Description

The present invention relates to a security terminal device with a call function that is connected to an abnormality detection sensor (or a security sensor) and that makes a voice notification to each destination registered in advance when an abnormality signal is received from the abnormality detection sensor. .

As an abnormality notification system, for example, not only a communication system abnormality is detected and notified to a user, but also an abnormality is notified by voice to a plurality of terminal users such as a maintenance center via a communication network such as a telephone line. A system is known (see Patent Document 1).
A system similar to this, which is not described in the patent literature. For example, when an abnormal signal is detected from an abnormal detection sensor such as an intruder detection sensor, a fire sensor, or a gas leak sensor, the abnormal signal is transmitted to the terminal. A notification is received by voice guidance using a telephone line to a notification destination such as a monitoring center that is received by the device and registered in advance from the terminal device.
In the procedure, the call destinations are called in order according to a predetermined call destination order, and if the call is not answered within the set call time, the call is made again from the terminal device side. At that time, the terminal device is set to call the same report destination a plurality of times continuously. If there is no response, the terminal device calls for the set number of times.

By the way, the abnormal signal is highly urgent, so it is necessary to notify the reportee as quickly as possible, but in the conventional report system, the report is made in the order set in advance in the registered report destination. If the receiver is not picked up (not off-hooked) at the reporting destination, the reporting timing is delayed as the reporting priority goes down because the calling is performed a prescribed number of times.
In other words, in the conventional abnormality notification system, for example, even if the notification destination is switched to the answering machine mode, it cannot be detected that it is absent alone. There will be a problem that the subsequent abnormality report will be delayed.
JP 2006-135373 A

The present invention has been made to solve the above-mentioned problems of the conventional reporting system, and its purpose is to provide means for detecting that the reporting destination is absent, and when it is determined that the reporting destination is absent, It is to prevent delays in reporting by stopping reporting to the destination and switching to the next reporting destination.

The invention of claim 1 is a security terminal device with a call function that receives an abnormality detection signal from an abnormality detection sensor and transmits a notification by voice indicating an abnormality to a plurality of notification destinations, wherein the abnormality detection signal is set in advance A means for reporting according to the reporting order of the reported destination, a means for determining the absence or presence of a response from the reporting destination, and a absence of the reporting destination when it is determined that the reporting destination is absent, And means for notifying the next reporting destination in accordance with the reporting order.
The invention according to claim 2 is the security terminal device with a calling function according to claim 1, wherein when the report destination is determined to be absent, a report order changing means for turning the report destination to the end of the report order, and the absence determination It is characterized by having calling means for extending the first calling time to the reported destination and calling for the second and subsequent notifications.
According to a third aspect of the present invention, in the security terminal device with a calling function according to the first or second aspect, there is provided a means for terminating the notification process when the number of missed calls reaches a predetermined number.
According to a fourth aspect of the present invention, in the security terminal device with a calling function according to any one of the first to third aspects, the means for determining absence based on the response signal is detection of a PB signal in the response message, or a response message. It is a means for judging that it is absent when it detects either the detected signal sound or the received voice in the voice message.

According to the present invention, since the terminal device can detect the absence of a report destination, if it is determined that there is no report destination among a plurality of report destinations, the terminal device can immediately stop reporting and report to the next report destination. Therefore, it is possible to report without delay to a report destination that is not absent even if the report priority is lower.

Next, the abnormality notification system according to the embodiment of the present invention will be described.
In the abnormality notification system according to the present embodiment, the security terminal device that connects the abnormality detection sensor and the notification destination via a telephone line is provided with means for determining the absence of the notification destination, and the notification destination is determined to be absent when reporting abnormality information. In such a case, immediately stop the notification operation and turn the notification destination to the lowest priority regardless of the priority of the notification so that there is no delay in abnormal notifications to non-absent destinations. Is.

FIG. 1 is a block diagram schematically showing an abnormality notification system according to the present embodiment.
The abnormality notification system 1 includes a monitoring system 10, a telephone line (another communication network: which may be a wireless communication network, for example) 20, and a notification destination 30. When the monitoring system 10 receives an abnormality detection sensor 12 such as an intruder detection sensor, a fire sensor, or a gas leak sensor, and an abnormality signal from the abnormality detection sensor 12, the monitoring system 10 transmits the voice guidance via the telephone line 20 in a preset order. And a security terminal device 14 with a call function for reporting to a plurality of pre-registered reporting destinations.

When the security terminal device 14 is connected to the telephone line 20 and receives an abnormal signal, the security terminal device 14 reports voice guidance to the report destination 30.
The report destination 30 includes, for example, a security center 31 and other individual report destinations 32. For example, it is possible to promptly report to about five places by one telephone line, but the number of report destinations is not particularly limited.

FIG. 2 is a block diagram schematically showing the structure of the security terminal device 14.
The security terminal device 14 includes a CPU (Central Processing Unit) 140 that constitutes a computer that controls the entire security terminal device 14, a PB signal detection unit 141 that detects a PB signal (Push Button signal) from the report destination, and a report destination as well. A voice signal detection unit 142 that detects voice from the computer, a storage unit 143, a timer unit 144, a sensor interface unit 145, a communication control unit 146, a display unit 147, and an input unit 148.

