Abstract
【解決手段】排気ガス浄化装置の排気ガス流れ方向の上流側における排気通路1の周壁の上方位置に、尿素水を噴射する噴射ノズル3を設ける。この噴射ノズル3の排気ガス流れ方向の直下流側に、上流側および下流側分散板4,5を一体的に組み付けて設ける。各分散板4,5の板面40,50に、略円錐形状の複数の衝突部41,51と、略真円形状の複数の連通部42,52とを設ける。各分散板4,5の各衝突部41,51および各連通部42,52を、排気通路1の軸線を通る鉛直線方向および水平線方向に所定間隔おきに交互に配列する。上流側分散板4の各連通部42の下流側に、下流側分散板5の各衝突部51をそれぞれ位置付けておく。

Claims (7)
- エンジンの排気通路に配置された排気ガス浄化装置の上流側において上記排気通路内に噴射された添加剤を分散する添加剤分散板の構造であって、
上記添加剤分散板は、
上記排気通路内に噴射される添加剤を衝突させる複数の衝突部と、
上記排気通路内を流れる排気ガスを上記添加剤分散板の流れ方向上流側から下流側に連通させる複数の連通部と
を備え、
上記各衝突部は、排気ガスの流れ方向上流側へ突出しているとともに、排気ガスの流れ方向上流側から下流側に行くに従い断面が拡大していることを特徴とする排気通路の添加剤分散板構造。 - 請求項1に記載の排気通路の添加剤分散板構造において、
上記添加剤分散板は、排気ガスの流れ方向に複数並べて配置され、そのうちの排気ガスの流れ方向下流側の添加剤分散板の各衝突部が排気ガスの流れ方向上流側の添加剤分散板の各連通部の下流側に位置するように組み合わされていることを特徴とする排気通路の添加剤分散板構造。 - 請求項1または請求項2に記載の排気通路の添加剤分散板構造において、
上記添加剤分散板は、上記各衝突部の基端から上記排気通路の半径方向へ延びて添加剤を上記各連通部に案内する案内部を備えていることを特徴とする排気通路の添加剤分散板構造。 - 請求項3に記載の排気通路の添加剤分散板構造において、
上記排気ガスの流れ方向上流側の添加剤分散板は、上記案内部の連通部側端から排気ガスの流れ方向下流側へ延びる案内片を備えている一方、
上記排気ガスの流れ方向下流側の添加剤分散板は、上記案内部の連通部側端から排気ガスの流れ方向上流側へ延びる案内片を備えていることを特徴とする排気通路の添加剤分散板構造。 - 請求項1〜請求項4のいずれか1つに記載の排気通路の添加剤分散板構造において、
上記各衝突部は、その断面がテーパ状に形成され、上記排気通路内に噴射される添加剤の噴射方向に対しほぼ直交していることを特徴とする排気通路の添加剤分散板構造。 - 請求項1〜請求項5のいずれか1つに記載の排気通路の添加剤分散板構造において、
上記添加剤を噴射する噴射口は、上記排気通路の周壁部に設けられていることを特徴とする排気通路の添加剤分散板構造。 - 請求項1〜請求項6のいずれか1つに記載の排気通路の添加剤分散板構造において、
上記添加剤を噴射する噴射口は、上記排気通路の周壁部の側方位置に設けられていることを特徴とする排気通路の添加剤分散板構造。
