Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a urinal with a spreader by which the force of the flush water discharged from a spreader to the urinal is not attenuated, and the flush water left inside a water feeding pipe etc. is prevented from dripping into the urinal when the water feeding device stops feeding.
SOLUTION: The urinal with the spreader comprises a water feeding device discharging and stopping the flush water, the water feeding pipe feeding the flush water discharged from the water feeding device to the urinal, and a water conducting tube for introducing the flush water, which comes through the water feeding pipe, from an inflow port to the spreader through an outflow port. The water conducting tube includes a descending tube part, a bent part and an ascending tube part. The flush water can stay on the upstream side of the bent part in the state that the water feeding device stops feeding the water, since the uppermost position of the inside of the pipe of the lowest part of the bent part is positioned lower than the lowest position of the inside of the pipe of the outflow port.
COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT

Description

The present invention relates to a urinal with a spreader provided with a spreader for discharging flush water supplied from a water supply device to an inner wall surface of the urinal.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, there is a spreader attached above the inner wall surface of the urinal as means for uniformly discharging flush water to the inner wall surface of the urinal. Wash water supplied from a water supply device such as a flush valve flows into the spreader through a water supply pipe or the like, and is discharged from the spreader to the inner wall surface of the urinal to wash the inner wall surface of the urinal (see Patent Document 1 and Patent Document 2). .

However, there is a problem that after the water supply device flows a certain amount of cleaning water and closes the cleaning valve, the cleaning water remaining in the water supply pipe or the like drips through the spreader to the inner wall surface of the urinal for a certain period of time. Further, when the washing water drips down to the inner wall surface of the urinal, there is a problem that iron rust or the like contained in the washing water adheres to the inner wall surface of the urinal and causes dirt.

FIG. 8 and FIG. 9 show spreaders proposed to solve the problem (see Patent Document 1 and Patent Document 2). A conventional urinal with a spreader will be described below with reference to FIGS. In the case shown in FIG. 8 (Patent Document 1), when the cleaning valve of the water supply device provided upstream of the water supply pipe 30 is opened, the check valve 31 is opened by the water supply pressure, and the cleaning water flows into the cleaning water passage 32. Through the spreader 33. The washing water that has flowed in is discharged from the spreader 33 to the inner wall surface of the urinal.
On the other hand, when the cleaning valve of the water supply apparatus is closed after flowing a certain amount of cleaning water, the supply water pressure that has been applied to the check valve 31 does not act, and the check valve 31 closes. By doing so, the wash water remaining in the water supply pipe 30 is prevented from flowing into the urinal.

In the case shown in FIG. 9 (Patent Document 2), a mesh 41 is installed inside the spreader 40, and a water film is formed across the flow path at the mesh 41 when the water supply device is stopped. The water film prevents the wash water remaining inside the water supply pipe 42 from dripping into the urinal.

Japanese Patent No. 3304047

However, in the case of these spreaders, since the check valve 31 and the mesh 41 are installed between the water supply device and the spreader, the washing water passes through the water supply pipe while maintaining the state where the check valve 31 is opened. Or pass through the mesh 41 to receive pressure loss. In other words, since the wash water supplied from the water supply device is subjected to pressure loss upstream of the spreader, when the water is discharged from the spreader to the urinal, the water of the wash water is weakened and the inner wall surface of the urinal is sufficiently washed. There is a problem that can not be.
As a method for solving the problem, there is a method of increasing the supply pressure of the cleaning water passing through the check valve 31 and the mesh 41 so that the water flow of the cleaning water discharged from the spreader does not decline. However, if the wash water passes at a high water supply pressure, it may cause a failure of the check valve 31 and the mesh 41, and a great load is applied to the water supply device. Comes out.

The object of the present invention is that the washing water discharged from the spreader to the inner wall surface of the urinal does not decay, and the washing water remaining inside the water supply pipe or the like drips into the urinal when the water supply device is stopped. It is an object of the present invention to provide a urinal with a spreader that can prevent this.