Here, the PB signal detection unit 141 creates an answering machine answering message of the reporting destination using the PB signal at the beginning on the telephone side of the reporting destination 30 (note that a response message is selected based on the calling ID number). In a telephone that can be used, an answering machine response message is created using only the PB signal), and the answering machine response message is transmitted in response to a call from the security terminal device 14, and a PB signal detection unit 141 detects a PB signal from the response message. The PB signal detection unit 141 constitutes first absence detection means for detecting that the report destination 30 is absent by detecting this PB signal.

The voice signal detection unit 142 detects a “beep tone”, that is, a sine wave sound, which is an end part of a normal answering machine response message, and thereby detects that the report destination is absent. That is, the audio signal detection unit 142 constitutes a second absence detection unit.
Separately from this, the audio signal detection unit 142 has a function of detecting a human voice to detect absence. That is, when reporting the abnormality, the voice signal detection unit 142 unilaterally plays a predetermined voice guidance stored in the storage unit 143 instead of the conversation format with the report destination, so the report destination 30 (security center 31). The person who picks up the handset at the individual notification destination 32) usually cannot respond to this voice guidance. However, when the report destination 30 is not present, the answering machine responds and, for example, a voice message “I am currently away” is sent to the transmission side. Therefore, when the voice signal detection unit 142 receives a voice signal from the report destination during the guidance transmission or immediately after (within a predetermined time), the absence is detected thereby. That is, the audio signal detection unit 142 also constitutes a third absence detection unit.

When the communication control unit 146 receives an abnormality signal from the abnormality detection sensor 12, the communication control unit 146 sends a voice guidance to the report destination via the telephone line, and when the other party is called, the terminal device 14 in advance. If there is no response within the ring time set in, the function to determine that the report destination is absent is provided. That is, the communication control unit 146 constitutes a fourth absence detection unit.
As described above, the security terminal device 10 detects the absence of the report destination by using four patterns, and the computer determines that each is absent.

Note that the other configuration of the security terminal device 1, that is, the storage unit 143 that configures the computer together with the CPU 140 is a RAM (Random Access Memory), a program that stores temporary data, programs, and the like as a work area of the CPU 140. ROM (Read Only Memory) that stores the information, the destination information of the destination and its telephone number, the order of notification, the time of notification, the NV (Non Volatile) RAM that stores the guidance for notification to be read out at the time of notification, etc. The timer unit 144 has a function of measuring time for time management in the monitoring system and measuring response time from the other party.
The sensor interface unit 145 mediates communication between the abnormality detection sensor 12 and the security terminal device 14 because the security terminal device 14 controls activation of the abnormality detection sensor 12 or receives an abnormality detection signal. Further, the display unit 147 is formed of, for example, a liquid crystal display (LCD), and confirms input items, disposes the abnormality detection sensor 12, displays an abnormality, and the like. The input unit 148 inputs report destination information and sets various settings. Command and data input.

Next, the abnormality notification operation of the terminal device 14 of the abnormality notification system described above will be described with reference to the flowchart shown in FIG.
When the abnormality notification detection system is started and abnormality information is received from each abnormality detection sensor (S101, YES), notification destination information is acquired from the storage unit 143 in descending order of notification priority (S102), and then notification destination determination processing is performed. That is, a process for determining a report destination in descending order of report priority is performed (S103). First, notification is made to the first notification destination in order of priority, but since the number of notifications is set in advance, it is determined here whether or not the number of notifications exceeds the set number. If it is the first notification, it is naturally within the set number of times (S104, NO), and further, a notification is sent from the terminal device to the notification destination at the call time set as the first notification (S105, YES) (S106).

At that time, when the report destination does not match the above absence determination pattern, that is, when it is determined that the absence is not detected by any of the first to fourth absence detection means (S108, NO), For example, a report completion process such as setting a flag indicating that the report has been made is performed at the report destination (S109), and the report destination is excluded from the report target (S110).
In step S108, when the absence is detected by any of the first to fourth absence detecting means and determined to be absent (S108, YES), the report priority of the report destination is set to the lowest (S111). Then, the reporting number counter configured by software is incremented by 1 (S112).
When there is an absence report destination (S113, NO), the process from step 102 is repeated again after the report is completed.

(S110)。   If there is a report destination determined to be absent as described above, the above process is repeated, and if the number of reports exceeds the set number of reports in step S104 (S104, YES), the report destination is directly selected from the current report target. A removal process is performed (S110).

In other words, after making a report to a non-absent destination, the specified number of notifications is made to the destination that has been determined to be absent, and the call time for the notification is gradually increased as the number of notifications increases. (Of course, it may be a fixed length longer than the first time), and a notification is made a predetermined number of times, and when the absence is detected each time, the problem of continuing the call is eliminated by removing it from the current call target.
If no abnormality signal is detected from each abnormality detection sensor 12 at step S101 (S101, NO), the process is immediately terminated.

In the present embodiment, in order to execute the above processing, means for reporting the abnormality detection signal in accordance with a preset report order of the report destination, presence / absence of a report destination response or absence of a report destination based on a response signal Means for determining, means for controlling to stop reporting to the reporting destination and reporting to the next reporting destination according to the reporting order when it is determined that the reporting destination is absent, and turning the reporting destination to the end of the reporting order Report order change means, call means for extending the call time of the report destination determined to be absent and calling for the second and subsequent reports, and notification processing when the number of absence reports reaches a predetermined number When the PB signal in the response message, the signal sound in the response message, or the voice received in the voice message is detected, or at a predetermined time for the call When it is detected that no response has means for determining a report destination absent. Each of the above means can be executed as a function of the computer by a program.
