Description

本発明は、たとえば、病院の手術室、病室、トイレ、待合い室、介護施設等、室内に安定化二酸化塩素を霧状に噴霧して消臭除菌を行う消臭除菌噴霧装置に関する。   The present invention relates to a deodorizing and disinfecting spray apparatus for performing deodorizing and disinfecting by spraying stabilized chlorine dioxide in a mist form in a room such as a hospital operating room, a hospital room, a toilet, a waiting room, and a nursing facility.

近年、病院や介護施設などでノロウィルスや浮遊雑菌などの発生や感染の問題が起きており、患者はもとより病院の医師、看護士、介護施設の介護者などにも施設の衛生面についての不安が高まっている。   In recent years, outbreaks and infections of noroviruses and airborne bacteria have occurred in hospitals and nursing homes, and concerns about the hygiene of the facility have been observed not only for patients but also for doctors, nurses, and caregivers of nursing homes. Is growing.

Conventionally, as such a deodorizing and disinfecting apparatus in a facility room, a liquid effective for antibacterial, antifungal, deodorizing and the like is atomized by an ultrasonic vibrator like a conventionally known ultrasonic humidifier. A spraying apparatus for spraying indoors is known (see, for example, Patent Document 1).
However, in this patent document 1, as an effective liquid for deodorization and sterilization, for example, an aqueous solution in which an antibacterial effect, an antifungal effect, or a deodorizing effect such as a natural vegetable or organic composite agent is used alone or in combination is used. However, it is far from the level required in hospitals and other facilities.

本発明者らは二酸化塩素の高い消臭、除菌機能に着目し、二酸化塩素を超音波振動子を利用して噴霧する装置を考案した。
しかし、超音波振動子によって霧化する場合、あまり霧化する量を多くすると、室内が濡れてしまう。一方、霧化量が少ないと室内が濡れることはなくなるが、除菌効果が弱くなってしまう。
The inventors of the present invention have devised a device for spraying chlorine dioxide using an ultrasonic vibrator, paying attention to the high deodorizing and sterilizing function of chlorine dioxide.
However, when atomizing with an ultrasonic transducer, if the amount of atomization is increased too much, the room gets wet. On the other hand, if the amount of atomization is small, the room will not get wet, but the sterilization effect will be weakened.

鋭意検討した結果、霧化して濡れるのは、霧粒子の大きさに関係することがわかってきた。空中に噴霧された霧粒子は、やがて蒸発して消えるが、粒径が大きいと、蒸発しにくく室内を濡らす原因となっている。超音波振動子の周波数等の調整で粒径を小さくすることも可能であるが、実際には霧化した後に吹き出されるまでの間に互いにくっついて成長する粒子もあり、一様にはいかない。
特許公開2006−8103
As a result of intensive studies, it has been found that atomization and wetting are related to the size of fog particles. The mist particles sprayed in the air eventually evaporate and disappear, but if the particle size is large, it is difficult to evaporate and wets the room. Although it is possible to reduce the particle size by adjusting the frequency of the ultrasonic vibrator, etc., there are actually particles that stick together and grow until they are blown out after atomization, so they are not uniform. .
Patent Publication 2006-8103

本発明は上記した従来技術の課題を解決するためになされたもので、その目的とするところは、安定化二酸化塩素水溶液の霧粒子のうち比較的大きな粒径の粒子を除去し、室内を濡らすことなく噴霧量を確保して除菌効果を可及的に高め得るようにした消臭除菌装置を提供することにある。   The present invention has been made to solve the above-described problems of the prior art, and the object of the present invention is to remove particles having a relatively large particle size from the fog particles of the stabilized chlorine dioxide aqueous solution and to wet the room. Stabilized chlorine dioxide is, for example, an aqueous solution containing a chlorite such as sodium chlorite and stabilized by adding a buffer, or chlorine dioxide gas is converted to an aqueous sodium carbonate solution. Many products such as those dissolved and stabilized are commercially available. In either case, chlorine dioxide gas is gradually released, and an acidic substance is added to lower the pH, or when activated by irradiation with ultraviolet rays, the amount of released chlorine dioxide gas increases. Although it does not specifically limit an ingredient, for example, TA-500 (trade name) (chlorine dioxide concentration; 5% (50,000 ppm)) of Takasugi Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., TA-40 (trade name) (chlorine dioxide concentration) 4000 ppm) is available.

The apparatus main body 10 is a rectangular parallelepiped box, and the liquid storage tank 20, the accumulator unit 40, and the ventilation path 50 are provided in series in the vertical direction from the bottom to the top, and a horizontal partition between the accumulator part 40 and the ventilation path 50 is provided. 11. Further, a tank storage section 12 in which a supply tank 90 which is a supply container for supplying a chlorine dioxide aqueous solution is removably stored in parallel with these three components is provided. The three components are separated from each other by a vertical partition wall 13, and an electrical unit 14 for storing electrical components such as a control plate is provided behind the three components and the tank storage unit 12. Yes.

この電装部14と、上記3つの構成部分とタンク収納部12の間は第2の垂直隔壁15によって区分けれされている。また、上面開口部は蓋16が開閉自在に取り付けられている。
電装部14では、特に図示しないが、電源回路、霧発生部30の超音波振動子の駆動制御回路、ブロアの駆動制御回路等が組み込まれている。
The electrical component 14, the three components, and the tank storage 12 are separated by a second vertical partition 15. Moreover, the lid | cover 16 is attached to the upper surface opening part so that opening and closing is possible.
Although not particularly illustrated, the electrical component unit 14 incorporates a power supply circuit, a drive control circuit for the ultrasonic transducer of the fog generating unit 30, a drive control circuit for the blower, and the like.

