Description

The present invention relates to an illumination cover used for an illumination device provided on a ceiling, a wall surface, etc., and in particular, diffuses light from a light source such as a large number of fluorescent tubes arranged in a large area to generate soft illumination light from a wide plane. It is related with the lighting cover suitable for using it side by side in order to form the whole surface integrated illumination to be made.

Conventionally, in a gallery, etc., it has been desired to make a large number of fluorescent tubes attached to the ceiling surface into a soft surface illumination in which the fluorescent tubes are not visually recognized. There is a need for a lighting device that can be used. In response to this requirement, as one of the conventional countermeasures, an illumination cover having a structure in which a light diffusion sheet is stretched on a metal frame having a large rectangular opening for allowing light to pass through the opening. A lighting device used has been proposed (see, for example, Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2001-307533). This lighting cover has an inner surface facing the opening of the frame frame, and at least a region in the vicinity of the light diffusion sheet is widened as it approaches the light diffusion sheet, and is inclined so as to reach the outer surface of the frame frame. The seat is stretched to an area substantially equal to the area surrounded by the outer surface of the frame, and acts as an illumination surface, providing a very wide illumination surface. And it has the advantage that the whole surface integrated illumination covering the wide range of a ceiling can be formed by arranging many this lighting covers closely.

However, the lighting device using this lighting cover can be arranged close to the lighting surface of a simple flat ceiling surface and can form a good overall integrated lighting. On the ceiling, joint adjustment materials such as T-bars exist vertically and horizontally on the ceiling, and there are joint adjustment materials for joint adjustment in the vicinity of the wall surface. The lighting cover must be arranged avoiding the material, and as a result, the gap between the lighting covers arranged side by side becomes large, or the gap between the lighting cover and the wall becomes large, resulting in a wide illumination defect area. There was a problem of making it worse.
JP 2001-307533 A

The present invention has been made in view of such problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide an illumination cover that can be attached so that an illumination defect region can be reduced even if there is a joint adjusting material, a parting material, or the like.

In order to solve the above problems, the present invention provides a lighting cover arranged to cover the light source for diffusing light from the light source, a frame frame having a rectangular opening for allowing light to pass through, The frame frame includes a light diffusing sheet attached to form an illumination surface for diffusing and irradiating light by closing an end of the opening opposite to the light source. The light diffusing sheet is provided on the side on which the light diffusing sheet is provided with a ridge that is formed in a hook shape with a cross-section narrowing toward the tip and inclined outward so that the tip protrudes to the outermost side of the frame frame, The light diffusing sheet is folded back along the outer surface of the collar from the tip of the collar, and the peripheral area is fixed to the outer surface of the frame so that the light diffusion sheet is attached to the frame. .

Here, it is preferable that the inner surface of the frame frame facing the opening has a convex shape that smoothly connects from one end of the opening to the light source side to the tip of the flange.

Moreover, the area | region formed in the said collar part among the inner surfaces facing the opening of the said frame is 30-45 degree | times with respect to the illumination surface formed with the said light-diffusion sheet | seat which closes the opening of the said frame. It is preferable to adopt an inclined configuration.

Furthermore, it is preferable that the outer surface of the collar portion of the frame frame is inclined at 50 to 70 degrees with respect to the illumination surface formed by the light diffusion sheet that closes the opening of the frame frame.

Furthermore, it is preferable to provide a double-sided tape that bonds the both sides between the outer surface of the collar part of the frame and a light diffusion sheet disposed along the outer surface.

In the illumination cover of the present invention, the frame frame is formed with a flange portion that is inclined outward and a light diffusion sheet is stretched on the tip thereof to diffuse and irradiate the light, that is, the illumination surface. You can cover the back with the buttocks. For this reason, when arranging the lighting covers side by side, even if they are arranged close to the end of the buttock, a large space can be left behind, and joint adjustment materials, parting materials, etc. are located in the space. In this way, the illumination cover can be arranged so that the illumination surfaces are in close proximity even if there are joint adjusting materials, parting materials, etc. on the ceiling, and it is possible to form a full-scale integrated illumination with a very small illumination defect area and good appearance. Furthermore, since the light diffusion sheet is supported by the flange portion inclined outward, the strength against the tension of the light diffusion sheet can be increased, and the thickness of the frame frame can be reduced to reduce the weight. Since the light cover can be reduced in weight, installation work at the site is easy, and the strength of the mechanism for supporting the light cover may be small. Not only when a dedicated support mechanism is provided, but also a light source such as a fluorescent lamp It can also be set as the structure attached to the frame of the lighting fixture provided with.

