outdoor unit 20 has a compressor 22 and a heat exchanger 23 mounted on a base 21, and a plurality of support columns 26 provided at four corners of the base 21. Is provided with a fan motor 25 for driving the blower fan. In addition, an electrical component box 24 containing a control board is provided in the vicinity of the support column 26 in the upper front portion (see Patent Document 1).

During maintenance work, the front side is opened, and the compressor 22 and the heat exchanger 23, etc., as well as the electromagnetic on-off valves or sensors connected to them, and the inspection of the refrigerant leak from the piping, etc. are performed. The electrical component box 24 provided at the upper part of the front surface becomes an obstacle, and the interior cannot be fully opened, resulting in a problem that maintenance work becomes difficult. In order to cope with this, for example, while supporting the electrical component box 24 so as to be movable, any of the plurality of support columns 26 that become obstacles when moved is moved from the four corners of the base 21, Measures that allow the front side to be fully opened are also being considered. However, when the column is moved, there is a risk that the strength of the outdoor unit may be insufficient with respect to impact force or the like.

As another conventional example corresponding to the lack of strength, for example, an outdoor unit 30 of an air conditioner shown in a perspective view of FIG. 7A includes a bottom plate 31 and a top plate 32 that are formed in a rectangular shape, and front columns 36 and 37. The main body is configured by being connected by a plurality of support columns such as the rear support column 38. A front suction port 33 is formed on the front surface of the main body, a side suction port 34 is formed on the side surface, and a pair of air outlets 35 are formed on the top plate 32. In the main body, a compressor, an accumulator, and the like are provided, a heat exchanger is provided so as to surround them, and a blower fan is provided so as to face the air outlet 35. The air sucked from the front suction port 33 and the side suction port 34 passes through the heat exchanger and is subjected to heat exchange, and then blown out from the outlet 35 by a blower fan (Patent Document). 2).

The upper blow-out type outdoor unit is used as a so-called multi-type air conditioner, and a plurality of indoor units provided in each room are connected to the outdoor unit by piping to perform an air conditioning operation. In recent years, outdoor units have been equipped with large heat exchangers and blower fans in order to improve the cooling and heating capacity. For this reason, when the strength of the support is insufficient, the strength of the outdoor unit is increased. In addition to causing shortage, there were problems such as increased vibration and noise.

In the outdoor unit 30, reinforcing members 39 are provided on both side surfaces of the main body as shown in FIG. The reinforcing member 39 includes a vertical rod 39a, an upper rod 39b extending in a forked manner from the upper end of the vertical rod 39a, and a forked shape extending from a lower end of the vertical rod 39a. The upper rod 39b and the lower rod 39c are respectively provided with screw insertion holes 39d.

The upper rod 39b of the reinforcing member 39 is screwed to the side surface of the top plate 32 by a screw insertion hole 39d, and the lower rod 39c is screwed to the side surface of the bottom plate 31 by a screw insertion hole 39d. By connecting both side surfaces of the top plate 32 and the bottom plate 31 by the reinforcing member 39, the strength of the front columns 36, 37, the rear column 38, etc. is compensated for. As a result, vibration and noise generated in the outdoor unit are reduced as much as possible, and a quiet operation can be performed. However, another member such as the reinforcing member 39 is required, and there is a problem that the assembling work becomes complicated.
JP 2007-147247 A (page 7, FIG. 3) JP 2003-202133 (page 3, FIG. 1)

In view of the above-mentioned problems, the present invention allows the interior of the main body to be sufficiently opened by moving the electrical component box during maintenance work, thereby facilitating inspection work of various devices. It is an object of the present invention to provide an outdoor unit of an air conditioner that can reinforce a supporting column that has been moved so as not to hinder movement by a simple method, and can reduce the strength against impact force and the generation of vibration and noise as much as possible.

In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the present invention connects the bottom plate and the top plate with a plurality of support columns, provides suction ports on both sides and the back of the main body provided with a panel on the front surface, and provides an air outlet on the top plate. In an outdoor unit of an air conditioner, a heat exchanger and a blower fan are provided in an air flow path connecting the suction port and the blowout port, and an electrical component box containing a control board is provided behind the front panel. The electrical component box is supported so as to be movable in the lateral direction of the main body, and the supporting pillar that becomes an obstacle at the time of movement is arranged behind the corner of the main body, and a reinforcing piece is provided on the edge of the bottom plate. It is the structure which reinforces the said support | pillar arrange | positioned to. The reinforcing piece is formed by extending a part of the bottom plate.