容器収納部12の底壁にはタンク受け台17が設けられている。また、補給容器90にはバルブ付きのタンクキャップ91が設けられ、このバルブ付きのタンクキャップ91によってタンク受け台17に設けられた受け皿部18に補給する二酸化塩素水溶液の液面を一定に保っている。この受け皿部18と液体貯留部20との間は連通しており、液体貯留部20の水溶性二酸化塩素の液面高さは受け皿18と同一で一定となっている。   A tank cradle 17 is provided on the bottom wall of the container storage unit 12. In addition, a tank cap 91 with a valve is provided in the replenishing container 90, and the liquid level of the chlorine dioxide aqueous solution to be replenished to the tray 18 provided on the tank cradle 17 is kept constant by the tank cap 91 with a valve. Yes. The tray 18 and the liquid reservoir 20 communicate with each other, and the liquid level height of the water-soluble chlorine dioxide in the liquid reservoir 20 is the same as that of the tray 18 and is constant.

邪魔板80は、アキュムレータ部40から通風路50への通風路入口部51に設けられている。この実施例では、邪魔板80は、通風路入り口部51のアキュムレータ部側に設けられ、垂直に対して所定角度傾斜する板部材によって構成されている。板部材は図示例では四角形状で、上端が通風路入り口部51の周辺に固定され、下方に向かって徐々に通風路入り口部51側に迫り出す方向に傾斜している。   The baffle plate 80 is provided in the ventilation path entrance 51 from the accumulator section 40 to the ventilation path 50. In this embodiment, the baffle plate 80 is formed by a plate member that is provided on the accumulator side of the ventilation passage entrance 51 and is inclined at a predetermined angle with respect to the vertical. In the illustrated example, the plate member has a quadrangular shape, and the upper end is fixed to the periphery of the ventilation path entrance 51 and is inclined downward toward the ventilation path entrance 51 side.

図示例では、この邪魔板80は気流の進行方向に複数枚、図示例では2枚直列に配置されている。邪魔板80,80同士は棒状の連結部材によって連結されている。、
また、吹き出し口60は、装置本体10の上面、すなわち蓋体16に設けられるもので、蓋体16から上方に突出するノズル61によって構成されている。
In the illustrated example, a plurality of baffle plates 80 are arranged in series in the direction of the air flow, and two in the illustrated example. The baffle plates 80 are connected to each other by a rod-like connecting member. ,
The blowout port 60 is provided on the upper surface of the apparatus main body 10, that is, the lid body 16, and includes a nozzle 61 that protrudes upward from the lid body 16.

Next, the operation of the deodorizing and disinfecting and spraying apparatus of this embodiment will be described.
The stabilized chlorine dioxide aqueous solution L is atomized by the atomizing unit 30, and the fog particles accumulate in the accumulator unit 40 and ride on the air flow generated by the rotation of the blower 70, and are transferred from the accumulator unit to the lid body 16 through the ventilation path 50. It sprays from the blowing outlet 60 of the provided blowing nozzle 61. The sprayed mist particles of the stabilized chlorine dioxide aqueous solution evaporate and the chlorine dioxide gas is diffused into the room.

The fog particles come into contact with the baffle plate 80 when moving inside the apparatus main body 20 by riding on an air current. Among the fog particles that have come into contact with the baffle plate 80, relatively large particles adhere to the baffle plate 80, light relatively small particles ride on the airflow and move to the outlet, and relatively fine particles ride on the airflow and blow out. Move to mouth 60.
Therefore, compared with the case where there is no baffle plate 80, large particles adhering to the baffle plate 80 are removed and relatively small particles are sprayed, so that it evaporates immediately and chlorine dioxide gas is diffused.

Further, since the baffle plate 80 is provided in the accumulator unit 40, the fog particles captured by the baffle plate 80 are returned to the liquid storage tank 20 through the fog baffle plate 80. In particular, since the baffle plate 80 is inclined, the resistance when passing through the baffle plate 80 is small, a decrease in flow rate is reduced, and the baffle plate 80 is easily dropped into the liquid storage tank 20.
Furthermore, by arranging a plurality of baffle plates 80, large fog particles can be efficiently removed.
Since the outlet 60 is the nozzle 61, the spray direction can be regulated by the nozzle direction.

安定化二酸化塩素水溶液が無くなると、図3に示すように、蓋16を開けて、古いタンクを取り外し、バルブ付きキャップ91を新しいタンクに付け替えて装着する。
このようにバルブ付きキャップ80を装着するだけよく、メンテナンスがしやすい。
When the stabilized chlorine dioxide aqueous solution disappears, as shown in FIG. 3, the lid 16 is opened, the old tank is removed, and the cap 91 with a valve is replaced with a new tank.
Thus, it is only necessary to attach the cap 80 with a valve, and maintenance is easy.

他の実施の形態
上記実施の形態では、邪魔板80を通風路入り口部51に配置したが、通風路50側に配置してもよいし、通風路50下流側の吹き出し口16への入り口に配置してもよい、また、アキュムレータ部40に配置してもよい。
Other Embodiments In the above-described embodiment, the baffle plate 80 is disposed in the ventilation path entrance 51, but may be disposed on the ventilation path 50 side or at the entrance to the outlet 16 on the downstream side of the ventilation path 50. You may arrange | position to the accumulator part 40.

また、邪魔板の形状,構造は図示の形状に限定されるものではなく、ラッパ形状としてもよいし、種々の形状を選択することができる。また、板材ではなく、パンチングメタルや金網等を用いてもよい。   Further, the shape and structure of the baffle plate are not limited to the illustrated shapes, and may be a trumpet shape or various shapes can be selected. Further, instead of a plate material, a punching metal or a wire net may be used.
