Abstract
【解決手段】サンゴの光合成活性評価装置1は、海水W及びサンゴCを内部に閉じ込める試験容器2の内部に、陽極5と陰極6とが突出する。陽極5と陰極6とは、電源3に接続される。陽極5は、海水Wが満たされた電極格納容器20内に格納される。また、電極格納容器20の陽極5が配置される側の海水Wと、試験容器2の内部においてサンゴCが配置される部分の海水Wとは、導電性を有する電極隔離体21で仕切られている。

Claims (6)
- 海水及びサンゴを内部に閉じ込める試験容器と、
前記試験容器内に突出する陰極と、
前記試験容器内に突出して、前記陰極との間で電流を流す陽極と、
導電性を有し、かつ前記試験容器の内部に配置され、前記試験容器の内部に前記サンゴが配置される部分の前記海水から、前記陽極と前記陰極とのうち少なくとも一方を隔離する電極隔離体と、
前記試験容器の内部に前記サンゴが配置される部分の前記海水に溶存する酸素の濃度を計測する酸素濃度計測手段と、
を含むことを特徴とするサンゴの光合成活性評価装置。 - 前記陽極と前記陰極とのうち少なくとも一方は、前記試験容器の内部に配置される電極格納容器の内部に配置され、かつ、前記電極隔離体は、前記電極格納容器に取り付けられて、前記電極格納容器の内部と前記試験容器の内部とを区画することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のサンゴの光合成活性評価装置。
- 海水及びサンゴを内部に閉じ込める試験容器と、
前記試験容器内に突出する陰極と、
前記試験容器内に突出して、前記陰極との間で電流を流す陽極と、
前記陽極を格納する電極格納容器と、
導電性を有し、かつ前記試験容器の内部の前記海水と前記陽極との間に配置されて前記陽極を前記海水から隔離する電極隔離体と、
前記試験容器の内部の前記海水に溶存する酸素の濃度を測定する酸素濃度計測手段と、
を含むことを特徴とするサンゴの光合成活性評価装置。 - 前記試験容器の内部の前記海水を循環させる海水循環手段を備えることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のサンゴの光合成活性評価装置。
- 前記海水循環手段は、
前記試験容器に接続されて、前記試験容器の内部の前記海水を、前記試験容器の外部へ取り出す取水通路と、
前記試験容器に接続されて、前記取水通路から取り出した前記海水を、前記試験容器の内部へ流入させる海水戻し通路と、
前記取水通路と前記海水戻し通路とが接続されて、前記取水通路から前記試験容器内の前記海水を吸引し、吸引した前記海水を前記海水戻し通路へ吐出するポンプと、
を含むことを特徴とする請求項4に記載のサンゴの光合成活性評価装置。 - 前記電極隔離体は、ゲル化剤と海水との混合物であることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載のサンゴの光合成活性評価装置。
