Description

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a passenger number display device for a gondola lift carrier, which mainly displays the number of passengers who have boarded each carrier with a gondola lift of a cableway that transports passengers using a closed type carrier.

The gondola lift uses a cable gripping machine with a closed passenger car suspended from a rope that is stretched between the foot of the mountain and the summit stop, and operates the carrier along with the movement of the rope. A cableway that transports passengers between the stop and the summit stop.

However, if the gondola lift stops unexpectedly due to an abnormality in the prime mover installed at the foot of the mountain or at the summit stop, or an abnormality in the pulley wrapped around the rope, along with the rope, A plurality of transporters that have been moving will stop on the track. In this case, it is necessary to rescue passengers who are on a plurality of transporters stopped on the track to the ground. Currently, as a means of notifying that passengers are on the carriage on the track, a hand flag is provided in the passenger car, and when the carrier stops on the track, the passenger on the carrier carries the flag. Shake out from the window of the passenger car and let the rescuer know.
Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 07-172297 JP 11-238195 A

However, in the method of waving the flag that the passenger who boarded the carrier has in the passenger car, the burden on the passenger is heavy due to cold etc. in cold areas such as ski resorts, and how many passengers are getting on each carrier Can not. Furthermore, since the carrier was stopped at a high place, it was difficult for the rescuer to see the flag at night, and the rescue operation was delayed. Moreover, when a passenger in a wheelchair is on board, special rescue is required, and it is desired that the carrying device can be easily specified.

The cable carriage gondola lift has a number of passenger detection means equal to the number of passengers in the general carrier, a display device corresponding to the general passenger detection means, and a control device that operates the display device when the passenger detection means operates. And a door sensor that detects a closed position of the door of the transporter, and a battery that supplies power to the passenger detection means, the display device, the control device, and the door sensor. Is detected, the power is supplied from the battery to the control device, and the number detected by the passenger detection means by the passenger in the carrier is displayed on the display device.

Further, the passenger detection means uses a touch sensor.

Further, the passenger detection means uses a mat sensor.

Further, the display device is constituted by a number of lights equal to the number of the passenger detection means.

Further, the passenger detection means is provided with a detection sensor dedicated to a wheelchair user and a dedicated display means operated by the approximate detection sensor.

According to the present invention, a relatively large so-called ordinary cableway that transports passengers mainly using a passenger car carrier such as a gondola lift, an abnormality of a prime mover provided at a stop or a pulley wrapped around a rope When the operation of the transporter stops unexpectedly, and the transporter stops on the track, passengers riding passenger detection means equal to the number of passengers in the passenger car of the transporter operate to correspond to each detection means Then, the display device that operates is turned on. The rescuer can easily know the number of passengers in each carrier by visually counting the lights lit on the passenger number display device. Furthermore, passenger cars are equipped with detection sensors and lights dedicated to people with disabilities and wheelchair users so that the rides of people with disabilities and wheelchair users can be discriminated from those of healthy people by visual observation. Can be implemented as soon as possible. In addition, since it can be confirmed in front of the transporter even during normal operation, there is an effect that it can be handled properly when getting off the vehicle.

The passenger number display device 30 is supplied with DC power of 24v from the battery 34. The door sensor 33 (LSDR) for detecting opening / closing of the doors 24, 24 and the approximate door sensor 33 (LSDR) include six touch sensors TS1, TS2, TS3, TS4, TS5, TS6 and an approximate touch sensor TS1. , TS2, TS3, TS4, TS5, and TS6, six relays TSX1, TSX2, TSX3, TSX4, TSX5, and TSX6 are connected in parallel. Subsequently, six lights 32a (RD11), 32b (RD12), 32c (RD13), 32d (RD14) arranged on the front side of the passenger car 23 at the contact points of the relays TSX1, TSX2, TSX3, TSX4, TSX5, and TSX6. ), 32e (RD15), 32f (RD16), and six lights 32a (RD21), 32b (RD22), 32c (RD23), 32d (RD24), 32e (32e) arranged in the rear side of the passenger car 23 in the same manner. RD25) and 32f (RD26) are connected in parallel to the relays TSX1, TSX2, TSX3, TSX4, TSX5 and TSX6, respectively.

In this way, the emergency operation is stopped due to an abnormality such as damage to the prime mover 3 and the prime mover pulley 4 or the tension pulley 8 at the summit stop 6 shown in FIG. Are carried in a suspended state. In that case, passengers who ride in the passenger cars 23, 23,... Of the respective carriers 20, 20,... And sit at the seats 25, 25, for example, seating positions 25A and 25D, are located at the top of the back plate 25b behind them. The touch sensor 31a (TS1) and the touch sensor 31d (TS4) included in the touch panel are touched. At this time, the doors 24 and 24 of the passenger car 23 are closed at the closed positions 24b and 24b, the door sensor 33 (LSDR) is in an ON state, and the touch sensors 31a (TS1) and 31d (TS4) from the battery 34 are turned on. The relays TSX1 and TSX4 are energized by the ON operation, the contacts are closed, and the lights 32a (RD11) and 32d (RD14) and the rear lights 32a (RD21) and 32d (RD24) arranged on the front side of the passenger car 23 are turned on. .

さらに、ライト32a(RD11,RD21),32d(RD14,RD24)が点灯するので、夜間や視界が悪い場合でも確認がし易い。 Therefore, if the rescuer counts the lights 32a (RD11, RD21), 32d (RD14, RD24) lit on the passenger car 23 of the carrier 20 stopped from the ground below the supports 12a, 12b, 12c and the track 10, the carrier 20 will be counted. Can visually confirm that two passengers are on board. In addition, since the lights 32a (RD11) and 32d (RD14) and the lights 32a (RD21) and 32d (RD24) are lit on both the front side and the rear side of the passenger car 23, it can be viewed from either the front or rear direction of the transporter 20. Can also be visually recognized. Furthermore, since the lights 32a (RD11, RD21) and 32d (RD14, RD24) are lit, it is easy to check even at night or when the visibility is poor. Therefore, the rescuer can easily determine visually the number of the passenger 20 and the transporter 20 that need to be rescued, so that the rescue operation can be performed quickly and reliably. Moreover, since the passenger who boarded the passenger car 23 only touches the touch sensors 31a (TS1) and 32d (TS4), a signal for boarding can be easily shown to the outside of the transporter 20.

が到着して客車23の扉24,24が開いて乗客が降車した場合にも同様にしてライト32a(RD11),32d(RD14)およびライト32a(RD21),32d(RD24)が消灯する。 Subsequently, when the doors 24, 24 of the passenger car 23 are opened to the open positions 24a, 24a for rescue, the door sensor 33 (LSDR) is turned off, the power from the battery 34 is cut off, and the relays TSX1 and TSX4 are turned off. The lights 32a (RD11) and 32d (RD14) and the lights 32a (RD21) and 32d (RD24) are turned off. Alternatively, when the operation is resumed and the carriers 20, 20,...
