Description

The present invention relates to a mounting base member that is fitted in an opening of a game board, forms an opening having an inner peripheral wall, and forms a flange on the outer periphery of the opening so as to abut against the front surface of the game board. The present invention relates to a gaming machine including a decoration member that decorates a front side of the game board by being attached to a base member.

Conventionally, in a pachinko machine representing this type of gaming machine, an opening is provided in the gaming board, and a variable display device having a display unit for displaying a variable display game is provided on the back side of the opening. A decorative member for decorating the front surface of the game board is attached to an attachment base that is arranged and fitted into the opening of the game board.

In recent years, the variable display device tends to be enlarged, and the attachment base is also enlarged accordingly. However, when the attachment base is enlarged, the mold is also enlarged accordingly, so that the manufacturing cost is increased. Further, when the mounting base is enlarged, the strength of the mounting base itself becomes weak, and if a load such as twisting is applied during the mounting operation, there is a risk of breakage or deformation.

。   In order to avoid such a situation, the mounting base is divided into a plurality of divided bases, and the connecting ends of the adjacent divided base portions are made complementary (if one is concave, the other is convex), A configuration in which the shape is configured to correspond only to the connection ends of adjacent divided base portions has been proposed (see Patent Document 1).

However, as described in Patent Document 1 described above, when the mounting base is divided into a plurality of divided bases, it takes time to connect the divided bases to each other, and the shapes of the connection ends are adjacent to each other. Even if it is a complementary shape corresponding to only the connection ends of the divided base portion, it is necessary to check the shape of the connection end one by one, and there is a possibility that the working efficiency at the time of attachment to the game board is lowered. Moreover, since the connection part between division | segmentation base parts is visible from the surface, there existed a problem of impairing aesthetics.

The present invention has been made paying attention to the above-described problems of the prior art, and the closure member as a decorative member can be easily and reliably closed so as to close the notch formed in the flange portion of the mounting base member. It is an object of the present invention to provide a gaming machine capable of enhancing the rigidity of the mounting base, improving workability with respect to mounting, and enhancing the decorative effect.

The present invention operates as follows.
According to the gaming machine (1) described in [1] above, the mounting base member (200) is fitted into the opening (10a) of the gaming board (10), so that the opening ( 210) overlap along the opening (10a) of the game board (10). The inside of the opening (10a) of the game board (10) is covered with the inner peripheral wall (201) of the opening (210) of the mounting base member (200) in the depth direction, and the opening (10a) of the game board (10) is covered. ), The flange portion (220) on the outer periphery of the opening (210) of the mounting base member (200) contacts the front surface of the game board (10).

Thus, the opening (10a) of the game board (10) is surrounded by the mounting base member (200) over the entire inner periphery thereof, and the opening (210) of the mounting base member (200) is enclosed in the opening (210). A relatively large game board component, for example, a variable display device (310) can be provided. And since the decoration member which decorates the front side of the game board (10) is attached to the attachment base member (200), the variable display device (310) disposed in the opening (210) of the attachment base member (200). ) Etc. are enhanced.

A notch part (221) is formed in the flange part (220) of the mounting base member (200) from the front end edge toward the base end side, and the decorative member is one of the notch parts (221). And a blocking member (230) for closing. Therefore, in the mounting base member (200), the closing member (230) which is one of the decorative members is combined so as to close the notch (221) in the flange portion (220).

In the flange portion (220), the engaged portion (222) that the engagement portion (232) of the closing member (230) is fitted to be engageable from the rear direction is provided on the back surface side of the inner edge on both sides of the notch portion (221). A contacted portion (226) is formed on one end side of the cutout portion (221), and the back surface on the same end side of the closing portion (231) of the closing member (230) contacts from the front direction. While the engaging portion (232) of the closing member (230) is engaged with the engaged portion (222) of the flange portion (220), the back surface on one end side of the closing portion (231) of the closing member (230) is flanged. By abutting against the abutted portion (226) of the portion (220), the front side of the closing member (230) is restricted from being displaced forward by the engaged portion (222), and the closing member (230) The rear surface side is restricted from being displaced backward by the contacted portion (226).

Thus, since the closing member (230) is positioned at an appropriate position with respect to the flange portion (220) of the mounting base member (200), the closing member (230) is attached to the mounting base member (200). Work efficiency can be improved. After positioning, by attaching the attachment portion (233) of the closing member (230) to the back surface side of the flange portion (220) via the fastening member (240), the closing member (230) is fixed to the flange portion (230). 220) can be fixed in a closed state.

In addition to the positioning structure, the closure member (230) is separately fixed via the fastening member (240), so that the closure member (230) is securely fixed to the flange portion (220). . As a result, even if a load such as twisting is applied to the flange portion (220) of the mounting base member (200), the closing member (230) reinforces the force applied to the flange portion (220) to be dispersed. Thus, the rigidity can be enhanced as compared with the conventional integrated mounting base member (200).

According to the gaming machine (1) described in [2] above, the fixing hole (224) that matches the fixing hole (234) of the mounting portion (233) is formed on the back surface side of the flange portion (220). A certain mounting boss (223) is projected, and the mounting portion (233) of the closing member (230) is fixed to the mounting boss (223) by the fastening member (240). Here, the attachment portion (233) has a shape that is fitted around the attachment boss (223), covers one peripheral end side (for example, the upper end side) in the outer peripheral direction of the attachment boss (223), and the other peripheral end. Since the side (for example, the lower end side) has a shape that opens without being covered, the closing member (230) is restricted from being displaced in the other direction (for example, the lower side) with respect to the flange portion (220). Can be positioned at a more appropriate position with respect to the flange portion (220).

Further, as described above, the front side of the closing member (230) is regulated to be displaced forward by the engaged portion (222), and the back side of the closing member (230) is restricted by the contacted portion (226). Since displacement in the rearward direction is restricted, when the closing member (230) is disposed, first, one end side (for example, the lower end side) of the closing member (230) protrudes forward from the notch portion (221). Then, the other end side (for example, the upper end side) where the engaging portion (232) of the closing member (230) is located protrudes backward from the notch portion (221), and gradually ends of the notch portion (221). It is necessary to arrange so as to shift to the side (for example, the lower end side). Here, since the other direction (for example, the lower end side) in the outer peripheral direction of the mounting boss (223) is not covered by the mounting portion (233), positioning can be performed without being caught by the mounting boss (223).

According to the gaming machine (1) described in [3] above, the decorative member includes the front member (250, 260) in addition to the closing member (230), and the front side of the flange portion (220). Since the front member (250, 260) is attached and the closing member (230) is attached to the back surface side of the flange portion (220), the flange portion (220) of the attachment base member (200) is fixed from the front surface side and the back surface side. Thus, the rigidity of the mounting base member (200) can be further enhanced.