Here, when the inner surface of the frame frame facing the opening is formed in a convex shape that smoothly connects from one end of the opening on the light source side to the front end of the flange, there is no corner that obstructs the progress of light. It is easier for light to reach the peripheral area of the diffusion sheet, and there is no corner shadow on the light diffusion sheet, and there is no area where the direction of the reflected light changes rapidly, so the light diffusion sheet is dark. It is also possible to suppress the generation of line-shaped shadows, and it is possible to obtain a good-looking illumination surface with little brightness unevenness.

Moreover, the area | region formed in the said collar part among the inner surfaces facing the opening of the said frame is 30-45 degree | times with respect to the illumination surface formed with the said light-diffusion sheet | seat which closes the opening of the said frame. With the inclined configuration, the light from the light source can reach the vicinity of the tip of the collar well, and the brightness of the illumination surface formed by the light diffusion sheet can be made extremely uniform.

Furthermore, when the outer surface of the collar portion of the frame frame is inclined at 50 to 70 degrees with respect to the illumination surface formed by the light diffusion sheet that closes the opening of the frame frame, the outer surface of the flange portion is aligned therewith. Even if the light diffusion sheet is swollen, it is difficult to see from below, and the outline of the illumination surface can be sharpened to improve the appearance.

Furthermore, if a double-sided tape is provided between the outer surface of the collar part of the frame frame and a light diffusion sheet disposed along the outer surface of the frame frame, even if the frame frame thermally expands or contracts, the light diffusion Sagging and wrinkles are less likely to occur on the sheet, and a good appearance can be maintained over a long period of time.

DESCRIPTION OF EXEMPLARY EMBODIMENTS Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the invention shown in the drawings will be described. FIG. 1 shows a lighting cover according to an embodiment of the present invention applied to ceiling surface illumination, (a) is a schematic perspective view of the lighting cover, and (b) is in the middle of removing one lighting cover. FIG. 2A is a schematic cross-sectional view showing the lighting cover shown in FIG. 1A and its vicinity, and FIG. 2B is a schematic cross-sectional view showing a state in which one lighting cover is being removed. 3 is a schematic cross-sectional view showing adjacent areas of two illumination covers, FIG. 4 is a schematic cross-sectional view showing an enlarged partial area of the illumination cover, and FIG. 5A is a schematic view taken along the line AA in FIG. Sectional drawing and FIG.5 (b) are schematic sectional drawings which show the same area | region as Fig.5 (a) in the state in the middle of removal of a lighting cover. 1 to 5, an illuminating device generally indicated by reference numeral 1 covers a luminaire 2 having a light source 3 such as a fluorescent lamp and the light source 3 in order to diffuse light from the light source 3. The lighting cover 4 and the like attached to the lighting fixture 2 are provided, and a plurality of lighting fixtures 2 are arranged close to each other and attached to a support member 5 arranged horizontally on the ceiling, so that illumination is performed on a wide surface. ing. 2 and 3 show the luminaires 2 and 2 arranged on the suspension bolts 7 fixed to the building frame with the joint adjusting material 8 supported so as to be parallel to the ceiling surface, and attached thereto. Illuminating covers 4 and 4 are shown.

The luminaire 2 includes a rectangular attachment portion 2a for attachment to the support member 5, and four frame portions 2b extending vertically downward from four side edges of the attachment portion 2a. The lighting cover 4 is attached by inserting the upper end region of the lighting cover 4 into the region surrounded by the lower end of the portion 2b. Adjacent lighting fixtures 2, 2 are arranged at an appropriate distance L so as not to interfere with the joint adjustment material 8 when the joint adjustment material 8 is placed between them.