According to the present invention, while supporting the electrical component box provided at the upper front portion of the main body so as to be movable in the lateral direction of the main body, when the same electrical component box is moved, the column that is located in the moving direction and becomes an obstacle It is moved to the rear of the corner so that the electrical component box can be moved sufficiently, and during maintenance work, the inside of the main body is opened wide to facilitate inspection work, and the bottom plate edge is generally triangular. By providing a reinforcing piece cut and raised in the shape and reinforcing the column to which the reinforcing piece has been transferred, it is possible to prevent insufficient strength of the main body, and to reduce vibration and noise as much as possible, and to perform quiet operation It can be an outdoor unit that can.

DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail as examples based on the attached drawings.

FIG. 1 is an external perspective view of an outdoor unit of an air conditioner according to the present invention. 2A is a cross-sectional view thereof, and FIG. 2B is a cross-sectional view when a plurality of the outdoor units are installed in a horizontal row. Moreover, FIG. 3 is explanatory drawing which shows arrangement | positioning of an electrical component box and a support | pillar, and FIG. 4 (A)-(C) is a perspective view which shows a reinforcement board, respectively. 5A is an explanatory diagram showing movement of the electrical component box, and FIG. 5B is a perspective view showing the configuration of the electrical component box.

As shown in the external perspective view of FIG. 1, the outdoor unit of the top blowing type air conditioner according to the present invention is provided with a top blowing port 8 on the top surface of a main body 100 formed in a rectangular shape. The main body 100 includes a bottom plate 1, a front panel 2 erected on the front side of the bottom plate 1, a right side portion 3 provided with a side suction port 3a, and a side suction port 5a shown in FIG. The left side surface portion 5 provided with a back surface portion 6 provided with a back suction port (not shown), and the inclined panel 4 provided between the front panel 2 and the right side surface portion 3 and provided with an auxiliary suction port 4a. And a top plate 7 on which the upper surface outlet 8 is formed, and an outer casing is formed. On the lower surface of the bottom plate 1, a pair of front and rear legs 9 are provided. The front panel 2 is provided with an upper panel 2a and a lower panel 2b that are detachable.

The top-blowing outdoor unit is connected to multiple indoor units with piping, and is used for large capacity multi-type air conditioners that perform air conditioning operations. It is designed to be used in rows.

In the main body, as shown in the sectional front view of FIG. 2 (A), a plurality of compressors 10, an accumulator (not shown), a receiver, and the like are disposed on the bottom surface, and a power supply board and a control board are disposed above. A rectangular electrical component box 13 that accommodates and the like is provided. The heat is composed of a large number of fins arranged in parallel so as to surround the compressor 10 and the electrical component box 13 and the like, and heat transfer tubes arranged in a meandering manner so as to be orthogonal to the fins. An exchanger 11 is provided to face the side suction port 3a, the side suction port 5a, and a rear suction port (not shown).

The upper surface outlet 8 is provided so as to project upward from the top plate 7 so that the inner peripheral bell mouth 8b has a double tube structure together with the outer peripheral bell mouth 8a formed in a cylindrical shape. A fan guard 8c formed in a mesh shape is crowned on the open upper surface of the inner peripheral bell mouth 8b. A blower fan 12 is provided inside the inner peripheral bell mouth 8b, and a fan motor 12a for rotating the blower fan 12 is provided below the blower fan 12. The air sucked from the side suction port 3a, the side suction port 5a, and the rear suction port is heat-exchanged and heat-exchanged by passing through the heat exchanger 11 as shown by the arrows in FIG. The air is blown out from the upper surface outlet 8 by the blower fan 12.

As shown in the sectional view of FIG. 2B, the heat exchanger 11 is formed in a substantially U shape along both side surfaces and the back surface of the main body, and along the inclined panel 4. A front extending portion 11a that is parallel to or obliquely forward is provided so that a gap with the inclined panel 4 is gradually narrowed. The air sucked from the auxiliary suction port 4 a extending from the upper part to the lower part of the inclined panel 4 passes through the front extension part 11 a of the heat exchanger 11 and is heat-exchanged and blown out from the upper surface outlet 8. It has become so. Thereby, the shortage of heat exchange capacity can be compensated.

In addition, as shown in FIG. 2 (B), when a plurality of top-blowing outdoor units are arranged in a horizontal row, the side suction port 3a and the side suction port 5a formed on both side surfaces of the main body, Is in a state of being blocked by an adjacent outdoor unit, and the suction performance is reduced, but the auxiliary suction port 4a formed in the inclined panel 4 has a sufficient air volume because the front side is open. The suction can be performed, and the deterioration of the suction performance can be prevented.