Further, after the mounting base member (200) to which the closing member (230) is fixed is attached to the game board (10), the front side member is connected to the connecting portion (237) in the extended portion (236) of the closing member (230). By fitting the connected parts (251, 261) of (250, 260), the extended part (236) of the closing member (230) and the front member (250, 260) can be connected together. . Thereby, a front side member (250,260) can be easily assembled | attached with respect to the flange part (220) of an attachment base member (200).

According to the gaming machine (1) described in the above [4], the front side members (250, 260) are attached to the front surface side of the flange portion (220) on both sides thereof with the closing member (230) in between. The game balls flowing down from above are distributed to either the left or right direction. Here, projecting portions projecting outward are provided on both side edges of the extending portion (236) of the closing member (230) to form the connecting portion (237), and at the end portions of the front side members (250, 260). Each of the protrusions is provided with a recess that fits into the protruding portion, thereby forming the connected portion (251, 261).

Then, the recesses at the ends of the front side members (250, 260) are fitted to the protrusions on both sides of the extended portion (236) of the closure member (230), thereby interposing the closure member (230) between them. Thus, the front side members (250, 260) on both sides are integrally connected, and a series of game ball distribution paths are formed by the extending portion (236) and the front side members (250, 260). Here, since the front side members (250, 260) are divided and formed with the closing member (230) in between, the molding process is easier than that of the integral type, and damage and deformation at the time of assembling are prevented. be able to.

According to the gaming machine (1) described in [5], the surface of the front member (250, 260) is covered with a metal thin film, and the closing member (230) is formed of a material having a hardness lower than that of the metal. In this way, the blocking member (230) is made of a material having a lower hardness than the surface of the front member (250, 260), so that the impact when the game ball collides with the front member (250, 260) is reduced. 230).

Further, when both the front side members (250, 260) and the closing member (230) are plated, for example, they are of high hardness, so that it is difficult to assemble and the plating is easy to peel off, but the closing member (230) Is made of a material with low hardness, so that the assembly becomes easy and the plating can be prevented from peeling off. Furthermore, when the front member (250, 260) is divided and formed as described in [4] above, the strength against cracking due to thermal deformation that occurs in the processing step of film formation is also increased.

According to the gaming machine (1) described in [6], the closing member (230) can be engaged with the positioning portion (225) on the back side of the flange portion (220) (235). ) In addition to the mounting portion (233), the rigidity of the flange portion (220) can be strengthened, and the fixing member (240) is fixed when the closing member (230) is assembled. The temporary fixing effect at the time is also increased, and the assembly work efficiency can be improved.

According to the gaming machine (1) described in [7] above, the closing member (230) is formed of a translucent material and overlaps the closing member (230) on the back surface side of the flange portion (220). The light emitting means (290, 291) is disposed on the surface. Thereby, while being able to strengthen the rigidity of a flange part (220), the obstruction | occlusion member (230) can be light-emitted and the decoration effect can be improved further.

According to the gaming machine of the present invention, the decorativeness is improved by attaching the closing member as the decorative member so as to close the notch in the flange portion of the mounting base member, and the engaging portion of the closing member is assembled at the time of assembly. Is engaged with the engaged portion of the flange portion, and the back surface on one end side of the closing portion of the closing member is brought into contact with the contacted portion of the flange portion, so that the closing member is properly positioned and the assembly work efficiency Can be improved.

In addition, since the closing member is fixed through the fastening member, even if a load such as twisting is applied to the mounting base member, the closing member is reinforced so that the force applied to the mounting base member is dispersed. As a result, the rigidity can be enhanced as compared with the conventional integrated mounting base member.

Furthermore, the decorative member includes a front member in addition to the closing member, and the front member is attached to the front surface side of the flange portion, and the closing member is attached to the rear surface side of the flange portion. The rigidity of the mounting base member can be further enhanced. Moreover, by fitting the connected portion of the front member to the connecting portion in the extending portion of the closing member, the extending portion of the closing member and the front member can be easily assembled so as to be integrally connected.

As shown in FIG. 1, a guide rail 12 for guiding a game ball launched from below to the upper part of the game area 11 is provided on the front surface of the game board 10. Compatible with game nails and windmills (not shown) for changing the path of the ball, various winning holes 21 to 26, normal symbol operating gate 27, special symbol display device 301 for special symbol display, special symbol display The variable display device 310 that executes the variable display (variable display game), the normal symbol display device 320 that performs normal symbol display, and the like are provided.

As shown in FIGS. 1 and 3, the variable display device 310 is configured by mounting a housing 312 that borders the display area on the display unit 311, and the variable display device 310 has an opening of the mounting base member 200. Arranged inside the portion 210. The housing 312 is a movable type that performs an effect operation in conjunction with the variable display of the variable display device 310 in addition to various decorative members that decorate the periphery of the display area together with the closing member 230 and the front side members 250 and 260 attached to the attachment base member 200. Directing devices 313, 314, etc. are provided. The rendering devices 313 and 314 may be designed with a sense of unity along a certain theme together with the decoration device.

The various winning holes 21 to 26 on the game area 11 include a starting winning hole 21, an upper sleeve winning opening 22, a lower sleeve winning opening 23, a right dropping winning opening 24, a left dropping winning opening 25, a large winning opening 26, and the like. is there. When a game ball wins various winning holes 21 to 26, it is detected by a switch attached to each of them. As shown in FIG. 11, the start winning port switch 121, the upper sleeve winning port switch 122, the lower sleeve winning port switch 123, the right dropping winning port switch 124, and the left falling winning port switch 125 are respectively displayed as the switches. It is installed inside or on the route. A count switch 126 is installed inside the big prize opening 26. A normal symbol operation gate switch 127 is installed inside the normal symbol operation gate 27.

Each of the switches 121 to 127 may be configured by various sensors such as an optical sensor, a proximity sensor, or a magnetic sensor. When a game ball is detected by each of the switches 121 to 126, a predetermined number of prize balls assigned to the winning ports 21 to 26 are paid out each time it is detected. However, the normal symbol operating gate 27 is a passing gate, and even if a game ball passes, no prize ball is paid out. In the lowermost part of the game area 11, an out port 28 is provided for discharging game balls that have fallen without winning any of the winning ports 21 to 26 to the outside.

Next, main components on the game board 10 will be described in more detail.
The start winning opening 21 is generally called a start chucker, and a pair of movable pieces are swingably provided at both left and right ends of the start winning opening 21. Each movable piece is expanded and contracted by an ordinary electric accessory solenoid 135 (see FIG. 11). The start winning opening 21 is configured as a normal electric accessory that operates in a contracted state in which a game ball is difficult to win and an expanded state in which it is easy to win a prize by expanding and contracting each movable piece.