In a urinal with a spreader having a spreader for discharging washing water on the inner wall surface of the urinal, a water supply device for stopping washing water, a water supply pipe for supplying washing water discharged from the water supply device to the urinal, and water supply A water guide pipe that introduces cleaning water through the pipe from the inlet and leads out to the spreader from the outlet, and the pipe has a descending pipe section, a bent section, and a rising pipe section. The uppermost position inside the pipe at the lowermost end is located below the lowest position inside the pipe at the outlet.

With such a configuration, the space between the inlet and outlet of the water conduit connecting the water supply device and the spreader communicates without being blocked by a blocking member or the like. There is no pressure loss that the washing water receives by the blocking member or the like. That is, since the washing water discharged from the spreader does not deteriorate, the inner wall surface of the urinal can be reliably washed. Furthermore, since the bent portion is formed in the water conduit, and the uppermost position on the inner side of the pipe at the lowermost end of the bent portion is located below the lowest position on the inner side of the pipe of the outlet, the water supply device after closing the cleaning valve The cleaning water in the bent portion and the upstream portion is blocked by the bent portion and remains in the water conduit and the water supply pipe. That is, the washing water remaining in the water conduit and the water supply pipe does not drip into the urinal, and the inner wall surface of the urinal caused by this is prevented.

The present invention is characterized in that the bent portion is formed in a curved shape protruding downward. With such a configuration, since the water conduit is bent smoothly, the wash water flowing through the water conduit does not receive pressure loss due to rapid deformation of the tube.

The present invention is characterized in that the cross-sectional area of the water guide pipe from the inlet to the outlet is constant. With such a configuration, since the pipe cross-sectional area is constant from the inlet to the outlet of the conduit, the wash water flowing through the conduit does not receive pressure loss due to the change in the sectional area of the conduit.

The present invention is characterized in that the water conduit is formed of an elastic material. With such a configuration, since the water conduit is formed of an elastic material, when installing the water conduit, the mounting position of the water pipe connected to the water supply device and the mounting position of the spreader may vary in pottery dimensions or construction. In the case of deviation due to an error or the like, the water guide pipe can be elastically deformed and attached to absorb the error.

Prevents the wash water remaining in the water supply pipe or water conduit from dripping into the urinal when the water supply device is stopped without diminishing the water flow from the spreader to the inner wall of the urinal. be able to.

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. 1 is an overall perspective view showing an installation state of a urinal with a spreader according to an embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 2 is a side sectional view of the urinal shown in FIG. 1, and FIG. 3 is a view of the vicinity of the spreader of the urinal shown in FIG. 4 is an enlarged side cross-sectional view, FIG. 4 is a front view in which a part of the bowl surface of FIG. 3 is cut away, FIG. 5 is a front cross-sectional view showing the conduit of the present invention, and FIG. 6 is a side cross-sectional view of FIG.

The water conduit 6 shown in FIG. 2 is, for example, a spreader that uniformly discharges flush water from a water supply device such as the flush valve 1 installed in the urinal 8 shown in FIG. 1 to the inner wall surface 10 of the urinal 8. 5 can be used. In the embodiment of the present invention, the inlet 13 of the water conduit 6 is connected to the water supply pipe 2, and the spreader 5 is detachably connected to the outlet 12. The outer periphery of the inlet 13 and the water supply pipe 2 and the outer periphery of the outlet 12 and the spreader 5 are firmly locked by the connecting fixture 15.

The water conduit 6 is a water conduit for urinal washing water of the urinal 8. When a flush operation command is received at the flush valve 1 of the urinal 8, the flush valve 1 is opened, flush water is supplied from the water supply pipe 2, and from the spreader 5 via the water conduit 6 to the urinal 8. Water is discharged to the inner wall surface 10 of the water.

