前記送受信部により受信された反射波をもとに、前記監視エリアにおける移動物体の有無及び位置を検出する検出手段と、
前記検出手段による移動物体の有無及び位置の検出結果に基づいて前記カメラ駆動部により前記監視カメラの撮像方向及び倍率を変化させることにより、前記監視カメラの視野が前記移動物体を含むように制御する視野制御手段と、
前記視野が前記移動物体を含むように制御された状態で前記監視カメラにより撮像された映像信号と、前記検出手段による前記移動物体の有無及び位置の検出結果とを監視に使用する情報として出力する送出手段と