Each movable piece of the start winning opening 21 operates based on the display result of the normal symbol display in the normal symbol display device 320. When the result of the normal symbol display corresponds to “winning”, each movable piece of the start winning opening 21 operates until a predetermined time elapses or a predetermined number of game balls are won from the normal contracted state to the expanded state. In the normal symbol display device 320, the normal symbol display is executed based on the detection of the game ball by the normal symbol operation gate switch 127. If a game ball is detected by the normal symbol operation gate switch 127 while the normal symbol display is being executed, the execution of the normal symbol display is temporarily suspended and sequentially executed after the current normal symbol display is completed. The

It is set as a “starting condition” for the variable display device 310 described below to execute a variable display when a game ball wins the starting winning opening 21. When winning of a game ball is detected by the start winning port switch 121 inside the start winning port 21, start memory for executing variable display is stored in the variable display device 310, and the variable display is displayed based on the start memory. It is executed sequentially.

The variable display device 310 includes a display unit 311 including a liquid crystal unit, and can display various images including a plurality of identification information (decorative symbols) related to the display result of the variable display. In addition to the liquid crystal unit, the display unit 311 of the variable display device 310 may be composed of, for example, a CRT (cathode ray tube) display, an organic EL display display, or the like as long as it can display various images. good.

For example, the variable display is displayed on the display unit 311 so that the left decorative symbol, the right decorative symbol, the central decorative symbol, and three pieces of identification information are arranged side by side, and the identification information scrolls and varies for each column. When a predetermined time elapses from the start of fluctuation, arbitrary identification information is stopped and fixed for each column. During the execution of the variable display, the character image, the background image, and the like are appropriately displayed on the display unit 311 in accordance with the variable display of the identification information. Note that the number of pieces of identification information to be variably displayed is not limited to three horizontal rows, but may be, for example, arranged in a matrix by variably displaying multiple pieces vertically and horizontally.

With respect to the variation display, a plurality of types of variation patterns having different variation times and display contents are prepared in advance as display modes from the start to the display result being derived. For any variation pattern, if the identification information that has been confirmed to stop as the display result of the variation display becomes a specific combination (for example, “333” etc., all in the same type), the “special display result” (Big hit) ”. In addition, before the special display result is confirmed, among the combinations of identification information to be the special display result, the other identification information except for one identification information is a combination to be the special display result, and the one identification information is not yet confirmed. This state corresponds to “reach display”.

When a game ball is won in the start winning opening 21 during execution of the fluctuation display or during the occurrence of a special game state, which will be described later, the stored start memory is temporarily held, and the currently displayed fluctuation display is ended. After that, the held start-up memory is sequentially digested. The upper limit value in which the start memory is stored is set to, for example, four, and each stored start memory is displayed by the start memory display unit 302 (see FIG. 1) so that the player can see it.

When the display result of the variable display is finally determined to be the special display result, a special gaming state in which the following special winning opening 26 is repeatedly opened and closed a predetermined number of times is generated. On the other hand, when the display result of the variable display is not finally confirmed as the special display result, it corresponds to “out-of-display display result (out)”, and the special gaming state does not occur. Note that the identification information used for the variable display is not limited to simple decorative symbols such as numbers and symbols of 0 to 9, and for example, a decorative symbol imitating a specific character may be used.

In addition, the display result of the variable display is a special type in which all of the identification information is the same type in any of the probable variation symbols (for example, odd symbols “1”, “3”, “5”, “7”, “9”). When the display result (probability big hit) is confirmed, a special game state with a high probability state occurs. In other words, when the special display result (probability variation jackpot) is confirmed with the probability variation symbol, the display result of the variable display is specially displayed until the next special game state occurs after the special game state generated based on this is completed. The jackpot probability determined in the result changes to a high probability.

As described above, a gaming state in which the jackpot probability determined in the special display result is higher than a normal gaming state (low probability state) is a high probability state (also referred to as “probability variation state” or “probability variation mode”). is there. In addition, during the high probability state, a time shortening state (or also referred to as “time-short state” or “time-short mode”) in which the variable display time in the variable display device 310 is shortened is also generated. May be. Further, in the time reduction state, the normal symbol display fluctuation time in the normal symbol display device 320 may be set to be shortened.

On the other hand, the display results of the variable display are all the same type in any of the non-probability variable symbols (for example, even symbols “0”, “2”, “4”, “6”, “8”) in the identification information. When the special display result (non-probability variation jackpot) is confirmed, a special gaming state without a high probability state occurs. Here, when the special display result (non-probable big hit) arranged with non-probable variation symbols is confirmed, after the special game state generated based on this is completed, the next and subsequent variable display is limited to a predetermined number of times (for example, 100 times). Alternatively, it may be set so that the fluctuation time in the normal symbol display is shortened.

The special symbol display device 301 variably displays the jackpot determination result that is the basis of the display result of the variable display executed by the variable display device 310 and the special symbol that can distinguish between the probability variation jackpot or the non-probability variation jackpot. , To stop and confirm. Specifically, the special symbol display device 301 is configured using, for example, a 7-segment LED. Along with the execution of the special symbol display in the special symbol display device 301, the variable display in the variable display device 310 is executed.

The special winning opening 26 is generally referred to as an attacker, and the operation of the special winning opening solenoid 134 (see FIG. 11) causes the game ball to enter an open state in which it is easy to win, and the normal winning of the game ball is impossible. It is comprised so that it may change to a closed state. The door that opens and closes the winning opening of the big winning opening 26 is opened by tilting forward with its lower end as a swing center. The special winning opening 26 is controlled to be opened and closed by the special winning opening solenoid 134 so as to form a special gaming state when the above-described special display result is derived from the display result of the variable display.

Here, the special game state is an open state in which the door of the big winning opening 26 is opened and the game ball is easy to win, and a predetermined time (for example, 25 seconds) passes or a predetermined number of game balls (for example, 9) wins. In this state, the door is closed and it is difficult to win a prize and the closing operation is repeated up to a predetermined number of times (for example, 15 rounds).

Next, the mounting base member 200 that forms the basis of the present invention, the closing member 230 that is a decorative member, and the front side members 250 and 260 will be described.
FIG. 4 is an exploded perspective view showing how the closing member 230 and the front side members 250 and 260 are attached to the attachment base member 200. In addition to the decorative member, a stage member 270, a warp passage 280, light emitting means 290, 291 and the like are also attached to the attachment base member 200.

4 and 3, the mounting base member 200 is provided in a shape that matches the opening 10a of the game board 10, and has an opening 210 having an inner peripheral wall 201 that fits inside the opening 10a, A flange portion 220 that protrudes from the front end of the outer periphery of the opening portion 210 to contact the front surface of the game board 10 is provided. The depth width of the inner peripheral wall 201 in the opening 210 is substantially constant over the entire circumference of the opening 210, but the overhanging width of the flange 220 differs depending on the design over the entire circumference of the opening 210, and the flange The part 220 itself is also provided in a shape simulating an arbitrary design together with the decorative member.

A notch 221 that is recessed in a narrow shape from the distal end edge to the proximal end side of the flange portion 220 is formed at an appropriate position of the flange portion 220, in the present embodiment, at an upper portion of the flange portion 220. The notch 221 is a part for assembling the closing member 230 included in the decorative member, and the closing member 230 is a member fixed so as to close the notch 221 of the flange part 220. In the present embodiment, there is only one notch 221 in the flange portion 220 and the number of the blocking members 230 corresponding to this is one, but the number of the notches 221 and the blocking members 230 is as follows: There may be not only one but two or more.

