Abstract

Claims (10)
- ガスタービン高温ガス通路構成要素(10)であって、
半径方向に空気を供給する少なくとも1つの空気混合孔(16)の円周方向列を有し、
前記空気混合孔の1以上が、その中に固定されたシンブル(22)を有し、
前記シンブルが、中央開口部を形成したほぼ円形の本体と、該構成要素内部で該シンブルの内側端部から少なくとも正反対の上流及び下流方向に延びるシールド(26、28)とを有する、
ガスタービン高温ガス通路構成要素。 - 前記シールド(26、28)が、前記ライナの内表面から半径方向に間隔を置いて配置される、請求項1記載のガスタービン高温ガス通路構成要素。
- 該構成要素が、前記シールドの前方及び後方部分の上方に位置した複数の冷却孔(38、40)を備える、請求項2記載のガスタービン高温ガス通路構成要素。
- 前記シールドが、正反対にかつ軸方向に延びるリップ(26、28)を含む、請求項3記載のガスタービン高温ガス通路構成要素。
- 前記空気混合孔(16)の各々が、前記シンブルを受入れることができるようにその直径が増大している、請求項1記載のガスタービン高温ガス通路構成要素。
- 前記複数の冷却孔(38、40)が、各リップの上方に位置した4以上の孔を含む、請求項4記載のガスタービン高温ガス通路構成要素。
- 前記少なくとも1つの空気混合孔(16)の円周方向列が、第1の列(18)を含む複数の列を含み、
前記シンブル(22)の1つが、前記第1の列の空気孔の各々内に設置される、
請求項1記載のガスタービン高温ガス通路構成要素。 - 前記リップ(26、28)の上方に位置した前記冷却孔(38、40)が、それぞれ前記中央開口部から測定して異なる半径に沿って位置する、請求項7記載のガスタービン高温ガス通路構成要素。
- タービン燃焼器構成要素における複数の燃焼空気供給孔(16)の上流及び下流縁部を冷却する方法であって、
a)前記複数の燃焼空気供給孔(16)の直径を拡大するステップと、
b)その各々が中央開口部を形成したほぼ円筒形の本体と前記構成要素内部でその内側端部から少なくとも正反対の上流及び下流方向に延びるシールド(26、28)とを有するシンブル(22)を、前記複数の燃焼供給孔内に挿入するステップと、を含む、
方法。 - 前記シールドが、1対の正反対にかつ軸方向に延びるリップ(26、28)を含み、
複数の冷却孔(38、40)が、前記リップの両方の上方に位置した状態で前記燃焼器構成要素内に設けられる、