As shown in FIG. 3, the water guide pipe 6 includes an inlet 13 connected to the water supply pipe 2, a descending pipe part 16 that extends downward toward the spreader 5, and a rising pipe part 17 that is bent halfway and extends upward toward the spreader 5. An outlet 12 connected to the spreader 5, a water passage that communicates the space from the inlet 13 to the outlet 12 without being blocked by a blocking member or the like in the middle of the pipe, the inlet 13 and the outlet 12 And a bent portion 21 that is bent from the descending tube portion 16 to the ascending tube portion 17. The tube inner top position L1 at the lowermost end portion 18 of the bent portion 21 is positioned below the tube inner bottom position L2 of the outflow port 12. In the bent portion 21, the tube inner uppermost position L1 and the tube innermost position L1 are arranged. It forms so that the water surface WL of the remaining wash water may be located at a height position between the bottom position L2.

As shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, the pipe diameter of the water guide pipe 6 is constant from the inlet 13 to the outlet 12. Moreover, as shown in FIG. 5, the water conduit 6 between the inflow port 13 and the outflow port 12 is formed so as to be swung in the left direction or the right direction, and corresponds to the space in the urinal. The water guide pipe 6 is made of an elastic material such as rubber and is resistant to buckling, and the inner diameter cross-sectional area of the water guide pipe 6 where the inlet 13 and the outlet 12 overlap with the pipe on the connection side is It is slightly smaller than the outer diameter cross-sectional area of the tube.
The pipe cross-sectional area of the water conduit 6 is not limited to a circular shape, and may be formed in any shape as long as the cross-sectional area is constant. For example, a rectangular shape or a hexagonal shape may be used.

Next, the urinal washing operation when the present invention is implemented will be specifically described with reference to FIG. FIG. 7 is a front view (FIG. 7 a) in which a part of the bowl surface is cut away when the flush valve 1 is stopped, and an enlarged view (FIG. 7 b) near the outlet of the water conduit. In a state in which the cleaning valve of the flash valve 1 before the cleaning operation is closed, the bent portion 21 and the water guide pipe 6 upstream thereof are filled with cleaning water. Further, the water conduit 6 from the bent portion 21 to the downstream is filled with air.

When the flush valve 1 of the flush valve 1 provided upstream of the feed water pipe 2 connected to the water conduit 6 is opened, the wash water from the pipe 3 in the wall surface 11 passes through the flush valve 1 and the feed water pipe 2 to the feed water pipe. 2 flows into the water conduit 6 through the inlet 13 connected to the inlet 2, and flows into the spreader 5 through the outlet 12. At this time, the washing water pushes the air staying in the vicinity of the outlet 12 of the water conduit 6 to the outside and flows into the spreader 5, and is spouted from the spreader 5 to the inner wall surface 10 of the urinal 8. Wash water discharged from the spreader 5 flows down along the inner wall surface 10 of the urinal, cleans the inner wall surface 10, and is drained from a drain port 9 installed below the urinal 8.

When a certain amount of cleaning water is discharged, the cleaning valve of the flash valve 1 is closed, and water discharge from the spreader 5 is stopped. At this time, the cleaning water upstream of the bent portion 21 of the water conduit 6 remains in the bent portion 21 of the water supply pipe 2 and the water conduit 6 and the upstream portion thereof. That is, the washing water is blocked by the bent portion 21 and does not flow out of the spreader 5 but remains in the water conduit 6.

When the flush valve of the flush valve 1 is closed, the flush water downstream of the bent portion 21 of the water conduit 6 is not affected by the bent portion 21 and is washed together with the flush water for washing the inner wall surface 10 of the urinal. Out of 5 Thereafter, air flows from the spreader 5 into the water conduit 6 and the downstream portion of the bent portion 21 is filled with air. However, the cleaning water remains in the bent portion 21 at the height of WL. , Air cannot enter upstream from WL.
That is, since the washing water is blocked by the bent portion 21 of the water guide pipe 6 and remains, the bent portion and the cleaning water in the upstream portion cannot be replaced with air, and the state is maintained. .