FIG. 5 is an exploded perspective view showing a state in which the closing member 230 is assembled from the back side of the flange portion 220 of the mounting base member 200, and FIG. 6 is a perspective view showing a state after the assembly. FIG. 7 is an exploded perspective view of the closing member 230 as viewed from the front. The closing member 230 includes a closing portion 231 having substantially the same width as the notch portion 221, an engaging portion 232 that extends outward from both side edges of the closing portion 231 and can be engaged with both inner edges of the notch portion 221. And a mounting portion 233 that protrudes outward from any part of both side edges of the closing portion 231 and has a fastening hole 234 into which a fastening screw 240 that is a fastening member can be inserted.

More specifically, the closing portion 231 of the closing member 230 has a rectangular plate shape that matches the shape of the cutout portion 221 and extends in the vertical direction, and the engaging portions 232 at both side edges are formed from the front surface of the closing portion 231. It is formed so as to extend a predetermined length in the vertical direction in a state of being recessed backward by one step. In addition, the attachment portion 233 is formed so as to protrude outward and rearward from one side edge of the both side edges of the closing portion 231.

The mounting portion 233 has a shape that is externally fitted to a cylindrical mounting boss 223 that protrudes from the back surface side of the flange portion 220, and covers the upper end side (one peripheral end side) of the mounting boss 223 in the outer peripheral direction. The lower end side (the other peripheral end side) is provided in a shape that opens without being covered. The mounting boss 223 is also provided with a mounting hole 224 that matches the mounting hole 234 of the mounting portion 233. Note that the position where the attachment portion 233 is formed is determined by corresponding to the attachment boss 223, but it may be a position overlapping with the engagement portion 232 as any part of both side edges of the closing portion 231. .

Further, the closing member 230 also has a temporary fixing portion 235 that protrudes outward from any part of both side edges and can be engaged with the positioning portion 225 provided on the back surface side of the flange portion 220. Yes. The temporary fixing portion 235 is formed so as to protrude outward from the other side edge opposite to the side where the mounting portion 233 is present on both side edges of the closing portion 231. The temporary fixing portion 235 has a small hole through which a pin-shaped positioning portion 225 protruding from the rear surface side of the flange portion 220 is inserted. The position at which the temporary fixing portion 235 is formed is determined by corresponding to the positioning portion 225, but may be a position that overlaps the engaging portion 232 as one of the both side edges of the closing portion 231. Absent.

As shown in FIG. 5, the flange portion 220, which is the side on which the closing member 230 is assembled, is formed on the back side of the inner edge on both sides of the notch portion 221, and the engagement portion 232 is fitted so that it can be engaged from behind. An engaging portion 222 and a contacted portion 226 that is formed on the lower end side (one end side) of the cutout portion 221 and in which the back surface on the same lower end side (one end side) of the closing portion 231 contacts from the front direction. ing.

More specifically, the engaged portion 222 is formed on the back surface side of the inner edge on both sides of the notch portion 221 so as to extend by a predetermined length in the up-down direction while being recessed one step forward from the back surface. That is, the engaged portion 222 of the flange portion 220 and the engaging portion 232 of the closing portion 231 are set to overlap each other in the front-rear direction. Here, the thickness of the flange portion 220 is set to be the same as the thickness of the closing portion 231, and the engaging portion 232 of the closing portion 231 is engaged with the engaged portion 222 of the flange portion 220 from the rear direction. When combined, the front surfaces of the flange portion 220 and the closing portion 231 are connected on the same plane. The same applies to the rear surfaces of the flange portion 220 and the closing portion 231.

Further, the abutted portion 226 is formed in a state of being further recessed further backward from the back surface of the flange portion 220 at the lower end side of the notch portion 221, and in a state where the lower end side of the closing portion 231 is just fitted. The back surface on the lower end side of the closing portion 231 is in contact with the front direction. In the central portion of the contacted portion 226, a daylighting portion 227 for transmitting light of light emitting means 290 and 291 described later is provided.

With such a structure around the notch portion 221 of the flange portion 220 and the closing member 230, the closing portion 230 is closed while the engaging portion 232 of the closing member 230 is engaged with the engaged portion 222 of the flange portion 220. The closing member 230 is positioned with respect to the flange portion 220 by bringing the back surface on the lower end side of the portion 231 into contact with the contacted portion 226 of the flange portion 220, and after being positioned, on the back surface side of the flange portion 220. By fixing the attachment portion 233 of the closing member 230 via the fixing screw 240, the closing member 230 is configured to be fixed in a state of closing the notch portion 221 of the flange portion 220.

Further, the closing member 230 is provided on an extended portion 236 that bends substantially horizontally from the lower end edge (one end edge) of the closing portion 231 to the front side of the notch portion 221, and on both side edges of the extended portion 236. Connecting portions 237 and 237. When the closing member 230 is fixed to the notch portion 221 of the flange portion 220, the extending portion 236 protrudes forward at a substantially right angle from the front surface of the flange portion 220. The extended portion 236 is a portion for attaching the front side members 250 and 260 to the front side of the flange portion 220.

The connecting portions 237 and 237 at both side edges of the extending portion 236 are formed as protruding portions that protrude outward. When only one front side member 250, 260 described later is provided on one side of the closing member 230, the connecting portion 237 may be provided only on one side edge of the extending portion 236. Further, in FIG. 4, the closing member 230 appears that the extending portion 236 is bent at an angle wider than a right angle from the lower end edge of the closing portion 231, but is substantially the same as the closing member 230 shown in FIG. 7. Shows things.

8 is a perspective view showing a state in which the front side members 250 and 260 are attached to the front side of the flange portion 220 of the attachment base member 200, and FIG. 9 is a perspective view showing a state after the attachment. The front side members 250 and 260 extend along the left and right sides of the flange portion 220, and are members for decorating the mounting base member 200 together with the closing member 230. Connected portions 251 and 261 that can be fitted to the connecting portions 237 and 237 in the extending portion 236 of the closing member 230 are provided at the upper ends of the front members 250 and 260, respectively. Here, each of the connected portions 251 and 261 is formed as a recess into which the connecting portions 237 and 237 which are protruding portions are fitted as described above.

The front members 250 and 260 are attached to both sides of the front side of the flange portion 220 with the closing member 230 in between, and can distribute the game balls flowing down from above in either the left or right direction. By fitting the connected portions 251 and 261 of the front members 250 and 260 to the connecting portions 237 and 237 of the closing member 230, the front members 250 and 260 with the extended portion 236 of the closing member 230 in between. Are connected together. The extended portion 236 and the front side members 250 and 260 form a series of game ball distribution paths for distributing the game balls in either the left or right direction.

