Description

The present invention relates to a linear slide way scraping device, and more particularly to a scraping device that can be quickly removed and attached.

The conventional linear slide way is being widely applied in the industrial field, but it has a high precision effect as a linear feed transmission, and also has a low frictional wear rate, high energy conversion rate, and low noise. Needless to say, since the linear slide way is actually applied to various industries, it has the advantage of being highly rigid and difficult to damage.

In order to prevent the conventional linear slide way from affecting the operation capacity of the slider due to the intrusion into the slider such as chips or dust, the producer usually scrapes the scraper on the end covers on both sides of the linear slide way. Is to add more. However, the assembly method of scrap scraping device and end cover becomes complicated, and when a producer or user replaces the scrap scraping device, the time required is relatively increased, which will be described in more detail. Therefore, a description will be given with reference to the following prior art.

Conventionally, a well-known or well-known scrap scraping device is the conventional one shown in FIG. 15, and the structure thereof will be described below with reference to the drawings.

The conventional scrap cleaning device 12 includes a groove port 122 for penetrating the slide way 11, and a contact portion 121 that matches the shape of the end surface of the slide way 11 is installed around the groove port 122 in the scrap cleaning device 12. . The contact portion 121 is made of a soft rubber or plastic material, and the contact portion 121 surrounds the end surface of the slide way 11 and can maintain the contact. Further, the scraping device 12 is assembled to the outer end surfaces of both end covers 13 of the slider 14 with a plurality of screws G, and the scraping device 12 is displaced by the slider 14 and the slide way 11 reciprocatingly moving. At this time, dust or foreign matter on the slide way 11 is scraped in advance, and dust and foreign matter enter through the both end covers 13 to enter the slider 14 and circulate and recirculate between the slider 14 and both end covers 13 (see FIG. (Not shown) is capable of preventing the rotation and displacement of the dust from coming into contact with the dust. However, such a prior art design causes the following problems.

1. It takes time to install the scraping device.
2. Since this scraper device loses its effect due to damage or fatigue due to long-term use, such a design is difficult for the user to remove, and dust or other contaminants are difficult to remove from the slider. The service life of the linear slider is reduced by easily scratching the rotating road surface.

In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, a scrap scraper such as US Pat. No. 6,106,154 has been actively researched and developed in the industry. The detailed structure will be described as follows.

As the contents of the application are referred to, the scraping device is provided with a plurality of through holes, and the outside of the end cover is provided with a rib with respect to the through holes. By combining the through holes and the ribs (matching by the locking method), the scraping device is fixed on the end cover, and the function of being quickly attached can be achieved. However, when removing the scraping device, it is not only necessary to separate the plurality of ribs and through-holes at the same time, but also because the tool cannot be removed without the aid of a tool. There is a need to.
US Pat. No. 6,106,154

In view of the problems of the conventional scrap scraping device, the present inventor has been able to produce an invention that achieves the following object of the present invention after research and improvement.

The accommodation hole communicates with the through hole, and a fixture is installed in the through hole, and an elastic element is installed between the fixture and the accommodation hole, so that the fixture is pressed to be in a primitive state by the elastic element. It has a function that can be recovered. The outer end cover is attached to the outside of the end cover. After the outer end cover is attached to the end cover, a chute is formed by the stepped groove and the inner edge of the end cover. The scraping device is provided with a hooking portion for the convex portion and a perforation for the through hole. When installing, the positioning and removal function of the scraper and the outer end cover can be achieved quickly by combining the convex part and the hook part, or the fixing tool and the perforation, and without using hand tools in the installation process. Can be implemented.

The scraping device can be easily installed, and the assembly cost can be saved. The above is a detailed description of each element or a mutual relationship, and an implementation method of this embodiment will be described below.

The scraping device 7 of the present invention combines the hook portion 73 and the convex portion 43, or the fixture 5 and the perforation 71, so that the scraping device 7 and the outer end cover 4 can be quickly orientated or detached. The function can be achieved and its implementation is described as follows.

The hook portion 73 of the scraping device 7 forms a chute 80 so as to coincide with the stepped groove 44 of the outer end cover 4 and the inner edge of the end cover 3. After the hook portion 73 is fitted into the chute 80, the scraping device 7 is pushed upward from the bottom by a sliding method (as shown in the mounting direction B in FIG. 9), and the perforation 71 of the scraping device 7 is fixed. The lead angle 511 of the fitting part 51 of the tool 5 (the lead angle 511 is mainly for convenience of attachment, guides the perforation 71 of the scraping device 7 to fit the fitting part 51). By applying axial thrust E to the scraping device 7, the fixture 5 presses the elastic member 6 and retracts inward (shown in FIG. 11). The perforation 71 of the device 7 can be positioned according to the fitting portion 51, and the hooking portion 73 of the scraping device 7 can be positioned together with the convex portion 43 of the outer end cover 4. The locking portion 732 is accommodated between the convex portion 43 and the chute 80, and the convex portion 4 There completing the mounting of 該屑 scraping device 7 to be accommodated in the recess 731 (as shown in FIG. 14)]. Further, when removing the scraping device 7, the fixing tool 5 is pushed with a finger to retract inward, and then thrust is applied so as to slide downward with respect to the scraping device 7, The hook part 73 and the convex part 43 can be separated and removed.

As described above, the present invention can provide a scraper that can be quickly detached to a producer or user, and the scraper is indispensable for a linear slide way.