The illumination cover 4 closes the opening 11 at a frame frame 12 having a large opening 11 for allowing light to pass through, and an end of the opening 11 of the frame frame 12 opposite to the light source 3 (hereinafter referred to as a tip). The light diffusing sheet 13 is provided so as to form an illumination surface for diffusing and irradiating light. The frame 12 has a square shape such as a square or a rectangle as a whole. The outer dimension (length of each side) of the frame 12 is not particularly limited, but it is economically advantageous that it is somewhat large. For example, the length of one side (in the case of a rectangle) The length of the long side) is preferably about 1 to 3 m. Each side of the frame 12 has the same cross-sectional shape. As can be seen from FIGS. 3 and 4, each side of the frame 12 has a hollow structure for weight reduction, includes a base portion 12A on the light source side, and on the side where the light diffusion sheet 13 is disposed. It is provided with a flange 12B that is formed in a bowl shape whose cross section narrows toward the tip and is inclined outward so that the tip protrudes to the outermost side of the frame frame.

The inner surface of the frame 12 facing the opening 11 is formed in a convex shape that smoothly connects from one end of the opening 11 on the light source side to the tip of the flange 12B, and has a shape that expands toward the tip. In the embodiment, a vertical surface 12a substantially perpendicular to the illumination surface formed by the light diffusion sheet 13, a convex circular arc surface 12b connected to the vertical surface 12a, and an inclined surface 12c extending to the tip of the flange portion 12B are provided. The outer surface of the flange portion 12B is an inclined surface 12d that is inclined inward from the tip of the flange portion 12B toward the base portion 12A, and the light diffusion sheet 13 is clamped on the outer surface side of the base portion 12A at the back. A clamp groove 12e is formed, and the light diffusion sheet 13 is pulled into the clamp groove 12e, and the light diffusion sheet 13 is fixed by fixing the pressing edge 15 to the frame frame 12 with screws 16 from above. With this configuration, the light diffusion sheet 13 is stretched so as to close the opening surrounded by the front end of the flange portion 12B of the frame frame 12, is folded back from the front end of the flange portion 12B along the outer inclined surface 12d, and the peripheral portion is clamp groove The light diffusion sheet 13 can be attached by guiding the lead 12e to the frame frame 12 and fixing the pressing edge 15 to the frame frame 12 with the screw 16 from above. At that time, the opening surrounded by the front end of the flange portion 12B of the frame frame 12 is closed. By applying an appropriate tension to the light diffusion sheet 13 in this portion, the light diffusion sheet 13 in this portion can be kept flat and a flat illumination surface with a very good appearance can be formed. In addition, since the light diffusion sheet 13 is stretched at the tip of the flange 12B having a narrow tip, almost the entire area of the stretched light diffusion sheet 13 can be used as an illumination surface. The almost entire surface can be used as an illumination surface.

The light diffusion sheet 13 may be fixed to the frame frame 12 only by tightening the pressing edge 15 to the frame frame 12 with the screw 16. However, in the present embodiment, the inclined surface 12d on the outer surface of the flange 12B and its A double-sided tape 18 is provided between the light diffusing sheet 13 arranged along the top and the two are bonded together. If this double-sided tape 18 is provided, it may serve as a cushion, or even if the frame frame 12 repeats thermal expansion and contraction, the light diffusion sheet 13 that does not easily stretch is less likely to sag and wrinkle, and for a long period of time. An illumination surface with a good appearance can be maintained.

In FIG. 4, the base portion 12A of the frame frame 12 is formed to have a moderately wide width W so as to ensure the strength required for the frame frame 12, and the upper surface is connected to the frame members constituting the frame frame. In addition, there is a portion having a substantially C-shaped cross section used for connection to other members, and a groove 20 having an opening with a narrow width is formed in the portion. The rectangular frame 12 is formed by arranging four straight frame members in a rectangular shape and connecting adjacent frame members that are orthogonal to each other. Arbitrary means may be used for connecting adjacent frame members orthogonal to each other. However, in this embodiment, a corner plate 21 having a planar shape L-shaped, a receiving bracket 22 inserted into the groove 20 and both are connected. A connecting screw 23 or the like is used.