More specifically, the game ball distribution path is located on the left side of the front member 250 and the right side of the game member 11 with the closing member 230 positioned slightly to the right of the uppermost part on the game region 11 where the game ball is launched. The upper end surfaces of the front member 260 are smoothly and continuously formed through the upper end surfaces of the extending portions 236 of the closing member 230, respectively. The upper surface of the front member 250 is inclined downward to the left with the extended portion 236 as a top, and the upper surface of the front member 260 is inclined downward to the right with the extended portion 236 as a top.

The front members 250 and 260 are each formed of a synthetic resin, but the surface is covered with a metal thin film. Specifically, the metal used for plating in a vacuum may be heated and evaporated by a vacuum deposition plating method and aggregated on the surfaces of the front members 250 and 260. Further, the closing member 230 is preferably made of synthetic resin as a material having a lower hardness than the metal covering the surfaces of the front members 250 and 260. In the present embodiment, in particular, the closing member 230 is formed of a colorless and transparent synthetic resin that is a light-transmitting material. Note that the light-transmitting material does not necessarily need to be colorless and transparent, and may or may not be colored.

Further, as shown in FIGS. 4 and 8, light emitting means 290 and 291 are disposed on the back surface side of the flange portion 220 of the mounting base member 200 at positions overlapping the closing member 230. The light emitting means 290 and 291 emit light in front of the light-transmitting blocking member 230 as described above. Specifically, the light emitting means 290 and 291 includes an LED substrate 290 and an LED 291 incorporated therein. Has been. The LED substrate 290 has a shape that just covers the attachment portion 233 and the temporary fixing portion 235 on the back side of the closing portion 231 of the closing member 230. In addition, the extending portion 236 that overlaps the daylighting portion 227 is preferably formed in a hollow shape in order to improve translucency.

Further, as shown in FIGS. 4 and 9, a stage member 270 on which the game ball can roll is disposed at the bottom of the opening 210 in the attachment base member 200. On one side of the stage member 270, a warp passage 280 for receiving a game ball flowing down the game area 11 and guiding it to the stage member 270 is disposed. The stage member 270 is a member for causing the game ball introduced from the game area 11 to roll in the left-right direction and then introducing the game ball into the start winning opening 21 below with a predetermined probability. The stage member 270 includes an upper rolling passage 271 and a lower rolling passage 273, and the rolling passages 271 and 273 have drop openings 272 and 274 that can easily guide the game balls toward the start winning opening 21. Is provided.

Next, various control boards used for controlling the gaming machine 1 will be described.
FIG. 10 is a block diagram showing various control boards and related components used for controlling the gaming machine 1. As shown in FIG. 10, the present embodiment includes a main board 1100, an effect control board 1200, a payout control board 1300, a launch control board 1400, a power supply board 1500, and the like as control boards. The main board 1100 is a control board that controls the entire gaming machine 1, and the effect control board 1200 performs the display control of the variable display device 310, the LED / lamp lighting control, and the audio output control. Control board.

FIG. 11 shows details of the main board 1100. The main board 1100 operates based on the clock generated by the clock circuit 1110 inside the main board 1100. In addition, by inputting an interrupt signal at a predetermined time interval obtained by dividing the clock generated by the clock circuit 1110 by the internal timer 1107 to the CPU 1102, the CPU 1102 executes timer interrupt processing at regular time intervals. The CPU 1102 performs a series of operations by executing, for each interrupt, processing divided so as to end in a time shorter than the interval of the timer setting time.

The start winning port switch 121, the upper sleeve winning port switch 122, the lower sleeve winning port switch 123, the right dropping winning port switch 124, the left dropping winning port switch 125, the count switch 126, and the gate switch 127 each detect a winning of a game ball. The input signals from these switches are input to the input interface circuit 1115a. Input signals from the chute ball break switch 131, the glass frame open detection switch 132, and the overflow switch 133 are input to the input interface circuit 1115b.

The addresses of the input interface circuits 1115a and 1115b are set in the address space of the CPU 1102 by the memory mapped I / O method. The address select circuit 1113 decodes the address signal output from the CPU 1102 and the read / write control signal in accordance with the system clock output from the CPU 1102 to generate a chip select signal.

When the input interface circuits 1115a and 1115b are selected by the chip select signal, the input signals from the start winning a prize opening switch 121 and the like are output to the data bus through the input interface circuits 1115a and 1115b. Each input signal on the data bus is specified for each input signal after it has been detected multiple times and chattering prevention processing is performed until the next interrupt processing is executed by an interrupt signal generated at regular intervals. The stored RAM area (RAM 1104) is stored.

The input signal from the start winning port switch 121 is a five ball ball signal, and from the upper sleeve winning port switch 122, the lower sleeve winning port switch 123, the right dropping winning port switch 124, and the left dropping winning port switch 125. Each of the input signals is treated as a prize ball signal of 8 prize balls, and further, the input signal from the count switch 126 is treated as a prize ball signal of 15 prize balls, and each of the winning numbers detected by each switch is designated. Stored in the RAM area. At the same time, the total number of winning balls is calculated by the CPU 1102 and stored in a designated RAM area. Note that the number of prize balls to be paid out of the switches provided at each winning opening is fixed, but the number of payouts can be changed according to the specifications of the gaming machine 1.

In addition, random numbers are acquired for input signals from the start winning a prize port switch 121 and the normal symbol operation gate switch 127, and these values are stored in the random number storage areas of the RAM area. The gaming state, gaming effects, and the like of the gaming machine 1 are set, and data such as the gaming state and gaming effects are sequentially output to each control board. Output data to each control board passes through a buffer 1114 provided in the middle of the data bus, and is further output to the latch circuits 1116a to 1116e through the output data bus. By disposing the buffer 1114 in the middle of the data bus connecting the output latch circuits 1116a to 1116e and the CPU 1102, the bus signal flows in one direction, which is a countermeasure against fraud.

Since there are data in the starting winning hole switch 5 ball ball area, the upper and lower sleeve winning hole switch, the left and right falling winning hole switch 8 prize ball RAM area, and the 15 count switch prize ball RAM area, the CPU 1102 receives each prize ball. The 8-bit award ball data set to the number is sequentially output to the latch circuit 1116a through the data bus and the output data bus. In synchronization with this, an interrupt signal for the payout control board 1300 and a control signal for the strobe signal are output to the latch circuit 1116c through the data bus and the output data bus.

When the chip select signal decoded by the address decoding circuit 1113 controlled by the memory mapped I / O is sequentially output to the latch circuit 1116a and the latch circuit 1116c, the 8-bit prize ball data is interrupted to the latch circuit 1116a. The signal and the control signal of the strobe signal are latched in the latch circuit 1116c, respectively, and an output signal composed of an 8-bit parallel prize ball output signal, an interrupt signal, and a 2-bit control signal of the strobe signal is given to the payout control board 1300. Output as data.