As shown in the perspective view of FIG. 3, the column connecting the bottom plate 1 and the top plate 7 includes a first column 14 provided on the right side of the front surface, a second column 15 provided on the left side of the front surface, and a rear surface. It is comprised from the 3rd support | pillar 17 provided in the right side, and the 4th support | pillar 16 provided in the rear left side. The first support column 14, the third support column 17, and the fourth support column 16 are respectively provided at the corners of the main body. However, the second support column 15 located on the left side of the front surface has a main body corner for the reason described later. It is provided to move backward from the part.

If the second support column 15 is provided to be moved rearward from the corner of the main body, the support strength for supporting the top plate 7 on which the upper surface outlet 8 is formed may be lowered, but as shown in FIG. A flange 1a bent upward is provided on the four side periphery of the bottom plate 1, and a reinforcing piece 1b cut and raised in a substantially triangular shape is provided on the front side of the second support column 15. Yes. Since the reinforcing piece 1b is screwed to the front side of the second support column 15, even if the second support column 15 is moved rearward and installed, it is generated in the outdoor unit without causing insufficient support strength. Vibration and noise are reduced as much as possible, and a quiet operation can be performed.

As shown in FIG. 4A, the reinforcing piece 1b is formed in a substantially triangular shape connected to the flange 1a by bending the periphery of the bottom plate 1 upward. The joint surface to be joined is further bent inward. The second strut 15 may be joined by spot welding or the like in addition to the screw fastening as described above. Further, by being formed integrally with the bottom plate 1, it has sufficient strength and is easy to manufacture.

As another embodiment of the reinforcing piece, as shown in FIG. 4 (B), the reinforcing pieces 1c having the same shape as the reinforcing piece 1b are formed in a pair of left and right, symmetrically so that both sides of the front second support column 15 are provided. It may be fixed by screwing or the like. By forming it symmetrically, the strength of the column can be maintained and quiet operation can be performed even when the outdoor unit becomes larger and the vibration of the compressor or the like increases. Further, as shown in FIG. 4C, a reinforcing piece 1d formed by bending in a substantially triangular shape is formed separately from the bottom plate 1 and joined to the bottom plate 1 and the second support column 15, respectively. May be. By forming it separately, it is possible to reinforce in any place and in any direction.

As shown in FIG. 5 (B), the electrical component box 13 includes a front cover 13a and a case 13b that houses a plurality of control boards, power supply boards, and the like. An upper flange 13c and a lower flange 13d provided with screw insertion holes are respectively bent and provided. As shown in FIG. 5A, when the upper panel 2a of the front panel 2 is removed, a screw hole is formed inside the main body 100 so as to correspond to the upper flange 13c and the lower flange 13d of the electrical component box 13. The upper support piece 2c and the lower support piece 2d are formed, and the screw 18 is inserted into the screw insertion holes of the upper flange 13c and the lower flange 13d, and the screw holes of the upper support piece 2c and the lower support piece 2d are formed. The electrical component box 13 is fixed to the front side of the upper part of the main body.

When the screw 18 is removed, the upper flange 13c and the lower flange 13d are guided by the upper support piece 2c and the lower support piece 2d as shown in FIG. Can move to the second support column 15 side. At this time, the second support column 15 is provided so as to move backward, so that it does not become an obstacle to the movement of the electrical component box 13, thereby moving the electrical component box 13 in the lateral direction. Thus, the front side of the main body can be fully opened.

By moving the electrical component box 13, the inside of the main body can be sufficiently opened during maintenance work, and together with the compressor 10 and the heat exchanger 11, piping connected to them, an electromagnetic on-off valve, a sensor, etc. Can be easily inspected.

As described above, while the electrical component box 13 is slidably supported, the second column 15 is moved rearward so as not to obstruct the movement of the electrical component box 13. The front side is sufficiently opened to facilitate maintenance work such as checking not only the compressor 10 and the heat exchanger 11 but also the electromagnetic on-off valves or sensors connected to them and the refrigerant leak from the piping. In addition, by forming a reinforcing piece 1b that reinforces the second column 15 on the bottom plate 1, the compression of the column while maintaining the strength of the column that connects the bottom plate 1 and the top plate 7 is achieved. It is possible to reduce the vibration and noise caused by the machine 10 and the like as much as possible and to make an outdoor unit capable of quiet operation.
