パンチボディ、リング状のスプリングリテナー、スプリング、ヘッド、ガイドとによって構成したパンチング金型において、スプリングリテナーの外側円周面に内溝を設け、また、ガイドの鍔部の内側円周面に外溝を設けるとともに、ガイドの鍔部の外側円周面に押しピンを取り付け、楕円形のバネの長手方向の一部分を、押しピンを取り付けたガイドの鍔部の外溝に嵌め込むとともに、楕円形のバネの長手方向の他部分を、押しピンを取り付けた反対側のガイドの鍔部の外溝に嵌め込み、かつ、楕円形のバネの短手方向の一部分と他部分を、スプリングリテナーの内溝に嵌め込み、スプリングリテナーをガイド内に挿着するについては、ガイドの鍔部に取り付けた押しピンを押圧して、楕円形のバネを円形に変形させることによって、楕円形のバネの短長手方向の一部分と他部分を、ガイドの鍔部の外溝に嵌め込み、バネの短手方向の一部分と他部分をスプリングリテナーの内溝に掛からない状態にして、スプリングリテナーをガイド内に挿入した後、押しピンの押圧を解除して、円形に変形させたバネを楕円形に復元させることによって、バネの短手方向の一部分と他部分をスプリングリテナーの内溝に嵌め込んで、スプリングリテナーをガイド内に保持し、さらに、スプリングリテナーをガイド内より取り外すには、ガイドの鍔部に取り付けた押しピンを押圧して、楕円形のバネを円形に変形させることによって、楕円形のバネの短長手方向の一部分と他部分を、ガイドの鍔部の外溝に嵌め込み、バネの短手方向の一部分と他部分をスプリングリテナーの内溝に掛からないようにして、スプリングリテナーをガイド内より取り外し、以後、押しピンの押圧の解除と押しピンの押圧を繰り返して、スプリングリテナーとガイドとの着脱を行うことを特徴とするパンチング金型の着脱機構。 In a punching die composed of a punch body, ring-shaped spring retainer, spring, head, and guide, an inner groove is formed on the outer circumferential surface of the spring retainer, and an outer groove is formed on the inner circumferential surface of the flange portion of the guide.