The payout control board 1300, to which the prize ball data is input, controls the ball discharge mechanism to discharge the number of prize balls corresponding to the input prize ball data. The total number of winning balls actually paid out is calculated by the CPU 1102, the value is subtracted from the stored data in the RAM area (RAM 1104), and the data of the total number of winning balls is updated in real time. In addition, an output signal is output to the latch circuit 1116d for each set number of winning prize balls, and is output to the outside in synchronization with the chip select signal of the address decode circuit 1113, which is managed via the frame external output terminal plate 1600. To a computer (not shown).

When random number values are stored in the RAM area (RAM 1104) in which random number values corresponding to the input signals of the start winning port switch 121 and the normal symbol operation gate switch 127 are stored, the normal symbol display device 320 and the variable display device The above-described variation pattern command or the like is determined immediately before the display in 310 is started, and the determined variation pattern command or the like is transmitted to the effect control board 1200 and the determined information is stored in the RAM area (RAM 1104).

When random numbers related to normal symbols are stored, display control data for executing normal symbol display of the normal symbol display device 320 is generated, and the display control data is output from the CPU 1102 to the latch circuit 1116e through the data bus. The Each time the chip select signal is output from the address decode circuit 1113, the normal symbol display device 320 performs normal symbol display for a certain period of time.

When the display result of the normal symbol display device 320 is a win, the braking data of the normal electric accessory solenoid 135 for expanding each movable piece of the start winning opening 21 is output from the CPU 1102 to the latch circuit 1116e. In response to the chip select signal from the address decode circuit 1113, the latch circuit 1116e outputs the signal for a predetermined time to control the ordinary electric accessory solenoid 135. Thereby, the start winning opening 21 is in an expanded state, and a state in which the game ball is likely to win is generated.

When a random number value (starting memory) relating to the start winning opening 21 is stored, in order to cause the variable display device 310 to perform variable display, the effect control board 1200 displays the change pattern command and a stop pattern corresponding thereto. Data relating to each stop symbol to be determined is sequentially output as effect output data to the effect control board 1200 via the latch circuit 1116b in time series, and the effect control board 1200 is controlled. In addition, LED / lamp lighting effects and sound effects are also executed synchronously.

When the special gaming state occurs, the control data of the special winning opening solenoid 134 is output to the latch circuit 1116e, and the chip select signal from the address decode circuit 1113 is input to the latch circuit 1116e. As a result, the control data of the big prize opening solenoid 134 is outputted from the latch circuit 1116e, the big prize opening solenoid 134 is driven, the big prize opening 26 is opened and closed, and the game ball can be guided into the big prize opening 26. Become.

The winning game balls are counted by the count switch 126 arranged in the big winning opening 26. When the total count of the data counted by the count switch 126 reaches a predetermined quantity, the output data of the latch circuit 1116e is changed, the special winning opening solenoid 134 becomes inactive, and one round is completed. After that, if the upper limit number of rounds has not yet been reached, the big hit round will continue further.

When power is supplied to the gaming machine 1, a reset signal is supplied from the power supply board 1500, and each device on the main board 1100 is in a reset state. Thereafter, the system reset signal becomes inactive, and each device transitions to the active state. When the system reset signal changes to the inactive state, the reset signal to the one-chip microcomputer 1101 becomes inactive after a lapse of a predetermined time due to delay processing by the clock synchronization / delay circuit 1111. As a result, the one-chip microcomputer 1101 enters an operating state, and the operating state of the main board 1100 is maintained. Thereafter, initial setting of the one-chip microcomputer 1101 is performed.

When the power supply externally supplied from the gaming machine is unstable, a power failure detection signal is supplied from the power supply board 1500 to the NMI (non-maskable interrupt) 1105 of the one-chip microcomputer 1101, and the one-chip microcomputer 1101 performs a save operation for each storage area. Done. Specifically, after detecting the winning ball detection data for a certain period of time, the power failure processing determination data is stored in the RAM 1104 to protect the RAM 1104. That is, as the power supply voltage decreases, the backup power supply DC5VBB is supplied from the power supply board 1500 to the RAM 1104, and the storage state of the RAM 1104 is maintained.

When power is next supplied, the one-chip microcomputer 1101 performs power failure recovery processing upon recognizing that power failure processing has occurred based on the presence or absence of power failure processing determination data. If the RAM initialization signal is active during initialization, the CPU 1102 detects data in the I / O port 1106 and initializes the RAM 1104. A signal for detecting the ball breakage by the shot ball break switch 131 and a signal for detecting the ball clogging of the award ball in the lower tray 5 of the gaming machine 1 by the overflow switch 133 are sent to the one-chip microcomputer 1101 through the input interface circuit 1115b and the data bus. Is taken in.

The control ROM 1210 storing the control program is acquired, the control information is acquired through the input interface 1214 for inputting the control information from the main board 1100, and the game effect is executed based on the acquired information.

The microcomputer 1201 operates based on the clock generated by the clock generator 1216, and control information from the main board 1100 is input to the PIOa 1206a and PIOj 1206j in the microcomputer 1201 through the input interface 1214, and is variably displayed based on the input information. An effect by the device 310, an effect by light from various lamps / LEDs, an effect by sound, and the like are executed according to the procedure of the program stored in the control ROM 1210.

The reset signal from the power supply board 1500 is input from the power supply board 1500 to the microcomputer 1201 when the gaming machine 1 is turned on, and the microcomputer 1201 is reset according to the control procedure stored in the control ROM 1210. At the same time, the effect control board 1200 is set to be initialized.

The effect control board 1200 includes an image processing section, a lamp / LED drive circuit section, and an audio control section. The microcomputer 1201 controls each based on a control signal from the main board 1100. First, the image processing unit is a part that produces an effect on the variable display device 310, and the microcomputer 1201 gives a specific instruction to the image control IC 1220 based on each control signal. The image control IC 1220 operates based on the clock signal of the clock generator 1216.

The image control IC 1220 acquires the image data in the image data ROM 1222 according to the control information from the microcomputer 1201, generates a specific video signal, and outputs it to the variable display device 310. In FIG. 12, a VRAM that is an area for temporarily storing image data generated by the image control IC 1220, pallet (color) information, and the like is not shown. However, the image control IC 1220 is an image control IC that has a built-in VRAM. It is configured. Note that image data relating to display contents for each variation pattern is stored in the image data ROM 1222.

The image correction IC 1221 corrects and outputs the input image signal (analog R, G, B signals, horizontal and vertical synchronization signals) from the image control IC 1220 for the variable display device 310. The power supply generation circuits 1224a to 1224f supply each voltage of DC13V, 23V, -5V, 3.3V, and 2.5V to the image processing unit based on the power supply from the power supply board 1500, whereby the image control IC 1220, the image The correction IC 1221 is driven.

In addition, the lamp / LED drive circuit unit is a part for effect control by light, and LED drive circuits 1340a to 1340a that cause a specific effect by lamps / LEDs installed on the gaming machine 1 and the game board 10 to be performed. It is executed through 1340c and the drive circuit 1341. In accordance with the control of the CPU 1202, the PIOb 1206b to PIOe 1206e (parallel I / O) are passed through, and a control signal is output to the LED drive circuit a1340a, the LED drive circuit b1340b, the LED drive circuit c1340c, and the drive circuit 1341, and each drive circuit outputs a lamp / LED. To work.

