(ロ)貯水槽(1)の端部にバケツ差込ガイド(3)を円筒形のものを設ける。蓋(20)フック(21)からなり下部にはバケツ(7)をセットして、バケツ差込ガイド(3)に挿入する。バケツ(7)の底部に水汲みいれ用の弁(9)パッキン(10)ピン(11)と取って(8)から構成する。
(ハ)屋根から集めた雨水を既設雨樋を通して、雨水回収樋(12)にから貯水槽へ流入、水面が最上レベル(24)に達すると、水量調整スリット(23)より、水量調整スリット(23)より水量調整バイパス樋(22)から既設雨水枡(19)へ排出される。
本発明は、以上の構成よりなっている。
雨水回収樋(12)から流入した雨水を貯水槽(1)に貯え、バケツ差込ガイド(3)からバケツ(7)を水面に押し込むことによりバケツ(7)底部の弁(9が押し上げられて雨水がバケツ(7)に入り、引き出すことにより、雨水を汲み上げる事が出来る。
