Description

The present invention relates to a decorative material for floors used in houses, stores, offices, gymnasiums and the like. More specifically, the present invention relates to a floor decorative material having excellent surface strength such as transparency, scratch resistance, caster resistance, three-dimensional coating thickness, impact resistance, dimensional stability, suitability for winding a decorative sheet, and dents. .

As a board-like flooring decorative material made of a wooden base material, a veneer is attached to plywood, a concave groove representing a plate seam is provided by a woodworking machine, paint is embedded in the concave groove, and a surface other than the concave groove is undercoated A method is known in which a paint is applied, a fine conduit hole recess is formed by an emboss roll from above, and a transparent paint is applied to the entire surface. However, since the veneer is made of natural wood, the color varies, or the veneer is composed of a wood-based base material and a synthetic resin paint, so that it is difficult to provide scratch resistance by a chair with casters, so-called caster resistance. In addition, there is a problem that once the dent is made, it is difficult to restore.

There is also known a floor decorative material in which a thermoplastic resin decorative sheet in which a thermoplastic resin, a pattern, and a transparent thermoplastic resin are provided in this order on a wooden base material is laminated. However, if the thermoplastic resin decorative sheet is too thick, it will be difficult to wind in a wave shape (rolled state), and sheet cutting will be difficult on the line during continuous lamination with a woody base material. Therefore, it is necessary to prepare a thermoplastic resin decorative sheet that has been cut to the same size as that of the wood base material in advance, and take a method such as laminating one by one in a single-wafer method, so that productivity does not increase. There was a problem.

As the thermoplastic resin, a polyester resin has been suitably used after the use of vinyl chloride resin has been avoided due to environmental problems. In particular, polybutylene terephthalate (hereinafter referred to as PBT) has come to be suitably used as a hard material, but both thermoplastic resin and transparent thermoplastic resin are PBT, or thermoplastic resin is PBT. If the resin is made of an acrylic resin, it becomes too hard and brittle, and even if it is sufficiently thin within the required thickness range, it is hard to be wound up as a decorative sheet. Further, when polycarbonate resin is used as a transparent resin layer, there is a problem that transparency and caster resistance are good, but solvent resistance is poor.

The present invention has been made to solve the above-mentioned problems, and the problem is that it is difficult to have a dent, is excellent in winding up a decorative sheet, is easy to adjust the color tone, and is scratch resistant. An object of the present invention is to provide a floor decorative material that is easy to manufacture and has excellent processability, such as a high level of castability, caster resistance, impact resistance, and solvent resistance.

The present invention solves this problem, that is, the invention according to claim 1 is a thermoplastic resin base material comprising a polyolefin resin as a main component, a pattern layer, a transparent thermoplastic resin layer, on a wood base material. In the floor decorative material in which the surface protective layer is provided at least in this order, the transparent thermoplastic resin layer is composed of a multilayer of at least a PBT resin layer and a polycarbonate resin layer.

According to the invention of the first aspect, the present invention provides roll-up suitability with a polyolefin resin layer, and caster resistance, impact resistance, scratch resistance with a transparent thermoplastic resin layer that is a multilayer of PBT resin and polycarbonate resin. It became possible to give such surface hardness. Further, by providing a PBT resin on the surface side of the multi-layer transparent resin layer and a polycarbonate resin layer on the polyolefin resin layer side, a floor decorative material having excellent solvent resistance on the surface of the decorative material while maintaining the transparency and hardness of the polycarbonate is obtained. I was able to get it. Solvent resistance on the surface of the decorative material is necessary at the time of maintenance, and is advantageous when applying a solvent-based resin when a surface protective layer is provided.

Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. Transparent heat having an adhesive layer 2 (as appropriate), a thermoplastic resin base material 3, a pattern layer 4, an adhesive layer 5 (as appropriate), a polycarbonate resin layer 7 and a PBT resin layer 8 on a wood base material 1. A plastic resin layer 6 and a surface protective layer 9 are provided.

As the woody base material 1 in the present invention, southern plywood, softwood plywood, particle board, medium density fiber board, and normal plywood stipulated in Japanese Agricultural Standard can be used. A wood resin base material made of an olefin resin to which wood powder is added can also be used. The thickness is preferably about 3 to 25 mm.

The adhesive layer 2 is appropriately provided in order to bond the wood base material 1 and the thermoplastic resin base material 3. As an adhesive used for the adhesive layer 2, it is possible to bond a constituent material used in the wood base material 1 and a resin mainly composed of an olefin thermoplastic resin used in a thermoplastic resin base material 3 described later. There is no particular limitation as long as it does, but there are known aqueous adhesives composed of two-component urethane-modified vinyl resins, one-component vinyl acetate resin emulsion-based adhesives, moisture-curable urethane resin-based hot melt adhesives, and the like. It can be used. A thermoplastic resin hot melt adhesive can also be used. The coating amount is preferably about 3 to 20 g / m 2 after drying from the viewpoint of adhesiveness.

