水と湯を混合する湯水混合部と、該湯水混合部における湯水の混合割合を調整して湯温調整を行うための湯温調整用レバーハンドルと、湯水混合部で混合された湯水を2つの異なる吐水部から吐水及び吐水停止をそれぞれ独立して行うための2つの回動弁と、該2つの回動弁をそれぞれ独立して回動操作するための2つの開閉用レバーハンドルとを備えた湯水混合水栓装置であって、
湯水混合部に水流入部と湯流入部とを設けると共に水と湯とを混合した湯水を流出させるための湯水流出部を設け、
湯温調整用レバーハンドルを湯水混合部の一側面側に回動自在に配設すると共に湯温調整用レバーハンドルに湯水混合部の前方に突出する操作部を設け、
筒体部の中間部に湯水混合部で混合された湯水を筒体部内に流入させるための流入孔を設けると共に筒体部の軸方向における一方の片側半部及び他方の片側半部にそれぞれ筒体部内から2つの異なる吐水部にそれぞれ連通する流出孔を設け、
筒体部内の軸方向の一方の片側半部に流入孔と常時連通し且つ回動により一方の流出孔に対して連通したり非連通となったりする回動弁を独立して回動自在に嵌め込むと共に、筒体部内の軸方向の他方の片側半部に流入孔と常時連通し且つ回動により他方の流出孔に対して連通したり非連通となったりする回動弁を独立して回動自在に嵌め込み、
