以下、本発明の実施の形態を説明する。

（ヘ）水槽のふた（１１）の上部に、給水口（５）を設け、取っ手（６）を取り付ける。
（ト）水槽（４）に、水槽のふた（１１）を被せる。
本発明は以上のような構成で、これを使用するときは、洗濯槽であるドラム（１）の開閉扉（１０）を開け洗濯物と洗剤を入れて鍵（１４）をかける。水槽（４）に水槽のふた（１１）を被せる。
給水口（５）よりホースで水を入れ、両手でハンドル（２）の先端に装着してあるグリップ（３）を持ち、左右均等な縦の円運動によりドラム（１）を回転、反転させ洗う。
洗い終わったら排水口（７）から洗濯水を抜き、また給水口（５）より水を入れドラム（１）を回転、反転させ、すすぎを数回行う。
