Abstract
Description
The present invention provides a technique that enables direct printing on a mirror by a UV inkjet printing method that has been difficult in practical use.
As a direct printing method to a mirror, there is a general screen printing method, but since it is poor in color gradation and reproduction of a photographic image, the printing method is limited in quality and low in versatility.
In addition, UV ink jet printing is also used, but ultraviolet light irradiated to cure the ink is scattered and reflected by the mirror surface, and the reflected light cures the UV ink inside and outside the ink head nozzle of the UV ink jet printer. Therefore, there is a problem that causes clogging of the nozzle, so that the UV ink jet printing method is not adopted.
When direct printing is performed on a mirror by UV inkjet printing, the ultraviolet light irradiated to cure the ink is reflected by the vapor deposition layer 1 of the mirror and scattered and reflected by the
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION An object of the present invention is to provide a method that enables direct printing by UV ink jet printing with good color gradation and photographic image reproduction.

Direct printing method using titanium oxide, zinc oxide, cerium oxide, benzophenone series, benzotriazole series, octyl series, cinnamic acids, paraaminobenzoic acid series, salicylic acid derivatives as ultraviolet absorbers.

Further, the ultraviolet
Further, any ultraviolet absorber may be used as long as it can absorb the above-mentioned wavelength region. Examples thereof include acid-based and salicylic acid derivatives. As long as the effects can be obtained for these uses, they may be used alone, but a mixture of a plurality of them can be used.

In the benzotriazole system, 2- (2′-hydroxy-5′-t-butylphenyl) benzotriazole, 2- (2′-hydroxy-5′-methylphenyl) benzotriazole, 2- (2′-hydroxy-5) '-T-octylphenyl) benzotriazole, 2- (3'-t-butyl-2'-hydroxy-5'-methylphenyl) -5-chlorobenzotriazole, 2- (3', 5'-di-t -Amyl-2-hydroxyphenyl) benzotriazole, 2- (3 ', 5'-di-t-butyl-2'-hydroxyphenyl) -5-chlorobenzotriazole, 2- (2'-hydroxy-5'- Methylphenyl) benzotriazole, 2- (2′-hydroxy-5′-methylphenyl) benzotriazole, 2,2′-methylenebis [6- (2H-benzotriazole 2yl) ) -4- (1,1,3,3-tetramethylbutyl) phenol], α- [3- [3- (2H-benzotriazole 2yl) -5- (1,1-dimethylene) -4-hydroxyphenyl ] -1-Oxopropyl] -ω-hydroxypoly (oxo-1,2-ethanediyl), 4-t-butyl-4-methoxy-benzoylmethane, and the like.
As a result of various studies on the formation of the ultraviolet