The thermoplastic resin substrate 3 in the present invention has a polyolefin resin as a main ingredient, and the polyolefin resin to be used is a single layer having a polypropylene resin, a polyethylene resin or the like as a main ingredient and one or more kinds of resins as a main ingredient. Or what consists of a several layer is applicable. These resins may be appropriately colored by adding a colorant such as a pigment, or an inorganic filler, a lubricant, a thermoplastic elastomer, a compatibilizing agent, or the like may be added. The thickness of the thermoplastic resin base material 3 is various resistances of the surface when used as a flooring decorative material together with the transparent thermoplastic resin layer 6 described later, and the winding as a decorative sheet before being bonded to the wooden base material 1 Considering suitability, 20 to 100 μm is desirable. If it is 20 μm or less, heat wrinkles and the like are likely to occur during printing. On the other hand, when the thickness is 100 μm or more, if the soft layer is too thick under the hard upper base clear, it becomes easy to dent in impact resistance and caster resistance. The thickness may be appropriately selected in consideration of the thickness of the upper base.

The pattern layer 4 in the present invention is provided for imparting a desired pattern design by printing or the like. The adhesive layer 5 is provided as appropriate in order to bond the thermoplastic resin substrate 3 provided with the pattern layer 4 to the transparent thermoplastic resin layer 6 described later. The adhesive used for the adhesive layer 5 is not particularly limited as long as it can achieve the above-mentioned purpose, but a two-component urethane resin adhesive or the like can be used. The coating amount is preferably about 1 to 10 g / m 2 after drying.

As the transparent thermoplastic resin layer 6 in the present invention, a multilayer of coextruded resin sheets including a PBT resin layer 8 and a polycarbonate resin layer 7 is used. As the thickness, various resistances of the surface when it is used as a decorative material for flooring together with the thermoplastic resin base material 3, and the depth if the surface concave portion is provided, and before bonding to the woody base material 1 Considering the winding property as a decorative sheet, 20 to 100 μm is desirable. Moreover, you may use the sheet | seat which gave the recessed part (not shown), such as a conduit | pipe of a grain, on the surface previously. Further, the layer ratio of the PBT resin and the polycarbonate resin can be appropriately selected from various resistances and winding properties.

As the surface protective layer 9 in the present invention, a coating amount of an ultraviolet curable resin or a two-component urethane resin to which known ultraviolet absorbers, light stabilizers, glass beads considering scratch resistance and slipperiness are added, and the like is 6 ~15g / m 2 may be applied. In this case, it is desirable to adjust the surface hardness in consideration of the resilience of the impact resistance test and caster resistance test.

A colored polyethylene film (“RIVEST TPO” manufactured by Riken Technos Co., Ltd.) having a thickness of 70 μm is used as the thermoplastic resin substrate 3, and gravure ink (“Lamister” manufactured by Toyo Ink Manufacturing Co., Ltd.) is used as the pattern pattern layer 4 on one side. The wood grain pattern was printed with a gravure printing machine.

On the surface of the pattern layer 4, a two-component urethane resin adhesive of polyester polyol as an adhesive layer 5 and isophorone diisocyanate as a curing agent is applied so that the coating amount after drying is 10 g / m 2 , Further, as a transparent resin layer 6, a sheet obtained by coextruding a PBT resin having a thickness of 50 μm and a polycarbonate resin having a thickness of 50 μm is adhered to the polycarbonate resin side and the pattern layer 4 side so that the thermoplastic resin base material is laminated. 3 was dry laminated.

A recoat layer made of a two-component urethane resin is provided on the PBT resin layer side so that the thickness after drying becomes 1 g / m 2, and thereafter, 100 parts of urethane acrylate (“Ebecryl 4858” manufactured by Daicel Usbi Co., Ltd.) and penta 20 parts of erythritol tetraacrylate ("PETA-K" manufactured by Daicel Usubi Co., Ltd.), 0.5 part of benzophenone photoinitiator ("Ebecryl BZO" manufactured by Daicel Usubi Co., Ltd.), 0 parts of benzotriazole ultraviolet absorber 5 parts, an ultraviolet curable resin added with 0.5 parts of a hindered amine light stabilizer and 2 parts of glass beads was applied to a thickness of 5 μm and cured by ultraviolet irradiation with a metal halide lamp to form a surface protective layer 9. Provided and wound up by roll-to-roll. The winding could be performed without problems.

Lauan plywood having a thickness of 12 mm was used as the decorative board substrate 1, and a two-component aqueous emulsion adhesive (“Rikabond” manufactured by Chuo Rika Kogyo Co., Ltd.