3 and 4, the size of the rectangular frame 12 is determined so that the base portion 12A can be inserted into the area surrounded by the four frame portions 2b of the lighting fixture 2, and will be described later. By the mechanism 25, the collar part 12B is attached to a predetermined position where it extends downward from the frame part 2b as shown in the figure. In a state where the illumination cover 4 is attached at a predetermined position with respect to the frame portion 2b, the flange portion 12B of the frame frame 12 extends downward from the tip of the frame portion 2b and is inclined to the outside of the frame frame 12. The part 12B covers the lower part of the frame part 2b. Thus, the distance d between the lower ends of the lighting covers 4 and 4 (tips of the flanges 12B) attached to the lighting fixtures 2 and 2 arranged with a wide distance L is considerably larger than the distance L between the frame parts 2b and 2b. The width d of the illumination defect region generated between the tips of the flanges 12B and 12B can be made extremely small while securing a wide space necessary for arranging the joint adjusting material 8 and the like between the frame portions 2b and 2b. Here, the distance e at which the tip of the flange portion 12B of the frame 12 protrudes outside the outermost surface of the base portion 12A is determined in consideration of the allowable width d of the illumination defect region and the interval L to be secured in the back thereof. Specifically, the distance e is preferably selected to be about 10 to 60 mm, and more preferably about 15 to 30 mm. The width d of the illumination defect region is preferably selected from 0 to 30 mm, more preferably from 10 to 20 mm, and even more preferably from 15 to 17.

As described above, since the flange portion 12B of the frame 12 is inclined so that the tip protrudes outward, the illumination formed by the light diffusion sheet 13 on the inclined surface 12c formed inside the flange portion 12B. The inclination angle α with respect to the surface is reduced. If the angle α is too small, the amount of light to the peripheral area of the illumination surface formed by the light diffusing sheet 13 (near the tip of the flange 12B) decreases, and it becomes darker than the center. In order to suppress such brightness non-uniformity, it is preferable to select the inclination angle α to a certain level or more, specifically, to set it to 30 degrees or more. On the other hand, if the inclination angle α is to be increased, the height of the frame 12 must be increased, and the lighting cover becomes larger. In order to avoid this, it is preferable to suppress the inclination angle α to a certain degree or less, specifically, to 45 degrees or less, further 40 degrees or less, and further preferably 35 degrees or less. Therefore, it is preferable to select the inclination angle α within the range of 30 to 45 degrees, further within the range of 30 to 40 degrees, and further within the range of 30 to 35 degrees.

As described above, the inner surface of the frame 12 is formed by the vertical surface 12a, the circular arc surface 12b, and the inclined surface 12c, and has a convex shape that smoothly connects from one end of the opening 11 on the light source side to the tip of the flange 12B. Thus, by interposing the circular arc surface 12b between the vertical surface 12a and the inclined surface 12c, the vertical surface 12a and the inclined surface 12c are extended and directly crossed to form a corner portion. The position can be retracted, and therefore, light can easily reach the peripheral portion of the illumination surface formed by the light diffusion sheet 13, and further, since there is no corner portion, a shadow of the corner portion is reflected on the light diffusion sheet 13. In addition, since the entire inner surface is smoothly connected and has no corners, there is no region where the direction of the reflected light changes rapidly, and when there is a corner, the reflected light is reflected before and after the corner. It can be suppressed that the direction is suddenly switched to cause a dark line-shaped shadow on the light diffusion sheet 13. Thus, light can reach the end of the illumination surface formed by the light diffusing sheet 13, and the generation of dark line-shaped shadows can be suppressed, so that an illumination surface with good appearance can be obtained. Here, the radius R of the arcuate surface 12b is preferably increased from the viewpoint of satisfactorily exerting the above-described action. However, there is also a structural limitation of the frame 12, and specifically, the radius R is 20 to 50 mm. It is preferable to select within the range, further within the range of 25 to 45 mm, and further within the range of 30 to 40 mm. The surface of the frame frame 12, particularly the inner surface, is preferably white coated. As a result, the frame frame 12 is no longer seen through the light diffusion sheet 13, and the illumination surface of the illumination cover 4 can be made more uniform to improve the appearance.