Further, the voice control unit is a part that produces a sound effect, and the microcomputer 1201 outputs control information to the sound control IC 1350 in order to cause the speaker 510 installed in the gaming machine 1 to perform a specific effect. To do. The voice control IC 1350 divides the clock signal of the clock generator 1216 by the frequency divider 1217 and uses it as an operation clock of the voice control IC 1350. Further, according to the control information of the microcomputer 1201, the audio data in the audio data ROM 1351 is obtained, a specific audio signal is generated, and output to the speaker 510.

The CPU 1202 outputs control information based on sound to the voice control IC 1350 through the PIOF 1206f and the PIOg 1206g which are parallel I / O. The PIOF 1206f outputs data, and the PIOF 1206g outputs control signals (chip select, read, write, etc.). The voice control IC 1350 obtains data in the voice data ROM 1351 based on control information from the microcomputer 1201 and converts it into a voice signal.

In addition, pseudo sounds, sound effects, and the like are produced and output by a transmitter built in the voice control IC 1350. The audio signal from the audio control IC 1350 is output voltage adjusted by the filter 1352 to remove noise components other than audio and output to the amplifier 1353. The amplifier 1353 amplifies the audio signal to a voltage level that can be driven by the speaker 510. Is output as sound.

Below, the effect | action of the gaming machine 1 which concerns on this Embodiment is demonstrated.
According to the gaming machine 1, when the gaming board 10 shown in FIG. 3 is assembled, the mounting base member 200 is fitted into the opening 10 a of the gaming board 10, so that the opening 210 of the mounting base member 200 is connected to the gaming board 10. It overlaps along the opening 10a. The inside of the opening 10a of the game board 10 is covered with the inner peripheral wall 201 of the opening 210 of the mounting base member 200 in the depth direction. Further, on the front outer side of the opening 10 a, a flange portion 220 that protrudes from the front end of the outer periphery of the opening 210 comes into contact with the front surface of the game board 10.

Thus, the opening 10a of the game board 10 is surrounded by the mounting base member 200 over the entire inner periphery thereof, and a relatively large variable display device 310 is provided in the opening 210 of the mounting base member 200. It can be arranged. Then, by attaching the closing member 230 and the front side members 250 and 260 as decoration members for decorating the front side of the game board 10 to the attachment base member 200, the decorative property on the game area 11, particularly the opening of the attachment base member 200 is provided. The decorativeness of the variable display device 310 disposed in the unit 210 is enhanced. The variable display device 310 is fixed so that the display area of the display unit 311 is positioned just inside the opening 210 of the mounting base member 200 by screwing the housing 312 to the back surface of the game board 10.

As shown in FIG. 4, the flange portion 220 of the mounting base member 200 is formed with a notch portion 221 that is recessed in a narrow shape from the distal end edge toward the proximal end side. A closing member 230 that closes the notch 221 is included. Therefore, in the mounting base member 200, the closing member 230, which is one of the decorative members, is combined so as to close the notch portion 221 in the flange portion 220.

As shown in FIG. 5, in the flange portion 220, an engaged portion 222 is formed on the back surface side of the inner edge on both sides of the notch portion 221 so that the engaging portion 232 of the closing member 230 can be engaged from behind. Since the contacted portion 226 is formed on the lower end side of the cutout portion 221 so that the back surface of the closing portion 231 of the closing member 230 is in contact with the lower end side from the front direction. The back surface on the lower end side of the closing portion 231 of the closing member 230 is brought into contact with the contacted portion 226 of the flange portion 220 while being engaged with the engaged portion 222.

Thereby, the front side upper side of the closing member 230 is regulated to be displaced forward by the engaged portion 222, and the rear side lower side of the closing member 230 is regulated to be displaced rearward by the contacted portion 226. That is, since the closing member 230 is positioned at an appropriate position with respect to the flange portion 220 of the mounting base member 200, work efficiency when the closing member 230 is assembled to the mounting base member 200 can be improved.

Further, since the closing member 230 is additionally provided with a temporary fixing portion 235 that can be engaged with the pin-like positioning portion 225 on the back surface side of the flange portion 220, the rigidity of the flange portion 220 can be enhanced. In addition, at the time of assembling the closing member 230, the temporary fixing effect at the time of fixing with the fixing screw 240 described below is enhanced, and the assembling work efficiency can be improved. However, the temporary fixing portion 235 is merely for the convenience of positioning at the time of attachment, and is not an essential configuration like the attachment portion 233.

After positioning the closing member 230 on the flange portion 220, the attachment portion 233 on the closing member 230 is fixed to the back surface side of the flange portion 220 via the fastening screw 240, so that the closing member 230 is attached to the flange portion 220. The cutout portion 221 can be fixed in a closed state. An attachment boss 223 having a to-be-attached hole 224 that matches the attachment hole 234 of the attachment portion 233 is formed on the rear surface side of the flange portion 220, and the closing member 230 is provided with respect to the attachment boss 223. The attaching portion 233 is fixed by the fixing screw 240.

Here, the attachment portion 233 of the closing member 230 has a shape that is externally fitted to the attachment boss 223, and covers the upper end side in the outer peripheral direction of the attachment boss 223, but the lower end side has a shape that opens without being covered. The closing member 230 is restricted from being displaced downward with respect to the flange portion 220. Therefore, the closing member 230 can be positioned at a more appropriate position with respect to the flange portion 220.

Further, when the closing member 230 is disposed in FIG. 5, the lower end side of the closing member 230 that comes into contact with the contacted portion 226 from the front direction protrudes forward from the cutout portion 221 and the engagement member 230 is engaged. The upper end side with the joint portion 232 needs to be arranged so as to protrude rearwardly from the notch portion 221 and gradually shift to the lower end side of the notch portion 221, but the lower end side in the outer peripheral direction of the mounting boss 223 is Since it is not covered with the mounting portion 233, positioning can be easily performed without being caught by the mounting boss 223.

As described above, in addition to the structure for positioning the closing member 230 on the flange portion 220, the closing member 230 is fixed to the flange portion 220 via the fastening screw 240, so that it is securely fixed. As a result, even if a load such as torsion is applied to the flange portion 220 of the mounting base member 200, the closing member 230 reinforces the force applied to the flange portion 220 so as to be distributed. Compared to the base member 200, the rigidity can be enhanced.

In addition to the closing member 230, the decorative member includes front members 250 and 260 as shown in FIG. 4. The front members 250 and 260 are attached to the front side of the flange portion 220, and the flange portion 220 is attached. Since the closing member 230 is attached to the rear surface side, the flange portion 220 of the attachment base member 200 is fixed from the front surface side and the rear surface side, and the rigidity of the attachment base member 200 can be further enhanced.