Therefore, according to the present invention, the water guide pipe 6 is not provided with a blocking member that blocks the flow in the water guide pipe 6 such as a mesh or an on-off valve from the inlet 13 to the outlet 12. As a result, the washing water can be supplied to the spreader 5 without receiving a pressure loss from the blocking member on the way. That is, the wash water supplied from the flush valve 1 arrives at the spreader 5 with almost no loss of water, and is spouted from the spreader 5 to the inner wall surface 10 of the urinal 8, so that the inner wall surface 10 of the urinal 8 is surely secured. Can be washed.

Since the pipe cross-sectional area of the water conduit 6 is constant from the inlet 13 to the outlet 12, the pressure loss that the washing water receives from the water conduit can be reduced. That is, the washing water supplied from the flush valve 1 can reach the spreader 5 without losing water.

Further, the bent portion 21 is formed in the water conduit 6, and the tube inner uppermost position L1 at the lowermost end portion 18 of the bent portion 21 is located below the tube innermost bottom position L2 of the outlet 12, so that the flush valve After closing the cleaning valve 1, the bent portion 21 and the wash water upstream of the bent portion 21 are blocked by the bent portion 21 and remain in the water conduit 6 and the water supply pipe 2. That is, the washing water remaining in the water conduit 6 and the water supply pipe 2 does not drip into the urinal 8, and contamination of the inner wall surface 10 of the urinal 8 caused by that is prevented.

The water conduit 6 is a simple pipe, and is not provided with a blocking member such as a check valve or a mesh that prevents the washing water remaining inside the water conduit 6 from dripping into the urinal 8. The number of parts is small and the cost can be reduced. Further, there is no possibility that the check valve does not operate due to the biting of dust into the valve portion when a check valve, mesh, etc. are provided, and that the mesh is clogged due to adhesion of dust or the like.

Furthermore, in the present invention, when the flush valve of the flush valve 1 is closed, only the downstream side of the bent portion 21 is filled with air. Therefore, when the cleaning valve of the flush valve 1 is opened, the air that the supplied cleaning water pushes out is only downstream from the bent portion 21, and the water jump generated when the washing water pushes a large amount of air out of the spreader 5. , Can prevent the problem of abnormal noise.

Regarding the construction of the water conduit 6, if there is a variation in pottery dimensions or construction errors in the mounting position of the water supply pipe 2 in the urinal 8 and the mounting position of the spreader 5, the water conduit 6 is made of an elastic material. The deformation due to the elasticity can cope with the error and eliminate it.

Since the inner diameter cross-sectional area of the water guide pipe 6 where the inlet 13 and outlet 12 of the water guide pipe 6 and the pipe on the connection side overlap is slightly smaller than the outer diameter cross-sectional area of the pipe on the connection side, the water guide pipe When 6 is inserted outside the pipe on the connection side, the water guide pipe 6 is firmly fixed by the restoring force to return to the original shape.

The material of the water conduit 6 is not limited to a material having elasticity such as rubber, but the space in the water conduit 6 communicates, and after the flush valve 1 has stopped water, washing water is introduced into the water conduit. Any material that can be stored may be used. For example, a material such as metal or plastic may be used.

In the present embodiment, the flush valve 1 and the spreader 5 are connected by the water supply pipe 2 and the water guide pipe 6, but the water supply pipe 2 and the water guide pipe 6 may be formed of the same member. Further, the water guide pipe 6 may be directly connected to the flash valve 1. Further, the bent portion 21 is preferably curved downward and protrudes downward, but the lowermost end portion 18 of the bent portion 21 may be rectangular or inverted triangle. As long as the tube inner uppermost position L1 is located below the tube innermost bottom position L2 of the outlet 12, any of them may be used.