As described above, when attaching the light diffusion sheet 13, since the light diffusion sheet 13 is folded back from the front end of the flange 12B along the inclined surface 12d of the outer surface, it is folded when the double-sided tape 18 is not used. Even if a bulge due to the rigidity of the light diffusing sheet 13 occurs in a later area, the bulge is hidden by the flange 12B and is not visible from below. For this reason, when the illumination cover is viewed from below, the periphery of the illumination cover 4 looks sharp and looks very good. Here, the inclination angle β of the inclined surface 12d with respect to the illumination surface is preferably small from the viewpoint of making the bulge of the light diffusing sheet 13 difficult to see from below, but is specifically 50 because of structural limitations. It is preferable to select within the range of -70 degrees, further within the range of 50-60 degrees, and further within the range of 50-53 degrees.

Further, the frame frame 12 having the above-described structure employs a structure in which the flange portion 12B supporting the light diffusion sheet 13 is inclined outward, so that the strength of the light diffusion sheet 13 against tension is increased. Furthermore, since the area behind the heel portion 12B is formed in an arc shape, the strength of the light diffusion sheet 13 against tension is also increased from this point. For this reason, the thickness of the frame 12 can be reduced to reduce the weight. Since the frame 12 is lightweight, it is easy to attach and remove the illumination cover 4, and the strength of the mechanism for attaching the illumination cover can be reduced, and the mechanism can be simplified.

The material of the frame frame 12 is arbitrary as long as it has the required strength, but it is preferable to use a metal (for example, aluminum) punching die material. For example, each side of the frame frame 12 is made of a punching die material, the end faces are cut at 45 degrees and butted together, and connected using a metal L-shaped corner plate 21 and assembled into a frame shape. Can be formed. With this configuration, the frame frame 12 can be manufactured and assembled with accurate dimensions without twisting, and a large frame frame 12 having a side of 2 m can be easily manufactured. Moreover, since it has high strength and rigidity, it can be used stably over a long period of time.

The light diffusing sheet 13 attached to the frame frame 12 is a light diffusing sheet capable of exhibiting appropriate translucency and concealment, and has appropriate flexibility and bending resistance so that it can be used on the frame frame 12. In particular, a laminated sheet made by sticking a heat-resistant translucent resin sheet to a translucent inorganic fiber cloth is also heat-resistant, non-flammable, and antifouling. Since it is excellent, it is preferable. In this type of laminated sheet, a glass fiber cloth is preferable as the inorganic fiber cloth, and a fluororesin, a silicon resin, and the like are conceivable as the heat-resistant and translucent resin sheet. preferable. The soft fluororesin is, for example, produced by copolymerizing a monomer containing at least one fluorine-containing monomer and a monomer having both a double bond and a peroxy bond in the molecule. Examples thereof include a soft fluororesin obtained by kraft polymerization of vinylidene fluoride on a backbone polymer comprising a fluorine-containing copolymer containing a group and having a glass transition temperature of room temperature or lower. Such a soft fluororesin is commercially available from Central Glass Co., Ltd. as “Cefal Soft” (trademark) (see “Plastics”, March 1988 issue).

Furthermore, when using what laminated | stacked the soft fluororesin on the glass fiber cloth as the light-diffusion sheet 13, it is preferable to make a hollow glass bead contain in the soft fluororesin. In particular, in soft fluororesin, 0.5 to 5 parts by weight of hollow glass beads per 100 parts by weight of resin, preferably 1.5 to 2.1, particularly 1.52 to 1.53, and an average particle size of 8 to When hollow glass beads of about 12 μm are contained, a laminated sheet having a good balance between shielding properties and translucency can be obtained. That is, when the ratio of the hollow glass beads is less than 0.5 parts by weight, the light diffusibility is lowered and the shielding property is lowered. On the other hand, when the ratio of the hollow glass beads is more than 5 parts by weight, the translucency is deteriorated and it is difficult to form a film. As described above, a laminated sheet in which a soft fluororesin including hollow glass beads is laminated on a glass fiber base fabric is excellent in flexibility, flex resistance, antifouling property, heat resistance, light diffusibility, and nonflammability, and translucency. A rate of 40% or more and a turbidity of 90% or more can be obtained, and when this is used as the light diffusion sheet 13, it is possible to form a lighting surface that shines softly uniformly with good concealment of the light source, and has excellent heat resistance and nonflammability. The advantage that it can be used stably for a period is obtained.