After the mounting base member 200 to which the closing member 230 is fixed is attached to the game board 10, the connected portions of the front members 250 and 260 are connected to the connecting portion 237 in the extending portion 236 of the closing member 230 as shown in FIG. By fitting 251 and 261, the extended portion 236 of the closing member 230 and the front members 250 and 260 can be integrally connected. Thereby, the front side members 250 and 260 can be easily assembled to the flange portion 220 of the mounting base member 200.

In particular, the connecting portion 237 is formed as a protruding portion, and each of the connected portions 251 and 261 is formed as a concave portion into which the protruding portion is fitted, and thus can be easily connected to each other. As described above, the front members 250 and 260 are integrally connected with the extending portion 236 of the closing member 230 interposed therebetween. However, the extending portion 236 and the front members 250 and 260 allow the game ball to be moved in any of the left and right directions. A series of game ball distribution paths are formed for distribution to each other. Here, since the front side members 250 and 260 are divided and formed with the closing member 230 in between, the molding process becomes easier as compared with the integral type, and breakage and deformation at the time of assembling can be prevented.

As shown in FIG. 9, the game ball distribution path has a front member 250 on the left side toward the game area 11 with a blocking member 230 positioned slightly to the right of the uppermost part on the game area 11 where the game ball is launched. And the upper end surfaces of the right front member 260 are smoothly continued through the upper end surfaces of the extending portions 236 of the closing member 230, respectively. The upper surface of the front member 250 is inclined downward to the left with the extended portion 236 as the top, and guides the game ball to the left side of the game area 11 in FIG. On the other hand, the upper surface of the front member 260 is inclined downward to the right with the extending portion 236 as a top, and guides the game ball to the right end side of the game area 11 in FIG.

In addition, since the front surface of the flange portion 220 and the front surface of the closing portion 231 located behind the game ball distribution path are formed to be continuous on the same plane as described above, In the middle of the distribution by the shunt, there is no possibility of colliding with the protrusion and falling into the opening 210, and it can be reliably distributed to the left or right. Here, since the display unit 311 of the variable display device 310, the rendering devices 313, 314, and the like are disposed inside the opening 210, the game balls may collide with these structures and be damaged, or the rendering devices 313, 314. It is possible to prevent the movement from being hindered.

By the way, the front members 250 and 260 are molded from a synthetic resin, but the surface is covered with a metal thin film, and the closing member 230 is molded from a transparent synthetic resin having a hardness lower than that of the metal. As described above, the blocking member 230 is made of a material having a lower hardness than the surface of the front members 250 and 260, so that the shock when the game ball collides with the front members 250 and 260 can be absorbed by the blocking member 230. .

Further, if both the front side members 250 and 260 and the closing member 230 are plated, for example, they are of high hardness, so that it is difficult to assemble and the plating is easy to peel off, but the closing member 230 is made of a material with low hardness. Therefore, the assembly can be facilitated and the plating can be prevented from peeling off. Further, when the front side members 250 and 260 are divided and formed on the left and right sides, the strength against cracking due to thermal deformation that occurs in the processing step of film formation is also increased.

Furthermore, the blocking member 230 is formed of a light-transmitting material, and as shown in FIG. 9, the light emitting means is disposed at a position overlapping the blocking portion 231 on the back surface side of the flange portion 220, whereby the LED substrate 290. Thus, the rigidity of the flange portion 220 can be strengthened, and the LED 291 can cause the closing member 230 to emit light, thereby further enhancing the decoration effect. In addition, since the lighting part 227 was opened in the to-be-contacted part 226 located in the lower end side of the notch part 221 in the flange part 220, the light of LED291 is not interrupted | blocked.

As described above, the embodiments of the present invention have been described with reference to the drawings. However, the specific configuration is not limited to these embodiments, and the present invention can be modified or added without departing from the scope of the present invention. Included in the invention. In the embodiment described above, the case where the gaming machine 1 according to the present invention is applied to a pachinko machine has been described. However, the gaming machine 1 is not limited to a pachinko machine, and a smart ball game machine and an arrangement ball game that are program-controlled. The present invention can be similarly applied to other gaming machines such as machines.

In the embodiment, the attachment portion 233 is provided on one side end side of the closing portion 231 of the closing member 230 and the temporary fixing portion 235 is provided on the other end side of the closing portion 231. If the mounting portions 233 are provided on both sides and are fixed by the fastening screws 240, the rigidity of the flange portion 220 of the mounting base member 200 can be further enhanced. Further, in addition to the mounting portions 233 on both the left and right sides, the provisional fastening portions 235 are further provided, so that the rigidity of the flange portion 220 is strengthened and the blocking member 230 can be positioned more reliably, thereby improving the work efficiency. Can be made.

In the embodiment, only one closing member 230 is disposed on the flange portion 220 of the mounting base member 200, but two or more closing members 230 may be disposed. By arranging a plurality of the flange portions 220 in this manner, the division width of the flange portion 220 positioned between the respective blocking members 230 is shortened, so that the rigidity against torsion or the like can be further enhanced. Further, when two or more closing members 230 are arranged, the lengths of the front members 250 and 260 are accordingly shortened, so that the strength against cracking due to thermal deformation that occurs in the processing step of film formation can be increased.

Moreover, in the said embodiment, while the connection part 237 in the extension part 236 of the closure member 230 is formed as a protrusion part, the said protrusion part fits the to-be-connected parts 251 and 261 in the front side members 250 and 260. Although it formed as a recessed part, as the reverse aspect, while forming the connection part 237 as a recessed part, you may form the to-be-connected parts 251 and 261 as a protrusion part. Further, when only one front side member 250, 260 is provided on one side of the closing member 230, the connecting portion 237 may be provided only on one side edge of the extending portion 236.

Furthermore, in the above-described embodiment, a rectangular opening similar to the rectangular surface is formed in the central portion of the rectangular surface of the contacted portion 226 that is recessed one step rearward at the lower end side of the notch portion 221. As a result, the contacted portion 226 corresponds to a substantially square-shaped portion around the daylighting portion 227. Of the four sides of the abutted portion 226, two sides on both sides extend vertically below the pair of engaged portions 222 in a state of being recessed one step backward in the opposite direction to each engaged portion 222. However, the abutted portion 226 may be constituted by only the two sides on both sides, and the portions corresponding to the notched upper side and lower side may be used as the daylighting unit 227.

In other words, only the upper side of the four sides of the abutted part 226 is cut out to make the part the daylighting part 227, or only the lower side is cut out to make the part the daylighting part 227. It is possible to configure the daylighting portion 227 by leaving the contacted portion 226 as a portion where the lower end side of the head is just fitted, and cutting out other portions. As described above, the specific shapes of the abutted portion 226 and the daylighting portion 227 are not limited to those shown in the figure. For example, many small holes may be formed in the rectangular surface of the abutted portion 226 shown in the figure. Alternatively, a plurality of narrow slits may be formed in parallel to constitute the daylighting unit 227.
