Abstract
【解決手段】公知の方法で不必要な毛を取り除いた後、発色団、光増感剤、超音波感応剤、及び化学的手段によって活性化された化合物からなる10ミクロン以上50ミクロン以下のサイズをもつ非球状の微粒子を毛包に導入し、電磁気照射、超音波照射等により化合物を活性化して、毛の成長に寄与している細胞を変化させ及び/又は殺すための永久/半永久的脱毛用組成物。

Description
また、本発明の目的は主として毛包から脱毛後の毛包をターゲットとする局所的組成物を提供しそして毛包中に選択的に化合物や薬剤を導入できる組成物を提供することである。
本発明のさらに別の目的は皮脂腺に影響を与えずに、もっぱら毛包をターゲットとして粒子を導入できる方法を提供することである。
本発明のさらに別の目的は毛包の全ての直径及び形状に対して異なったサイズ及び/又は形状の微細粒子を含む局所的な組成物を提供することである。
1.脱毛が望ましい目的の皮膚領域から公知の方法で不必要な毛を取り除く。
2.1−70ミクロン、好ましくは10−50ミクロンの範囲のサイズをもつ微細粒子を含み、そして活性な化合物/薬剤を含む化粧品として及び/又は薬剤として受け入れ可能な組成物を目的の皮膚領域に局所的に塗布する。
3.それから過剰の組成物を皮膚から取り除き、毛包に侵入した微細粒子のみを残す。
4.所望により付加的な工程において、超音波を処理領域に当てる。超音波は発色団又は微細粒子を毛包中にさらに押し込む。この工程はその化合物又は薬剤が微細粒子から出た後で毛包中に押し込まれる限り、工程5の後で行うこともできる。
5.微細粒子中の化合物又は薬剤を毛包中に押し出す。
6.電磁気照射、超音波照射、化学的又は熱的方法、又は他の公知の方法によって化合物を活性化し、毛の成長に寄与している細胞を変化させ及び/又は殺す。
2.化合物又は薬剤を含むナノ粒子からなる10−50ミクロンの範囲のサイズをもつ微細粒子を含み、化粧品として及び/又は薬剤として受け入れ可能な組成物を目的の皮膚領域に局所的に塗布する。
3.それから過剰の組成物を皮膚から取り除き、毛包に侵入した微細粒子のみを残す。
4.公知の方法で微細粒子からナノ粒子を開放し、それからナノ粒子が毛包中に沈積し深く侵入する時間を与える。
5.ナノ粒子内の化合物又は薬剤を毛包中に開放する。
6.電磁気照射、超音波照射、化学的又は熱的方法、又は他の公知の方法によって化合物を活性化し、毛の成長に寄与している細胞を変化させ及び/又は殺す。

- 微細粒子からなり、該微細粒子のサイズが該微細粒子の最大寸法で測定したときに10ミクロン以上で50ミクロン以下であり且つ毛包を破壊するように活性化しうるものであることを特徴とする永久/半永久的脱毛用組成物。
- 該微細粒子が球状でなく且つ他の皮膚領域に侵入することなしに全てのサイズ及び形状の毛包に入り込むことのできる請求項1記載の組成物。
- 該微細粒子が発色団、光増感剤、超音波感応剤、及び化学的手段によって活性化された化合物からなる群から選択される化合物からなる請求項1記載の組成物。
- 該化合物がメチレンブルーである請求項3記載の組成物。
- 該微細粒子が可撓性をもつ請求項1記載の組成物。
- 該微細粒子が気孔状である請求項1記載の組成物。
- 最大寸法で測定したときに10ミクロン以上で50ミクロン以下である非球状の微粒子からなり、該微細粒子が発色団、光増感剤、超音波感応剤、及び化学的手段によって活性化された化合物からなる群から選択される化合物からなるナノ粒子を含むことを特徴とする永久/半永久的脱毛用組成物。