Next, the attaching / detaching mechanism 25 for attaching the lighting cover 4 to the frame 2b of the lighting fixture 2 will be described. The attachment / detachment mechanism 25 is arbitrary as long as the frame 12 of the illumination cover 4 can be attached to the frame 2b in a removable manner. In this embodiment, a mechanism using a spring is used. That is, the attaching / detaching mechanism 25 of this embodiment includes a spring holding member 27 attached to the frame frame 12 and a coil spring 28 attached to the spring holding member 27, as shown in FIGS. A coil spring 28 having straight portions 28a, 28a extending from both ends, and a locking member attached to the frame portion 2b and having a groove 29a that can be inserted in a state where the straight portions 28a, 28a of the coil spring 28 are narrowed. As shown in FIG. 5B, the straight portions 28a, 28a of the coil spring 28 are narrowed and inserted into the grooves 29a of the locking member 29, and the frame 12 is further lifted. Then, as shown in FIG. 5A, the straight portions 28a and 28a of the coil spring 28 are opened in a V shape by the spring force, and the straight portions 28a and 28a are hooked on the locking member 29. Bright cover 4 can be held in the frame portion 2b. Further, when the lighting cover 4 is removed, the lighting cover 4 is pulled down, so that the straight portions 28a and 28a of the coil spring 28 are narrowed while the groove 29a of the locking member 29 is narrowed as shown in FIG. It can be pulled out and then pulled out from the groove 29a by narrowing the straight portions 28a, 28a with a finger, and the illumination cover 4 can be removed. A plurality of attachment / detachment mechanisms 25 are attached to two opposite sides of the illumination cover 4.

In the illuminating device 1 having the above configuration, as shown in FIGS. 1A and 2A, a large number of illumination covers 4 are arranged close to each other, and light from the light source 3 is diffused by the illumination cover 4. When the sheet 13 is diffused, the entire surface of the illumination cover 4 is softly emitted, and a wide surface illumination is formed. Here, due to the structure of the ceiling portion, even when the interval L between the lighting fixtures 2 has to be increased to some extent, the interval between the illumination surfaces formed on the lower surface of each illumination cover 4 is reduced, For this reason, the illumination defect area | region is small and can provide the surface illumination with very good appearance.

In order to remove the illumination cover 4 in order to replace a fluorescent lamp or the like constituting the light source 3, the illumination cover 4 is simply pulled down as shown in FIGS. 1 (b) and 2 (b). The illumination cover 4 can be easily removed by narrowing the straight portions 28a, 28a of the coil spring 28 shown in FIG.

In the above embodiment, the lighting cover 4 is attached to the frame 2b of the lighting fixture 2, but the lighting cover 4 is not limited to being attached to the lighting fixture 2, and a dedicated support mechanism is provided to provide a ceiling support material. It is good also as a structure supported by 5. In the above embodiment, a case where a large number of lighting covers 4 are arranged vertically and horizontally to form wide surface lighting is described. However, the lighting cover of the present invention is not limited to this case, and a plurality of lighting covers 4 are simply provided. The present invention can also be applied to a case where they are arranged in one row, or in some cases, only one lighting cover is used. Even when one row or one illumination cover is used, the illumination surface of the illumination cover can be arranged very close to the surrounding wall surface and the like, and an illumination surface with a good appearance can be formed.

The preferred embodiment of the present invention has been described above, but the present invention is not limited to this embodiment, and it is needless to say that the present invention can be appropriately changed within the scope of the claims.
