Description

The present invention relates to an anti-slip device mounted on a tire of an automobile.

In the anti-slip device exemplified in Patent Documents 1 and 2, a non-slip body having a U-shaped cross section is fitted into an automobile tire from the outer peripheral side. Several non-slip bodies, for example, 2 to 4, are arranged at almost equal intervals on the entire circumference of the tire, and the adjacent ones are connected. Several anti-slip bodies are fitted into the outer periphery of the tire in a ring and attached to the tire. When the anti-slip device is removed from the tire, the anti-slip bodies are separated from each other and the anti-slip body is removed from the tire.

The anti-slip body having a U-shaped cross section includes a front U-shaped member and a rear U-shaped member in the tire rotation direction when the vehicle is moving forward, and an inner linear member along the inner surface of the tire. The U-shaped members on the front side and the rear side are bars that are curved in a U shape, and have a transverse part that crosses the ground contact surface of the tire, an outer part that extends along the outer surface of the tire, and an inner part that extends along the inner surface of the tire. The inner linear members are chained to connect the inner portions of the front U-shaped member and the rear U-shaped member.

The outer part of the anti-slip body has connecting members attached to the front end and the rear end in the circumferential direction of the tire. The connecting member is chained and attached with a connecting tool. When connecting the anti-slip bodies arranged in the circumferential direction of the tire, the connecting member on the rear side of the anti-slip body is connected to the connecting member on the front side of the rear non-slip body in a separable manner.

Japanese Patent No. 37187979

[Issues of background technology]
In the tire anti-slip device as described above, the crossing portion of the anti-slip body is a U-shaped member crossing portion and is a steel rod. This bar traverses the tire contact surface along the axial direction of the tire. It is a cross bar. The plurality of cross bars are arranged at intervals in the circumferential direction of the tire. Each time these cross bars reach the lower part of the tire while the vehicle is running, they bite into the ice and snow layer on the road surface and act as a slip in the running direction of the vehicle.

Assignment 1
An automobile may travel on a road surface without an ice and snow layer, such as a road surface in a tunnel, with an anti-slip device attached. When a car runs on a concrete surface or asphalt surface without an ice / snow layer, each cross bar hits the concrete surface or asphalt surface of the road surface every time it reaches the lower part of the tire. Then, the cross bar is worn out violently. Crossbars or anti-slip devices have a very short life.

Assignment 2
The cross bar forms step portions on both sides of the tire in the circumferential direction on the tire contact surface, and exerts an anti-slip action against slipping in the traveling direction of the automobile. However, it is difficult to prevent the vehicle from slipping in the lateral direction of the automobile.

[Idea for solving problems]
In the tire anti-slip device in which the rod crosses the ground contact surface of the tire, the above-described problem 1 is that when the automobile travels on a road surface without an ice / snow layer, the cross bar It is caused by rubbing against it.

Therefore, a grounding member is attached to the cross bar, and the grounding member protrudes on the outer side opposite to the tire side of the cross bar. It was decided that the grounding member would rub against and wear against the road surface without the snow and ice layer. When the amount of wear increases, the grounding member attached to the cross bar is replaced with a new one. Make disposable consumables. Such a grounding member can be manufactured at low cost.

The above problem 2 is caused by the fact that the cross bar on the tire contact surface has a step in the circumferential direction of the tire contact surface, but there is no step in the cross direction of the tire contact surface and the longitudinal direction of the cross bar. is doing.

Therefore, when attaching the grounding member to the cross bar, a step portion is formed in the longitudinal direction of the cross bar. The crossing bar with the grounding member can exert an anti-slipping action against the lateral slip of the automobile at the step portion in the longitudinal direction.

1) In a tire anti-slip device in which a cross bar crosses a ground contact surface of an automobile tire and a plurality of cross bars are arranged at intervals in the circumferential direction of the tire,
A grounding member is attached to the cross bar, the grounding member protrudes to the outer side opposite to the tire side of the cross bar, and the grounding member is rubbed and worn against a road surface without an ice and snow layer.
The grounding member is detachable from the cross bar, and the grounding member attached to the cross bar is configured to be replaced with a new one when the amount of wear increases.
2) In the tire anti-slip device,
The crossing bar with the grounding member is characterized in that a step portion is formed in the longitudinal direction and the step portion has an anti-slip action in the lateral direction of the automobile.
3) In the tire anti-slip device,
The ground member is made of an elastic body and also serves as a buffer.

In the anti-slip device, the crossing bar is difficult to directly contact the road surface having no ice / snow layer. Crossbars or anti-slip devices do not drastically reduce their life.
Further, the cross bar with the grounding member acts to prevent the vehicle from slipping in the lateral direction at the step portion in the longitudinal direction.
